The room did not stand out in any way and I would not suggest a stay here unless you absolutely have no other better accomodations in the area. That being said, the cons I encountered included a slow drain in the toilet and shower and age showing in the peeling wallpaper and other wall cracks. It is a little pricey considering this, especially as there is not even a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The internet was spotty and unreliable in the evening, being only slightly better in the morning.

No water pressure, took 24 hours for the room to cool off. Liked the beds and pillows. House keeping could have done better.

RIDICULOUS! We are all sick after being up all night fighting bed bugs, fleas, and flies! Pretty sure we have head lice now. I've never seen such a dump. Stat AWAY!

Awful. Clerks try to offer sexual favors for money to my husband.

It's quiet, unless traffic bothers you. The price is right $55 and some change a night. This is March so it's probably off season. They have WI Fi and handicap parking and rooms. You get breakfast and it seems as clean as possible for a public room. Coffee maker in room, but no microwave or fridge. A Hardy's, McDonald's and 2 convenience stores next door and across the street. An older motel, but not shabby. That's all I got!

The Wi-Fi sucks it showed me connected full signal but I hit my data limit on my network as if the Wi-Fi didn't work at all.

A/C did not work, ants around sink area and hair dryer burned out. Probably needs some updates.

My wife stayed there and there was flies all in the room, ticks all in the bed, only one towel which was clearly dirty, half used shampoo, and no management available for a refund. Had I known about this when it happened I would have got a manager there for sure.

Bathroom is smaller, shower is made for short people. Rooms have been given a good cleaning, new wallpaper and the room is clean Cable to TV didn't work, but they fixed it fast. Over all we like the customer service and we like the room and location.

Very disappointed pool was closed because they didn't pass inspection was told it was going to be open. Room was ok no trash bags in room no ashtrays in smoking room booked a double and they only had me down for a single lobby area were breakfast supposed to be served a mess won't be eating here and will never stay here again!

Checked in between 730 and 800pm. Sat our bags down, went and got something to eat and then went to the Town Square. Came back at 1030pm. I basically want a bed, shower, and TV in a hotel room. Not a high maintenance guest at all. But I do draw the line when I pull the bed linens back and there is a bedbug crawling across the sheets. I am a nurse — no doubt that's what it was. Deal clerk graciously refunded our money and stated "it's been a problem". We left and will never be back. If I could give less than 1 star — I would.

My fiance and I stayed for two nights on June 30 and July 1. We originally reserved the room until July 3 but checked out early. The room was tiny, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets when it was a non smoking room, the room smelled odd and unclean, the shower head was so short that if you're over about 5'8 forget about it, you wouldn't be standing under the shower. The "complimentary breakfast" consisted of two kinds of cereal and coffee. I think I noticed a couple pastries. And there was only two tables with only a chair or two. The Wi-Fi connection was in and out, not constant at all. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep because it was so hard and the pillows were flimsy. Not to mention none of the three lamps in the room worked and the only plug in I could find that wasnt in the bathroom or behind the TV was behind the table beside my bed and it didn't work. The only good thing I have to say is the staff was friendly. We ended up staying in another days inn a little over an hour away for our third night (we went on a mini road trip visiting places and towns) and the difference was astonishing. Comfortable beds, room service with restaurants nearby, bigger rooms, actually smells clean. An ACTUAL complimentary breakfast. We wished we had come here to begin with and not wasted our time and money in the other hotel.

The moment we arrived, the experience went from bad to worse. We open the door to the room and it was dirty. Dirty sheets, dirty towels, and the room hadn't been cleaned. We even checked in an hour after the check-in time. They then clean the room but left a dirty towel in the process. Then they moved us to a nicer room. The light over the sink did not work and neither did the wall outlet. The toilet would hardly flush and it would not stop running. The price we paid is an insult… I think if we bought a tent and stayed in it across the street then that would have been more of a pleasant stay than this!

Very few plug ins and those they had didn't work. No hot water. Had to walk through a leaky faucet to get to our room. Remote didn't work and bathroom was not cleaned on 2nd day of stay.

