Disgusting hotel! Stayed in the one in Utah and it was totally different from the one in Reno! The front desk staff was totally rude and unprofessional! We had to make a last minute change and added 2 more family members and when we attempted to upgrade the room were told the room had a sofa and we could ask for a cot to accommodate 6. Upon arrival. When we checked in the staff said the complete opposite and was not willing to accommodate In any way! We Asked for more pillows and he didn’t even get that until I had to ask again hours later! There was no answer at the front desk after calling 3 separate times. It was the worst night we spent ever as the room did not accommodate 6 so no one slept a wink! Then if that wasn’t enough the room was hot as hell @ 60 degrees so the AC didn’t work to top all of it off! Totally disappointed will never stay at any baymont location again!

We checked in there was dirty towels and stained carpet and stained curtains beds was uncomfortable the bed shame even had stains on it. Seemed ghetto and nasty and the pool was closed and it always smelt like someone was smoking weed in there rooms when it said NO smoking … they could do better! Worst experience ever.

Couldn't find an employee for 45 minutes when trying to check in, 2 other guests where waiting before me. The employee had to go to the other hotel to make keys which seemed inconvenient. For the price I paid for the rooms, the hotel seemed very run down. While there was a 42 inch TV, the cable wasn't working very well. The sink was leaking, and if you could find staff they weren't very helpful.

Their was roaches in the room and management literally acts like its nothing new. I requested a different building and they just moved me to the other side of the same roach infested building. Im staying here during a covid time and was threatened to be thrown out of my hotel for not putting a mask on while I was in the middle of an asthma attack. The front desk hosts a huge woman that looks like a toad and has the attitude of a pi$$ed off boar. I asked to speak to management and was told "I dont make their hours so I dont know when they will be here. " I was later informed by the manager, when I finally found her myself at 1pm, that she had been there since 8 a. M… this place is garbage, only good staff there was housekeeping, and even they hate management and how they treat people…

Nice hotel for traveling. The rooms have a nice sized fridge, a small kitchen (with sink) and microwave. The room was clean and the pool and the spa was fine. The thing that really amazed us was the included breakfast. Great variety of food items! This place is really awesome for what you pay!

After waiting at the counter for 20 minutes, I am told they don’t have any rooms ready. I am supposed to wait until they clean some. Check in was 2.75 hours ago. Not a great impression. The lady at the counter couldn’t be moving more slowly. Other guests are complaining. How can they take your money, and then not have your room ready? What if I had got here at 1500? I would have to wait 3 hours? Not impressed at all. And now listening to other guests, I am wondering just how many faults our room will have.

We were passing through, looking for a decent hotel that didn’t cost too much. I saw pics of this one online and booked it. The pics are VERY deceiving! It was possibly the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was beyond filthy — I wore shoes the entire time I was in there, the whole place smelled bad, there was hair in the sink and shower, the mirror was cracked & the main light in the room didn’t work & neither did the TV. The water wouldn’t stay a constant temp, it would go to scalding hot with no warning then back to warm repeatedly during a shower. The elevator also had trouble so at least half the time I had to use the stairs to get up and down from the 4th floor. It shares a parking lot with another hotel and there isn’t enough parking. We went to a show and got back around 10, the lot was completely full. Every single space was taken, around both hotels. We ended up parking on the side of the lot, that wasn’t actually even a spot, but we saw 2 or 3 other cars looking for spaces too with no luck. To be fair, I will say the staff was very friendly, the room stayed cool (and for July in Reno, that was impressive), and the bed seemed clean and was decently comfortable. So, if that is all that matters to you, go ahead and give it a try, but the cleanliness factor is important to me, so I won’t be staying there again.

Decent looking place on the outside. Old on the inside of the hotel. Price was very good and they had a decent breakfast. You have to share a small parking lot with another hotel. If you come back late you might not get parking. The bed was very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and never got our room cleaned, we reused our towels for 2 days, then we bagged our trash and put it out side the door with our dirty towels on the 3rd night. And then went and got new towels to use for the next day. All in all I do not think we will be going back.

