Rooms were very clean. Hotel was quiet and offered different things throughout the day, i. E. Ice cream bu the pool, lobby socials, etc. Pools and hot tub very clean and well maintained. Plenty of lighting in parking lot. Customer service was great. I just would have wanted the pool to be opened longer hours… like before 10am and later than 7pm.

My family and I just stayed there over the holiday weekend. It was absolutely beautiful! staff was more then helpful. Our room was the presidential suite, it was beyond amazing. Fully stocked and extremely comfortable beds! thank you for making our stay so amazing! definitely will be back. Can't forget the pool was very cool too! also the bar by the pool was awesome!

Our room is amazing, clean and comfortable. Just off the strip so its nice to come come back to relax in a calmer atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and the amenities are more than what we expected beautiful pool with lots of games a full on bar cabanas and fire place for the winter so amazing.

The Presidential Suite that we stayed is very nice. The layout is different from other Wyndham resorts I have stayed in the past. The kitchen is very modern, spacious living room. Quite nice view at night with all the lights from the part of the strip.
However, very minimum selection in the little convenient store, though they have some sort of snack bar near the pool where you can oder bar snacks, sandwiches, pizza and different drinks, beer, wine and few cocktail drinks. The pools looks nice, it has few cabanas. Overall, I like my stay here.

Pools are great! Heated and clean. Not too crowded. Cabanas are affordable. They have a bar & grill with music.

This is one of our favorite Wyndham destinations. Desert Blue is modern with incredible views from floor to ceiling windows. The pools and spas are resort perfect. We had a cabana this trip complete with a fridge, TV, overhead fan, comfy outdoor furniture and SHADE! The kiddie water works is awesome.

The best place to stay in Vegas, close to everything, great pools, great personal, great views, and experience advice to get the most of our stay.

Very enjoyable atmosphere, wonderful rooms, quite, able to cook for staying in time, and easy convenient to go places with shuttle. Really enjoyed our mini vacation here!

The resort is beautiful inside and out. The rooms are fabulous.

This was a beautifully maintained facility. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Bartendress (is that a thing? ) by pool was great! The bed was amazingly comfortable! It was all perfect. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This place feels new and it's just so comfortable. This is a nice getaway from the strip. The pool is gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the whole building smells great and is conveniently located near the strip and about a 6 minute drive from the forum shops at Caesars. There's complimentary valet and shuttles run to the Rio and Caesars alternating every half hour. I was visiting from Orlando for business and this felt like coming home at the end of the day. The studio made me feel like I want in a hotel room. Definitely a great place to come back to after a whole night of drinking and gambling.

Other than the sales pitch, the resort itself is spectacular. Its beautiful. The rooms are great. Nice jetted tub. Great kitchen that makes you want to cook. Washer and dryer in the room. Great bar at the pool. Phenomenal drinks. Overall I would recommend the resort itself to anyone.

I really like this place. It's small and comfortable and it's less than a year old. It's not the easiest place to walk from but it has a free shuttle for guests. Its tucked behind the Rio off the main strip.

If you have a family with kids this is a great place to stay. The rooms are suites, ours had a dining area, kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and calm. The pool wasn't overflowing with people, usually small groups. Valet is free or you can park yourself, all parking is close to an entrance.

The vibe here is amazing. Everything is blue. I am so happy with the customer service. Everyone here is amazing Pooh our valet attendant was phenomenal. I had an amazing time here and live being a Wyndham owner.

The room way amazing. It was clean and had everything you would need. It was a short car ride to the strip and quiet at nigh. The pool looks amazing however we never made it to the pool because of our schedule.

Rooms were small. "Concierge" kept wanting us to come by and get our welcome packets over and over… which is french for let me harass you. No thanks. I'll buy what I decide to not what s#@t you present. Rooms were very clean. Nice pools. No parking fee. Overall pleased. Just had to "shut down" my concierge calls.

Newer building so everything is still really clean and nice. Amazing staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Great pool area along with food and drink service. Can't wait to go back.

I own at this property and I couldn't be happier. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Resort is new so everything is updated and beautiful. I've stayed in several sized rooms, each of them spectacular. They have a pool area that has a bar with food and drinks if you don't want to leave the resort. They also have a game room with a few activities. Walking distance to the Rio.

I absolutely fell in love with Wyndham desert blue. By far the best experience I've had with any hotel/resort so far. We had a one bedroom for my fiance's 30th birthday. The rooms smell so good and everything was extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is off the strip and I picked this place because I wanted a relaxing weekend. They have complimentary valet. The best pool I've been to. They have a full bar and grill at the pool as well. Its about 5 minutes from the strip with car. Chinatown is within walking distance and omg, the food there is incredible. Everything about this place was perfect, and I'm not the easiest person to please. Anyone complaining about how it's not within walking distance of the strip should have just Google it instead of complaining about it. The one night we went out was a $5.50 Lyft ride away to drais nightclub. They also have shuttles that take you to two different locations on the strip.

Great staff and activities, nice pool. Close to the strip with handy bus service to and from ceasars palace, the Rio and the grocery store (Smith's). Beautiful, comfortable, however they need a water softener.

