Nice clean rooms and great pools. DON’T TAKE A TOUR OFVTGE PROPERTY WITH THE SALES STAFF! They attempted to cheat me out if the $100 that I was supposed to get! Luckily I spoke to the concierge person and she fought for me so that in the end I received it. Thank you. While the resort and staff deserve a A+ the rest deserve an F!

We just spent 5 nights at the resort, it was amazing! Our Condo was clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was fast and we got checked in early which was fantastic as we had arrived at about 12:30. This resort is beautiful & very relaxing. There are 3 pools, 4 hot tubs and a adult only pool & a family pool, the game room is super nice and there is a theater. The convenience store is very high priced. We used the room service one evening for dinner food was delicious & cost was a bit high but not too overly priced. There is a free shuttle to the strip which is nice. There are also other shuttles to take you shopping. They offer lots of activities for Adults & Children at very reasonable prices. The only negative things is no private balconies, Although I did see a few rooms in Tower 1 that had private balconies but not sure why when I made our reservation I was told there were no rooms with private balconies unless these are only for special occasions! And check out time is 10am which is very early especially for Las Vegas if check out was at 11am it would be much much better. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here. But keep in mind this is a resort not a Hotel! So this home away from home, there is no housekeeping. There are trash receptacles for you to take your trash out, there is also a washer & dryer to wash your linens & clothing and a dishwasher if you don’t like hand washing dishes.

We had two 1 bedroom suites for two nights in tower 3. The hotel was clean and well kept for the most part. I noticed the floors in our building needed a mopping a few times though, very dirty with spills and footprints, etc. The rooms were stocked with literally everything we could need, specifically kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised, and wished we planned a longer trip! The only thing I didn't like was that we ran out of shampoo, and no one came to restock or tidy the room during the day. They offer a shuttle to the strip, but it ends at 10pm, which was disappointing, because who calls it a night so early, especially in Vegas?! Needs to run to midnight or maybe 1am. The don't have any casino in the hotel, which would have been really nice. They did have wine and mimosas in the lobby one night, which was fun! Overall our stay was great, and we would definitely return, as well as recommend to others!

My bride and I are on our honeymoon and really enjoy this place! The deluxe suite is spacious (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and tons of closet space). We really enjoy being able to cook meals together and are excited to be able to do it when we get an apartment. Everything is very clean. The location is very close to many major attractions. A free shuttle will take you to and from the Strip.

Brilliant place in good location to the strip. Only went to adult pool but this was good. At check in they will offer lots of "free goodies" like shows etc but this is just a timeshare presentation they want you to go on. We told them no but had to be quite firm about it. You could get caught out by this so remember you don't get anything for nothing. Other than that the apartments are good. Everything you need. Washer and dryer in appointment was a bonus. Pool towels provided. We didn't use any of the cafe facilities.

Sales rep illegally ran my credit! First, the resort is nice, and the sales staff are nice. But the sales rep we worked with to do our “Member Update” (his name was Dakota) lied to my wife and I and ran both of our credit after I specifically said, "do not run our credit". I was suspicious because he had us sign some paperwork and promised me it was just going to be a soft hit to add my wife to my current "Barclay" credit card. A couple of days later my wife and I started getting "welcome to your new Barclay credit account" emails. In the meantime, we were getting notifications from our bank and other credit watch services we use stating that a new account was opened using our name. Lo and behold, we both now have new separate Barclay credit card accounts (I now have 2 credit cards under my name and she now has one). Yes, we probably signed paperwork allowing him to open the accounts, but he tricked us to do so and lied to us about what he was doing and I'm pretty sure what he did was illegal (running our credit after we asked him not to)? We even went back to speak with them about what was done, and they said they will open an investigation and someone would get back to us. It's been 2 days and we are still here at the resort and still nothing (I'm not holding my breath either) … When we get back home I will be talking to an attorney about this. Stay tuned…

Great to have a full kitchen if you want to make food and save some money. The units are roomy and include an apartment sized washer and dryer too. If you like daily housekeeping this is not the place. It's set up mostly for timeshare owners that stay for a week at a time, so housekeeping is not part of the deal. However they will bring you clean towels if you ask. They have adult pools (18+) as well as family pools.

We just left wyndham grand desert. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were guests of an owner. At check-in we were treated very nice and was a very quick check in. They tried to get us to listen to their time share promotion but we told them immediately we were not interested and were left alone the rest of our vacation. The facility was very clean and well kept. It is located just a walking distance from the strip yet far enough away that we could relax. We will return again and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for close vegas action with a relaxing atmosphere. We purchased our stay through an owner on eBay. We have purchased 5 stays now at 2 different wyndhams through eBay owners. I would never own a timeshare because of the cost and fees that come with them. It is much cheaper to purchase from an owner on eBay.

