Spent the night in a room that has no functional toilet. Maintenance not on site, and all the rooms were booked, so they handed us a plunger (even though none of us did anything that would require plunging) … Didn't work. If you ever find yourself looking for accommodations in Little Rock, drive past this one 🤬

Stayed here for a baseball tournament and have two children first there was marijuana being smoked every night two doors from us and nothing being done about it second the pool hours are over at 10 but they closed at 5 third the exits on the end of the hallways leading outdoors would not lock and people coming in and out all night that were not guest of the hotel.

Upon check-in after our volleyball tournament last night, we were told our room was sold to someone else… I was shocked, because there was no notification system in place to even make me aware this was a possibility. It also happened to six other families besides me! We had exhausted kids and were left to scramble for new reservations. While this may be Marriott policy, perhaps coming up with a system to alert us or mentioning this possibility when booking would be extremely helpful in the future: (Because of the lack of empathy while informing us that we lost our booked by credit card room, I will NOT be staying in a Marriott hotel again.

Clean, modern and staff is friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Walls are paper thin and the guests are obnoxious. Arrive at 9:10 pm to check in and at first we were told there wasn't a room ready for us. Receptionist then had to FaceTime her manager to show her nothing was open. Manager told receptionist to go check a room and sure enough it was clean (ish). Got upstairs around 9:30. Hall reeked of weed, which couldn't have been missed when she checked our room. Room smelled just as bad. 10:30 someone calls our room and hangs up. 10:45 the upstairs folks are running laps in their room. 11 the guy next door won't shut up on the phone. Tried calling the desk and every line on our room phone is busy. Husband called the hotel, no answer. Meanwhile our alarms are set for 3 am after a long day of traveling.

Nice room, courteous staff, at the time there was some construction going on, but other than that it was a good experience.

Such a great place! 3 kids 2 adults and they are so accommodating.

Suite and staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Only issue was pool being closed more than once in the morning due to cleaning, but that wasnt a major issue. Overall satisfied.

Staff is very kind… my 7 year old daughter quickly became best friends with them. I stayed 4 nights while taking chemo at UAMS. Pool is only 4ft at the deepest, but heated in winter… the elevator makes scary sounds. It was very nice and quiet until Friday night… then people were being loud, being inappropriate in the pool, cussing, just not what the other nights were… hoping it was a one time incident.

Warm welcoming personnel at the desk. Great daily breakfast and very comfortable suit rooms.

I stayed here for a work trip. My room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and the shower was great! The TV was in an awkward place and a little wobbly, but I didn’t care. The staff was very friendly and I was able to get breakfast at 5 am before she was ready to open! I’d stay here again.

Well worth what the room cost. Best part was we could sleep 5 people in one room comfortably. One small issue was the TV placement. Once the fold out couch is set up into a bed there is no room to walk through, gotta do a side scoot. If TV were up higher it wouldnt be such a problem. That and the breakfast was not great. Juice machine was broken. Eggs were obviously imitation. The sausage was rubbery. They had good yogurt and the waffle machine worked well. There were small plastic milk bottles that seemed less than fresh. When my children went to drink them, they were slightly curdled on top. So they had water instead. If a little more effort went into the breakfast this place would be top notch, especially for those of us with 3 kids who live on a budget but want to avoid run down places.

Bed was great, A/C worked really well, breakfast was really good with ham, cheeses, sausage, eggs (both boiled and scrambled) and fresh fruits.

This hotel was pretty quiet, clean, and just an overall laid back hotel with an indoor pool and gym that I didn't get the chance to experience, but I peeped inside the gym it was clean. Our room was clean. It was 6 in a room. 4 adults 2 children under 4 years old. We had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. I slept on the pullout with the kids and I didn't have any back pain. Our room did include breakfast they had a few choices to choose from. Things like scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal (frosted flakes, fruit loops, kashi, and granola), bagels (cinnamon and plain), muffins (blueberry and cinnamon), yogurt (strawberry and peach), waffles, bananas and peaches. Ofcourse toppings to put on your breakfast. We arrived August 24 and checkout August 26 so the staffs who worked the front desk was polite and courteous. As well as the lady who was tending the breakfast area. Only issue I had at the hotel was that our room didn't have 2 TV like I saw on the picture since it was 6 to a room that would have been perfect. I still rate this hotel a 5 star just for everything else being pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel on both the front end and back end of my trip and enjoyed my experience each time. The rooms were large and the beds very comfortable. I also liked having a sink in the main room as well as the bathroom. My only complaint would be that the bathroom in my second room wasn't as updated as the one in my first room. I would definitely stay here if I'm in the area again.

