The service was like one star hotel. Charged $20.00 additional without serving anything after paying full amount advance. Bed was comfy. Nice waterfall. Not many parking space. Pay full for breakfast. No additional service.

Stayed one night at the DoubleTree in Ft. Smith. Amas always had a pleasant experience. Staff is more than accommodating. Hotel is very clean and modern. The only reason for not a full 5 stars is that the maid service may have forgotten to sweep the bathroom floor and parking isn't ideal.

All rooms are inside balcony rooms. Warm cookies at check in. Older facility but rooms are nice and updated. Only 2 elevators for everyone. Leaving in the morning is a real time waster due to the elevators. Every employee we came in contact with was very polite and helpful.

So far so good! Price was awesome and the staff is great. They've catered to all of our needs. We've been looking for a go to hotel and think we found it! Also, it's near great bars!

This is an older hotel. Our a. C. Dripped water all night. I didn't sleep much and went down to the desk the next morning for some caffeine before hitting the road. 6 bucks for a red bull. Wow! Good thing is they do have free parking, but not a lot of parking so get to your room early. The glass elevators are a good touch and I like the waterfall.

So far great stay! The staff have all been incredibly warm and helpful with everything. Had friends get married and stay a few floors above us and they helped to make the stay extra special for them with ice cream and a message drawn out in chocolate while I set up there room for there special night together as newlyweds. I will always use this hotel when I am in town. Thank you guys for all the hospitality you've bestowed on us.

Old property with updates. Items broken we're addressed. Ice machine didn't work on our floor, never fixed. If you go to breakfast late be prepared to have no plates, glasses, cups, bowls. Coffee service was low on all items. The help was not customer service oriented. The food was pretty good. The eggs were good.

Decent Hotel. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. Room was not very clean. Ants along the window sill. Nail clippings on the carpet from previous guest.

Rooms are beautiful and clean. Service was good. Would recommend if you want to stay downtown. Very nice area close to lots of restaurants. Only down side is elevators are slow and one was out during the stay.

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. It is in the heart of downtown Fort Smith Arkansas, just one block off of Garrison. It is also the home to the Fort Smith Convention Center, so there's always something interesting going on there. There's a parking garage across the street, and a variety of nightlife and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself also has plenty of meeting space. We had over 500 people attend an all day seminar.

The free cookie is always amazing. Located in a great spot. Rooms were nice. Service was good.

Recently stayed here for two nights and for the price of the room I was not impressed. The room was okay and clean for the most part but the hotel needs general improvements. The elevators were a nightmare. Most of the time only one elevator was working. I was stuck in one on the first floor but thankfully I was able to get the door opened and ended up taking the stairs because the other elevator was just leaving to go up. I was staying on the second floor and had to wait on 4 elevator passes to go to the first floor because it was always too full. I would have taken the stairs but they are located on the other end of the hotel and I was checking out so I had a lot of baggage that could not go down the stairwell. The breakfast buffet was fair but thankfully I had coupons for that because I would not want to pay for cold french toast and bagels that were as hard as bricks. Not what I have came to expect from a Hilton operated hotel.

Attended a seminar here and we decided to spend the night. The facility is stunning, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only bad issue was the elevators were down a few hours. We were put on the 5th floor after asking for a floor level room because my husband is handicapped. We had gone downstairs to get something to eat and found the restaurant closed. We left the building and came back to find the elevators not working. It took 45 minutes, but we walked up those stairs to our room. Other than that, our stay was great.

I have been to this Double Tree several times for events. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is very professional. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is planning a large event.

The staff is very nice and the rooms were gorgeous. I had a regular king size bed room on the Hilton Honors floor. The room was beautiful and it had down pillows a bathrobe in the closet and the safe. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Should I need to stay in Fort Smith again, this will be my first choice. The service is top notch. The room service is delicious, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

We attended a conference at this hotel and we're delighted by how professional the staff was. They went out of their way to accommodate our event. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs and helped to ensure our event went smoothly.

Very nice looking establishment. Room was clean and modern. Didn't realize breakfast was an additional charge until I was told my bill was $11 for scrambled eggs and gravy.

Hotel front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms we're very nice and clean. Bed was probably the best bed I've ever slept on. Super comfortable. Would highly recommend :)

My colleagues and I have booked rooms here a couple of times and the rooms have been clean and comfortable, both times. Breakfast is okay but for the price, I think they they should have eggs to order. The only other thing that has been discussed, among my group, is the lack of a refrigerator in the rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conference facilities were clean and nice. Catered food for the event was better than most.