Was only there for two nights, but it was an awesome experience. The room was comfortable and perfect. A 24 hour pool and whirlpool. In the main building a nice little store and a small casino. They have a Cafe too. I will come back again but for more than two nights!

Great amenities and services. Beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms. BIG CON was the reps for the timeshare. While the rep Sofia was kind at the start of the presentation, she was short and rude while I was debating on purchasing a timeshare. When they don't see a sale going through, they are rude, tight lipped and don't even thank you for taking time out to hear them. Wyndham teach your reps MANNERS!

From check in through check out my experience was outstanding! My suite was impeccably clean and inviting. The staff are as equally amazing. Being in Vegas for a conference I wasn't able to enjoy the many amenities. Although not on the strip, I was not disappointed. This resort will meet every travelers needs.

Room was meticulously decorated. Nothing about the room was plain. Staff said they were newly renovated. Pools were nice; I have sensitive skin and they don’t go overboard with the chemicals here. The facilities are nice but I gave the rating for the poor service. They actually charge extra for maid service here; like cleaning the room and making the beds. Pool side service for food and drinks is poor. Expect to have to go in search for food and drink on your own. Also, we called downstairs to extend our stay but they said they had no rooms available. We called the website that we had initially booked through and they said there was availability to extend our stay, which was a bit shocking to me. So we are going to another resort for another couple nights instead. Overall, there are better places to stay in Vegas. Also, staff say they are under new management… maybe that’s what’s up…

Good location. I really enjoyed staying at this property and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, pool area was great, and amenities were good.

The rooms are like an apartment, living room, dining room, kitchen, washer and dryer. It has everything you need to make it a home away from home. If it wasn't for the pushy underhanded employees that are trying to sell the time shares the place would be great. So all in all its a good place. Just make sure to get what you need and as soon as they start talking about gifts take your stuff and walk away.

Great rooms and grounds. The staff was fantastic and professional at all times. There is an adult only pool that has a bar available. Would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Great location Bilingual staff. Rooms with everything you need. Only they do not clean every day and the store inside the hotel closes at 10 pm, should close at 12. Pool 24 hours. Pillows and mattress invite you to rest. Very well. Recommended.

Nicely renovated room. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious and comfortable. The pressure to participate in the timeshare "sales presentation" is ridiculous. We had to agree to get a shuttle pass and pay $20! The breakfast they offer you before the pitch is laughable. We got our $20 back and went for a real breakfast. Aside from the near extortion the resort is very nice and I would go back. Bring back the late night shuttle!

Really nice accommodations. We were very pleased. Very big accommodations. They don't answer the phone when we call the front desk to have them fix the toilet. That's the only complaint. Good shuttle service. We have not done the timeshare presentation yet. We will tomorrow.

Stayed here for my birthday getaway. Rooms are awesome. Staff is awesome. They have many on site amenities to keep the family entertained.

Resort staff are excellent, room is very nice and comfortable, food and drinks are quite expensive like all things Vegas if you're not gambling. As always, the Wyndham timeshare staff is only there to sell timeshares. Maybe not as pushy as before, but still an annoyance. The resort is close to the strip and walking is a good option for taking the sights.

Upon arrival we were sent to a desk to get our parking permit. It was a desk for them to try and get you to see a presentation on buying a time share. I explained that we own 2 already and we weren't interested. They would not take no for an answer. I basically had to say " give me my permit and leave me alone". I walked out on them after I got my permit. They called me twice on the phone and wanted to know why I didn't want to see their presentation. I explained again we own 2 and weren't interested. They would take no for an answer, I hung up on them both times. Then I get a card under the door that asked me to reconsider seeing the presentation. We loved staying here, but will not return here because of the pressure they give you. It also takes forever to get hot water and walls are thin.

Timeshares presentation! Nice facility in need of cosmetic work for the curb appeal (outside hallways and breezeway) for the cost of ownership. The person who signed us up in Flamingo told us the payment to be received was more than what is given. Thank God I had the paperwork showing the reps offer.

Very good place. Watch out for time share chats, listen if you're interested in Spanish. You continually change the rules of the business. We bought 21 days according to the contract 2 years ago and now they need more points for the same time.

I would give this resort 0 stars if I could. I booked a 4 bed suite in July for a weekend in November. When I arrived to check-in I learned our reservation had been moved down the street to their sister hotel and were given no reason why. Later we discover this was due to a system error and the system error affect 40 other reservations. The sister hotel did not have the same amenities we originally paid for, was further from the strip and did not have enough beds to fill our party. I had to pay again for the new hotel and still have not received our deposit back from the Grand Desert. Their customer service staff are unhelpful and would not take responsibility for their giant mistake. They ruined our entire Vegas weekend. Then they had the nerve to push us into a tour of the Grand Desert to buy a time share. The Grand Dessert is disrespectful and does not deserve your time or money.

