Great place to stay, the owners are wonderful.

This is the 2nd year for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary in Eureka Springs. We are welcomed by a big friendly smile. Great recommendation for dinner. We returned to our room to find a beautiful card and chocolates for our anniversary. We have stayed at a couple other places here but this is the best and it's the cozy rooms when you enter the room you just feel and see how clean the room is. They take pride in this place and the rate are great and I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Give it a try you will not regret it.

This is our 2nd visit to your friendly inn. It is so nice & clean & so close to everything & very affordable. The couple are the sweetest Christian family & we so enjoyed visiting with them. This is perfect for a family also & the pool looked very inviting. We stayed their for our 50th after goi g to the Passion Play only 5 min away!

Friendly, clean, and cannot understand any criticism of this wonderful place. It isn't frilly, but it's a good base. We really like this place.

The grounds were clean pool amazing and the rooms extremely clean the really accomodate motorcycles. Very convenient for the trolly at the motel highly recommend this place.

Great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice breakfast. Convenient location. Not far from the main strip. Pool isn't very big. Microwave and mini fridge in room is nice. Beds are nice and comfy. Reasonable pricing.

Stayed here one night. Has continental breakfast, pretty decent, not bad at all. Has two types of cereal, milk, orange juice, a double waffle maker, mini chocolate and powdered doughnuts, chocolate chip and blueberry muffins, bagels, bread for toast and a toaster, strawberry and grape jelly, peanut butter, regular butter, coffee and the extra stuff for coffee like sugar creamer etc. Fruit like bananas etc. Pretty standard breakfast. They have a pool, but it only goes to 5 Feet. Most of the rooms are non smoking, and they have ash trays outside if you do like to smoke. The rooms contain two queen sized beds that are comfortable, a TV, a microwave, a mini fridge, plenty of drawers to put clothes in, plenty of plug ins to charge whatever you need. The towels outside of the bathroom are three different sizes, and the biggest size is actually pretty small, however they do have pool towels that you can ask for at the office if you need a bigger size. They have an ironing board and iron in the check in office if you need one. They clean the rooms very often so the place is definitely clean. Good Wi-Fi depending how close you are to the check in office. They have a quite small vending area. The staff is absolutely very friendly and helpful with anything you need, the check in office contains a lot of info for things to do in and around Eureka Springs and they sell water if you want it. Not a bad place to stay at all! Would definitely recommend.

This was a nice place still is I would go back to this place again and spend a few more nights are there while I was down in Eureka Springs the people were really nice the rooms are clean when I was there.

This hotel is utterly fantastic. Everything worked in the room, which is something I couldn't say all the time for hotels three times the price. It was quiet, the mattresses and pillows were comfortable enough, and the AC worked well. Most importantly the couple that runs this place are just the best. They were kind, considerate, and overall very attentive to any needs. I'll be staying here again if I'm ever in town.

The Regency Inn is the place to stay in Eureka Springs. The owners are extremely nice and helpful with information about the city. The Hotel is definitely very motorcycle friendly. Highly recommend them!

This was our first trip to Eureka Springs. We arrived late on a Saturday night with no reservation and were greeted with friendly, polite service. Matter of fact bothbot the managers made it a great experience. They are good people with good morals and great to interact with. The rooms are maintained well and were very clean. They offer a simple breakfast, Everything was fresh and available in a clean environment! This is not the cheapest hotel, but I couldn't imagine a better one. We will be returning later this year and will not even consider using any other hotel!

This place is amazing. I just mentioned in passing conversation that my husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary and the had placed 2 dove shapped towels on a pillow with chocolates and a 25th anniversary card on our bed when we got to our room later in the day. So very sweet and thoughtful. Also made sure we know about where things in this town since it was our first time here. Very clean room, microwave and mini frig as well. Bed is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone. When we come back this is where we will be staying!

