Clean room. Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. The pool hours are 9am to 10p. This morning several people were at the pool at 8. The front desk opened it early for us! Thank you!

This motel I noticed was plagued with not so friendly reviews. I decided to check it out! Upon arriving, I was greeted by the owner. A very friendly man. He told me they were undergoing many room and ground updates. I asked to see some of their rooms. I picked out my own I requested and checked out 4 in various locations of the large complex. My choice, not his. All four rooms I checked out were clean and all amenities seemed to be in good condition. If you're looking for a fair price in this area on a clean motel, I recommend The Red Roof Inn. If you're looking for a Four-Five Star Hotels head closer to town and you can find a few at quadruple or more the price. Give me a clean room and outdoor pool at a fair price and I will support any small business owner. I will send my guests there looking for a great deal! T Wilkins.

Clean rooms decent price close access to the park.

Not the greatest… it was a great price, but there were a few problems. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so it was extremely muggy when showering. And the sheet slipped up, which led us to discover huge stains on the mattress. Very unappealing. It just felt dirty. I'd rather just spend an extra 10 bucks and stay at a nice clean hotel. I did notify staff, but nothing was done.

It's a decent motel for the night, room & bathroom is a little small. Got it in booking. Com for $60.80 Tax included. Manager was nice when we checked in. Loved that I could bring my dog. Cleaning crew needs to clean behind the beds but other than that the room seemed clean.

Updated rooms, comfy beds, does smell musty, seems clean, didn't see bugs except waterbugs outside. Nice views good location. Pool is great. It was super clear and huge. I would recommend for families. The beds are small though.

We left after about ten minutes of not being acknowledged. Weren't gonna stay there. Ended up staying down the road. With much friendlier staff and service. Y'all might have a different experience though. Good luck!

Love the fact that they have a swimming pool because Magic Springs was closed. The breakfast was not good but the rooms was clean. I will use this hotel next time. Thanks for being so nice. Even the other guest was nice.

Only good if you're here for a brief stay. Bathrooms are poorly maintained, beds aren't very comfortable, don't care for the breakfast. Oh, and this morning I found a roach…

Close to magic springs, I thought it was clean and nice workmanship there.

Room was ok u have to ask for ur room to be cleaned the air conditioning was leaking in our room the room smelled like dirty people loud people outside our room all night won’t be staying here again.

Stayed for a couple weeks while working in hot springs had clean rooms reasonable rates, continental breakfast and an excellent staff thank you for making working on the road a little easier.

Not a bad Hotel. Just not very good one either. If you need a cheap place to stay it's better than the alternatives (i. E. Any one of the rent by the hour motels nearby that are adjacent to a 24 hour liquor store) The pool was full of kids having fun, so we didnt try it, but it looked ok. The beds were super hard, so we didnt sleep much. If you're looking for a place to stay that's low budget and has your bare necessities, you've arrived at the most mediocre hotel.

The lady at the front desk is super awesome and so for it's been great.

Was disappointed in the cost of a place that was really not worth it. But was falling asleep at the wheel. Had to stop. Noticed next morning a hotel next door a lot cheaper. Oh well $80.00

Older place. Clean and everyone was very nice. Outside stairways was very dark.

Comfortable bed, HOT SHOWER Cable and Wifi, AC functions as fan also so room stayed comfortable.

It was a fine place to stay. It doesn't stand out from any other budget motels that I have stayed in the past.

You get what you get and they can charge what they want for those tn down rooms. All because the park is right there. But then all the hotels on that street are the same run down. You'd think they'd make everything look nice for tourist.

This place is hard very very rarely busy / full most of the time there is maybe just a few locals staying a day or two other than the few locals that live there its usually a quiet mostly empty place. Easyly accessible plenty of front row parking close to your door unless your upstairs. The rooms are decent. They're usually clean enough to sleep in (not always) but typically they are. Not the nicest place to stay but its livable I don't think it's worth the fifty dollars a night they charge for a one king bed for 1 person For one night. Its a alright place to stay for a night or two over all but I would not stay for very long. They do not offer any type of services, room service, crappy cable is included along with old school console tv. There are no discounts or special offers no deals sales or bundles they charge by the bed and by the head only one or two bed king or queen rooms.

The rooms are decent. But bathrooms were very small and very less space. Otherwise the receptionist was good and security was good too.

The front desk man was very nice and helpful. There is a trail directly behind the motel which is beautiful. I did not appreciate the construction being done right outside my room.

The room provided was very difficult to breathe in. It was full of smoke. Even upon requesting front desk, coudn't get any room change. Also, the bed lamps were missing. And the guests were handed over with the sodium lamps to fit in. And, the lamp above the face wash basin fused out in 1hr. And no replacement was given,, Also, the neighbors were very loud and noisy. Very disturbing and couldn't get sleep whole night. Thank god I was tortured only for one day. Huh. pathetic. Experience. Would not suggest. Breakfast was good though.