We honestly didn't like it. The staff is really nice, but our bedroom was filthy and our bed sheets have hair all over little hair like someone just got a hair cut I don't know. We ask to be change they didn't have a room so they just gave as extra bed sheets, because they were short in staffs. The receptionist try to help but she was by herself, we understand that. We understand that but the room should have been clean. And they have a Tons of ants too.

Nice sized room, got upgraded to a suite even. Good location to entertainment around the city. Cheap and nice.

Stayed for a few nites. Staff made me feel welcome. Clean room and bathroom. Great value. Very comfortable.

Honestly not sure how this can be a wyndham property. It needs so much tlc right now. You won't find parking in the lot and the street parking is sketchy at best with broken glass and dirty diapers. Our room had so much broken and in disrepair. Don't they have anyone that can fix a outlet faceplate? There was food from the prior hotel guests still in the kitchen. The curtains wouldn't close all the way and there was no drinking water even in the lobby. I will say that they did a great job on the breakfast. No complaints about the staff who were trying, but it's obvious that someone is not doing their job. Sad motel.

Ants in the bathroom, we asked them to do something about it every day and got empty promises. The shower will burn you one second and freeze you the next. And the air conditioner only stays on long enough to cool off the space immediately around the ac. I would recommend spending an extra few bucks for a better hotel.

The staff is nice. Rooms are clean. The beds are so soft you don't want to get up. I love it. Especially the efficiency room… I saved money by being able to cook my own food instead of going out. A++ if you ask me.

My mom stayed here a week ago with a friend. They explained that the water in the shower went hot and cold and actually ended up burning them. The knob to turn the shower on fell off the wall. They also had stained sheets. They discovered both of their cards had been charged twice for one room. I talked to the manager for them and she told me the charged would drop off and split the charge between the two cards. So charged the cards again for the correct amount. She said to wait a few days and the other 4 charges would drop off. Well here we are 4 days later from my call a week after the stay and the charges that are wrong went through along with the correct charges. So I ended up disputed the wrong charges. Don't stay Here!

Been here for several days now and the staff are very courteous. Sure the carpet needs replaced and the bathroom is small but seen no gang activity nor drug use by other residents nor staff. Again the staff here are great and nighttime security on duty and that keeps the unwanted Dreggz or commonly known as undesirables out of the area.

The hotel is almost decent, about what you would expect for the price which is lower than most in the area. However, despite the paint over an old turd remodeling look inside it left me with some negative impressions. The first room we checked into had a non working mini fridge filled with ants. They moved us to another room. There are not enough outlets to support the electical components so if you want to use the microwave you have to unplug the fridge or lighting and so on. The shower goes back and forth from cold to scalding water for no apparent reason, I was literally burned by it. There are no vending machines for water or soda/snacks etc. As they are either out of order or missing entirely. The security door that bypasses the front desk and requires a room key to enter does not close so anyone could walk into the hotel and have access to all floors. It smells, it is dirty. Bottom line, unless you are in a real pinch, avoid this place as it is beneath mediocre.

Place was clean and decently priced, offered microwave and refrigerator. The rooms were a little smaller then other Baymont but none the less the beds were firm and bedding was clean and offered a down blanket. The also offer a full breakfast bar that had quite a bit of different choices which was nice. I would recommend the hotel to others and will be staying there on my return trips when I have to stay in Reno.

Had a friend stay here about a month ago. The rooms are very nice and clean. Up to date furnishings, bedding and fixtures. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. Except when calling them on the phone.

Brenda was the front desk clerk when we arrived. Very friendly and accommodating to our needs. When a room wasn't ready for us she upgraded us for free to allow us to check in early. The hot tub was great and the breakfast offered is good. Not just cereal and coffee, but a waffle maker and eggs and sausage was there as well. For the cost you can't go wrong.

The staff was outstanding! It was Christmas weekend and I was driving a straight 12 hours and got to Reno in the morning hours (around 11:00 am) and they allowed me to check in early which really made my trip. Thanks You Baymont Inn. It was not just the friendly staff but the hallways, lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. No issues it was a happy nights stay and I would highly recommend staying here next time your in Reno.