It is a great place to rest from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. One block from the strip, unbeatable place.

This was a really great apartment. We stayed here as a party of four. The rooms were spacious, the accommodations clean, and the location near the strip. The staff even brought up a package. Super good staff. Overall great apartment /hotel.

Very nice and in the process of a remodel. After the remodel it will be 5 stars. One of the driver's for the resort, George, was amazing. He has a wonderful personality and great customer service skills. He was our favorite driver by far. Please be warned you cannot take coffee on the shuttle. Do not pay for Starbucks in the lobby and then try to get on the shuttle to Harrah's on the strip. The driver will make you pour it out.

This place is like having a 1 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen, beautiful big rooms, bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The only thing is there's no daily cleaning, you have to do the cleaning yourself which is completely fine. You call the front desk and tell them what you need like clean towels, coffee and everything that goes with it. This place is amazing. I'm really considering doing a timeshare here. The only thing that I can think of that I didn't like was the fact that there was a water main break (which is completely out of the Hotels hand) and it took all day to fix. We were out of water from 6:30am until about 2-3pm. Other than that my stay was very enjoyable.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It has a big Jacuzzi tub and a full kitchen. The outdoor pools are heated, so they are usable on a nice December day. The on-site convenience store is very limited and quite expensive, but there are plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance or a short drive. A free shuttle to the strip is available, but not really needed.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are well kept and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym in the morning and it was good equipment and clean. We liked how we could stay with others in the same room. The 3-room combo worked well, with a lot of space for everyone.

DO NOT sign up for ownership of any package! Unless you get the highest one, you can't do anything they say you can, it is all hype to get you tho sign on the dotted line. Also, you will be a nobody when you go back and stay, there is no-one to pick you up at the airport, no-one at the front desk, no-one really cares about your needs. Please, if you are interested then pin them down with absolutes, make them sign a document with all their promises on it, you can be sure they will not! The house keeping staff, the grounds keepers, the folks that drive the golf carts and the shuttles are awesome and they will bend over backwards to help you. Just beware, unless you buy at the very highest level, you get nothing they tell you about.

Love the hotel. Rooms are very nice and staff is very inviting. They have a few different pools you can use in the summer months, a bar to sit at, and resort scheduled activities. I would stay again.

Very nice rooms. Had a great stay. Concierge service was not the best. Was charged for 4 days of use for 2 days of a non charged electric scooter. When returned no one would take the information on a complaint with the equipment. Bell service also not the best.

Convenient location. Very good accommodation. Enjoyed my stay as a guest. Don't know what my friend pay to own a share so it is hard to tell the value of ownership at this location.

I'm only giving it two because of the concierge desk. Everything was great but the manager there. She did the typical sales bait and hook you get at this time share on my wife while I wasn't there my wife had to give her money to reserve a spot for the talk right in the middle of the morning that we all ready had plans for. I went back I at told her we can't do it. She wanted to know why I said we had plans then she asked what plans. And keep asking what my plans were I didn't say what cause it wasn't her business… We had brunch plans with friends we were with but she still got all upset about it. I had to ask for our money back about 8 times till I had to raise my voice and start to make a scene. She really needs to go to some training on how to deal with customers. Last time I looked my family has all most 2 million points with Wyndham and this is how they treat their VIPs. The managers should be aware of short comings like this.

Great resort in the heart of Las Vegas. One long block away from the strip, but free shuttle service puts you right on the strip every 30 min. 3 swimming pools have something for everyone. Use the ATM in lobby to avoid insane service fees on strip.

We never got our upgrade like we requested again for the second time. You “changed” your policies again so it made it impossible for us to upgrade, which made you more money (which is all you seem to be worried about). It’s been 2 weeks since my visit and I still haven’t received my deposit back! I called and a lady by the name Josie and her manager by the name Kayla Kolbert were extremely rude and u helpful. I will not be staying here anymore, I will sell my timeshare before I will ever recommend this place or book here again. I would recommend again that you teach your staff a little better communication skills and costumer service techniques. You just lost another diamond member because of the multiple issue.

The Wyndham Grand Desert is a beautiful hotel. We were only there for a couple of hours, but got to take a tour of it grounds and some of the amenities it has to offer. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just a couple blocks from the strip but they have a shuttle that takes you there and brings you back to the hotel. Rooms are great. Family friendly.

Everything is here phenomenal. Rooms are big and include dining room, living room, full kitchen (you could cook and bake), and the bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub. The beds are so comfortable too. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and coworkers.