If there were a way to give this hotel no stars I would do it. First, only one room key worked and the lock on the door looked old and ready to fall apart. Then, the TV did not work. It came on, but the remote did not work and you could not change any channels. The room overall was very dirty and the bed smelled of dirty feet. Based on the night, I could not even try to eat anything here. Now, my girlfriend and I have bug bites all over our legs and back and chest. My guess is bed bugs. This is a horrible place to stay and you had better watch out. The place is overall run down and in poor repair.

The worst hotel ever! Where do I start! The pictures are all lies! There is no bathtub and hard to do with 2 small children! The room reeked so bad in mildew and it was every room bc we asked to be moved! Mold along the tile by the refrigerator. The faucet pours water out on the side! The room stays damp which made our beds damp, our clothes and everything we had! The outside property needs help bad! The pool was so nasty! It even smelled soured! I saw several people take large dogs in their rooms, so I imagine it's flea Infested! We paid $99 for this room and it's not worth a nickel! We were going to move but every hotel was booked! No wonder this was the only one not booked up! I will never ever stay at a Red Roof Inn property! This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt! Also, the carpet feels so nasty you can even feel the padding underneath is rotten! I hate to write bad reviews, but I want to save someone the misery we experienced for way too much money! DO NOT STAY HERE! The only positive I can say is the front desk clerk was super sweet, breakfast was okay, the maids tried hard and I didn't see bed bugs! Yay!

The only reason I gave one star was for the staff, it really needs no stars. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and nice and helped us. When we went in our room there was a roach on the ceiling, and then also had two more on the floor. The room felt/smelled icky and like mold. So we asked to change rooms, they updated us to pool side, where the room felt/smelled the same. My mom and grandmother were in the room beside us, where there were bed bugs in the bed. My mom has the pictures and they were both bitten. Needless to say, we did not stay there the rest of our trip. We did, however, get our money back except for the one night we stayed. We won't be back here anymore.

My family and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn on July 6th. We were planning on staying the entire rest of the week, but upon arriving we noticed that it was woefully run down… however that didn't deter us. The front front associates were nice enough so we stayed. Upon entering the room the smell of urine was so strong, thankfully I travel with scented candles to combat the odor. We started the night and hoped for a better morning. Breakfast was yet another unfortunate issue. They advertise hot/cold breakfast. They had only ONE waffle machine (the hot) and the rest was cold stuff so I guess technically they didn't lie but it certainly put me off staying. After that one night, and my 13year old reading reviews and questioning why I didn't check their reviews first (funny cause I taught him that) we left and found a much better spot. Their one redeeming quality-the front desk associates.

If you are pulling a trailer or camper and need a place to stop in the hot springs area, there is room to get turned around and park. Room was clean, but a bit moldy smelling. Not sure if it's from the area or just this building as we have not been here before. Also has microwave and mini fridge. Continental breakfast in the morning with waffles. If you like to be warm while sleeping, bring or ask for another blanket as there is not an extra in the room and the bedding is thin (not from excessive wear though). Nice shower with good pressure and bathroom was clean.

We have stayed at this motel four years running had a problem one time we asked for a certain room at reservation but we did not get it but found that the room that we got was better. Staff has always been polite check in and check out was easy, breakfast was just fine. Never seen any thing bad in the room, clean, coffee pot clean and there was coffee + beds were comfortable we have back problems but did not hurt when we got up in the morning. All in all we keep coming back year after year. Thank you Red Roof Inn. Will see you in a couple of weeks.

Room was clean, the door was not sealed. Had a quarter inch gap at the bottom. The pool was good sized buy dirty. All in all decent for the price.

A little pricey for a red roof due to the location it makes sense because it's gorgeous. However there are some close off rooms in the back of the motel if you take the 2nd left after turning right into the parking lot, these buildings were very tore up and jammed full of old broke furniture/old junk from previous stays I assume were not even attempted to clean or restore and honestly kind of creeped me out and sparked my curiosity to potential covered up activities had been happening and it got messy and then they ended up having to go about a huge financial burden and professional step down as a motel and close down at least a fourth of the rooms they have with no restorations. Just my theory, can't imagine whatever reason they did this for being something they didn't want people to hear about though that's for sure.

A definite upgrade from just a few years ago, the rooms are mostly renovated and very clean. I was a General manager here 2004 through 2007 and the new owners have made it look tremendously better. The open layout is great for large groups. This was built as a Holiday Inn many many decades ago.

I'm from Dallas Texas so I know what it mean say a good hotel. For the amount of money I spent for this hotel it is well worth it. No problems quiet, and comfortable everything is up to date. The beds are comfortable in the shower it's pretty cool I give it 2 thumbs up.

Cheap but newly remodeled. Good location and pets stay free! Beds were very nice. It's an old building, but it's nicely remodeled.