We were offered a free two night stay to go to a short presentation for a time share. We also got discount tickets to a few things. We were told no strings attached, no pressure, you get everything after the presentation no requirements for anything and no questions asked. BIGGEST LIE EVER! We did what we were supposed to do. We even nicely sat through the sales pitch at the end. Explained why we weren't buying. The gentleman that helped us, Jeff, was super nice. The lady that he went to when we refused to buy, Michelle, was really nasty. My wife lost her voice and could only whisper. Michelle wouldn't let her talk or say anything. Would only talk over her. Refused to let us leave, give us what we paid for, or refund our money. Threatened to hold us there for an additional 2 hours and not give us what we purchased or refund money. She was one if the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Then because we didn't buy anything they wouldn't have the shuttle come back to pick us up. We had to wait until they dropped off the next group of people. Because of this experience, and the way were treated and lied to, we will NEVER buy a Wyndham time share or stay at any place associated with Wyndham.

I really like the location! Its at the very end of the strip and is one of the few places without a casino so its less busy. That was a + for me, although I realize most people traveling to Las Vegas are looking for the opposite.

We went to a timeshare program here. The first guy friendly the second guy I guess the closer was rude snobby and total jerk. I would have given them higher stars if it wasn't for that man. The prices are decent the places they have are amazing. But that second guy was a jerk. So from 5 stars to 2 stars. So if you see a guy in a cashmere sweater at the end of the presentation ask for someone else.

We went there for a time share presentation. After waiting an hour for everything to start. They had started the presentation. I had to answer an emergency phone call from the business I own. They had not told us we could not answer our phones at anytime. To be polite I stepped out of the room for the two minute conversation. To which we were kicked out for. Then had to wait another hour for our refund.

While not on the strip they offer shuttle service. I wish it ran every half hour instead of every hour. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker. Not having a full service restaurant or convenience store was also an issue but not a deal breaker either. They do offer shuttle run daily to the grocery store to stock up on goodies. All that said, the staff is top notch. The rooms are excellent the pool is fabulous. The other amenities are great. If they added a store and place to eat they would get that 5th star.

Nice quiet location in Vegas with a beautiful pool area. Loved the heated pool! Short walk to Rio for breakfast. Used the shuttle to Ceasar Palace, worked great to spend time on the strip. Room very comfortable.

If your looking for quiet, peaceful and convenience without the constant casino scene (to which they have shuttles for), and didn't bring a car and need groceries (they have shuttles for that too), then this is the best place we have found in 20 years of Las Vegas stays. It's newer than many places. Glad we stayed. (7 nights)

Great spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Decent size kitchen and full size fridge. Lots of interesting activities for no added charge at the resort. Pools are heated and pool bar has great selection of food and drink. Very close to the strip with shuttle service offered to ceasers palace. Within walking distance of the Rio casino. No casino on property.

Very disappointed with our 2br deluxe unit. It has very poor logistics and usefulness. Counterspace in kitchen and bathrooms virtually nil. Dining table practically butts up against front door. Kitchen listed as full is more like mini. While new and fairly modern, the room size and setup detracts, is uncomfortable and knocks down rating. This property thus compares unfavorably to other Wyndham resorts in Vegas. Location is also pretty much in a ghetto-looking area directly behind the Rio Hotel/casino with depressing views to match, especially on north side of building. Do not recommend this property.

They had a beautiful two bedroom sweet with a kitchen… The rooms inside of the suite were nice and spacious, each with their own bathroom. The elevators to the rooms have key only access (which was a little annoying, when you are just visiting a guest of the hotel, and they have to come down to get you). I would recommend the Wyndham Desert Blue to friends. I was glad to discover this hotel. I've driven past the hotel many times, before ever having a reason to go in.

It's very good for the family (family friendly) they have a nice shuttle that takes you to Rio (hotel) or even Cesar's palace which will drop you in the heart of the city well strip overall this was a very good experience and they also have free events and drinks at certain times of day which is also good many perks as in free tickets at points as well 5 pools then there is an arcade small but fun then a pool table as well where you can watch the kids or just play by yourselves. The rooms feel like a little apartment but really big with a fridge kitchen appliances and room with to beds and a king bed for couples as well. The shower are very descent sizes but the counters are super nice as well as the dining area they also have a Samsung TV and others in each room. We didn't get room service but the people are super friendly and nice we come here every yr but this was the first at desert blue so it was very good.

Modern and smoke free! This is a great Vegas timeshare! It is close to the strip but quiet. The staff is super friendly! Box I and Vanessa are awesome! We love our Wyndham time share. Every property is just like home!

I went for a time share sale. They promised it would only last 2 hours. It was more like 3.5 before I got back to my hotel. They also said the tickets I was receiving were good seats. They were in the balcony. The facility was nice and they didn't high pressure sale. It was a bit off the strip. You would have to have transportation to get to most things.