We only stayed for one night in the middle of a long drive but this hotel was the perfect spot to catch a good night's rest. The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. You could also tell that the hotel had been renovated fairly recently because everything was pretty and modern. The breakfast selection in the morning was nice as well.

I was pleased with my experience for the price. The hotel had some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but nothing major. The light in the bathroom was really dim and the fan was rattling for example. However, the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I would gladly stay there again!

Great hotel. Clean and aesthetically beautiful. Breakfast offered which is not at every Marriott. Indoor pool. Friendly and courteous staff. Big, clean suites with microwave and fridge, pull out sofa for added bed space.

I really didn't have any problems… every one was very nice… and house cleaning ladies does a great job cleaning…

Went up for the Guns and Roses concert at WMS and stayed the night. Bed was so comfy. Room was super nice!

If I could give no stars I would. I had reservations 3/17 check in time is at 3pm I made it around 4 and had to wait an hour because the rooms weren't ready. I asked how much longer she said she I didn't know but someone just ran across with towels really. I stayed at this location several times for birthday sleep overs, family reunions everything and has always booked and made reservations with my husban credit card and my ID after waiting 2hrs for a room she said he had to be there. I know it's people in the world that are dumb criminals but really. I'm a rewards member he's on my rewards account. I hate to say this but Marriott has just lost me has a customer.

Really clean, super comfortable beds. I have chronic back pain n it prob the best mattress ever even from the more high end hotels. Breakfast was good. They had sliced cheeses n fresh fruit. Eggs n the usual bagels toast cereal granola ECT. Also coffee, water station all day… and popcorn n cookies by front desk all day too. Nice thin confirm on bed u can tell they wash everyday all the pillows on couches n couch itself were super clean. Great large shower but if you got kids or are elderly you might not like the showers.

The staff is wonderful. They were extremely helpful and accomidating towards our employees during our stay. My company will continue to make SpringHill Suites West Little Rock our home away from home. Thanks to you all!

Our suite was clean and well stocked. There was a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, extra linens and Paul Mitchell hair products. The gym was clean and had new equipment in it as well as towels and a water machine. The free breakfast was very nice; eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and more! We had a lovely stay here.

Rooms were big with newer furniture. Two large beds in my room. Big showers but no tub for kids. Had problems with TV (remote didn't work) and in-room fridge (didn't cool). They worked to resolve them to my satisfaction. Overall a reasonable room at a fair rate with a responsive staff.

This was an ok hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was decent. No tub, just a walk in shower which was nice. My television did not work the first day and my colleagues heater did not work properly the for the first night. The breakfast was also quite mediocre. My biggest issue was The other guests. I could hear The neighbors yelling in the morning and that was kind of awkward. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel did everything I needed it to which was provide me with a place to keep my stuff and give me a bed to sleep on at night.

I'm a Marriott employee currently living out of this hotel while waiting for my apartment to be ready. We've been here almost 4 weeks now, and the staff and room have been fantastic. Bridgett and Samantha are great and have shown us the best hospitality since our arrival. We're on hard times, but we've been treated like decent humans by decent humans during our stay at the West Little Rock Springhill Suites. Thank you.

One of the beautiful Hotel and Suites I've ever seem. The shower is perfect, the beds r very comfortable, its very clean and yo neighbors r friendly and very respectable of your peace. People at front desk is Amazing. Just lovly.

Springhill suites was convenient to get to — right by the highway. The suite was roomy enough for all of us, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth.

Hotel was very clean, updated, and accessible to the highway. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in the morning was a great way to start the day and had healthy options. My kids liked that hot chocolate was available throughout the day. There are also several very good restaurants close by. This hotel was a welcome stop after a long day of driving.

