Enjoyed my stay at this location. Our family was there for a family reunion. Desk clerk, Shelby, made every effort to put our entire party on the same floor. Everyone was so nice to us. If any of us are ever in Hope, Ark. And in need of hotel accommodations, Hampton Inn & Suites will be our first choice.

I was surprised when I got here. Clean, and quiet. Building was kept up well. Very good breakfast.

This hotel has the best staff ever. Megan theanager is so sweet and always helpful in any way she can be from directions to just local information about things happening. Thank you to this whole staff for always making my stay comfortable.

I absolutely love this hotel! It's one of my 2 favorite Hampton's in this state. It's always clean, the front desk attendees are always friendly and helpful, there are fresh baked cookies on arrival, the beds are comfy and the location is easily accessible and right off the interstate. Parking is free, easy, and you feel safe. The breakfast area is clean, easily accessible, and has good workspace if you need to meet with coworkers/or extended family for a bit in the evenings. My only issue is that the in-room refrigerators do not have a freezer section. For business travelers who carry a lunch or diabetics who need a freezer pack for their cooler, that can be an issue… Especially in the summer months!

My husband and I stayed here on the way to Houston, Texas. We divide our drive up into two days, and we were so pleased we have chosen this location to make our overnight stop on the way to Houston. We were trired from driving all day, and we found the desk clerk, Shelby, to be a sweetheart. Check in was easy, and we received an upgrade, which was a big plus! The hotel was modern and pristine. They had a large breakfast area, and a diversity of food selection. When ou are anxious to get back on the road, it's just convenient for us. The suite, itself was very welcoming, and we had the entire evening to enjoy it. It had a 5 foot shower, and plenty of room in the layout. The restroom was separate from the vanity… always a plus in my book. I utilized the large built in desk area, as I had some computer work to take care of. It was awesome to be able to spread out, and enjoy the tabletop space. The beds wee comfortable, and we had a restful sleep. Check out the next morning was pleasant, as Casey assisted us. We are traveling down this coming Wednesday again, and we hope to stay at this location again. Good job, Hampton Inn! Darlene Weir.

This is a beautiful hotel. VERY clean, good beds, very quiet. Nice breakfast! Lots of little extras… newspapers, flavored coffee creamer, etc. We stopped on our way back to Texas for just one night, but it was a welcome restful evening after being on the road all day.

Friendly staff, clean rooms & bathrooms and nice amenities! Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very new Hampton that is clean and nice. Very close to the highway and restaurants. Thumbs up.

Decent hotel in the middle of nowhere. Rooms are of good quality though. The footsteps above can be heard loudly. Hope is stuck in the year of 1920 as there is prohibition in their county. A dry county in 2017? That’s hilarious.

The night staff were very helpful and super friendly. The breakfast area was always clean and the lady kept it full. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area. Worth every bit of money spent to stay. Thank you.

The customer service was great from the clerk who checked us in to the lady serving breakfast. The hotel and our room were nicely decorated. Lots of TV channels and easy to connect Wi-Fi. The breakfast was very good; bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravey, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc. The only issue was I found hairs on my sheets (short brown) and different hairs (long hair and gray) on the comforter. I am not sure they wash the comforters after each guest. ) :

I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was super cozy, clean and beautiful. Plus I love that there was a bathroom night light. Very nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful, so many choices. Helpful staff. You truly get what you pay for!

Christie was fabulous. It was the last room available in Hope AK. We were exhausted. She gave us directions of location, where to grab a bite to eat late night, answered all our questions. Very quiet hotel. She was over and above awesome.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was simple, but still pretty tasty. Our room was nice, but there were a few cracks in the wall along with peeling wallpaper. Nothing a little TLC couldn't fix. I would suggest a third floor room to avoid any heavy footed upstairs neighbors waking you up. It would also be nice to have two ice machines on each floor. Overall, my stay was pleasent and I would stay there again.

We stayed overnight at this Hampton Inn on our way to Fort Hood Texas. We checked in on Thursday 4/22/17, greeted by a very pleasant front desk clerk. The hotel appears to be fairly new. We were in room 305 on the highest floor as requested. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. We had a very restful night after many hours on the road. I will stay here again sometime and I highly recommend this hotel for all weary travelers.

