No fire alarm in room, not to code. Room not the cleanest, pool without water, breakfast advertised, but opens an hour past advertised time. Not worth the time. Carpets need to be pulled out and replaced. Don't slip when stepping into the tub… best part of staying here is the leaving.

Horrible place to stay. Poor service, doors locked an hour past time for breakfast to be served. Had to bang on window to get someone to let me check out and when I asked about breakfast he shrugged. We ended up buying breakfast next door. I would NEVER stay there again. Awful place.

Clean but small rooms. Definitely needs some improvements. There was paper where the peephole is supposed to be.

Very nice and clean rooms, ok for me when just going through, over night not over priced.

I'm only giving this 5 stars for the extra money. In reality, it's 3/5. Decent, but only if you don't mind your keys not working, holes in the bedding, stains, ripped carpet, non existent Wi-Fi, and holes in the wall.

Staff was, eh, in friendliness. The mattes session were hard. But it was a cheap room so you get what you pay for.

It was ok I just needed a bed to sleep in.

They are reasonable priced. They clean room everyday. Rven if u pay weekly.

Charged us more just for checking in early got excited seen tub was a jacuzzi tub but they blocked off where u can't turn on the jets and it was dirty under the antislip mat thing.

If I could give it a half of a star I would! It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel! First off they made me stand outside in the cold. Then when I tried to check in with the reservation that I made online the guy acted like we had no reservations. Then when he asked how many people were with me and I told him he said no you can't have that many people! I had my husband. My daughter and her three children, all of whom were under six years old! I proceeded to tell him that yes that is what I put in when making the reservation he said show me! Unbelievable! I pulled up our reservation on my phone and showed him our reservation confirmation and he said no, show me how many people it says! I told him it doesn't say how many to which he said yes it does so I turned. I phone around and scrolled all the way through and showed him that no it does not show how many! He then finally opened the door for me and my husband, who now has gotten out of the truck, to come inside and had his wife come out and tell us that we could not have that many people in the room cause there was not enough room for us to sleep! Now y'all, my husband and I were going to take one bed and have one child who is tiny sleep with us and my daughter and her other two would take the other bed! Plenty of room for us! But they wouldn't hear or it so we proceeded to leave and go to the Day's Inn across the street with not a problem at all! We will never go back there again!

Reasonable price and clean.

$69 with tax. Checked in a little before 4am, check in was quick. Room is clean, no bugs that I've seen so far. Flat screen TV with Directv, hot shower and bed was comfortable or I was just really tired. Fridge and microwave where clean as well. Only thing that I saw was the walls need to be touched up, some plaster/paint was missing.

Tried to get me to pay for 2 nights because I was checking in at 3 in the morning. If that sounds like a ridiculous scam that's because it is. Looked like a dump anyway.

I travel for work and for the price it gets no better. No bugs or mold, clean rooms and friendly staff. Next to food and gas.

Bed made daily cleaned daily and breakfast is some times put out late be its an OK place to stay.

Stained sheets on bed, wall boarder falling down, fridge not clean, microwave don't close correctly, stains on lamp shades, stains on ceiling, out dated furniture, sink out dated, not a decent or clean place to stay for the 63 dollars it costs.

Clean premises, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

It was very nice and clean and no bugs of any kind love it yes I would like to stay again at this hotel again anytime I come to Dumus Arkansas loved it.

Place is dingy and broken. Coffee machine has a cable but no plug at the end and no pot. AC is broken. It's hot. Gross floors. Nice people, and they are out of non smoking rooms, but I'd spend more for more quality in this case.

Found me a gem in this hotel extremely affordable, intensely clean, rooms smelled fresh no bugs and no smell of bug spray, great coffee and in room coffee maker nice big clear television with lots of channels just a great place to spend a nite or three. Highly recommend the Dumas Inn to one and all.

What a great hotel. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. The price was very low too.

I travel extensively throughout the country and this hotel is one of the nicest Independent hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are very clean, the property is well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Dumas, AR.