The front desk attendant told me the wrong time for the breakfast. I even asked twice! When I came at 9:15 down with my 3 children, they were cleaning it up and it was closed! Samantha at the desk tried to cover her mistake and lied about telling me the wrong end time, and instead of trying to make it right and accomodate us, she ran over and said 'breakfast ended at 9, I guess you can have whatever is left over'. She had told me it ended at 9:30. I was shocked by this attitude.
I, however proceeded to use what food was left to feed my family.
Not once did she apologize or help us get some leftover food, cups, napkins, etc. Even my kids were startled by her rude attitude. We were on our own to look for forks, etc. A kitchen worker helped us a little, but she was annoyed at our 'late' arrival, even after I told her the front desk error.
I have never been treated that way in a hotel as a paying guest… it was totally inexcusable. The manager never came over to apologize or see if we needed anything.
When my husband checked out, 'Samantha' admitted she gave me the wrong time for breakfast but didn't apologize and insisted she wasn't 'rude' to me, after he told her I felt she was. The entire situation was very awkward and left a very bad taste in my mouth about this hotel. We WILL be sending an email to corporate about this.

It's OK room was nice clean and big the only thing is that pool is too cold for an indoor pool and I had a five year old boy with us we grabbed a floating device from the wall for him to float around in the pool and the manager didn't like it she said he can't be playing with that I'm like come on he's five so we went back to the room other than that everything Was alright.

Room was clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful to us while we are there. Breakfast was good too. The only thing that was not good as the room smelled like wet clothes. Not sure why. Probably alone of the towels we left for too long in the washer before being dryed.

The room was very roomy and beautiful. Lots of extra blankets and a pull out couch which was great because we had 4 kids. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great place to be able to do fun things in the nice part of little rock. And everyone loved the pool!

The only reason I booked SprinHill Suites was for the indoor pool. For some reason they decided to shut it down in the morning to clean it so it was closed from 6am till 1pm (after our check out time) so we never got to use it. For anyone looking for a Hotel to stay at in LR with an indoor pool go to Crowne Plaza thats where we normally go they have a better breakfast and they give you Temple Spa products.

Check in was slow. But everything else about the hotel was acceptable.

I spoke with someone directly at the motel when I made my reservations. He was very nice & accommodating. He gave me the medical rate, which I appreciate. I requested a suite that had two separate bedrooms like was described on the motel website. He told me they did have that type of suite. I also requested that we be on the first floor. He said that would not be a problem. Our daughter was coming with us & she smokes. I was aware that this is a non smoking facility, but it did state that there was smoking areas. I ask him if these were in a safe location. He assured me the smoke areas were safe. When we get there to check in, the receptionist at the front desk had no personality. To begin with, she said we were on the second floor. I told her I had requested a suite on the first floor. She said all the first floor suites were one king size bed only. I told her that is not what I was told when I made the reservation. She said that is how it was. We went to our room, which I will say was clean. The furnishings not so great but okay. The beds were in the same room like a regular motel setting. They were not separated like I requested & was I was told they would be. My daughter & I went to see the smoke areas for their safety. They are located at each end of the motel not very well lit & not safe looking at all. There is a smoke area in the front of the motel & that is the one she used.

Very nice property. The room are well managed and the staff is professional. The property was recently renovated.

3 days with no Internet. They fixed it finally. Download speed is 0.02Mbps. This isn't high speed Internet. Breakfast is terrible. All bread products are dried out. Eggs are discusting, sausage is gross.

Good experience. Convenient to many restaurants, though a bit challenging to get to. The 430/630 interchange can be a bit strange, for those not familiar with the area.

The location was perfect for my trip, just around the corner from my meeting location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and quiteand appeared either new or recently updated. I loved the layout of the room. A very comfortable stay. I will stay again.

This was a mistake. Thin walls. Room was not prepared when we made it in. They gave us a new room and the AC on it was set to 60. Bad experience.

Stayed here one night 5/9/15. Nice, clean room. Accommodations were modern, linens were clean. Has a refrigerator, microwave and a counter with a stainless steel sink. Did not use the pool. They were painting the outside of the building so we had plastic over our windows but that didn't bother us. We weren't in the room much anyway. As always the iron was crappy. They sell beer in the lobby and are applying for a wine permit also. I would stay here again. Also, staff seemed friendly and helpful.
