This is the cleanest place ever! It's so quiet! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOTEL!

I always like staying at Hampton Inn & Suites but this one was really special. This place is only a few months old so it's very fresh, clean and modern. Our balcony suite was huge. It was tastefully decorated and had many modern must haves. There was a very large bedroom, a combo kitchenette living room plus a large modern bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking the small lake between the Inn and all the casinos on the other side. The view from the balcony was amazing. There is a paved walking/riding path around the lake. There was also an indoor pool, work out room and of course the great breakfast that Hampton is known for. Ten minutes from the casinos and events.

Such a nice place to stay. Great breakfast. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Sketchy activity in the parking lot and people sleeping in their cars, and the staff… staffs always been polite in the past and welcoming. Now they're just put out to do their jobs. Called in to check corporate rates and they acted like I was asking her to run a marathon. I'm not paying either way so I dont care how much it costs. But my company has a negotiated rate so I'm asking you to give it to me.

Great location, good breakfast selection. But the goodness stops there. The room we stayed in had a broken thermostat. It was 80 degrees in the room but the thermostat was set at 65. We reported the broken thermostat to the front desk but they were more concerned if we were going to extend our stay. We decided not to extend because the staff will only report the thermostat if we stay longer. Not very professional customer service. We would've stayed if they acted on the problem first. Sorry Hampton Inn, this is not going to be a repeat customer. Please improve your customer service.

Very nice and friendly staff, ready to help you with your needs. Free breakfast in the morning was very good and the room is had was large and spacious and comfortable with room for 4 adults.

We typically stay in west Reno when we drive though, but this Hampton looked nice so we thought we would switch it up. The hotel was very nice and looked very contemporary, however that was where it stopped. Upon checking in, I had to wait for a few minutes for anyone to even come to the counter to assist as they were talking to other employees in the back (they all walked out and left when the gentleman came out from the back). We are silver members and nothing was offered to us at check in, not a big deal but just noted. I confirmed with him that they would be bringing up the crib/pack-n-play and he said they would have it brought up (that was at 5:30). At 8:30 I called back down because we still didn't have it and he told me that they were working on bringing it up I also asked if they could bring bedding for the pullout couch as there was not even a sheet for it. Waited another hour and I had my husband go down to the front desk to check and the guy at the desk said that if they hadn't brought it at this point then they probably didn't have any left. Now I'm left to wonder if we never went back to check would they have done anything? they did give "bedding" for the pullout couch, which was just a white sheet, nothing more. I was very frustrated at almost 10pm that now my baby had to sleep on the bed with us, which meant nobody really slept well. I thought it was a little interesting because I never saw a single baby or toddler the entire time we stayed there.

Very nice hotel and I do like the new room experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The linens and towels were fresh and clean. The shower was great! Wonderful place to spend some time in the Reno area with out the gambling experience thrown in your face! Nice views overlooking the lake!

The breakfast was fantastic! And then bed was so comfy. Everything was super clean and lovely. The staff is awesome, everyone we met was super friendly and nice.

I would give the place a better rating as a Hilton Honors member and loyal customer but the experience with this particular hotel was Horrible due to the Night Clerk at check in. We got in at approximately 2 a. M. After a long day of flights and delays to be greeted by a snobby, rude, unprofessional clerk. This individual was very argumentative and had this look as if we were interrupting her social media time. I have never had such a horrible, unprofessional experience with a Hilton in the 10 plus years I have been staying with them. I will be talking with the manager letter today after I am well rested and alot less disgruntled with the poor service received thus far. If the stay goes any better I will adjust my comments, if not this is my opinion.

Great breakfast! Nice, clean hotel. Had a light bulb out in my room, and they were up to replace it in 5 minutes! The staff also printed my plane tickets for me. Expectations Exceeded!

