Suites are amazing. Great amenities.

This is a classy hotel right. Lovely rooms. Expensive understandably. We had the king suite 970 sq ft. Large and really nice. There were a few things that put me off. There are no plates or Utensils. I wanted to cut a lime for my rum. Called front desk. $9 to bring up a knife. No fridge. Called front desk as we had food to cool. $50 a day. Went down to have a sauna. Hotel guests pay $105 for 90 mins. What the hell! This should all be included. And for this reason I will go somewhere else. Not worth the price. There is better.

I stayed here during my family vacation back in October of 2021. They have great prices for bedrooms and they have great accommodations and helpful resources for people with disabilities, you just have to ask if you need anything. They also have an amazing inside mall, and gift shops. The bedrooms are comfortable and they have amazing TVs if you want just a relaxing day to chill, and a pool for going swimming.

Room was very nice and easy to upgrade. The suite had an exceptional view. Concierge was very nice and went out of her way to help. The parking garage attendant was very nice and attentive and friendly helping us with the taxi when we left. We wish we were informed upon check in about having to have reservations for restaurants. Also was disappointed that the luxury suite had no fridge without having to pay a ridiculous per night price. All and all the resort was very safe with lots of security and a very clean facility.

Cleanness and hospitality is amazing.

Had rental car so didn't have problem getting to places. They are one of the few casinos that still offers free self parking. Rooms are nice and clean but you can tell that it is getting old and they will need some updates. We needed toothbrush and requested concierge for it and it took about an hour or so to receive one. I think that's an average time for most of hotels to fulfill the guests request. What was very thoughtful of them was that we didn't mention the toothpaste cause we already had one but they sent it to us along with toothbrush.

This hotel is huge and amazing, check in was easy and quick, I was upgraded to a premium suite when I checked in which was very spacious and luxurious, I didn't want to leave the room and go anywhere else. The hotel has 6 swimming pools and 40 restaurants! That's what the map said. It's gigantic. I ate at the Tao and Luxe Cafe and both were great, I tried the Italian restaurant in the large hall and the food was gross. Stay away from Italian food.

Staying at the Palazzo is just a better deal for your buck. Treatment is better and so is the environment around. Quality is there from beginning to end. We had three TV in the spacious room. Wine glasses to drink water. Robe for her and him. Sound proof room without the cigarette smoke. We got a little living room and ghetto was nowhere to be found. Plus we saved on time just for being on the strip. That is when your budget permits.

We come here for our Anniversary every second year. The staff is always amazing. The casino is well appointed and doesn't seem to have the same lingering smell of cigarettes that the Venetian has. There are plenty of elevators, so wait time is reduced getting to your room. And, like the Venetian, all rooms are suites. Plenty of entertainment and dining choices between the two hotels.

Best hotel in VEGAS! The suites (all rooms are suites) have it all including super comfy King size bed, bar, large couch and sitting area and dining table. The marble and glass bathrooms are spacious. All amenities included with access to 10 pool areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love it every time we visit.

Best hotel in Vegas, hands down. Dare I say possibly in the list of the top 10 ten hotels in the world. Standard rooms (Luxury Suites) put most other neighboring properties’ standard (and even in some cases, “upgraded”) rooms to shame in terms of size, included amenities, and overall value. Ideal location on the strip, just far enough to be out of the “noise” (to get a good night’s sleep) but close enough to easily walk to almost all attractions. Including the added amenities of its neighboring sister property, The Venetian, staying at this resort is almost a no brainer. "Grand" would be the best word to describe this place.

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and we stayed 2 nights at The Palazzo in one of their standard suites but with a great view. The room was huge with a king bed and sunken living room. The bathroom was also large and had a nice shower and tub. I only wish the shower was bigger and had a rain shower plus handheld sprayer. The best part of The Palazzo was the 10 pools and the shops that run between The Palazzo and The Venetian. You could really stay here and never actually leave the building. I dont have much to say about the casino since we do not gamble. The Palazzo is also great because it is one of the few properties that offers free self parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything I'm the property looks new and is very well designed. It's a very pretty place with lots of work put into the environment. The spa and gym facilities are also updated and nice. The staff are very nice as well. Lots of restaurant options to boot. It is connected to the Venetian, and everything is fairly sprawling and oversized, so it feels like a massive resort on its own, which isn't really 'my thing', but I still enjoyed it.

