We were very satisfied with our stay.

Love it big clean room nice pool area.

Very pretty rooms and they have bigger bottles of shampoo and conditioner for more than one person.

We always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel. The rooms are spacious and clean. And we love the breakfasts that they serve. The prices are reasonable too.

I recently stayed here while in Muskogee. Very professional and courteous on front desk. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Loved my stay.

Very clean quiet hotel, just what I needed. The staff were so nice and made me feel welcome The king room I had was modern and spacious. Typical continental breakfast but it was hot and good. Thanks for a nice stay.

The hotel property was nice, the staff was pleasant. The daily breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of different items to choose from. I liked the biscuits and gravy the best. The rooms were nice, the shower had great water pressure. There were signs that indicated they had recently replaced the mattresses, which may be true, I did not find it to be very comfortable. Overall a good experience and value priced.

Great place to stay with really nice people. Recently renovated rooms very modernistic with LED lighting as well. Swimming pool, fitness center, Business Center. Very friendly people. Breakfast starts earlier in the morning then listed which is great if you have to get out early. Can be a bit noisy at times especially rooms over the lobby where you can hear the outside music that they feel it necessary to play in the parking lot until about 11 at night. Unnecessary! Close to shopping, fast food and other restaurants. Very clean! All in all I would stay here again.

Brandy Rogers was so helpful getting us a room after reservations told us that there where no rooms available. When we arrived at the hotel she was very professional and personable. She made sure we were safe and comfortable. We enjoyed the newly remodeled room! I give Brandy Rogers 2 thumbs up!

It is a nice clean hotel with a standard Holiday Inn Express continental breakfast. It looks recently updated however the A/C in my room didn't work. It had no temp control so it was either on or off making my room either to hot or cold during the night. Then the knob for the shower was upside down so I almost took a cold shower before realizing it was the wrong way. If it was not for these two issues it may have gotten a 4 or 5 star.

Bless yourself and stay here! Clean, modern, balcony, awesome staff, who works very hard to accommodate their guest! All of this WITH a Free Breakfast! Need I say more!

They are going through renovations so there is some construction happening. Staff was very nice, even though we had some issues with our rooms. Rooms were very clean. Pool was nice and they even have a sauna. Parking is small so hopefully they are expanding that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

The employees are rude! Will not give guests water that they keep behind the counter. Other Holiday Inn Express does give out water. Boo!

They do what they can to accommodate you have a nice Pool hot tub and sauna. Also a decent hot breakfast.

They are starting to remodel and the 3rd floor is mostly done. The 2nd and 1st floor they are still working on. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was also clean and spacious. The area around the bathtub looked like it wasn’t fully fished though and the water temperature was very temperamental.

When going on vacation we always stay here. They are remodeling the rooms. Now have USB port all around the room.

Great place to work. Mrs Robbie or Mrs Michelle will see to any of your needs and the house keeping staff will make sure that your room is clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy despite coming to the hotel after 1 in the morning. I forgot my toothbrush and they provided one to me at my request very promptly at 1:30 am. The breakfast wasn't bad, they were out of biscuits but the premade omlette and cinnamon rolls was good. There were other amenities that I did not take advantage of. I would stay there again.

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing and the room was clean and comfy. Loved the big screen TV. Just one suggestion. Put a light over the sink or use a microwave that has one built in. It's a bit dark in that spot.

The hotel is very central and the rooms are spacious and clean. The service was good.

Everything was a breeze from check in to checkout. The room was clean, but had a slight off odor that was quickly taken care of. They are doing construction, but it didn't affect our stay. We only stayed one night due to it being a quick trip, but would recommend it to others. Also the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Only the pool was working. The breakfast was not that good, the room was nice… but the bathroom needed some work done. It was an okay stay, but I prefer double tree over this one.

Stopped for a one night stay, minor renovations we're occurring at the time but this didn't have an effect on my room, which was quiet and comfortable. Free hot breakfast in the morning was nice as well.

So my father is wheelchair bound, they only have 2 handicap parking spaces and both were occupied. In addition to this, every space in the front parking area was occupied. I asked if we could park off to the side of the entryway out of the way of all traffic so my father didn't have to navigate from the real parking area all the way to the front of the hotel to access the elevator to get to his room. This was apparently impossible. The front desk lady couldn't accommodate us and then asked the assistant manager Michelle Beasley and she also could not allow this even though there was a vehicle parked in this area already… Apparently the people running this hotel do not care much for disabled ex law enforcement officers or their families. Good look for this hotel that I will never recommend or stay at, I hope you avoid it as well.

Very friendly staff, clean, great breakfast. My only complaint is that they didn't tell the pool and hot tub were out of order. If we would have known we would have choose a different hotel because we wanted to swim. Overall good experience, I would stay again.

Very musty smell through out the hotel. Those with allergies should stay away. Decor was questionable and seemed to change on each floor. Service was meh.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds with soft sheets & blankets. The staff is very polite & helpful.

When we arrive there were no luggage carts to transfer our luguage. The desk clerk tried her best to locate them. This is my second stay and I must say I had a bad experience. We stayed for three days and not once did house keeping clean my room. We left out at 10am and came back to a dirty room. I reported it to the front desk person Ricky and he brought towels up and offered to get room done but it was close to 7pm. Ricky was great. The house keeping staff was rude and seem not to like their jobs. Well the second day we left at 10 again and came back at midnight and guess what dirty room again. I called the front desk and reported it and he stated a manager would be contacting me. It's four days later and I have not received any call. I'm a IHG timeshare owner and member. I will be reporting them to corporate. We pay to much money to not have proper services. I will be going down the road to Hampton hotel next time.

Rebecca was a most welcoming voice when we talked on the phone and an awesome sight when we arrived. She is amazingly chipper! The hotel is clean and the beds were superior! I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast the first morning was stocked. However the second morning it wasn't. But she was working on getting it stocked up again. The pool was closed which was a huge let down. My main complaint was that at 9 am on the day we were to check out housekeeping was trying to get in. They barely gave me time to register that they were wanting to come in. Other than that the stay was good. We will be back!

Comfortable rooms with a breakfast in the morning. Chose this hotel based on its proximity to the place I was working. Minor problem: the tub was clogged and would back up while I was showering. The bowl of apples in the lobby were a nice touch. A quick and healthy evening snack.

So far, worse air quality of all Holiday Inn Express and Suites! I stayed in room 108 — high humidity (I travel with a humidistat). It was over 70 RH which is too high! This will make your throat feel wet an if combined with mold spores from being a chronically moist room other respiratory disturbances. What's the point of paying a good amount of money for a clean safe room for the evening when its not clean or safe (health at risk). The other annoyance is the toilet water kept refilling due to an issue with drain plug. Smelly hotel (evident upon arrival),

Great customer service, very clean, good air quality, big pool, we were only ones in pool and hot tub. Big clean room. Good price!
