Rudest customer service I have ever encountered. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.

Cleaning ladies want you the f€£#$ outta there so they're kinda botch and loud but decent place.

Room was very nice. I loved the breakfast as well. The only they diddnt have were vending machines with snacks only had coke machines! But other than that it was a wonderful stay!

I was heading to a family reunion and had an overnight stay in Little Rock on 7/18/18. For the price I paid to stay the night I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton. But the state of the room was terrible. There was a chair that was terribly stained. There was a second vinyl chair that was peeling and disgusting. There were not enough towels and the bathroom needed an upgrade and deep cleaning. The carpet looked liked it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. I could tolerate the poor state of the room but bad customer service is unacceptable. The woman that checked me in was extremely rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. She was visibly annoyed when I requested a non smoking room and further annoyed when I asked for extra blankets. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this location.

It was an affordable hotel for 1 night and 4 people. 3 towels were provided and 1 shampoo. Beds were clean. The shower curtain had musty smell. Bathroom was clean. It had basics for 1 night stay. Breakfast was basic hot and cold stuff. Checked in at 12 am and no issues. Lots of parking for 40 fr truck and trailer and parking lot was well lit. No bugs. Ok hotel.

Average hotel stay. Close to things which was nice. Great Mexican Restaurant next door.

Absolutely the worst front desk/service/anything you can think of it was horrible We first were told a 50$ incidentals hold MY boyfriend has a Jacksonville ID n was told 100$ incidentals if a person is from there. I felt so judged and stereotyped. I'm so upset I wish I could of got names for corporate.

Thought this was a very well kept Super 8 with stylish and modern reception and breakfast area. Good room which was clean and good water pressure in the shower. Pleasant and proficient receptionist. If in the Little Rock again I would definitely stay here again.

Standard no frills room. But it was clean and comfortable which was most important. Good place to stay while on the road.

My stay at the Super 8 was excellent the in the king size beds was so comfortable felt like I was sleeping on the cloud the staff was very professional and courteous to me there's also a Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel for people who enjoy Mexican food close to the mall as well as Dave Busters for the kids and just minutes away from Walmart for your everyday shopping.

Nice place. Very warm staff member. It was a pleasure to interact with owners. Spacious and clean rooms.

I stayed here for work one day. They were very helpful. They were able to help with a last minute project for my presentation. Very friendly. Quiet clean rooms.

Didn't even get to stay here. The girl at the counter wouldn't let my husband into the lobby, claimed she couldn't due to doing a room audit. Meanwhile, our three year old was howling and wanting to go to bed. We'd been on the road for over 12 hours tonight. We were told to wait half an hour. No thanks. Took our business down the road. Manager might want to look into the dark haired girl working tonight after midnight. Edit to add: my husband is a black guy, and from the look of other reviews, staff here is racist. Travelers beware.

Clean and quiet with friendly staff. Excellent Mexican restaurant walking distance from rooms. Bass pro and outlet shops just across the highway.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great breakfast. We come to little rock for work and have stayed here before and this will be where we stay next. Highly recommend!

The room we had was very clean and presentatble. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Joe, who took my phone call at 1am was super friendly. I called a few places in the area that night and they were the friendliest. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room plus the typical coffee maker and toiletries. And to top off our awesome experience, they are a pet friendly hotel.

Really nice Hotel, Orlando I believe was the gentleman who checked us in and he was Great. Also a Great breakfast as well. Thank you I was a bribe spot on our trip.

Manager threatened to call police if we picked up friends staying here… nothing suspicious… no laws broken… just weird clause that manager threatened to enforce for no reason. (We are all well-dressed upper middle-class, law abiding citizens… we just aren't set up for guests). Their room appeared clean and passable for price paid… but the foolishness of the manager is hard to overlook.

Cons: When I arrived and checked in, I went to my room and found they were still getting my room ready. Why in the world would I be given a room that wasn't even ready. So we had to wait in the car 10 mins until they finished. No fitness room! This was falsely advertised. No breakfast because all staff are off for Thanksgiving. Is this not one of most frequent travel days of the year? How is there no staff and no breakfast. If your open, be fully open. And by the way, no one to bring you towels. No business center available. And could not use the meeting room (rentals only). Pro: Room were decent.

This particular Super 8 is pretty decent. Nothing to trash on. Not exactly the cleanest. You can tell the maids did all the big stuff but didn't take the time to sweep well. Customer service was nice at the counter. I wouldn't say don't come here. Really not bad for the less than $70 for the night. Definitely not somewhere to go to be impressed though.

We travel pass Little Rock often for many years now for work and always make sure we don't stop anywhere in the city from bad experiences in the past. Needed somewhere on the edge of town for the night and so happy to have found this place. One of the nicest Super 8 we've stayed with if not the nicest. Its rating is inaccurate. It's been renovated. We give this place 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, friendly staff, great price. Definitely stay here again when we bounce around the country.

