Loved it! Friendly staff, clean room comfortable beds. DM checked our party of 4 in and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Will defiantly be stay again on future visits to town!

The manager here is amazing, the lobby is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Best part is, it is affordable! We had to book last minute due to an issue booking at another hotel, we only paid $76 for a double queen room for 3 adults.

It is a budget hotel, the rooms clean and well equipped, the staff is friendly, has a small pool and a small breakfast included (good value for money)

The pool is perfect for my little ones. The rooms a pretty nice and the priceis right.

We stayed here in June of 2017. The hotel clerk was friendly enough, though you had to stand outside in the heat and use a window to talk to him, instead of being able to check in using an air conditioned lobby. It reminded me of those convenience stores in shady locations that have a Plexiglas window that separates you from the clerk. The hotel was at capacity when we stayed. As a result, there was very little parking, and if you left to get something to eat, you were out of luck when you returned. I have to say, I was a little put off by the clientele: Noisy at all hours, constant smoking in and outside non-smoking rooms. What use is a non-smoking room if the people in it are just going to smoke out on the balcony, where the wind tunnel effect just blows it into everyone else's hotel room? As a result, we were ALL smokers that night, as it poured in through the air conditioning vents, as well. Oh, the next morning there were Styrofoam drinking cups outside of nearly every hotel room filled to the top with cigarette butts. I have to ask: Was there a tobacco convention in town or something? All of this is a shame, because the rooms themselves were clean and up-to-date. Nevertheless, I will not be staying at this hotel when I come to visit next month. Unless you're a fan of secondhand smoke, I suggest you stay away, as well.

The attendent at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room had nice upgrades and overall very nice for the price.

Very newly remodeled. Looks artsy and nice but doesn't make up for the rate increase. I drive long distances and when I just need a few hours to sleep I can count on Days Inn to be 45 to 50 bucks. They charged me 75. If I weren't so tired and it wasn't storming last night, I would have gone elsewhere.

Great accomidations. Good rooms. Clean. Freindly staff. Good breakfast. Close to downtown. Good rates as well.

A comfy place to spend the night. Recently remodeled and right next to the interstate. Close enough to all points in the metro complex. Reasonable prices, too.

Good affordable lodging. Very convenient access… Easy in and out. Well lighted parking area. Clean accommodations.

Comfy and cozy. Always clean along with a professional staff always greets with a smile. Rates are not bad.

Good hotel and location for an overnight stay. Room was ok and somewhat clean. Although the heater was only working in "high mode" but it's kind of becoming a norm for the hotels in this price range. Breakfast was continental and ok too.

BEDBUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS! This hotel is infested with bed bugs. Under no circumstances should you even consider staying at this hotel. It's not worth it! The management is horrible, the rooms are unsanitary, disgustingly dirty and they have a BED BUG INFESTATION! I had to have everything that I brought into the room treated, there were bed bugs in my luggage and also had to have my vehicle treated for bed bugs. The management refuses to deal with the problem, so if you've stayed here, there's a very good chance you have contracted them and will carry them with you. I was covered in bites, had to discard my luggage and several items I brought into the room because they couldn't be treated for BED BUGS! Management wouldn't even return my calls or emails once they knew I was bitten, I had to call multiple times and "catch" them answering the phone. And if the bed bugs doesn't deter you from spending a few more dollars down the road, the cracked and moldy walls, the "pool"-which isn't much more than an unsafe hole in the ground, the seedy characters that hang in the parking lot, the location, on a one way exit, which makes it very inconvenient to get back to once you've left the property, and the level of disregard by the owners, housekeeping, management and staff should. Did I mention the BED BUG infestation? FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, STAY AWAY!

One of the best I have been to! Great folks, clean, courteous and a wonderful breakfast too. I don't need a reason to go stay there. I just will.

The rooms are large and have been updated. The bed was large and clean. All lamps in the room had two lights, one of which was a small reading light with a directional boom. The fixtures all had an outlet and USB charging sockets. You could see where some of the upgrades were done. The carpet in the main area carries up the walls as a type of baseboard. It was cut away for the low A/C outlet, and the edges of the cut carpet were frayed. The sink fixture was new and high-end, but was tall enough to strike the mirror when it was turned on. The baseboard in the bathroom was missing behind the door. They are renovating the lobby and some of the other rooms. Be aware of the clutter and the strange seating area for breakfast until renovatons are complete. This isn't a "bad" thing, it's just a thing to be aware of. They'll be done at some point, and the hotel will be nicer than it is now. At least they're modernizing, right?

One of the several Days Inn we stayed in. Staff was helpful and professional. Room was just fine for this type of hotel. Lobby was under renovation, but really who cares. It was clean. Breakfast was standard for this grade of hotel. What stood out was the staff. I left my watch there and they found it and mailed it to me at their cost. They didn't have to do that. We all want to pay the cheapest price, but still get a 5 ⭐️ hotel. Maybe the hotel was not a 5 ⭐️, but the staff was. I'm good with that.