The lobby smells of old cigarette smoke, and the second floor smelt so strongly of marijuana it permeated through the ventilation. The bathroom had rust and an open hole in the ceiling. The bathroom fan was so loud and vibratory, I had to turn it off mid shower. The faucet leaked and the ventilation was inadaquete. Atrocious well used spring bed with stains. I considered simply taking the loss and finding somewhere else to stay. I would never bring my family here. This place is appalling. There are also shady, suspicious individuals who frequent this hotel. I would consider this place no better than a cheap motel dive in a bad part of town. Avoid this place if you can afford to do so.

This place is good if you on a budget. If you don't care about a comfortable bed or clean room, working phone and Outlets. I checked into the Baymont Inn and Suites the person I spoke to on the phone didn't communicate with the night crew about my accommodations. I was given two rooms I didn't ask for, even though I went over what I needed just 24 hours prior arriving. The person I spoke to didn't put any notes in the system, nor did she communicate with the night crew. In my room… you can feel the springs in the bed, pillow cases has dried up snot on them. I couldn't use a phone call front desk because the phone didn't work so I had to walk down 4 stories to get clean pillowcases the next day… just as bad… housekeeping came made my bed but didn't clean the room no clean towels I had to walk down for 4 story to get towels overalls that was horrible. I will never stay there again.

We had a great time… the staff were amazing, and very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again and tell anyone who asks what a great place to stay (carpets need cleaning)

What a joy and a pleasure to stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites in Reno, NV! This has been a very difficult time in my life. I have relocated to Reno, NV from NY City due to serious health issues and I have been welcomed here with open arms! I am so thankful to have found this oasis! It is conveniently located and very clean and an extremely friendly place to stay! The spacious, well appointed and comfortable accommodations are simply wonderful! Not only is the 10 course breakfast with eggs, sausage, ham, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee and so much more absolutely amazing and the staff is completely awesome and super incredible and extremely helpful! I just have to mention Jynee, Brandy, Amalia, Tim, Randy, and Will and applaud them for being wonderful! Thank you to all the rest of the staff and management for everything!

I enjoyed my stay very much! The front desk people we're very kind & helpful. Only wish was the hot tub to be bigger size. Overall, a very pleasant stay and will be booking with them in the future.

Hallways were dirty and the purple in the other rooms were loud. Thin walls I guess. This was on a Sunday night you could hear woman saying goodnight most of the night, too who I wonder. The beds were really uncomfortable and it dipped. The shower had mold in the tiles so had not been cleaned in a long time. Muggy because the ac did not work and the attendant offered another room but was really loud with people talking, so stayed in our room. We ended up opening the window but you could hear sirens, trucks and people talking in parking lot below. The only think was the good breakfast, would never stay here again.

Decent rooms, good price. Easy access from the Freeway and the Airport. The hallways have a little bit of a weird smell and the beds could be updated.

Positive note, the staff is friendly and it's a good price. Down side, the ceiling was caving in and cracked within the first room I checked into. The front desk agent was apologetic and moved me into a different room. My new room had what looked like cum spots on the bed skirt. The bathroom had hair on the counter and in the shower when I checked in. There was pop corn under the bed. The beds where uncomfortable. The hotel needs a deep cleaning and some major renovation and repairs.

Low cost place to stay with included breakfast. This was a quick stop over between Las Vegas and Oregon. The place seemed a little worn but clean overall. Actually the smell of carpet cleaner was strong throughout the floor. Overall, given the price point, I would return.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed! The shuttle driver and front desk lady were great. However, the place is a dive! It smelled like smoke with carpet cleaner. The fridge was so loud and had a high pitch ring we unplugged it and could not have food in there. The ceiling was falling apart and looked like toxic popcorn ceiling. My shower would turn scolding hot then ice cold! On my kids too! There was a used washcloth dried on the shower before I got in. The ac would not keep the room comfortable so we had to keep the window open and hear this diesel truck coming and going early in the morning. The light went out over the sink in the bathroom and had to use the heat lap on a timer to go to the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and I seriously could barely walk the next day. I just am feeling better. I’m so sorry to keep going on but, worst place ever. My kids said to hurry up and get in the room and lock the door because at night it’s scetchy being tucked back in the street behind the car lots. Dark and freaky. But the people were really nice that worked there. Never again… ever! I planned this trip… airfare and took time off and this stay ruined a lot of the trip. We really just wanted to go home. The pictures look so clean and pretty.