This should be considered the 'Best of the Best' of Reno/Sparks Hotels. I genuinely felt welcomed, and was treated like family. Delicious breakfast. Evan at the front desk was so helpful and kind, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered my husband and I waters. He made sure my whole stay was comfortable! (Stayed 3 nights) had a room with a BEAUTIFUL view of the Marina! Great walking trail! You can also literally walk across the street to Legends Outlet Mall. Perfectly located. Highly recommended!

Very clean, newer location. No problems at all!

The room is big, but no enough speace to put my staff in the bathroom. So noisy, I can hear people conversations in the next rooms.

The service was exquisite. The staff were genuinely friendly and happy to help with anything. The room was gorgeous and very spacious.

Big clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast and snack packs to go. Very friendly staff. Lots of dining options near by. Close to both Mt. Rose and Diamond Peak. Great overall value to stay if your planning on skiing as we did.

Not very high quality for the cost. I stayed in part at circus circus and the other part here and I was by far happier with circus circus. Front desk staff wasn't friendly.

I'm Wish I could give a big ZERO star to this place. If they try to put you on the bottom floor, tell them NO. You WILL hear every faucet, shower, footstep of the people above you. Also, you'll be woken up early by the "kitchen" wait staff banging dishes by your room. AND get this, I had an ajoining room. I wasn't with the people in the next room, however they decided to smoke some legal medicine in their room. I don't care what other people do on their own time and the smell doesn't bother me. The manager, Joaquin Duran, decided to go "hang out" in my room and "smell" it. He locked me out of my room when I arrived at 11pm with armfuls of gear. I had to walk back to the reception desk just to have a snotty employee tell me that the "manager says that he locked you out because he smelled weed and he wants you to know that's against policy". Hahahaha. I immediately made her get him on the phone. He AGAIN accused me of smoking in the room and then threatened to call the cops on me for getting upset about his accusations. I told him to go ahead and call the cops. He of course did not. I will be making a formal complaint and will let everyone I know that this place is horrible AND the managers will "hang out" in your room, going through your things while you're not there. That is seriously what he said he did when I was on the phone with him. This was a horrible experience from check in.

Nothing too great or too awful about this place. Standard Hilton hotel with breakfast. The staff did have my room ready extremely early, so that was nice. Location is not very desirable with most notable grocery and food at least a 5-10 minute drive.

Very clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Breakfast good with hot foods along with dry/cold selections like cereal, yogurt, etc. I'd recommend staying here to a friend.

Convenient to professional offices as well as by freeway to diwntown. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fresh and good breakfast.

Pretty basic hotel. The staff is great, however the rooms have much to be desired. Missing and damaged furniture and very thin walls keep this from being a great choice.

I may h. Ave stayed at more luxurious hotels (that's not to say the Hampton isn't) however, I give them a 5* rating based upon these plus factors: stellar personnel & service, clean accommodations & nice sized rooms, the most fantastic continental breakfast, boasting, fresh made waffles, omelets, pastries & friut (just to name a few items) & an indoor pool & hot tub. I quite enjoyed my stay & highly recommend!

Stayed before as a Hilton Diamond member and it was great. This last stay just booked without noting Hilton Honors and it was less than great. The room had dirt in the corners behind the door. The shower had hairs on the showerhead. Pool towel had a wad of hair on it when I opened it up. The staff was courteous but not very autonomous in assistance. Apparently the honors status gets you a better room?

This is a GREAT place to stay. I was very surprised at how the front desk agents were so welcoming. The room was very clean and big, They just got new carpet as well! Breakfast was good and items were always stocked even though they were a little busy. All the staff was very nice and had great customer service. I will stay here again if I come to Reno because I like how quite it is and its non smoking!

The Hampton is very clean and neat. Freeway access is easy from this location and it is close to a nice shopping center. The lack of food choices at breakfast is disappointing though.

We had a very nice overnight stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The front desk person very helpful in recommending a place for dinner.

Very clean Hampton. Staff was polite and helpful. I was here only a couple days and I have no complaints. Wifi was not blazing fast, but you can stream Netflix.