Beautiful resort and the suite we were in had everything you could want in a home away from home. The suite had a sunk in living room with a T. V. Located in that area as well as the bedroom. The bathroom was amazing with a oversized bathtub that was made for pampering yourself. Marble floors with a closed door to the toilet, a separate shower, his and hers sinks, and great vanity. The hotel offers a stocked refrigerator but it would be nice if they offered a refrigerator for the guest use also.

Solid upscale casino/resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Lots of food options from Cafe, to sit down, to a food court. A few clubs and big swimming pool. Rooms are BIG! Two queen sized beds (or 1 king) and sunken living room with couch pull out full size bed. Large bathroom in rooms, has separate shower and bathtub.

I went to the Palazzo to meet with working companions. They were there for a conference. The rooms are large and modern. Very convenient for the Queestan in Coference at the sands.

The location on The Strip is fantastic — within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our suite is so large and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff here, making sure every one of your needs is met. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next Vegas trip.

Las Vegas you have to see it for 2 days and enjoy its colorful lights and picturesque buildings. Now, I have seen many people drink by the Strep, in the casinos allow smoking and if you play invite you to drink. Bustle, very expensive, and made to consume. There are very nice things but two days and ends. In April much cold and wind 8 degrees max.

This is a very nice hotel for five star with excellent amenities. Like many of the good hotels on the Strip this one has a pretty good-size Casino as you walk through. Before you get into the elevator there is a security guard that checks and make sure you have a room key. Extra security in my opinion. We got the Bella Suite which comes with two queen beds and huge bathroom as well as a sunken in living room. The couch even has another bed option. This suit was 700 square feet which is massive compared to anything else on the strip in this price range. I found a service to be friendly and people were super nice to you. Not quite as famous as some of the other hotels on the Strip but it is just as nice in my opinion. I would stay here again no problem.

I love staying at The Palazzo/Venetian. We stay here for a convention every year and. It is super convenient being able to wake up and. Walk downstairs between the two hotels. The food choices are excellent and top notch. The staff has always been super nice and everything we needed they were able to accommodate. My trick is to rent a car and just give the valets a couple bucks to park the car instead of having to find a spot during busy times.

It is a very elegant hotel and compared to another hotel the décor is more modern and current. I loved the chandeliers hanging down and climbing escalator that overlook the street and also sis walkways adorned with trees, lights and gardens as well as their exclusive brand shops, which the so-called don't buy anything hehe.

One of the nicest hotels in Vegas. Own. Impressive gallery. It communicates with the Venetian and offers very large meeting rooms «meeting Room» It is also connected to convention center and therefore allows to get away if need convention center. It is available for the possibility of restoration and of course of a playroom. I did not test the rooms but I could see some suites and this looks quite correct!

Rooms are great here. They have seating areas which is really nice. Beds are very comfy. Service is great. Very clean. Have stayed here twice and would stay again.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Rooms are definitely worth the price. View of the strip from my room included the Treasure Island pirate show and our several swimming pools down below. The Grand Canal shops in the mall below has many nice stores and connects to the Venetian hotel. Gondola rides inside/ outside. Overall experience here was awesome.

Hotel is nice. Stayed in one of the suites. Super clean and the staff is very friendly. Some stuff could use a refreshing like the televisions in the bathrooms that didn't work and one of our showers was not working properly. Overall would definitely recommend for the value and experience.

First class, and even a bit over the top. This is not a cheap stay. But the people working there are top notch, and the location is perfect. Rooms are impeccably appointed. Security excellent. Highly recommend if you can pay the fare.

Parking is free of charge. The bottle in the fridge was moved, but without the drink, the explanation was not paid.

Visits to The Palazzo are always top notch! The rooms are in the top tier of what Vegas offers without breaking your budget. The Palazzo is under some renovations. The place is exquisite with amazing decor. I always enjoy my stay in the hotel rooms. There's no parking fees like other hotels which is a big plus. The service is exceptional. You are paying for what you get which is greatness.