Toured this hotel as an example of a Wyndham timeshare location, and it was nice! The suites have been kept up-to-date, not showing their age (18 yrs. ). They were decorated"modern chic" which my wife thought was adorable. Their game room and in-hotel theatre were great additions, and the fancy pool with surrounding cabanas, games, and facilities were tops. Wouldnitely stay here!

Wow such a wonderful place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I requested a wake up call at 4:45 am. I got the call and a security guard knocked on our door to insure our getting up. Now that is going the extra mile. We were going to catch a tour bus to the Grand Canyon and did not want to miss the pick up. The room was great, modern, clean with a full kitchen. The whole place is very clean and quiet. The pools are great, two adult pools and a good sized family pool. When we come back we will be staying here.

Fantastic location! Our family has really enjoyed our stay here. The staff has been very helpful and kind to us. Our room is perfect with a kitchen and all appliances we need. The pools are very nice too. I enjoyed having the choice to go in the pool reserved for adults because it was relaxing.

We checked in on a Monday and checked out on a Friday. Overall it was a good stay. Pros: Rooms were new and nice, including a jacuzzi tub Beds we're comfortable Kids loved the pool Movie theater Magic show Activity center was fun for the kids On site Cafe was pretty good for breakfast Cons: Data connection on my phone was horrible. Free Wi-Fi was incredibly slow and to get the upgraded package would have been $10/day Some activity center took tokens only, not quarters, that were non refundable. I can see parking being an issue when it is more crowded here.

This is one of the most beautiful Wyndham's that I have stayed at. The pools are really nice especially the adult pool. Everyone here is very helpful. The rooms are extremely spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if there are a bunch of you. It is in between the MGM and The Hard Rock Hotel. We rented out a 3 bed room place and it was great There are 3 towers and 3 pools. Nice little shuttle bus takes you back and forth to Harrah's Casino until 10pm Only issue I had was the timeshare people calling everyday until I asked them not to do so any more. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. We stayed in the 3 bedroom on the 8th floor. Phenomenal service and quality. Near the strip, quick and easy shuttle service to and from Harrah's. Close enough for convenience, far enough for peace. I highly recommend Wyndham's products and services.

This is the best location to spend time in Las Vegas. The staff go above and beyond and the rooms are fully stocked with all needed living items including a washer and dryer. I can not say enough good things about the location, you definitely have to experience it.

Me and my Entire Family Loves this place! I have adult kids and little grandchildren, and everyone loves staying here. It's our Vegas home away from home.

I've stayed in many timeshare resorts over the past 20 years and by far this property is 1 of my favorites. I like the location, it's close to the strip but in a bit quieter area. Free transport to the strip. The Presidential rooms are spacious and elegant and allow me to bring friends and relatives along on my trips. But, by far, the staff at this project make the difference. They are helpful, friendly and make us feel like family. My family has loved the Grand Desert atmosphere for years. Enjoy it and good luck in the casinos.

The place was unbelievable! When you pull up to it. Amazing! This is a 5 star place. The lobby is gorgeous! The staff was courteous and simply the best. No complaints about anything. The grounds were like paradise. I do not want to stay anywhere else when I come to Las Vegas. They supplied all my needs. I broke the coffee pot by accident and was not charged. My four day stay cost only $28 for a piece paradise. I did not want leave. I am planning my next stay currently. Wyndham is the way to go. The price I paid has nothing to do it. That was was my travel agency. As far as the time-share just say no to free stuff and pay for your own stuff. I had no problem in that area. We spent 3 hours in that time share for 2 free show tickets and $75 free slot play. My suggestion is if your spending four days or less in Vegas maybe shouldn't waste your time because time is precious in Vegas. If you have lots of time on your hand then it is the perfect solution to kill some time. I hope this helps.

Nice place. Excellent gifts for sitting in the presentation. I own 2 timeshares; so I wasn't a buyer. My family had a great time. Especially, my daughter. Plan to be back soon. Here or another resort.

I have been there with my family and it was great. They have a game room, a kids pool. A hot tub, and a adult pool. So I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. :).

Resort is nice and front personnel are polite. Sales Reps are nothing but a bunch of liars. Thank you to the foreign name man I won't mention his name. For totally ruining our life financially with your bold face lies. Don't bother complaining will not get you anywhere. When you have a Sales Rep come out a few months later holding their head saying our contract is a complete mess. And hard to understand as well asking who did this to us. Told her who in her Department there in lovely lying Las Vegas. We are financially strapped and we were fine with what we had prior to his destroying our lives. I hope he pays for his dishonesty. Greed is evil and he was. Couldn't come face us nor make any comments. I wish I never went there to The Grand Desert and met that MAN.
