Planet Hollywood hotel rooms are spacious and updated. Beds are super comfortable and ac works fairly well. Planet Hollywood is centrally located, making it a great bang for your buck. The casino floor is a little dingy, they mean for it to be playful and hip but it's dark and the layout is kind of confusing. Some basic reorganizing could greatly help the flow. Overall, I recommend Planet Hollywood for your Vegas stay!

This hotel was amazing! Rooms were beautiful and clean with huge bathrooms. There was a mini fridge, but I was kinda disappointed that their was no microwave. The mall inside the hotel had a great variety of stores from luxury designers as well as more affordable stores. The location on the strip was perfect for walking most places. I definitely look forward to coming back to this hotel.

Very spacious room and very clean. Well soundproof. Very comfortable mattress. The reception of the hotel is hard to find when arriving but I believe this is the case of all Las Vegas hotels… history of getting lost in the Casino…

My wife and I ate at Gordon Ramsay's Burger. I had the Mediterranean Burger, which was a lamb patty with tandoori flavouring along with some veggies. Pretty sure it was the best burger I've ever had. My wife had the Forest Burger which was a standard beef patty topped with various mushrooms. We also got fries which are easily enough for two people to share one portion. Food was excellent. Service was somewhat lacking, however, outside of the 25 minute wait for a table. People in line two places behind us were greeted by a server before us. Having said that, while the wait staff were generally slow and somewhat inattentive, the food arrived in short order.

Very well. Comfortable and modern room, nice personal, luxurious facilities and ideally placed in the city center, beautiful view.
A little hard found the GPS indicates the front.
For those who would not find parking like me who turned for 30 minutes here is how to do.
From the point that you indicate the GPS you have to take the first right a small street. The you pass next to the Arch of triumph and the Eiffel Tower. When you are right next to the triumphal arch stay on the right and take the street in front (otherwise you go around the arch and you place for the French style hotel) then premiere to the right and the parking entrance is right on your right.
The either you park it is free or you continue until the "Vallet parking" or there will be a valet and the paying about 18 Dollard…
We took the free parking for one night. It is secure and is a 10 minute walk from the check-in point.
On the parking lot get to the elevators go to the floor L (lobby) and take right at the exit of the elevators, and the entrance and has 5 minutes. We pass under the hotel ready taxis and bus stop.

I like this hotel, it’s extremely convenient and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and I like the over decor and vibe of the room. This place is 30 second walk to the monorail that takes you down the strip so that’s great. My only complaint is the pool closes at 6. It was so nice out and my wife and I went to go sit in the sun and found it was closing so early. It’s painful to pay a resort fee for a closed pool.

In the norm. Great Churrascheria inside.

V teacher. You paid for the drinks in advanced. The waitress get your tickets. Never bring the drinks. You wait to the show ends. You going to talked to the manager her name is heather. And she said she cannot do nothing about it. The waitress is very good taking your orders and it looks we are the one who are lying. She can do nothing about it and if you want you can get the drinks to the bar. She said too there is too many people for one waitress like that’s our problem. It’s her problem she is the manager and she said she is not the manager of the waitress there is not body with who we can talk till Monday. So the end we are the liars. We are who are wrong. And we are the one who has to paid because they don’t have enough employees. This was the comedy show.

The Miracle Mile at the Planet Hollywood is probably the best thing about this casino. The Suites are specious and luxurious with tons of amenities. Now as far as the casino goes, I don't gamble much but they have a wide range of games and slot machines. The Miracle Mile however is the crown Jewel and this is why. The have a mile long circular mall type of shopping experience with lots of variety. Not only is it shopping but also dining and bars. Too many to list but my favorites are The Halo bar with drink specials all day long. Blondie's is great for a quick bit and drinks. And PBR is also a must if you're out with a group of friends. I would definitely recommend The Miracle Mile especially if you have friends from out of town.

Like everything in this city, the experience is unique, from the spectacular entrance, the first level facilities. The service level of the staff, they are always attentive and with a smile, no matter what you need. The food is good, dry, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. No doubt the competition between hotels on the Strip is so strong that it obliges this level of demand.

Planet Hollywood's staying with me and my friends. The area was clean and all the employees were friendly. Have a good time. Thanks to Planet Hollywood. I would like to come back here for an event. Everything was so beautiful!