Great room, great service. The only thing I would ask for is free laundry, or a change machine or credit card readers in the laundry. I would have had to leave to get cash so I could then get change to use the laundry. There is no ATM on site and no ability to charge this amenity to your room. Luckily a concierge was nice enough give me cash out of his own pocket to cover the cost of the laundry. I know $3 is no big deal, but when you dump soap on a load of clothes it's kinda too late to want to leave to get change. I am grateful for the generosity of the concierge, and the excellent service and quality of this hotel. Breakfast was delicious, everything was great.

This is one of the nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The room was what I describe as a "Mini Suite. " There was a small kitchenette area with a large countertop and sink right next to the door. The room had a very large desk and a king-sized bed that was very comfortable. There were electric outlets everywhere, too. The climate control was adjustable to the way we like it — very cold. The shower was very large and had good water pressure and lots of hot water. So far, it's very much like any other Hampton, nice and comfortable. Why does this one get 5 stars? The people and the breakfast bar. All Hampton Inn staff I've run across have been friendly, but this team goes above and beyond. I was very impressed with how they really go above and beyond. The breakfast, at first, appears to be the typical Hampton breakfast. But, a closer look shows, not only waffle makers, but a little section of toppings for the waffles in addition to syrup and butter. They also had biscuits and gravy set up — that's not something I've typically seen at Hampton Inns. If you're in Hope, this should be on your short list for hotel choices.

Quiet, friendly professional staff, clean rooms, large dining area, comfortable and easy access to interstate.

The rooms were very nice. It's a newer hotel. While the room looked clean one of the beds in the room had a bad smell to it. I wasn't using one of the beds anyway so I just switched to the other one. Other than that I had no issues.

So nice and very clean. Workers are excellent. Highly recommended.

There is rest for the weary traveler! Just passing through, but my family was thoroughly impressed with EVERYTHING! The staff was all super friendly, everyone had a smile on their face. Our room was awesome! spacious, comfortable and elegant. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, you just don't find a breakfast that good… even at a restaurant… Great choices, with a fantastic eye for detail (chocolate chips and glazed pecans with apple butter for the waffles! ) The fitness room was first class, great machines and lots of free weights. We didn't have time for the indoor pool, but i'm sure it was on par with everything else! And on top of all that it came at a great price! Well done Hampton and Staff!

Assistant general manager is very rude but she didn't know that I'd worked for Hampton Inn at one time and knew that the explanation she was giving was a bunch of lies. I should take this further but it will eventually catch up with her. Hampton Inn hotels are great hotels, I would never take away from the company but I had the worst experience with Hampton Inn — Hope.

We had the Presidential Suite (at the price of a King room) and it was beautiful and large. The entire hotel was lovely and the free breakfast was huge and diverse. You won't be disappointed stay here.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Very nice room, and a great location.

My family and I went to Hope, AR to watch our son play in a football game on November 13, 2015. We didn't want to drive five hours back to our hometown after the game, so we got a room at this hotel. It was really a nice hotel. The rooms looked really nice as well as the lobby. The pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious! A really nice and well kept hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best in any hotel I have been in.

Would not even give this hotel 1 star, but you have to so that you can post the review, I am making sure I review this hotel in every possible place that I can. The owner of this hotel also owns the Holiday Inn in Hope, Arkansas. Last year, we stayed at the Holiday Inn during the Hope Watermelon Festival. Mind you the hotels in this area charge double the normal price for a stay that weekend. The hotel was terrible, the pool was one of the nastiest pools I have ever seen at a hotel, our toilet would not flush and when it did it ran for hours, our room spelt like it had been smoked in and was very musty smelling, the staff at the front desk could not have been any ruder. I did complain to the hotel, I did not get a discount on my stay nor did I ask for one. My only intent was to let them know how terrible our stay was so they could fix their issues. I reviewed them on facebook and my post was removed so it is obvious to me they do not want people to see real comments made about their hotel. This brings me to this year for the same festival, the general manager at the Hampton Inn in Hope contacted me, her name was Charlotte. She let me know the owner of the Hampton Inn also owned the Holiday Inn and there would be conditions to our stay if we chose to stay. I had made reservations 2 months prior and go the phone call a week before our stay. She let me know that I would not be allowed to make any complaints and there would be no comps to our room.
