Great service n really nice rooms.

We made a 5 1/2 hour trip up to Arkansas, so we were pretty exhausted when we arrived! The manager wasn't warm or welcoming. Our room wasn't even ready, so we waited in a dirty room until the maid arrived! We requested a smoke FREE room, but upon entry you could tell that someone had DEFINITELY BEEN smoking! I have a SEVERE smoke allergy, so I could NOT breathe! When we called the manager to request another room, he was extremely rude! He argued with us and basically implied that we were lying and then said "if we didn't like the room, we could get a refund and leave"! All we wanted was a smoke free room! Horrible Management!

Ok place to stay could be more reasonabley priced.

Clean Room, great price. I Was treated with Respect and Integrity by this Management. The Recency is my new Home away from Home. Thank You Recency Motel.

I have to admit that I was a little leery of staying at a less expensive motel in this area because of past experience with other lower priced rooms. However I was extremely pleased with the room & quality of the mattres. The housekeeping personnel were courteous & accommodating. The manager was extremely nice & accommodating as well. The manager made sure he was well aware of activities on the grounds which I appreciated immensely. I will stay here again.

Roaches in the room, some light bulbs in room were dead, no alarm clock, carpet in room was grossly sticky.

Starts at the beginning with the desk clerk, Sweetest Man. Very Clean and comfortable. You can tell they are proud of their business and care about the tired people who need a place you can Trust.

I've been staying here off and on because I'm currently without a home due to high demand for apartments… the man who owns this is the nicest man. The rooms are amazing for the price. No bugs, clean, and without smell.