There are several fantastic food choices at Planet Hollywood. I would highly recommend it to any foodies visiting the strip. Pin-up pizza serves 15 inch slices. Yes. The slice is 15 inches long and the whole pie starts as a 8 pound piece of dough. Earl of sandwich also serves the best roast beef sandwich anywhere. Do yourself a favor and order the original. Nothing else compares. Finally, there is Gordon Ramsay's burger restaurant. Nothing but the freshest burgers with a myriad of toppings. You're in for a treat if you give the Hog Burger a try.

My fetish hotel. I very much appreciate the shopping arcade that is outside the Casino. The Casino is super well arranged and the cocktails at the bar are superb. Do not miss the lobster MC and cheese they are to fall on the floor.

This hotel has amazing decorations. The bed was super comfy and the room was really nice and spacious. The shower had really nice water pressure (not always easy to find haha. ) The cafe has the most amazing breakfast — I don't usually eat breakfast and I ate there every day! They even have waffles with a guitar shape down the middle! The pizza shop is great for a quick meal or snack. There are shops in there with pretty much anything you'll need. Only one pool was open when I was there but it was like a beach and a pool in one and I never wanted to leave. AND there's a tattoo shop IN the hotel. I had no idea until I got there and was still able to book an appointment during my stay and my tattoo is amazing!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms have been updated and are very modern feeling with comfortable beds and good views of the strip. The casino is one of the more lively ones on the strip with plenty of choices, but it can be a bit on the loud and obnoxious side. Also went and saw Crazy Girls while here and while it's not the high budget production that shows like Cirque are, it was still great fun… especially from the front row. I'll be back again.

Good place to spend a few days, the rooms are spacious and the casino is spacious and of good care, the food was good but if you go very late to dinner you will find a lot of people because of how crowded it is, they can definitely improve. But it's a good option.

Very nice Casino Resort, above which we find a mile of shops! Note that near the Casino is the Gordon Ramsay Burger, which despite the expectation and noise, is worth a visit to the chef's kitchen.

Good shopping, good location on the strip. Otherwise like any other casino too.

Very energetic atmosphere! Drink prices are not bad! Casino floors like the "Pleasure Pit" need more outlined walkways and more definitive floor maps/guides. Very confusing with multitudes of people milling about and bumping into each other. The mezzanine is described as "alternative view of the the casino interior, with couches, and comfortable seating overlooking the lower level (s), with an area for smoking and basketball. " False! There is no lounge seating, it is quite empty on the mezzanine floor. The restrooms are clean, the staff is very concise and helpful. Security is quite lax. Spa is very nice, although some amenities were not available, such as the women's sauna room and pool area. Needs updated vending machines that offer snacks, gum, and small convienece items like ibuprofen/aspirin, antacids, etc. All in all, very modern and welcoming atmosphere.

The facilities are amazing the casino I love the buffet is really good and the attention is very good also apart its location is perfect as it is in the middle of the Strip.

Great room and great location! The casino is quite cool, the show offer is great. With a shopping mall and numerous possibilities to feed. However, the car park can only be reached by a slightly longer walk through the shopping mall, but this is also survived (-;

We went to lunch at the Gordon Ramsay Burger. It was delicious.

Very pleasant stay. The internet is weak in some hours or places, although that detail apparently has it in almost all the hotels you visit. Very good food in the restaurants and good service though not excellent. It is common to meet jetona people who only do the chaming. What a pity.

I have to admit that I had gone to this hotel as a mandatory choice and therefore ill-disposed, instead I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, by the good taste of the details and by the whole environment. All very positive.

Luxury on all sites, like any casino/anonymous in Las Vegas. The restaurant is very good. The food is plentiful and good.

Hotel on the main artery of Las Vegas in front of the hotel Bellagio you can see its fountains and it is very beautiful the rooms are large we were 4 adults the parking is not obvious to find then to go to the reception of the hotel you go there Quiet as everything is gigantic hotel is very well located.

Comfortable and spacious, partial room type can see the water dance directly, can buy 24 hour buffet rolls to the West Ze series restaurant to enjoy the delicious food.

Great experience, I believe this is one of The best hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada! Outside is unique and very catchy to the eye. The inside of this hotel is wonderful and very attractive. But the water pool area is not open good hours unless it's spring and summer, casino is most stunning. Great service of course, very friendly and clean. Good people there! Definitely recommend a visit at some point in your life!