Hotel was clean, room with 2 queens was large. We were on first floor across from office & internet worked well. Great soundproofing as we could not hear the traffic noise when the door was closed. But once you open door the traffic sound was loud. Convenient stop if you are traveling on 30 or wanting to shop the outlets. We were in room 117 & the AC was not working properly, but other than that, this is a convenient stop & provided breakfast of sausage, egg patty’s & fruit, which is better than some Super 8’s.

Great rate. Pool closed Oct 1st due to season. Shower sucks (no pressure at all!. Non smoking room has bad over smoke detector and there are burn holes in the bed cover staff was super nice!

Wonderful management! The gentleman helped me move my reservation, move rooms, and check"back in" without having to wait for 4 hours. Very nice, updated establishment. Cool lobby!

We started there twice, once heading towards our destination and the next time returning. Not fancy, but clean and functional. Breakfast not that good, but it is dutifully kept refilled and clean. Staff at the desk were all polite, helpful and competent.

We were traveling with our 5 month old puppy. She is housebroken. The room was very clean and was linoleum. Which made it feel cleaner. Loved our nights stay, bed was perfect. We will diffently stay there again.

Sent my coworkers here because I had been here and was happy but. They reserved my room at same time I did but I got there later. They were charged 50.00 for a room and the same kind of room was 80.00. One guy even had a pet fee. I had no pet fee. The next morning they wouldn't fix the problem. They didn't care.

Loved my stay here. The rooms are updated. The breakfast is amazing. The people are very nice. It's a quiet location even though it's right off the freeway. I've stayed here several times before and will continue to stay here whenever possible!

Best super 8 I've ever been too. Seriously classy. I'd also like to state that I'm shocked by some of the bad reviews. I travel the nation and I always stay at at super 8 cause they allow my little dog. This particular super gave us a huge room for a one bed, room. Had a closet. Large bathroom. Was super clean. Had two ash trays which I've never seen in any smoking room. It wasn't a one room suite. It was much larger. Plus the lobby, wow! Sculptures and artistic seating. The place is amazing. So amazing, I wrote a review.

BLOOD ON THE COMFORTER and the manager/owner did nothing to compensate. The room had an awful odor. There was black hair in the bathroom and shower (was not mine or my boyfriends). If I could rate this a 0 I would. Awful service. I will be contacting corporate about this.

Great hotel. Staff was very nice and the rooms looked better than even a higher end hotel. Right by the outlets. Will be stopping by here again.

I tend to shy away from motels like super 8 or motel 6. But the hubby said this one had good reviews, and it was super affordable on the website he was looking at. I was pleasantly surprised! This is the best super 8 I've ever seen. Stylish and clean! And to top it all off, the breakfast was way more than expected… Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, among others. I was expecting cereal and coffee, and nothing else. If I had to recommend a roadside motel, this would be the one!

Stayed at this place one night 5/11/2016 room 229 with my wife and 1 month baby boy. My wife woke up with hundreds of little bites on her arms. We examined the sheets and pillows and found a few red smudges. Notified management of their potential bed bugs issue. He said that she could have got the bites from going in the grass. She didn't have them going to bed and didn't go anywhere up until the time we went to the managers office. Only people that are allergic to bed bugs will actually whelp up when they are bitten so some people can stay there with no issues but just know that you are not the only one sleeping in that bed.

Probably the best hotel we stayed at on our cross country road trip (until we got to our destination) … Super roomy, great price, great internet, close to the interstate… Only issue is with trying to get here. Use Google maps by putting in the exact address, not the location data from when you use a site like Priceline.

It was horrible I will never stay there again the manager is rude and obnoxious. He says no visitors as if youre in jail or something so not understanding that part my son came by to visit and drop some money off we was asked to leave the next day, because we had "vistors" smh. Really hate I had to give them one star cause they dnt deserve that one. Omg I wish they could be removed frm Wyndam rewards.

Dodgy environment. So much that you can't take your free breakfast up to the room. Im pregnant and have morning sickness so I can't always eat during the breakfast hours I would make a plate and save it for when my stomach settles but they won't let you take food out of the lobby. So no free food for preggo. Thanks alot great 8 for punishing customers for your dodgy location. I cant help there's homeless people and drug addicts everywhere but don't punish the customer bc of it.

Great place to stay with clean and up dated rooms. Nice staff to help with whatever you need for your stay. They have a single washer and dryer on site so you can wash your clothes there if you need to.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a convenient TexMex restaurant next door. Continental breakfast with cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast, coffee, juice, milk.

Very nice room, big comfy bed flat screen has a computer desk with a swivel chair, deep bath tub, and it has a closet these rooms are newly renovated and clean … as to the other posts below me. I didn't see any bugs, roaches, ants nothing … before someone says I work for the hotel and that's the only reason I left a great review … no I don't I leave honest reviews … the only thing is it's laminate floors. I personally like carpet … they also have complimentary breakfast … very happy … The guy at the front desk was a little on the rude side since we had a reservation and he was saying we didn't have it … but that's just some people.

Love the location but it could be alot cleaner. And the air is a problem, it seems to be set on some kind of timer. At the hottest point of the day it is piss hot in the room. And stuffy. Then when you open the door you have to deal with the bugs. If I could just cold air to blow all night it would be great.