It is a very clean and beautiful hotel. It has a good location, since it is near many stores and restaurants. My only complaints are that the pool and fitness area are extremely small. But our experience so far has been amazing.

It was fine. Card key kept messing up. But other than that it got the job done.

I just gotta say the worst customer service ever. How rude of the customer service to tell a customer "i dont have time to argue with you" for double booking the reservation. Who does that?

Room was nice and its in good part of town.

Room was just a standard room. However, the staff was great. I asked for a dinosaur to be drawn on the notepad in the room. They drew an awesome little dino. When I checked in the front desk attendant recognized meet by the dinosaur request and had a huge smile. I've made this request countless times. This was the first to actually do it.

The staff here was so incredibly occomadating! The rate we paid for a Sunday night was half of what other hotels in the area were offering! My family was in town for a wedding and they were able to get us early check in AND our rooms close together all at the last minute. The room was super clean and very modern. I've never stayed at a Hampton Hotel, it was a very enjoyable experiance and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Unprofessional and untrained front desk staff. Made me wait around 2 hours for check in. When I asked about other guests who came in after us checking in immediately, her answer was she was very busy at front desk and forgot about people waiting. Awful.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for a friend's wedding. After the rehearsal on Saturday night, many of the people involved in the wedding headed to the hotel. My friend had arranged for a block of rooms to be reserved for the wedding guests. She was under the impression that one of these room reservations was for her and one of the bridesmaids who was there with her on Saturday night. When they arrived at the hotel, it became apparent that no reservation had been made. While the clerk was on her computer (which my friends understood to be her checking for other available rooms in the area), another couple at the hotel kindly offered to give up their room for the bride to be. Eventually, my friends asked if there was a room for them at the hotel or not. At this point, the interaction became contentious. The clerk called the police who informed her that she was trespassing and needed to leave the premises. She was also made aware that the couple that offered her their room was subject to arrest for failure to pay for their room if they attempted to make the switch. Now, I can certainly appreciate that there are liability issues and you do not want solicitation of the guests of your hotel to give up their room. However, this was an atypical circumstance and the end result was that a potential patron that had brought business to this hotel was subject to arrest and escorted from the premises.

Clean and quite. Beds are comfy.

Arrived around 11pm. Very fast and friendly check in. Room and linen was clean. Carpets had some old stains but they weren't gross and sticky, just discolored patches. I guess that happens when hundreds of people use the room every year. Key thing, none of those discolorations (pee! ) were on the mattress. I checked.

My go-to place for work trips to Reno. Close enough to my meetings to make access easy but far enough out to be quiet in the evening. Along with the standard Hampton breakfast.

We called weeks before our stay and were told we could check in early. Called three times the day of our stay to check in early and was told there were no rooms ready. Having a child and preparing for a wedding with no where to change could have been a disaster. We were fortunate enough to have a friend's room to use. Another couple had this same problem and they were accommodated with a room to change. Other than this issue the room was clean and the staff was friendly. I'd stay again if I didn't need to check in early.

Nice hotel but far to high a price compared to other Hamptons.

I travel a lot and for the money Hampton is always a great deal! They upgraded me to a suite and put me right next to the ice machine (I use a lot of ice! ).

I think this is a fairly typical representative of the slightly older Hampton Inn designs that you'll find in many parts of the country. My wife and I were just passing through Reno for the evening on the way to California. This is a bit off the beaten path of tourists and visitors, as it's about 7 miles south of I-80 in the middle of an office park. There's not a whole lot around, but presumably if you want some excitement in Reno you're already staying at one of the casinos. The room was in reasonable condition, though the mattress felt a little worn. The breakfast selection and quality was a bit subpar. They messed up the way they charged my credit card, but at least the person at the front desk was quick and helpful in correcting the problem when I called back a few days later. Overall, definitely not an amazing stay, but the rate was pretty low, so the whole experience was bland but acceptable.