I was in town on business for the transition expo and I enjoyed my stay. Nice and quiet compared to other hotels, good coffee, nice shower, and the tap room was outstanding, definitely go visit sarah at the bar, it's hard to feel at home on the road, but sarah was very bright and easy to talk to, I will definitely be back! 10/10.

The customer service at this hotel is not acceptable and Hilton needs to seriously consider removing it's name from this location. Spent last weekend in St. Louis @ the Hilton downtown and the level of service isn't remotely close at this hotel. Failed to clean my room or provided fresh towels even though I placed the door placard on the door for room service, at 9 AM. It's now 7:10 PM… Called front desk to report … their solution"we can bring you towels but cleaning staff is gone for the day… Sorry. " As a Hilton honors member this is unacceptable. You have failed miserably! Still waiting on those towels it's only been an hour! I will be sure to call Hilton direct to report my experience.

Very nice hotel. The staff is polite and respectful to their customers. There are night clubs all around that area.

Friendly staff at guest services, great breakfast and nice rooms! Only problem was the maid service was asked to come back later and they never did, so needless to say our room didn't get cleaned and ice machine was out of order on our floor, so we had to go to other floors for ice! Other than those little minor mishaps it was an enjoyable stay!

I honestly loved it, it's such a nice place but the two nights I was there I had to call room service multiple times and the person at the front desk had to get them to call me back and upon bringing up the food they forgot the drinks and it took around 45 minutes for them to bring the drinks. I understand people getting busy but if you get the drinks the first time you will have less to deal with. And also the parking is an awful situation Over all it's a nice place and I do recommend staying at this hotel.

Stayed over the holiday and left my computer in the room. Called to talk to customer service and they brushed me off saying housekeeping would have put it in a safe. I asked again they told me how grate housekeeping is and assured me it would not be in the room. Had to ask them 5 times to double check the room because it was tucked tightly between the nightstand and the bed and could easily be missed by housekeeping. It was distressing the lack of understanding and concern, how she wanted to give be ten reasons why not to check the room. I just wanted them to double check before someone else was checked into the room. I had to actually say it feels like your brushing me off because you don't want to help me. I'm a customer asking for your help and then the phone went dead. They stuck me on hold without saying a word in the middle of me talking to them. When I called back sure enough my computer was still there and they took my address to ship it to me. Also how hard is it to wipe down the elevateder once a day people, its shinny tell it's not and then it's gross.

A 5 star place I would rate 6 stars if it was appropriate. The entire property was clean, elegant, and inviting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, either on a budget, or looking for all luxuries any Hotel could offer.

When we got there they gave me a cookie, which was delicious. The room was big and pretty, it has a faint smell of cigarrette smoke even though is a non-smoking hotel. We ordered room service and it got there in a reasonable time, we had 2 steaks and one of them was a little off, definitely not the best quality, but it's a hotel after all. Everything was OK.

Newly renovated throughout most of the hotel. Elevators frequently broken. Our first room was covered with fleas, so they gave us a different room. Second room was great! Not many ameneties in room though. And we did not receive a free cookie like the commercial says!

This place was nice inside, but as a gold/Diamond members that stayed in Hilton's all over the country. The customer service rep at night was horrible. My room 304 had a real bad water leak. My personal clothes was damaged and the hotel didn't even care. No weekend no weekend managers to assist what the confusion. I will never stay in this place again. HAD BATTER customer service at Motel 6. Sincerely retired two-star General.

Average hotel. Staff are super friendly! My only 'complaint' is the parking. Very small parking lot so they have a few floors reserved for the guests at the parking garage directly infront of the building across the street. The elevators are kinda slow and get packed frequently. I would stay here again!

Where to even begin, Horrible hotel. First of all there is limited parking space, you have to park across the street. When u walk in the hotel it feels humid and stinks like wet molded carpet. Our room had a bad odor of dirty wet carpet. The staff were rude and lazy, coffee station dirty. There are 2 elevators for 9 floors, so if the place is busy expect to wait to get on the elevator. Breakfast is expensive and not much of a choice. I expected better for it being a double tree hotel. The carpets on each floor are ugly, it looks like someone was trying to put new flooring on and were scraping off glue and laminate tile.

My husband, 2 year old son and I stayed and the hotel was very nice. The food prices are ridiculous though. Especially since there are plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance that are more than half the price. We stayed at a Holiday Inn in Memphis the night before and they treated my son like a god. So if you're looking for basic service this is fine.

