The pool was green. The room had a funny smell. The front desk was kind enough. The beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was like any other. Nothing to write home about. The price for one room with military and one dog was 116. Yikes. A little step for what I got at he hotel. I could have gone somewhere else if I had the time for cheaper.

Front desk staff very professional, I had a few questions about my reward plan and she was able to help me, the rooms are comfortable and clean just what I needed for a comfortable nice rest. Keep up the good work!

Totally satisfied. Young lady at desk so accommodating. Looked up phone number so we could order pizza and gave us information about town. She was just very sweet even though professional. We we're pleased with room and all amenities. Nice location.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Driving home from Texas my husband wanted to stay at a halfway point. This was the area. The girl at the reception desk was very nice but everything after that was awful. We went to our room which had a bad smell to it. The room was dark and lighting was poor. I pulled back the sheets to check the bed and found hairs in the sheets along with yellow stains. I then removed the decorative material across the bottom of the bed and saw a good size yellow pee stain. I pulled the blanket down farther and saw more yellow pee stains. Told the front desk and she gave us another room across the hall. This room smelled worse. The beds looked cleaner but I always travel with a blanket so I spread it over top of the sheets and slept on that. The curtains had the hem torn out and they were blocking the air conditioner so I tied them up in a knot. I then noticed that the several of the curtains hooks were not attached to the curtain rod. I sprayed air freshener and perfume on the floor and beds to hide the smell but nothing worked. I got coffee from the dining area and it was cold. I tried the hot water and it was cold. I then slept few an hour then got up and cleaned up and sat in the desk chair which I draped with my blanket, until my husband woke up. We didn’t stay for breakfast. I didn’t think I would be able to eat with the smell. We left and ate at the McDonalds that was next door.

Spacious beds and comfortable. Rooms could be a little more cooler but still agreeable. Price for room was a great value. Loved this place.

Staff was very pleasant during check in. Got to my room it appeared very clean with plenty of room for one. Turned t. V. On no color, informed front desk and she without hesitation or me asking switched my room. (Thanks). Bed was very comfortable with excellent a/c. Slept like a baby. Showered in the morning and found the water drained very slowly, not cool but I have to say tub must have been very clean because the water was clear. Bottom line not perfect but very good. I'd return. Very quiet and secure area as well.

The room was spacious and clean. We took our two small dogs and they were welcomed, they have a nice breakfast with waflles, eggs and sausage. Also cereals, fruit and yogurt. The inside pool was very nice, all the staff were friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was not Fancy, but it was very clean. Pool was warm and the breakfast had a little of anything you would want. I don't recommend the sausage, but everything else was fine.

We stayed at this hotel overnight. The staff was professional and the room was clean and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The breakfast was presented well and easy to have before We started on our way. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip.

Nice pit stop to get off of the highway for the evening. Lobby area very nice, room clean. Staff friendly. Felt like a safe stop. McDonalds and a gas station right there, easy on/off highway. Breakfast needs some help (sausage and pastries seemed stale), but was adequate. I would definitely stay here again.

Best Western is affordable and clean. I love that they allow pets as I prefer to travel with my small dog. I also like that their rewards can be transferred to Southwest Airlines points although the staff is not well trained on how it works or how to do it. The breakfast is usually very good. The only thing I don't like is the sausage — it looks anemic. Obviously it isn't browned so not appealing. Thanks! I would definitely use Best Western Again.

The room was good size, the pack and play was new. My main concern was while there I found a decent amount of ants crawling on me, my computer and my son. They need to spray for bugs.

Excellent for a small town hotel. Great rooms, very comfortable bed, good breakfast, easy to stay there with my dog. Everything was top notch.

Great stay. Staff was very friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet throughout our stay which was very good. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but they looked good. Breakfast was very good — a variety of hot foods like sausage, eggs, waffles (even with sugar free syrup), and cold foods like cereal, yogurt, pastries, breads, etc. It was a really good experience and we'll be booking again on our way back through I40.

This is a wonderful hotel. It is under new management. If you have an issue the new manager will go out of his way to fix it, and make you feel right at home. A quiet great night sleep as well. We will be staying here again when we are passing through the area.

Employees were very helpful and courteous with all our needs. Rooms were very relaxing and clean. I don't normally sleep well when not in my own bed but I found the bed was so comfortable and the surrounding rooms peaceful which allowed me a peaceful and relaxing sleep!

Clean and comfortable. Had trouble with Wi-Fi. The breakfast area did not open at 6:00am as advertised. Apparently, the employee responsible did not show up for work. The woman at the desk, Alyse, set up the breakfast room for the guests. We are grateful to Alyse for going out of her way to provide us with breakfast.

Nice hotel, clean room and bath. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner.

I have been in hotels for the past 4 days. Traveling to San Antonio and back thru. The best breakfast by far. Clean crisp sheets on the bed, very friendly staff. Breakfast lady was worth her weight in gold. She did a great job.

When we first arrived we were greeted by someone who told us we were not allowed to park our moving truck in the parking lot. In the morning as we got up we found ants crawling everywhere. In addition, the toilet got backed up and when we reported it we were told no one was there to fix the problem. The lady behind the desk did try to give us discount but told me she couldn't figure it out and would have the manager do it later, which I still have not seen. The lady behind the desk did not seem to went to be there and never showed any emotions. Just a straight face all the time.

Clean and comfortable. Had chair with ottoman for my husband who has to sleep setting up. Staff all clean and friendly. Nice selection of hot and cold for breakfast. Plan on making it our place to stay when we go down to Texas to visit our daughter. Reasonable rates.

Ants were everywhere in our room. On the tables, in the beds. It was so bad the even after we got a shower we still had them all over us even if we didn't touch anything. We didn't eat breakfast for obvious reasons, they were very nice about it though. We got a full refund. Now they're in the car with while we a driving across the country. We won't be coming back here in the future.

I would not recommend that place. First room infested with ants, switched to another room. The next room had used soap in the bathroom and long hair all over the sink and tub. I was too tired to care at that point. I just wanted to sleep. I left that morning accidentally leaving a bag of personal items there and call them to ask which I'm told yes and explain everything I had in there and only got half of what I have left in the bag. Wasn't even worth going back for at that point. So careful if you stay there and not to leave anything behind. And make sure to look your room over before unpacking.

Quite Hotel just off the interstate. There's pretty much nothing around it except the gas station and another hotel. But this is a great place to pull off the interstate and rest for the night. Well lit. Seemingly safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. AND it is a Best Western, so how can you go wrong?

This hotel was a disaster, checkin was slated for 3:00 pm, they did not have any clean rooms at 3:00 pm and my elderly grandmother had to wait 30 mins after taking a long car ride to lay in the room that we paid a lot of money for.
Strike two, the front desk lady was incompetent to the highest extent.

Swiped our debit card and stated that it was declined and we would have to vacate the room if we don't pay. We showed in our banking app that the payment has cleared. She said no apologies. We called corporate at this point, and the front desk lady must of gotten chewed out by them because she walked up to my wife in the parking lot and said, if y'all want a refund then you have to leave your room.
Worst customer service in the history of the world. To be threatened to leave a sorry poor excuse hotel twice… On Christmas? To top it all. My granny complained of loud noises above her room. We called the front desk and they stated there was nothing that they could do. I true hope this hotel gets shut down. The management must be out of control! Do not book here!
