A very comfortable warm quiet environment.

Very helpful and friendly staff, nice modern decor comfortable beds And hot 🔥 soothing water I was here on business and it's nothing like coming in to a hot steamy shower that's a Big Plus 4 Me‼️‼️💯💯.

The bed was very comfortable. Facility was well kept, pool and hot tub were nice, good breakfast, and very informative staff with directions of local attractions and food.

It’s not close to anything. It’s only convenient if you need to be by the airport for an early flight.

Nice easy check in! Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. Hotel was clean and quiet! Liked that it had a hot tub, pool and a workout room! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone in the Bentonville area!

This Wyndham is great! The check in/out was easy and quick. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and had alot to choose from. The hotel had a pool, hot tub & fitness room. I used all three & they were clean and maintained well. The hotel was clean and all the staff nice. Would definitely recommend!

We booked in and were given room that had not been cleaned from the previous guests, reception didn’t seem to know why. Our new room was ok but noted that there were some kind of stains on the bathroom door surround and little loo roll!
Other than that, the beds were comfortable and we managed to grab fruit and pastries for breakfast at 4:30am and a courtesy shuttle to the airport at 4:40.
Overall a good place to stay for XNA.

Good hotel for the price. Convenient location. Liked it having an early breakfast because I had an early flight. Room was nice and clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, close to the airport, but not so close to the restaurant zone (around 15-20 minutes). There is a shuttle to go there though. Rooms are big and clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. For breakfast, I didn't like that all plates and silverware are plastic, so the amount of waste is significant, but I think that's the norm in all other similar hotels in the US.

Love staying here because of it's proximity to family we visit while in the area, but lately it seems it's going down hill. When we were there a couple of months ago, we watched the same used band aid stay in the hall floor for 3 straight days. The last time we were up a month or so ago, it didn't even seem like they vacuumed the hallways at all and the whole place just needed cleaning. Enjoyed this place for a few years, now thinking of other spots close by.

The beds were great. Room was clean and smelled nice. The pillows were soft. Had the best night of sleep I've had in a while.

In contrast to the various reviews the place was pretty decent, welcoming and noiseless. However in the middle of the night there was burning smell in the room. We checked all our phone chargers and then realized it could be the AC unit since the smell was curtailed when we stopped the AC unit. In the morning when we informed the desk the maintenance guy apparently checked and felt nothing was wrong. However not sure for how long he kept the AC on as the smell started after about 3 hours that we had switched it ON. We were so dead tired that we did not want any one coming over to check in the middle of the night so just switched OFF and informed them in the morning. Hope they take care ASAP…

Excellent location for XNA airport access via hotel shuttle. Clean, with very confortable king or 2 queen bed rooms. Free breakfast. Indoor swimming pool with hot tub. Small exercise facility. Adequate, convenient parking. Friendly helpful staff with good knowledge of local area. We would stay here again.

Touring comedian Renard Hirsh recently stayed here while performing nearby and had a fantastic stay! The room was perfect, clean, and very quiet. The staff was awesome and very friendly considering the really late check-in, and even provided a late check-out so our client could take full advantage of the free breakfast, laundry room, and fitness center in the morning before hitting the road!

Had a great stay here. The front desk clerk was very friendly and they were very accommodating the next morning when I requested a late checkout. The hotel room was clean and had all the accommodations you would expect from a nice hotel — free Wi-Fi, cable, etc. I did not use it, but there is a pool available as well. The free hot breakfast in the morning was also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is close to the Bentonville airport, but that's about all it's close to. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms had vinyl flooring that emulated wood floors. It was quiet and decently priced.

Good place to stay for business right next to the Bentonville/NW Arkansas Airport. The staff was pleasant, especially the maintenance gentleman who unlocked the lobby restroom for me after hours of driving. The hotel was under remodeling when I stayed but my room was nice enough and the bed was comfortable. Definitely feels most geared towards business travelers which was perfect for my needs. I would most likely stay here again when I'm in the area and that review could be 5 stars pending the remodel. Cheers.

Great location as it was just a few minutes from the airport. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated with new floors. Service exceeded my expectations! Very friendly staff both in the shuttle and at the front t desk.

This hotel is under major renovation so please keep this in mind when visiting. The price is right ($60.00) for the location near the airport. The rooms are decent in decent shape, as well as the free breakfast, (decent) I'm not a fan of processed food so I declined everything but fresh fruit and coffee.

Cons: in the middle of nowhere, hot tub is broke and has been for months, was not told that at booking, pool was very cold, hotel is currently being renovated, asked for adjoining rooms, was told we could probably have that but when we checked in we were told they don't even have any, staff had assigned our two rooms far from each other, staff was not very knowledgeable about the rooms yet they treated us like we were dumb when we had trouble with the thermostat, heat and air in the room only worked when it wanted to, hotel lobby and hallways had a bad smell to it, breakfast was terrible.
Pros: excellent price, nice clean room, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice towels, hot water in the shower, pool area had a restroom and shower, exercise room, strong Wi-Fi, even with the cons it was still a nice stay and worth the cost.

We had ants in our room, had to be moved to another room, Hot tub was out of service, but nothing on website about it. Told the housekeeping chic we didn't need towels, we were moving rooms, she went in anyway and only replaced our towels, we were locked out of our room prior to getting our belongings to move to new room! Horrible experience.