Beautiful Hotel, Casino and Spa! This was a special "Girl's Weekend" trip, and we wanted to do it right. After much research and also a recommendation from a coworker, I booked the "Palazzo. " This hotel is the newest sister hotel to "The Venetian. " It's a plus, because if you are staying at one of these 2 hotels you can use the amenities of the other location, including their gorgeous swimming pools. The suites are stunning with ceiling to floor views of the best of Vegas. I will definitely return to the "Palazzo! " Next time, I'm going to ensure that I reserve one full day of my trip, just to spend that time at the "Canyon Ranch Spa" located in the hotel. It's a must.

The hotel is huge. There are so many conference rooms and the halls are humongous. The luxury suite we're staying in looks like the rooms in the Venetian. Same layout, different decor. The view is overlooking the roof of the casino. There was construction going on at the floor above the room so not too much peace and quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Would come here again.

Hotel Palazzo. Very spacious and clean rooms. Location between the Wynn and Venitian free parking and close to the rooms without having to walk the entire casino.

Very nice hotel. I had a great stay there. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Awesome pool and hot tubs also. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the security guard asking to see my room key by the elevators. It was an elderly gentleman and he was actually quite rude about the fact that I forgot my room key in my room.

Gorgeous and classy! My suite is beautiful and spotless. You would be hard pressed to find any flaws. The bed is so comfy, you don't want to get out. There are numerous places in the room to either lounge or get work done. The soaking tub is wonderful and the vanity in the bathroom is perfect for doing make up and hair. All this just barely scratches the surface of all the wonderful details.

The customer service literally from every employee I had interaction with was excellent. The room was very clean and they had multiple TVs so you could watch while on the bed or the couch. The room I was in overlooked the strip with a gorgeous view of the area and mountains. The casino area was good with many options to choose from. Definitely money well spent and I will stay here next time I'm in Vegas.

From check In to check out, everything was phenomenal. Service was second to none and we are in no way big spenders or players. It was refreshing to be treated as such anyway. The rooms are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Everything is clean and location is excellent. The access to everything the Venetian offers is also a major plus. We were also there the night of the shooting at the Mandalay Bay, and security throughout the Palazzo and Venetian properties was well organized and thorough. Highly recommend giving this hotel a try on your next visit.

This hotel is one of the best Vegas has to offer. The suites are huge and very beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds and there is a of of attention to detail in the room that makes the stay more awesome. And its at the heart of Vegas — with great restaurants and sites right in the Venetian-Pallazo complex. I prefer the Palazzo to the Venetian — because it's much newer.

I don't think there's better value for the dollar. Every room is a suite. Did you catch that, EVERY ROOM IS A SUITE! The decor is over the top marble Italian everything. The rooms are not expensive and the casino floor is big. There's a ton of great food options and it's not confusing to get around.

Busy, anonymous hotel. We were invited to enjoy the Privilege program whereby you get complimentary breakfast (which was great) and drinks/nibbles in the evening (which was also great). Centrally located, and part of the impressive Venetian shopping centre, it is a good place to start your Vegas experience. The pools are a bit boring for a family, and we found that the neighbouring pool at the Venetian was a more entertaining experience. Good value but huge!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I enjoyed my stay there. The room was was clean and well maintained. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only negative part of my stay was the concierge. We had asked about Latin nightclubs and given information to a club that had closed 2 years prior. It was a wasted taxi ride. Other than that, I'd highly recommend the Palazzo.

Pay Attention to the extra charges they collect directly from the CB, otherwise our suite was perfect!

A superb hotel, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable suites. Really one of the beautiful hotels in the Strip!

The palace, like the entire Venetian casino, is the extreme of the kitch in Las Vegas. But it's beautiful. At first it might seem tacky but, from Italian who knows Venice, I recognize the merit and the skill of those who have devised such a construction. Also, detail do not overlook, the conditioning system of the entire building (there are no windows. In no casino) it works excellently and you breathe healthy air so much to Sembrarare in an open place.

Double Room Queen Very spacious, the only regret is the use of the fridge, impossible to remove the bottles of the hotel to replace them with hers because as soon as one removes a bottle of the hotel it will be charged to you (sensors are placed under The bottles), however in each floor you will find ice machines.