Rooms are maticulessly clean. All the amenities are enough to do the job. I read some other peoples negative reviews and shake my head. This is your basic good value roadside motel. If you want better then a 2 star motel then this is not the place to stay. I can be pretty picky and prefer 4 or 5 star but this place is one of the best 2 star I have stayed with. Highly recommended.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. She informed me that she can give a better rate if you call the motel directly to book.

The Regency Inn is very clean and great accommodations! The owners were the best! We stayed there with our Booneville Basketball Team for the Regional Basketball Tournament and was treated just like family. They even made us cookies — great people and great place! Highly recommend anyone traveling through or staying in Eureka Springs! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nicest place to stay in Eureka Springs. Wonderful Christan couple make you feel at home and part of their family. Only place in ES we will stay. Going on 5 years staying here. Clean, convenient to town on trolley and quiet.

Owners were very nice to deal with. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient location if you're visiting the Passion Play. Located on the edge of town so traffic is not bad. We were there during a motorcycle convention so traffic was an issue, but most of the time it's not too bad. Will definitely try to stay there again the next time we visit the area.

Fantastic owners, very friendly, and are willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Excellent prices for the rooms, rooms are clean, bed is perfect and soft pillows. I will be staying here again. We rode motorcycle here and they brought us out rags to clean our bikes with. They are very thoughtful owners, and treat the guest like people instead of a number.

Johann and Johanna are the greatest managers you could ever ask for. They made our stay in eureka springs fun and memorable.

The Regency was great. Nice and clean and the owners made it that much more amazing. They were friendly, helpful and caring. It was our anniversary weekend and they surprised us with chocolates, a card and swans made out of towels, when we returned to our room from an outing. I highly recommend!

Very clean! Wonderful owners do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Comfortable beds, mini fridge, microwave etc. Always stay here when we come to Eureka Springs. Came 2 years ago for our anniversary and came back again this year and owners remembered us.

Our new place to stay from now on when busing Eureka Springs. Clean rooms, great service, has all the amenities too! Pool, continental breakfast, microwave, fridge coffee pot, hair dryer.
Very impressed with little details. I wear makeup and they even have a special wash cloth to use. Now that's impressive. Owners are wonderful and very accommodating. They even have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the back they rent out to groups or families. The rates are amazingly cheap for what you get.
I give this place a 5 star rating.

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed! The people are great, the rooms are all but perfect, and the price is good! I will stay here every time I'm in the area! Very clean!

We stayed here for holiday because of the good reviews. At first look I thought the place looked a little dated but one step inside the main office I found the staff instantly treating me like family. The hotel rooms are nice, It included a refrigerator and microwave. Nice size out door pool. Away from the action down town, it was quite and relaxing. Next to the turn off for the passion play show it was great for us. Bikers lined the side of the hotel (weekend riders NOT hell's angles) my 5 year old son loved looking at them. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is just awesome, Location is quite, rooms are simple, rates are inexpensive.

Nice room. Bed Okay. Pool could be cleaned a bit. And be open past 9. Doesn't open till 10.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Quiet area and slept great! If I had any complaints it would be that the pool closes at 9.

We had to transport a passenger down to eureka springs. We got into town late and then I got pulled over by the local pd for swerving. I was really tired and none of the hotels stayed open. It was around 1130 and finally after about an hour of knocking on doors the owner answered at this place. We only needed a few hrs so we could get back on the road so he cut us a good deal. He was a very friendly guy and the bed was a saving Grace after 8 hrs on the road. Would definitely stay here if ever in the area again.

We had wonderful two night stay, very nice room, clean and very comfortable at an affordable price. The management went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. We look forward to returning to Eureka Springs in the near future at this same motel. We found a "sweet home" away from home there!

Awesome stay! The owners made it a family atmosphere. A plus; great continental breakfast, HOT WATER for shower/bath, very clean rooms and all appliances work but the Wi-Fi was slow. Couldn't have stayed in a better place for the $$$$$. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will be back!

Decent quality room for an affordable rate. Pleasantly surprised at the complimentary breakfast. This isn't a resort by any stretch, but good for a few nights' rest.