The hotel itself was nice. Rooms were clean. Staff are friendly. Horrible place to find parking. There are about 40 spots in front of the hotel and 32 across the street in a parking structure. Always full. It took me 20 mins at 11pm to find a parking space. Then had to walk 4 blocks back to the hotel. Also, the elevators are iffy. They didn't work half the time we were there. It was faster to take the stairs, but the bottom floor door only went outside, as long as there wasn't an emergency alarm on the door. I would stay here again if I didn't have a car.

I was only at the hotel for an event being hosted in one of the conference rooms. The staff provided fresh drinks for everyone in attendance. The room was clean and the air worked really well. Not a bad place to hold an event.

For an aging hotel you'd think they would focus on customer service however it's not the case, Thanks, Amy! The place smelled like urine too! Nice.

They are definetly about Customer Service… Got to town and had booked the Homewood Suites hotel online with our preferences being NONSMOKING. Got to the hotel, checked in and got to the room with all of our luggage and the room reeked of cigarette smoke with an ashtray on the table. This was obviously not a nonsmoking room. We called down for another room and apparently had no more rooms available. When we went down stairs to check out the front desk clerk, female (Ashton), gave us a sassy attitude and didnt even apologize. We left! We've been staying in Homewood the past week in different areas and states and I've never had a disappointment with Homewood. But this one particular was not a satisfying experience. We ended up going to Double tree that only had back up rooms available but had no problem over riding their system and the WHOLE Hotel is NONSMOKING! THAT WAS GREAT! Thank you Double tree, Ashley and Management!

Great service! The room they gave us was still under renovation, but one call to the front desk and they gave us an upgrade in a matter of minutes. My only complaint was with the bar and bartender. Very little options, and when I asked him for something fruity for my wife he recommended a bloody mary.

Made reservations for two rooms for a three night stay a month in advance for my sons competition, had my confirmation e mails and everything. Got a call a week later telling me that they have to cancel my reservations because the weekend I will be there they are having renovations and won't have rooms for me. I was told that they would transfer my rooms to another hotel and I should hear from that hotel to confirm. I didn't hear from the other hotel so I ended up calling them myself. They had no record of Executive Hotel transferring my rooms to them. I was able to get two rooms at the other hotel thankfully. I called Executive Hotel back to make sure they canceled my reservations and was told that my reservations were in fact canceled and that one of my rooms was transferred to one hotel and my other room was transferred to a different hotel not even close together! Why would you split a two room reservation to two different hotels? Never heard from either of the hotels that they supposedly moved my reservations to. They should have known at the time they made my reservations that they wouldn't have rooms. I would not recommend making reservations at this hotel, you might get there and not have a room!

Stayed at the hotel two night for a convention next door. The rooms were clean went above and beyond to take care of us. I heard the hotel is undergoing renovation. Will definately be back.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! 1st room had dried urine on toilet seat, rips in couch and office chair, towels looked like they were quickly thrown on towel bars. 2nd room had dried urine on toilet seat, office chair ripped, towels once again thrown over towel bars. (Wish I could post pictures) It was late (kids needed to be in bed) so stayed in that room… wiped down with Lysol. Very questionable cleaning (if they do it at all) from housecleaning, definitely know why this property is no longer Holiday Inn. Stayed here many (by myself for work) times in past, never again! Gross, gross, gross, gross! I spend half my year in hotels for work and this is the very worst in several years! Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel recently on a Saturday night when attending a volleyball tournament. I attempted to check in at 1:45, but told that an early check in was not possible. That was not unexpected given the crowd, so I left without complaint. I returned to the hotel at 9:45 with my exhausted family, and I was told that I would have to wait because no clean rooms was available. A smoking room was available, but I wouldn't accept that because I reserved a non-smoking room several weeks ago, and we have allergies and cannot tolerate smoke. A manager on duty said he would leave to check on the rooms, and he never returned with an explanation. At one point, he returned to the desk, glanced in our direction, and left. A room was finally made available shortly after 11:00 PM. Our rate was somewhat discounted, but no apologies were made. When I got to the room, the room itself appeared clean. However, a used bar of soap and a partially used bottle of shampoo were left in the shower, there were hairs in the bathtub, and the shower curtain smelled soured. Breakfast the next morning was a disappointment as well. Half of the buffet was empty. There was very little fruit, no pastries, and the eggs were lukewarm. When I sat down at the table, there was no silverware. I had to wait an additional 4 or 5 minutes to get a fork, and by that time my food was cold.