Driving up a long Erie drive to what looks to be an abandoned Wingate Hotel. Some bottom floor window curtains left open, to display once vibrant and happy rooms, only showed empty soulless pits. The front desk clerk was friendly. A part from that, going up to the third floor I seen that the carpet hasn't been attended to what seemed a year. Pieces of the rug was missing by the doors, dirt, paint, and what looked to be drywall littered the hallway. Expecting the reputable Wingate chain of hotels. I arrived at my door excited to finally relax after a long drive. I opened my door and seen that the entire room was a dark gray hardwood floor and my feet wasn't going to enjoy the soft comforts of a nice hotel carpet. The refrigerator is sitting on the floor, and the couch and office chair looked as if they were taken from a psychiatric office from the 1980's. Well at least the bed is going to be comfortable I said to myself. I sat down and it felt like there was a mattress topper on a concrete bench. Maybe I could take a relaxing bath to wind down I thought. There was no tub. I've never seen a hotel on a budget this small. None the less, it protected me from the elements tonight, and it's bigger than my car. So 3 stars it gets.

Nice, quiet two-day stay in Northwest Askansas, gave us an easy place to retreat after our work. Good business center and continental breakfast. Showers were great, rooms well furnished and clean. Sean at the front desk is the best.

Filing a complaint with corporate. Verbally attacked by housekeeper. Spa closed and each day I was there it was promised to be fixed. Undergoing renovations which are needed. I had to ask to change to another room. The first was horrible! Second one ok. Desk personnel courteous.

I think this was an amazing hotel. It was great because we were able to keep our dogs with us without having to pay a massive premium. We stayed two night for $190 which was nearly 100 less than elsewhere that we stayed with pets. The staff made this place amazing. From having all the freshest breakfast options to taking care of our needs, they were fantastic. The hotel currently rates at 3.5 but I think that if they would renovate; get new carpet, new sheets, maybe new beds. I could see this hotels rating shoot through the roof. The only complaint was the wear in the room themselves. The simple updates could make this one of the best places to stay in the area but like I said above everything else was phenomenal.

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room. Very spacious, much larger than I expected. Beds are kind of high off the ground. Bathroom is nice, average sized. (Apparently the King Suites only have walk in showers). Free breakfast was awesome. Lots of variety plus a huge dining area. Polite staff.

Nice Hotel Close to the Airport. Had a great stay here. Check-in was a snap, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were super clean, and roomy. The bed was very comfy and plush. Location is perfect if you're flying into XNA, too. Highly recommend.

Very clean. Great breakfast and awesome staff, especially the Gentleman at the desk last night. The pool/hot tub were nice and relaxing. The showerhead was amazing! And Park and Fly and Shuttle Service!

When we got in, we realized that we had booked our room for the next week. Amy M welcomed us in and fixed everything for us. There was one room left for the night we got there, she set up our airport transportation and we headed to our room that was clean and spacious. The airport shuttle is wonderful; perfect place to stay before a flight.

The price was right. The hotel is adjacent to the airport but most inconvenient from any easy freeway access. They are renovating rooms and if you get an old room, you see why they need to renovate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, meh. Watery oatmeal. Turkey bacon too salty and fake smoke flavor. Egg hockey pucks, inedible but pretty. Coffee was a bit bitter too. The banana was perfect.

Nice quiet room in a renovating Hotel environment. Helpful staff but the location is kind of isolated to get onto the Interstate.

It's literally​ 5 minute's from the airport, and yet it was very quiet and comfortable. It's very isolated however, so I recommend eating in town before you head for the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Parts of the building were under construction but it didn't bother us. The pool is closed during remodeling. Only negative is the TV's in our room were very outdated and made a high pitched whine when turned on. We just turned it off and went to bed. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel is nice. The staff is nice. The rooms are spacious. The hotel would greatly benefit from new carpet, as well as new bedspreads. The decor is a little outdated, but overall clean. Hotel is not close to anything food related, which is kind of a let down, however it is nice that there's a fridge and microwave available.

Hotel is extremely behind the times as far as dacor and amenities. Old CRT tube style TV's in guest rooms, 80's style comforters and outdated thermal blankets. Mold on the wall along baseboard next to air conditioning unit. Staff very friendly… In addition no restaurants or stores at all or within walking distance of hotel.

Outdated. TV OLD, poor reception, few channels. It's one of those heavy TV's with a small screen. I asked if all the rooms were like that and they were. Wi-Fi doesn't work. Clock wasn't working. Thermostat outdated and temp was in Celsius. The staff was nice. The beds were comfortable but the bedspread was dirty with stains. Lesson learned.

Convenient location, good staff, clean rooms. However, while my sheets were clean, they had holes/cigarette burns in them. Good for one night but look elsewhere if you want to stay longer!

No HDMI cord no Wi-Fi just plug in Internet and also there was a bed bug.

Had a great experience. Another guest complained the hot tub wasn't heating, but I cannot confirm that.

The only nice thing about our stay was the comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi lagged, the TV was very outdated-we watched the World Series game with a snowy and cut off pic. The jacuzzi was very cold and we had to go let management know, then it took over 2 hours and was somewhat hotter. Bought a bottle of Sprite and cup of soup for $6 a bit pricey on that. The staff was very helpful when our room key wouldn't work, gave us new ones but then they wouldn't open the door for the pool and jacuzzi. So we needed new keys for a second time. Highly doubt we will come back, overall just not a positive experience : (

Although the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and free breakfast, the stay isn't bad but internet hardly ever works the hot tub is colder than the regular pool half of the time and it's like pulling teeth to get a person come clean the room. Other than that the place is pretty ok.
