Avoid this hotel! I reserved and paid for this room 2 days in advance. When I showed up for my stay at 9pm I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I would have to find someplace else to stay. Completely unethical!

Nothing. Very poor service. Rooms not clean at all.

Check in was difficult. Garbage was piled up smelling like rotten shrimp by the ice machine. Traveling with my 72 year old mother and they had no drinking water available for sale. Or for free for their “ valued” customers. I have never had such a horrible experience. Holiday inn you failed me the past 10 nights. 9 in Lees Summit. One in Jonesboro Arkansas. Failed failure horrible.

Trying to communicate with the manager, you’d be better off pulling a tooth. I also wouldn’t recommend paying with anything but cash, they over charged my card July 5th it’s august 10th and it still isn’t resolved. The manager has the worst memory in the world or the worst customer service!

Got 2 rooms on 7/31/21. Both rooms stunk of an old, damp spur smell. Propped the doors open as soon as we entered the rooms due to the stench. Wallpaper was peeling, gapped, and bubbling. Mold in both rooms, and 1 bed broken in one of the rooms. Asked if we could have different rooms due to the stench, and health hazard with the mold, and were told that most rooms smell like that, and no other rooms are available. When informed of the broken bed, the clerk laughed and said “yeah, we got a few broken beds, and I wouldn’t lay in any of our beds” He made it obvious that the hotel was aware of these issues, but have an extreme lackadaisical approach and attitude. We ended up sending 1 adult and the 4 children to a near by hotel, myself, my husband, and brother-in-law stayed in the least stinky and least moldy room, where we had to keep the door open. I made contact with someone who stated they were the GM. I informed them of the situation and asked that she have someone contact me as soon as s possible, cause to be honest I was pretty heated at that moment, and I am even more heated now. As of 8/4/21 no one has reached out to me regarding this moldy and stinky situation. I have videos and pictures of the walls, and mold, that have been sent to the local health department inspectors, and to IHG corporate. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this hotel, staff (that I’ve dealt with), and over all experience and lack of caring.

On our first night we were given the beds than what we paid for. They swapped rooms for us and in the 2nd room we found a syringe next to a crumpled up can on the headboard within 5 minutes being there (I would share the picture of it but I am pretty sure it will get taken down). They swapped rooms again and inspected it and apparently needed to clean up the bath tub before we could get into the room. This room was better, but that was a low bar.
House keeping is a joke here, our room was not tended to at all the 3 nights we were there.
We used Priceline to book and prepaid. The hotel then charges us again after we have left for the full amount of our stay because they billed it wrong and have to wait for them to refund that. Unfortunately our booking was nonrefundable or we would have chosen somewhere else after the second room.

We stay here for 1 night stuff / manager from night and day shift are rude and they got a ghost extra charge and we dont even understand how come why we got that charge… ive been into holiday inn lonoke for the next night they energectic and helpful since we are traveling but this holiday inn JONESBORO are so much diff … I hope you guys change this stuff behaviour this is so much disappointed.

They ran out of towels so we had to dry off with hand towels. Asked for a linen change (after two nights) and they didn’t do it. Another room was smoking pot and it was filtrating through the HVAC and our room smelled as if we were the ones smoking. Asked the front desk about it and the guy never looked up from his newspaper and said that they have a process for that but never did anything. Smelled it again around 3am. I have children who got to experience the awful smell of marijuana. No breakfast. For this to be a newer hotel, it is awful.

We’ve always stayed at Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express in our trips especially with the nice breakfast included for the prices you pay. You have to pay an extra $10 per guess if you want breakfast. Sorry we won’t be staying here again and most likely you just hurt other Holiday Inns! We also book hotels for our employees we will cross this one off our list. Also the bathrooms are too small. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast is not provided but they do have a restaurant where you can purchase breakfast.

Beautiful new building close to entertainment and good restaurants. Hard-working staff and owners whose number one priority is that guests have a restful and enjoyable stay.

Excellent, remodeled space. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great bed!

Good location and price. New facility so very nice. Still waiting on bar area downstairs and pool was closed.

The hotel and rooms were very nice, no free breakfast though. We Stopped here on our way home from vacation last minute so I didn’t book online. They actually charged us more for a room booking at the front desk than if we would have booked on their website and we are rewards members. (I noticed this the next morning)

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. However, I'm not pleased with their anti-gun policy, I would love to see that changed. All in all, I'd recommend it and would stay in the future.

It is a brand new property. The staff needs a little more training on reservations. They were nice and helpful getting us the right room rate. Rooms were great. Good sleep, quiet, and clean.

It had only been open a couple weeks. I was disappointed there was not a single trash container anywhere. A long trip with kids makes that a necessity. There was also no breakfast buffet. Most other hotels in Jonesboro have it. The pool and room was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. If they provided trash containers and breakfast I would definitely go back.