The structure follows exactly what I expected from a luxury Hotel in Las Vegas: exaggerated and seemingly endless.
The ready and professional staff welcomed us quickly, with a shred of cunning that does not hurt, an upgrade of our booking at a reasonable price.
The room of the palace assigned US (we did not see those of the Venetian) was well finished and more than adequate to the level of the Hotel.
As for everything else, you might not get out of the Hotel and still enjoy a fun holiday and, I repeat, exaggerated: among restaurants, shops, casinos, swimming pools, nightclubs and lounge bars, guests will find all what they seek from a stay in Las Vegas.

This is the best place in Vegas! 5 star all suites hotel and the bell suite sleeps 6-7 people. The best part is the price. With rooms so classy you feel like your in a presidential suite for the price of most hotels standard rooms. I'm serious! I paid more for a basic standard room at the cosmopolitan and hated myself for thinking I could find better. Nope, couldn't find a better suite let alone a better price. I'll always choose The Palazzo choice hands down!

This is a great hotel if you're a 22 year old frat boy. The hotel is beautiful, but it turns into a college party starting Thursday night. I would HIGHLY recommend you NOT stay here if you dont want constant partying in the rooms next door until 6:00AM in the morning. We called security three times during our stay and it was awful. I stayed here two years ago and I experienced the same thing. Thought I would give it a second chance and two years later, its still the same thing. Its unfortunate as we really loved our room and the view, but definitely would not stay here again when we come back to Vegas.

Very bad hotel! No service (but was a prestige package). Food to the room took 1h30 to get there and ended up not being what we wanted. Ask the concierge to make a reservation a the spa and it wasn't completed. Allowing family with kids under 21 to stay but you are not allowed to wait on the casino floor for a family member you will be told get out! Took forever to get a hold of the concierge. We asked for an extra towel never saw the color of that in the 3 days. The cleaning had not cleaned the after 4 in the afternoon. This is just abpart of the problems we had. Yah so first time and last time here!

Absolutely awesome experience. I wouldn't change a thing! This was my first time to Vegas and it was so nice to have a place that was interconnected to so many restaurants, casinos, coffee shops and stores and not have to worry about the heat. I loved the pool! It was awesome to have the cabana and a separate pool area along with the larger accessible pools. Super Awesome Time! Loved it!

One of the more upscale hotels on the strip, I would hesitantly call it a casino as the casino itself feels like an after thought. This hotel is dedicated to restaurants, shopping, salons and other places where you will spend your money without a thought of potentially getting it back on a winning bet. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly without any hint of sass or carelessness. The room itself was very nice with a step down sitting area and a commanding view from the 37th floor. I was extremely pleased and surprised at just how fast the free in room Wi-Fi was, I pull down 60+Mbit rather consistently. For $245 a night (including tax and resort fee) it was VERY expensive and without even a coffee maker in the room it's rather evident that this place is designed to absorb your money while giving you a veneer of luxury.

The Palazzo has to be one of the finest hotels in Las Vegas. The rooms are wonderful, the service is wonderful, the pools (and there are many) are wonderful. I ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Grand Lux Cafe, their main restaurant. Loved it! Great food and the service was excellent. They have a very nice fitness center also which I used. My only complaint during my trip was that their main pool was in complete shade until at least 12:00 p. M. Or later. There are other smaller pools which have sun, but you need to grab a seat early in the a. M. If you want to get a chair. Oh, and by the way, fully padded Chaise Lounge chairs. Sooooo comfortable. April 2015 was my first visit. I will not stay anywhere else in the future, unless I have a bad experience, but I highly doubt that I will. I may try the Venetian at some point. As the two hotels are connected. Great trip.

Take everything I said about The Venetian, "This is, without a doubt, my favorite hotel in Vegas. Even the lowliest room is super plush, with plenty of room to rest and relax. The furnishings are great, the atmosphere is awesome, there is nothing wrong with this place at all. " And reduce it by a little bit. The styling here is basically the same, but instead of warm tones and wood, they use cool tones and metal. That makes it ever so slightly less awesome, but still quite nice.