We were given a smoking room even though we requested non-smoking. They eventually go us into a non-smoking room. Housekeeping is lacking; the bed looked like a three-year-old made it. Breakfast was decent. There were loud people out at the pool and I had to call the front desk at 4am to ask them to close the pool. Probably won't stay there again.

The location is easy to miss as it's immediately off the highway, pretty much still on the off ramp but if you miss it there's signs telling you where to go which is extremely helpful. The rooms were fantastic, my guess is that they were recently redone. Clean comfortable rooms quiet rooms. Excellent service. I stayed two nights and only saw one person working at the lobby but she was fantastic helped everyone. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be staying there again. Especially with such great prices.

Lobby was under construction. Continental breakfast was useless. Toaster waffles, packaged muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee. The room was clean, the fridge doesn't work. The beds were better than we are used to. Lots of plugs in the room with usb charge ports built in.

Lobby and breakfast area are being renovated. Check in/out was standing in the heat outside. No TV remote. Holes in couch. Bed comfy. Coffee table nice. Breakfast in converted guest room with open door, flies, no coffee, juice or water to drink. Pictures of nice lobby and breakfast area on website misrepresented facilities.

The hotel lobby is undergoing construction but the rest of the hotel was in pretty good shape. The front desk guy was very helpful. We were worried about breakfast since so many people had complained. It wasn't the best I have seen but it was OK and better than nothing. Nothing too fancy but nothing to complain about it.

Our room was a king. It was a new bed, extremely comfortable. The room was clean and very spacious. Water pressure was great. Pool area was clean, staff was courteous and accommodating. Pool is open 10a-10p. Breakfast bar is included. Fruit, cereals, waffles, muffins, biscuits & gravy, bagels, condiments, & drinks. Warm/ fresh and clean. Our room was by the pool and other guest were loud and some partying past 11pm. Of course this was not the hotels fault and the staff handled the situation very professionally. No other issues. All was quite and we slept great. We will be back next month. Thank you.

Our experience was fine although we had a really hard time getting into our room with our room keys.

Room was not worth the price paid, and he charged us $50 for a missing shower curtain. He doesnt believe us that it wasnt there when we checked in. Double check your room the minute u walk in! $

It was clean, but nothing fancy. Definitely not $129/night + tax hotel. It was a good location for the activities we had planned (Baum Stadium) Our room did smell a little musty. Was promised the pool would be open but it wasn't.

The room was clean and inexpensive and the night staff was fantastic with our late arrival.

Don't bother asking for non-smoking, you'll get a smoking room anyway, even if you change rooms. You'll be scolded for not asking to switch rooms BEFORE you got there — because you should have known you would get a non-smoking room that smelled like a cigar bar. Free Wi-Fi? What a joke — there is a signal alright, but it doesn't work. Heat? Forget about it — heater starts up fine, then a few minutes later it decides to automatically switch to cold air — perfect on a cold winter night. Courteous staff? Nope, not even that potentially redeeming quality. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

Decent safe bed to sleep in, but not much more. Great television selection.

When reserving a room over the phone everything seemed like it would br a nice hotel, but upon arrival the hotel looked like a motel 8 the woman's description of our room over the phone sounded a lot more luxurious, but it in fact was a little ghetto for my taste, I tried to plus in a small desk fan and the outlet smoked and sparked before blowing our breaker, I walked down yo the office and told them our issue, we walked back and fourth 2 times to check if them flipping the switch had worked it wss 10:30 at night mind you they were noy concerned one bit, no im soery for the inconvenience no nothing, quite unsafe if you ask me. And to top it all off, the receptionist called and accused us of stealing a pillow after checking out, A PILLOW! Which we in fact did not, she could of said ma'am I think you might have taken our pillow by mistake, but no she said you took a pillow this is a different brand,. Like really!? Then she says days we will look into it and hangs up. We are from Texas this was supposed to be our vacation, it ESS more of a hassle especially for the price we paid.

Night guy was a total jerk. Treated us like dirt and couldn't take his eyes off the TV. Craphole. Don't stay here.

It's a slightly dingy hotel with a passable breakfast (waffle maker, 2 cereals, instant oatmeal, fruit cups, muffins/bagels, juice, coffee, and milk). Pool wasn't open when we visited, so can't comment on that. Prices seemed high for the quality of room. Television was older (no HDMI input for watching my own movies). Phone didn't work in our room. Given the number of surrounding hotels, it's surprising that they get away with such a high price.

Pros: Good-sized, well-maintained room for low cost. Close to I-540 and to major road. Cons: Worst parking lot I've ever been in. Full of enormous holes. Next door to shady by-the-week hotel; seedy looking guys stared at me and my wife in the parking lot, and one guy came up to us asking for a ride because his "tire was flat. " He ran off when I questioned him. Parking lot not well lit. I did not feel safe at all. Difficult and confusing to access if you're not coming from the highway, but rather taking city streets from central Fayetteville (e. G. The university). Booked nonsmoking room, were given smoking room. Staff quickly gave us a new room and upgraded our bed when we complained. Could not open door to room; staff was called and also could not open it. Night manager was only able to open our door after calling another employee for help. When we went to check out at 10 AM, the manager (only one on duty) was away from the desk for 20 minutes, making us late.