The Wyndam Desert Blue is a great time share hotel that is quite spectacular in the sense that it is clean and well maintained. The service thus far has been quite friendly and outgoing. I am staying in one of their presidential suite's and I appreciate all the amenities this property is providing and more importantly feeling like I am truly on holiday. I would also like to note that the pool is a sight for both adults and children filled with lots of space and comforts with provided towels and a snack bar until dusk. I would highly recommend staying here if given the opportunity.

Very nice quiet hotel. The location is convenient to the strip. Beautiful property with 2 nice pools and a splash pad. Lots of things for kids to do on the property without paying extra.

Attended a time share meeting at this resort. They had beautiful facilities and a wide array of conveniences. I believe I would've thoroughly enjoyed a stay in their resort, even if it is a jaunt from the strip.

Out of the many, many hotels we've stayed in over the years, this is by far the nicest. We booked through trip advisor at a good price & boy was it more than worth it. Staff is kind and helpful, and this hotel is SPOTLESS. Staff was even scrubbing the sidewalk outside! this is a timeshare facility, but timeshare people didn't bother us at all, they aren't pushy. Rooms were clean and spacious, some of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Pool area was incredible-very well maintained and just an amazing area to hangout. Hotel is in a great location just off the Strip-so it was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here & didn't want to leave. Thank you for a great stay!

It was everything we expected and More! We got a 3 bedroom presidential suite and the rooms were fantastic. They even provided us with items that we forgot. The pool and splash pad were fantastic the kids loved it!

Timeshare warning! BE AWARE take a picture of your presentation acknowledgement and your detailed marketing slip. The presentation is not that bad but what you sign up for is to view a presentation and that's it! It is listed as a "approximate 120 minute presentation not including travel time. We got stuck with Loretta W. Who is a rude disrespectful pig! She told us after we told her we were not interested we have "to sit here for 45 more minutes after the presentation otherwise we will not receive our gifts". I had to show pictures of what I signed and she stated "I know what that says" obviously she has no idea what the customers are signing! We left for the resort at 8:35 and didn't get back til 11:45. We got discounted tickets to a show and a free 2 night stay anytime 45 day or more out but can only be used Sunday through Wednesday.

Pretty decent resort if you want to stay somewhere without a casino. The rooms were nice and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer so that was very convenient. The pool area is nice but it only goes about 4 ft deep but there's a cool splash area that's great for kids. There are also cabanas with TVs you can reserve and hot tubs. The bar at the pool is pretty good and has good happy hour prices, plus their breakfast sandwiches in the morning are a great price as well. It's close to the strip and they have a free shuttle to Caesars Palace.

I have been staying at the Wyndham Grand Desert for several years, but decided to try out the Wyndham Desert Blue this time around Memorial Day Weekend. After reading all of the mixed reviews, I was a little skeptical, but this place is great! The Desert Blue is A LOT more quiet and laid back compared to the Grand Desert. The photos don't really give it justice. The hotel is a lot bigger than it looks online. From the aerial views, it looks like the pools are right next t…o a busy street and you would assume that it would be an eye sore while you're trying to enjoy the pool, but the resort did a great job with the placement of palm trees and shrubbery to hide the street and a speaker system that blocks out the sound of any passing cars. They have a bar and grill with reasonable prices for drinks, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, salads, pizzas, appetizers, sides, and desserts. The cabanas are comfortable and the pools and jacuzzis are nice. They also have games out by the pool like giant Jenga, bean bag toss, and some bucket game that looked similar to beer pong. There are also several shaded areas. The room was great! We stay in a 3 Bedroom Presidential Suite on the 18th floor. Since the hotel is still pretty new, the decor was very modern and well appointed with stainless steel appliances, plush furnishings, and a nice TV and bose entertainment system in the living room. The view of the strip lit up at night was amazing.

I've really enjoyed my stay here. The room was nicely furnished and staff has ​been hospitable. Walking to the strip is not a reasonable option. They have a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes or we took Lyft/Uber with no issues. I would come back.

We had a 2 bedroom handicapped condo. This room was very well designed and had both bathrooms equipped for those with mobility issues. The decor and furniture was lovely too. They had complimentary valet as I could never have managed to walk from the self park area. The staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this facility.

Hotel is nice and away from the strip… for condo owners only… Does have a promotion to purchase shares of Wyndham condos in many states and islands. I did purchase the package deal… Excellent customer service and beautiful suites.

I was there for a presentation on Wyndham vacation resorts. I loved the suites that we were shown. However, I did not like the fact that the sales reps completely ignored me simply because I was there with a friend. Had I been treated as a potential customer, I would have been more interested in purchasing.

Stayed here this past weekend and am in love with the place! Have been an owner since 2001 when it was still Fairfield and am actually an owner at Grand Desert. I will forever book here instead of Grand Desert! The place has a more sophisticated, classy adult feeling versus the Grand Desert. Went to the pool, which is beautiful, and was able to actually enjoy it without having a bunch of loud obnoxious kids running everywhere. It's great to bring kids on family vacations (I have in the past as well) but to just let them loose to run a muck at the pool like they are the only ones there… Desert Blue seems to be more geared towards adults and that is perfect for a Vegas getaway!