It's ok if you're only passing through and staying one night. There was age-related damage throughout the hallways and hotel room, the sheets and towels were clean but stained, the floor had not been swept or mopped in our room (there was a mysterious sticky spot by the bed), and the parking was overcrowded. But it is cheap, and breakfast is included (even if they arranged to send guest to the hotel next door). Would not recommend for families with kids due to the damage and poor cleanliness.

Helpful staff, acceptable accommodations, and an enjoyable stay. The complimentary breakfast was decent, although they did run out of a few items when I went through. It's was a very busy time so I feel this was understandable.

I reserved the Jacuzzi suite Got there the floor was so dirty and stained I was willing to look past it though. The problem was that the Jacuzzi tub was broken! Breakfast and parking are shared with the hotel next door! I requested and received a FULL refund. A romantic night almost ruined… We found another hotel! Paid less and was much cleaner!

Nice hotel. Pool area was nice. A few restaurants close by. Shares a parking lot and breakfast with quality inn next door.

Charged us 200 for the night. Parking sucked! We had to park two blocks away and walk with our baby in the dark. The pull out couch bed was broke and when we brought it to management attention she said well that room is only supposed to have two people in it. Breakfast was so crowded with people due to the fact two hotels shared the same breakfast area. Our siding door was broke and a hole in door. A. C. Barely worked and was extremely loud. Dirty floor and room had a nasty smell. Will never stay here again would not suggest this location to anyone.

The room was a decent size and was clean. The A/C was on inside the room at a decent temperature when I arrived so it was very comfortable. Somehow the room card keys stopped working but they were able to quickly resolve the issue. I didn't really notice any restaurants in the area.

For being a $300.00 room you'd be more comfortable. It wasn't. To me it was more like a party type of place. The lamps shades are bend, out of style. No screens on windows. No ice machines on all floors, its only on the second floor. It doesn't look anything like the picture on line. False advertisement. Pool not cleaned. Don't know if its a hot tub or just and outside tub. Second night I was there. Cops, cop cars everywhere. Not a place to take the kids or pets.

This place was worth ZERO stars! Completely deceiving! The room I check in to was filthy! The walls and floors were dirty, the chair was full of oil and obviously run down! The room smelled like dog urine! I could not even take my shoes off! We immediately started to look for a different hotel. Didn't stay for more than 30 minutes before we were running for our car! Ended up at the Nugget for the same price! The only positive was the clerk who was pleasant at check in. I was going to just let it go (figuring that I did not do proper research), perhaps I should have looked further at the rooms. When I arrived at home, I saw my printed confirmation. Looking at the pictures on my confirmation and what I came in to was not acceptable under any circumstances. I had been misled. I see other posts of rooms and I don't know where the heck they stayed because it was NOT where I was! I will be demanding a full refund.

Decently clean, decent staff, but in my experience the hotel is a little dated and not cleaned thoroughly. Overall though a decent place off the headache that is the Reno Strip.

Arrived for a stay to attend a convention at the nearby mega hotel and made reservations months in advance. When we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 3pm so we had to wait for several hours. When we finally checked in they lost our info. We were confused with a 28 day stay guest. Apparently this hotel allows lo term residents. Entering the hallway is frightful. Everything is in disrepair. The room continued our disappointment. We found stains on the rugs, hairs on the linens, huge yellow stains on the mattresses. One mattress was even collapsed. The other was so stiff it was like sleeping on a concreter floor. Our lampshade was covered in red stains. The window had no screens. I felt like in was sleeping in a dive cleaned by a staff who doesn't care. I won't rule bugs out either. There were stains in so many places its difficult to sort out what is what. The pool was closed but the hot tub is frightful. If this place was being renovated they should shut it down and work the problems. Do yourself a favor and spend the additional money for a strip hotel.

