It was very nice and clean and cozy! But the TV was not able to get all of the channels at the time of my visit! But I will be back!

The WORST motel in Dequeen. The owners would be better suited to run a JAIL. (I was REPRIMANDED for trying to grab coffee in the morning! ) FURTHERMORE, they are NO CHEAPER than the other motels nearby; I'd highly recommend "The Palace Inn" right around the corner!

Thieves. Hotel staff stole from me. I left something in the room, when I called to inquire, they didn't even ask what room, just said thete was nothing. I lost a very expensive watch to these thieves. Dirty eastern indian thieves.

Decent rooms for a decent price. Clean and courteous staff.

Rooms are so outdated! Smells, pilliows was to soft should be thrown out! Checking in was horrible, rude woman in front office.

Wifi password didn't work, the lady at the front desk told me to call a tech support they work with and ask for help. I couldn't even make the call from the room (something about long distances), so she told me to come to the front desk and call them using her mobile. Unproffessional, not recomended.

My wife and I reserved a room through Expedia! We showed up as planned and paid for room. When we pulled up to our room which happened to be room 115, there were people starring at us and looking in our car when we went in. Happened to be one of the Indian ladies who worked there. We left and then came back and they were still standing there like they were waiting on us to come back. We wanted to take a shower then. Shower did not work, so ran water for bath. Sediment and yellow water came out into tub. We got dressed and decided to go. People were standing out by our vehicle in front of our room like they were waiting on us to go to sleep. They never said a word to us and neither did we say anything. Just scary! We grabbed our stuff and told the office people what all was happening over the phone as we were leaving. They called us a liar and said there is nothing wrong with the shower. I took pics of tub with yellow water and sediments. People there were strange and location is not safe. It was 25 degrees outside and only a couple of vehicles in lot. I don’t know where all those people came from and why they were outside by our vehicles and windows! Beware of this location!

Nice staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rate was also very reasonable. They did charge $10 cash extra per night for our dog, which was just fine with us.

This place needs to get lot better. Their help needs lots of work. Won't stop here again.

Don't let the outside fool you. Very clean and quaint. Bed was big unfortunately too hard for my back. Great price.

Its ok. Its clean. Its definitely a cheap hotel. The wall show patch work. The air conditioner dont cool the room as well as it should. But it is a clean decent room.

Clean room, friendly service. We were in town for funeral, just needed a clean safe place to sleep and rest while we were in town. This motel had best ratings of the three in town. Good choice!

The rooms are a little small, the a. C. And heat is wonderful, the beds are fantastic and except for not have a blow dry it has most the the creature comforts. And the price is about right. But there is no working pool.

Quiet and nice rooms. I was comfortable during my visit.

Place is very old. No pool or hot tub. Staff is not friendly. The rooms in the very back buildings are tiny, the furniture is antique, linens are old, full of burn holes, bed bugs too! Their other rooms in the other buildings are much better. Lots of police activity in and out of the parking lot all hours of the night so its a pretty safe place to stay. If you stay in a room in the buildings on the south side of the property you will hear LOTS of LOUD traffic from the intersection so stay in the rooms in a north building if you wanna sleep. Housekeepers are prone to leaving without closing your door completely after they clean your room so dont leave any valuables in your room. I wont ever stay here again!

Good location, clean rooms, cold a/c.

The hotel is very clean, well taken care of and the beds are comfortable. However the pool was closed and when we asked apparently it us always closed. We told them they shouldn't advertise a pool if you can't use it and were told, "… But we have a pool. "

Good location for my needs. Room was clean so was the bathroom. Room was small. Would likely use this motel again should the need arise. Rate for overnight stay was very reasonable.

I have been staying here for last 4 months for work. Don't let the unassuming appearance deceive you. Extremely clean rooms and polite personnel make for a great experience. The managers are always available to assist with any problems that arise and are willing to work with any situation. If staying in the area I would suggest staying here. Only reason not 5 stars is no continental breakfast.

Very clean. Great value for the dollar. Big TV, large fridge, huge bed. Plan to stay here ànytime I'm in the area.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The manager at this place is very rude and disrepectful toward the people that choose this hotel. There is a much better hotel right across the street and they are cheaper. I would definately not stay here even if it was the only place left with rooms available.

The rooms are ok I guess. I found roaches in the room. When you first get in the rooms they stink. You really need a air fresher if you stay here. The front office stinks. If I was paying to stay here I would go elsewhere. Save yourself the time go stay in texarkana.