Got there late, the staff was helpful with a discount, but the room was hot. The air conditioner didn't work that great, and I found roaches crawling over the mirror in the sink area. Tried the breakfast, and the cereal was stale, and to top it off the pool wasn't in service. I was told, " you just go to the other motel and tell them you're staying here and they'll let you swim there". I can say this will be the last time I stay here in Mountain View. I'd recommend staying in Batesville then driving up.

The room stunk and carpet was dirty. Went in the bathroom and there was a baby roach crawling in the tub. Wife pulled blanket down and was moving the pillows and bugs were crawling on the bed. We left and got money refunded.

Gotta love the price! Great centralized location, with fast food chains, a local country style restaurant, and a Wal-Mart, all within walking distance. The place is ran more like a mom and pop's room n board than a franchise, however, the staff is so nice, that they will accommodate your needs, even if it means going to the store to fetch what you need. So theres no need to complain about what they're out of… just ask. One thing to note:do not come here for high speed Wi-Fi. They're Wi-Fi barely works unless you're in the lobby. Overall a good stay, and I was surprised to have a personal refrigerator + access to their microwave in the lobby.

Terrible Dirty, Hadn, t been cleaned for some time, shower worked slowly, Coffee Pot had left over coffee and MOLD in pot. Breakfast was a joke. Would not recccomend.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! It was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. I didn't need a lot of fancy extras; I just wanted a clean room and a bed. Well, there was a bed… that I shared with a small spider. It was dirty. The floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed, and if it had, it was just a disgusting looking carpet. The sheets and towels were ratty. The walls were dingy and had holes where it looked like things had once been mounted. There were complimentary coffee grounds but no coffee maker. There was no cup to use for water when brushing my teeth. The shower would range from scalding to ice without me touching the knob. A friends room even got a welcome from a copper head snake when he first entered his room. It was terrible.

The first review on this motel (Five Stars) is by Siddika Kazi, the owner of the motel. Never stay at a Kazi motel!

If u use priceline and you bid 25 or 30 and don't win, just walk in and show them the reviews.

Horrible place, slow front desk help. Rooms stink and are not updated at all. We would not recommend anyone to this dump.

Never been charged for a room that I didn't even stay at until this one. We tried to get checked in by two very young people that didn't have a clue what they were doing. After about 20 minutes of "our computer isn't working, our printer is out of ink" we finally left and were assured we would not be charged. After checking our credit card account,, low and behold,,, a charge of $65.23 was there! What a crock of bull! We are on the phone right now trying to resolve the problem. BBB will be hearing from us real soon.

(9/14/2013) I will not stay here again. The beds looked sloppy-made-up when I entered the room. I pulled back the covers and the sheets were dirty. I ask for clean sheets at the desk and made up the beds myself.

I would not go back to this motel. My husband and I recently stayed here when we were in town for the Sylamore 50K run. The room was disgusting. There was mold on the walls, spider webs along the ceiling/wall that stretched the length of the room (over the bed too), a spider in the shower, and some other type of small bug that ran across the edge of the bed at one point. Gross! We actually went to Wal-mart within an hour of arriving on Friday night and bought a comforter and set of sheets because the comforter in the room was disgusting and smelled horrible, the sheets had bleach spots and other stains on them, and there were patches of hair stuck to the flannel-like blanket between the sheets and comforter. Additionally, there were push-pins holding the wallpaper on the wall, the bathroom sink did not drain properly and filled up after having the water on for 20 seconds, and the curtains had stains on them as well. The only positives were the spacious tub (jacuzzi tub, which I would not have actually taken a bath in), nice shower head, and relatively new mini-fridge in the room. It was conveniently located but so were several parking lots that had it been warmer I would have considered sleeping in, in our car.

The bed didn't have a fitted sheet and there were a few stains that made it questionable. Everything else seemed clean and up to par. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in, but only because the night girl didn't show up and the manager had to come in. We got a free jacuzzi room for our wait.