I used to stay at the Palazzo a lot. I liked the look and feel of the place until I went last year for my brother's bachelor party. We booked joined suites and I had my watch (a family watch that is worth around $6k) stolen from the desk in my room. I narrowed it down to 5-6 hours when I was sleeping that this could have happened, and alerted the security and placed a report. I followed up 4-5 times with no one ever having record of my report each time. There was also $600 cash stolen from another member of our party and a report made for that as well. I guess it is their policy to allow guests to get their personal property stolen from rooms that they pay for. It is so frustrating since this is a watch that I wore on my wedding day, the night I met my wife, on the day my daughter was born and several other milestones in life. It had much sentimental value and the way the Palazzo has treated the situation will make me never go to their establishment again. I will tell everyone I know about how inconsiderate they have been in addressing the situation. Shame on you Palazzo. Stayed April 2014, traveled with family UPDATE: I just got off the phone with LeAnn from The Palazzo Risk Management department and had the most absolutely horrendous experience. She was very abrupt and rude and accused me of many unfounded things including lying and being drunk as a reason I "lost" my watch and cash from my dresser.

I can't believe this hotel charges $8.50 one way for a shuttle from the airport. It's only 4 miles from McCarran airport! I have never had to pay for an airport shuttle (except the driver's tip) and at less expensive hotels that are farther away from the airport. Shuttles from the airport are supposed to be COMPLIMENTARY. Not starting off on the right foot here Palazzo. Fix it.

We loved it everyone was so nice prestige treatment was 5star we stay at the Venetian last time we loved it also 5 star but the Palazzo staff was the best the treatment was excellent and we plan to stay between both hotels every time we come to las vegas.

Casino is a rip off win % is very low dont use the slots, is very close to the highest win % casino on the strip (casino royale bit dated but if your here to win, its the place to go) casinos in downtown have higher win %. The room was amazing, would give 5 stars but didnt want to give people the wrong impression about the casino.

This is a great place to stay and I will stay here again for the right price. The rooms are nice and specious and there is a nice food court in the Venetian. The reason for four vs. Five star is I think some of the newer hotels have bigger rooms and offer better value for money.

Lacks on the small details that most 5 star hotels understand. Had to call for drinking glasses for Champaign I bought to celebrate my anniversary. They told me there was a charge and a 45 minute wait. At minimum proper glasses should be stocked in the room. Most have ice delivered everyday.

I would like to say that my wife and I have stayed many times at the The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. We recently traveled to Vegas for a quick getaway. The first day of our stay went great. On the second day, I went down early to gamble while my wife slept. There were only about 15 to 20 people in the entire casino that early in the morning. I happened to be the only person at the craps table and was having a great time. After a short period, another person came to the table and stood next to me while I was playing. After about 10 to 15 minutes, I decided to go get my wife coffee. When I reached in my pocket ALL of my money and my Grazie card were missing. I turned to look, but didn't see the person that was standing next to me. I went to the pit boss to tell him what had happen. After about 10 to 15 minutes, Justin, an security officer for The Palazzo Hotel came to see me. I told him what had happened. He said with cash being taken that I would never get the cash back, was I sure I wanted to file a report. I said of course I want to file a report. He told me again that I would not get my money back. I figured as much, but I felt that it was the right thing to do. He asked if I had any ID and I presented him my drivers license. He jokingly said "Surprised that I still had ID". I told him everything I knew and what the person looked like and what they was wearing. He said I would need to give a written statement.

Excellent service excellent rooms. Beautiful view from room. Very clean and classy.

Great place to stay, but the casino area feels a little plain and cold. Rooms are spacious and nice. Plenty of room to stretch your legs especially with 4 people compared to other hotels. Casino area is too plain for my taste. I find myself playing at other casinos. There is a sofa bed if you know someone that doesn't like to share beds.

My husband and I always stay at the Palazzo or Venetian. Love the clean, comfortable, spacious suites. The beds are so comfortable you just fall asleep if you lay on it. The view from the room is nice and the bathrooms are big and beautiful with everything you need. We love the location on the strip and the food court food options down stairs. The pools are big and we were able to talk to use the ones at the Palazzo/Venetian as well.
