I came here with some friends a couple years ago and we stayed in the Hot Tub suite for a week. Even to this day, I remember the memories we made in that hotel room. The staff were always friendly, and we never had an issue with Hot Tub or the amenities. It also has a very convenient location, being just about in the middle of town, but also in a fairly secluded location, as it wasn't very noisy either. I will definitely be going back on my next vacation, and the Hot Tub suite will be the one I get.

Visited the locstikn1on Nash St in Hot Springs, AR & the service was phenomenal, shout out to the front desk clerk, Jamie, she was very nice & progessional2. The rooms are clean & comfy & the free breakfast isn't bad.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable room, good coffee and plenty of towels in the bathroom. I just wish they had a second coffee station set up in the morning with real half and half because that imitation coffeemate stuff doesn't work for me.

Great hotel for the price. Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating, except for the late night woman. She was extremely rude to us when we came to check in after driving from California and just seemed put out that she had to do her job… but, like I said, the rest of the staff was lovely. Rooms are large with big kitchens and bathrooms. Bed and pillows were both incredibly comfortable. The hotels location couldn't be better in Hot Springs, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within a mile.

Very large room very beautiful with a large jacuzzi in the room we love it we will definitely be back again real soon. The front desk staff was VERY friendly and told us if it's anything we need rather if it's someone being too noisy or if we're not happy with something in the room to let them know and that they are there for us 24/7… If I could give you guy's 10 star's I most definitely would do so… See u guy's again soon. We ordered $40 of pizza and room service threw it away. How stupid is that? Then the manager bought us more pizza!

Front desk was very nice checking in and out. The lobby looked very clean and organized. The room was very clean except for the jacuzzi tub. I filled it up and it looked great. Then turned the jets on and stuff starting coming out of them. Little black bugs is what it looked like. It has very thin white curtains so don't plan to sleep in too late. The air and heat worked great. I didn't try the breakfast due to having surgery and not being able to eat so I can't give any review on it. I will be back but more than likely will not waste the money for a jacuzzi again.

Sister and her husband use comfort suites a lot and booked hotel for two nights for my honeymoon. When we got there we assumed it would be paid in full, but online booking didn't do that. Denise, sorry if I misspelled the name, was very patient and kind and helped us out 100%. When you have two customers who are grumpy from driving five hours and have to take another hour to figure out how to get the payment approved, it's hard for anyone to be patient and nice. She helped think of ways to get the payment done faster and was so patient and nice with us. She deserves a promotion!

It looks like every other Comfort Suites you've ever been to. Facilities are clean and the staff are nice and pleasant They were very accommodating for our check-in on Thanksging day. My parents got a room with a jacuzzi in it — — not that there's anything wrong it, I was just surprised that it was right in the middle of the sitting area. The complimentary breakfast doesn't offer much… Overall, it's a chain hotel. It lacks character but you know what you're getting and is close to bath row.

Got my whole body covered in bedbug bites from Room 206. While I was using this hotel only to sleep (everyother night) and shower. My Father was dying in Hospice next door and I was alternating nights at the hospice with his wife. When I actually realized what was happening I left the hotel and contacted manager who insisted I'd brought them from the hospital. My Father's wife had no bites from her hospice nights. Terrible treatment until regional manager stepped in. Comped my 7 nights. Other guy offered 1 night. BEDBUGS! It is now almost 3 weeks since I've been home and am still itching and scarred from the bites. Wish I could post pictures.

This place is great! We stayed during our family vacation for 3 days and had absolutely zero issues with this hotel. The breakfast is delicious also. It is the typical make your own waffle and cereal bar, but they also have eggs, sausage, and biscuits. Room was clean and great. Facility was very clean and well decorated.

Love this hotel. Perfect location, clean rooms/pool/bathrooms and very well maintained. Staff very nice and helpful.

One of the nicest Hotels that I have stayed at in Hot Springs. With the right discounts applied you can get for around $60 a night.

Very nice room plus quite! Breakfast was also good. The breafast bar coffee was very good but the coffee offered in the room was very weak.

Book it! This place is close to the highway and downtown. Very safe neighborhood. This hotel appeared to be either very new or newly-renovated. Everything was clean, neat, tidy and super-sharp-looking. I was impressed by all amenities we experienced (room, bathroom, breakfast, pool and lobby). All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly. :)

Very comfortable beds! The room was pretty large considering it had a Jacuzzi inside. However, the walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations from the hallway, and every time someone in the room next took a bath, we could hear their water running; it was very loud. The breakfast was okay, and I didn't care for the coffee, but hey, it was free. The pool and hot tub were very nice. I also enjoyed the fitness center although it was small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. We were very comfortable.

Hotel is very good, clean rooms, good bathrooms, but the Wi-Fi is pretty terrible. More often than not it does not work at all. Even if it does the speed is ridiculously low.

We had an amazing stay! We held our annual family reunion here and rented the meeting room. The staff was great! The rooms were clean and big. The beds were really comfortable. Jessa and her girls made sure that we were happy, and comfortable. They had a quick response when we did need something. We will be staying here again!

I had a great stay here. Service was friendly, and the location is his as well. Wi-Fi was very bad though, such that I couldn't get any devices to connect. If that's not a big deal, then give it a go.

The location is near many restaurants and tourist attractions (within 10 miles). The rooms are very clean and pretty big (sofa bed, 2 queen beds, and a decent sized bathroom). The hallways are very lit and the receptionists are very nice and gave us a lot of information about which tourist attractions to go to. The breakfast is good, too.

BED BUGS! Stay away from this place! We had 2 rooms in this hotel and both of them were infested with BED Bugs! I mean serious infestation, problem had to be there for a while. The front desk lady kept saying that it's not their fault and was concerned that it will cost the hotel $3000 to clean one room! Management knows about this problem and we are still waiting for them to call us for 3 days. All I can suggest is to stay away unless you want to get bitten and bring the bugs to your own home!

Thus is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in the air conditioning was not working properly the front desk clerk was very sarcastic when I asked about the air conditioning I am very disappointed I use hotels about twenty days outta the month and this is by far the worst one ever please consider different options if you where by chance considering staying here.

This is our second time staying at this location. It is right off the interstate and easy to access all attractions. Very clean and great customer service. Breakfast is great.

The hotel itself is a fine establishment but like everything else, it has flaws such as racists employees.

This place was great and convenient. The staff was even better. My brother was next door in the ICU of the Hospital. They were the most understanding and patient group of people. My family had the best experience here and would recommend it to anyone. Very nice rooms.

The beds were comfortable I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The only objection I have is the breakfast for the value of this hotel, the breakfast could be alot better. The overall stay was great just need to have better breakfast items.

I have stayed at this hotel before and absolutely loved it, so I have come back multiple times, but I will no longer be staying there. They have a motion-sensor for their a/c which I guess is okay to save energy in the day, but with 100+ temps in the summer coming back to a warm room was horrible. Night time was TERRIBLE. The a/c kicked off in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating and tried to turn it back on, but it would only kick on after we moved around the room. Because of this, I will not be returning to this hotel and will be changing where I will be staying this November (I had booked my room, but will be cancelling).