The honest truth is that you get what you pay for. This place is good if you don't mind a dive. It really looks like they are kinda trying to get it up to par. I don't think that is possible though. We found snot on the business desk. The lamp has cum stains on it. The mattress's have stains on them and look like they haven't been changed out for over 30 years. They are so hard that they aren't good for sleeping on. But look at the bright side, at least they don't have bed bugs. I checked. Oh and they give you a microwave and fridge with every room. Luckily they don't charge much for it.

If you want; a clean room, comfy pillow soft beds & plenty of pillows, cable TV, hot coffee or tea, refrigerator & microwave, a swimming pool, a hot tub and a complimentary breakfast within walkin distance of some real entertainment — you'll find it here. Bringing your Wolf & Hound? NO PROBLEM. Love this place. The crew here are TOTALLY amazing and make it a wicked good stay. Hey, Thank you Baymont!

Clean room and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast only odd thing was bathroom was small.

Was a bit noisy in the rooms due to thin walls, but the amenities were fine for the price I paid.

Good price. Room was clean and looked nice. Hallway smelled bad but didn't affect our stay. Staff was friendly enough.

Free breakfast, and a good comfy bed. The guests were loud but the TV was nice. So Yeha 4 stars bruh.

Baymont is probably one of the best places to stay. Giant flat screen t. V. S down comforters and breakfast complimentary Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, o. J. Juice. Top notch.

I think the girls at front desk were vwrt friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. I definately enjoyed my stay!

The rooms are clean and large. There are no issues. But air conditioning only worked on cold. On heating, it cannot be activated. This could not be done and the wait staff. We tried to change rooms, but other rooms had the same problem. It was very cold, but our trip was in November.

Bathtub is rusty. Half the TV channels don't work. Hallway leaks when it rains.

A typical bed & breakfast hotel. We got a room for smokers. The room was clean, but the state of technology was not the best. Air conditioning and fridge was so noisy that they had to be off to sleep. The Breakfast was very ordinary. But the staff have no complaints, I try to help.

Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are actually smaller then what is posted and not modern is it seems.

Good price far walk from casinos. Free breakfast um could be better but again its free. Front desk person sucked rude very unpleasant person. They charger you 25 to check in early or 25 check out late so be on time cause that's half the price of another room no cool. Beds okay but we had period blood on the sheet so check them before you sleep in them. Great t. V. Hallways stink of 1970 smoke but its no five star hotel I rather pay more money next time and stay at the Eldorado's casino or gsr. Gsr is a real resort and have almost everything you need and it's right around the corner from this hotel.

We stayed here on a Friday night. The casinos jack up their rates week-ends, but Baymont Inn was on sale and has free Wi-Fi, no resort fee, and free breakfast. We actually had our breakfast at the place next door (same ownership, I think). The room was spacious and quiet enough (I requested an upper floor). The furnishings and hallways looked a bit worn but the beds were quite comfy.

Don't confuse this with a 4 or 5 star hotel, but. You will get a "Very clean room". Well. Maintained property. Hallway carpeting can use a good cleaning. The beds are very Comfortable. Air Conditioner in room can be somewhat loud. Breakfast is decent, they offer several cold cereals, muffins, bagels, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, coffee and juice. It's not gourmet but it's still decent for. A hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Reno.

Very nice people. Great value. The building is a bit beat up, but the bed was very comfortable, room clean and the service was fantastic. Slept very well, which is hard for me at hotels. We also had a very nice breakfast in the morning, which is always a big deal. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, really good breakfast, great cable but front desk. Was no help. Didn't know where to tell us to go for dinner nor a good night club. She was rude BUT they have a free shuttle to take you to any of the casinos. Used our CLC. Excellent rate for the weekend $39 each night for the whole weekend. Overall. Great.
