We honestly just wanted a place to sleep a few hours while traveling. Our bid dog was traveling with us and they were very hospitable. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean.

The front desk check in lady was So Friendly and so nice! Check in was very easy and quick, she told me everything about the Free Breakfast and gave me the password for Wi-Fi, which I didn’t even know I needed ♥️
She told me about the pool ‍♀️ and spa
I believe she said the pool was heated.
She asked me if there was anything I needed she would be happy to help♥️
The Lobby and lounge were Very clean and inviting!
My room was Very clean, tidy and neat! Very inviting and I felt very safe and comfortable here! They even have Bath & Body Works product in the bathroom ♥️ “SWEET” plenty of towels and washcloths! Hair dryer! There’s a Refrigerator, Microwave, KEURIG COFFEE machine with all the condiments ☕️
I have a computer desk & chair, a comfy chair with an ottoman, king size bed with 4 king pillows! There’s an iron and ironing board (if someone wanted to iron)
There’s even a laundry.

Great service always, tonight’s check in was challenging because of a mix you, but they made it right immediately.

Great room. Great service. The only issue was the electronic locks on the rear of the building not working. I was told that the batteries were low and that I needed to walk all of the way around to the rear parking lot. Other than that, pretty nice place.

I gave it 5 stars because it is for this type of lodging. Always nice and friendly. Plenty of parking: parking for trailers, boats and big trucks. Good breakfast. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Exercise room. It is very convenient right off the interstate. Across the street from gas station, Crack Barrel and Burger place.

Was charged $35 for a pet fee that was not disclosed when I called. When I asked the manager about it, he told me that they don't mention it on the phone because it might deter people from staying with them. Also, all of the outlets were too big so I couldn't charge my devices (standard Samsung and apple charge cables). The refrigerator was extremely loud and had to be unplugged so we could sleep. The tub was clogged and overall the experience was just bad. Couldn't possibly recommend this hotel less.

Great Holiday Inn Express… I have family in Arkadelphia, so this is where we stay when we visit. Easy to get to from I-30… Just north of the interstate on Hwy. 7. Use the Caddo Valley exit. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The breakfast has always been good. Their breakfast is hot, which is nice. If you're not in the mood for the free breakfast, then there's a Cracker Barrell right across Hwy. 7 from the hotel. The rates are fair. I've never had a bad experience here and I intend to stay here each time I visit my family in Arkadelphia.

My friend and I really enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The staff is wonderful, place is clean and quiet. Would recommend it to all our friends traveling down this way!

Very nice and clean! The pool and hot tub was really nice. They also had one of the better breakfast spreads I have ever seen!

Had to stay here overnight due to our family minivan breaking down. Very clean hotel. Great staff. They even gave a little gift to our two little girls.

The place is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and they know how to serve breakfast. There was a lot of options for breakfast. If I’m ever on that side again, I would stop there again.

We checked in the room we preserved on the night of 12/27/2017, we found the carpet was not vacuum, m&m candies and emptied soda cup with straw on the carpet! My wife found pubic hairs inside the bed sheet and a yellow stain! I notified the Front Desk person and he kindly replaced us with a another room no. 228 which is across room no. 227. As the moment we swaped the room, we detected the similar hygiene/cleanliness issue with the bed sheet (lot of hairs). We called the Front Desk person to withness these evidences and requested him for new bed lining set do that we can replace our self. This nice Front Desk gentleman offered us the 3rd room nearby but we also found the same issue! As it is late in the evening and a long drive, we just asked for new bed linings and I helped my wife to change it ourself! As I said, the Front Desk person saw these debris and evidences. I also added some pictures.

Excellent hotel, kids loved the hot tub, and fitness room. Room was clean and neat. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Exceptional and compassionate front desk staff. Room was great. As we had no contact with other staff can't say either way. Very nice place to stay right off the interstate.

People above us were partying until 2:30am. Front desk did nothing. Could hear them laughing. We stayed in 227. Very disappointed.

The staff at the hotel was amazing and so helpful. Our car broke down and we were stuck. Tanya at the front desk drove me to town to get supplies and was a great host!

Nice staff, easy to work with. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Beds and rooms were clean with no issues.

Clean rooms, good service, and my family was accommodated during a last minute reservation. Only minor negatives was the back door limiter was broken, but was fixed quickly after being reported. Besides that, the back door entry had quite a bit of debris that was never cleaned up. Outside of these two minor issue, I would definitely stay there again.

Great start for my puppy and myself. Plenty of grass area and spacious rooms. The shower was really clean and had a great shower head. The staff was super friendly and able to seperate my receipt as requested. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the breakfast. It was alright, the eggs tasted plastic and the turkey sausage was bland with a weird texture. The cinnamon rolls were delicious though.

Stayed for one night August 2017. Staff were friendly and professional. Pool was clean so kids and I had some fun. Room was clean, decent TV selection. All in all it keeps up with the Holiday inn great image. Thanks.

Nice and easy access to the 7. Room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Restaurant across the street was open late, which was nice because it seemed like most places closed around 8

Great room. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access parking lot. Great breakfast which exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful! Staff is friendly and gets to know you on a personal level! You can ask them anything and they recommended some great places to eat! Rooms are very nice. Large breakfast selection in the morning to choose from in a very nice family gathering area.

Ladies at the front desk were friendly and personable. Check in was quick. Rooms were clean neat and updated. Fridge microwave and keurig in room. Haven't had breakfast yet but the setup looked nice. Room was a bit pricy but the cleanliness and comfort made up for it. I would stay again.

Only 3 things kept me from giving it 5 stars:
1. Pool & Hot tub were under renovation (They were the main reasons I booked this particular motel in the first place)
2. When housekeeping cleaned my room Sunday while I was at church, the failed to restock the Keurig coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer.
3. The hallway Sunday afternoon smelt like a dirty kitty litter box.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, hotel facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was very good. Location was most excellent as well.

The staff I encountered at 10pm we're absolutely outstanding. Incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Check-in was a breeze and I was in my room in 5 minutes. The room was a good size and very orderly and clean. Wide array of TV channels. Amazing breakfast with cinnamon rolls that I would literally do anything for another one. 100% recommend.

My husband and I decided to drive into Magazine Mountain this weekend and it was stunning. The hotel was great too!

While working at the Holiday Inn Express Caddo Valley for 3 1/2 weeks, I learned a lot. The staff are not friendly at all except 2 of them that actually help you. The rest could care less, they do not know how to work as a team and without working together things will not get done. Good Luck with this business.

I'm a bit overly cautious when it comes to hotels and cleanliness. I don't even bring one bag into the room until I go in and unmake the beds to check for bedbugs… yes. I am serious people. So I am happy to give this place 5 stars for their cleanliness! I pulled back each and every blanket, sheet and matress protector and it was impressive! The bathroom was also very clean and this is a bottom floor, pet friendly room! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