I really like that hotel casino we stayed at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations and communicated through that hotel through a lovely walk with a heavenly sky roof and many brands there!

They are places to be serca of a casino.

It has everything is a great mall. I don't know the hotel but if your casino and theatres, the food is very rich almost in most of the food places in the square.

Planet Hollywood is a great representation of a Las Vegas strip resort. There is a good selection of table games and machines, restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. As a casino player I get good rates but be warned the resort fess are pretty pricey. In fine cases they are more than the price of the room per night. This unfortunately is getting to be the norm on the strip.

When I returned home, I realized that I left my $25 cell phone charger attached to the lamp base on the nightstand. I called the Hotel's Lost & Found Department to inquire if the maid (? ) turned it in — — their answer was no. I am so very disappointed in the lack of honesty displayed by a member of the hotel's staff. Apparently, their employee felt that it was okay to take a guest's property. I can understand if it was in the Lost & Found Dept. For over 30 days without someone asking about it, but it was only one day! This review would have been four stars — if not for the dishonesty of the maid (? ) — — who was left a tip, by the way. If you stay at Planet Hollywood, make sure to put EVERYTHING of value in the room's safe.

The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. We received the option of a strip view with 2 queens at check in or a quieter king room without the strip view. I appreciated the choice and we chose the strip view. We ate at Hollywood Cafe and really liked the food. We didn't gamble at the hotel because we prefer table games and the minimums are higher than the older casino's. There are bus stops outside the hotel which were very convenient; bus passes are priced right! We spent tons of time in the attached mall and had a blast at the Zombie Burlesque show which was also playing at the resort. I would definitely stay at Planet Hollywood Resort again! The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Hotel is modern and the beds are comfy. The room was pretty soundproof as long as the sounds aren't coming from the hallway. Our room was pretty comfortable but when we did get our room cleaned, it didn't seem like they had done much to our room (hairdryer left out, sauce packet was still on the floor). Also, even though we pay a resort fee, I have to go downstairs to buy toothpaste?! Even the 5-star in Maui had everything we needed. I get it's Vegas, but c'mon. I would stay here again if I get a good deal on the room rate.

The Planet Hollywood was known as Aladdin until 2007. The Miracle Mile shops still have, in half, an Arabian style, the other is shaped like a port city.
The sky is painted and over the small pond it rains, every half hour. Now comes the usual tangled look and the question "what? Rain, pond, sky? In the building? Yes! is so!
There are bars, restaurants and shops. The V Theater is also built into the backdrop.
The shopping street is created in the ring around the casino.
My recommendation. The Salsa cantina and the burger restaurant wrestler at the casino!

It has free parking, at least I used it a couple of hours. Next to Hotel Paris.

I like their rooms! They are super comfortable, the bathroom is a dream! Very wide!

The indoor severe weather show is rather flimsy because I have hoped for something more. Otherwise it is a rather pompous casino hotel, which has at least good beer on the spot with the Sin City Brewing.

A dynamic hotel that loses a bit of its superb. This is felt at the buffet level for example.

I didn't really consider the casino because I'm not a fan. But if you pass through it, you can get to the mall. He was quite impressed. Many brands (clothes, shoes, etc. ).
You can find reasonable prices.

Loud, warm. For poker, there are better spots on the strip. For a party round black Jack with slightly dressed on table dancing, probably no better spot.

Excellent but they should offer free parking if you stay there, the casino is a busy place and the Miracle Mile shops offer a great variety of shops and products at no price. So high.

We had a nice stay at Planet Hollywood and the location is great. We have stayed at a number of different hotels here on the strip and this wasn’t our favorite but it wasn’t our least favorite. The casino was fun but seemed like it was smokier than other casinos. The room was a nice size and had everything that we needed. We probably won’t stay here again but overall it was nice for the price.

Ideal to distract and go of conpras or healthy recreation, with dicersas options, drinks prepares type very rich smoothies especially those of fat Tuesday (sic), of different flavors, mixtures, and sizes, with reasonable prices.

At the front desk no one offered to carry the luggage, nor did they offer to accompany us to the room. In our case we had to flank two doors with the cards to enter the same (obviously the first time we tried to open the door that did not correspond).
The room was large, had two king size beds and the bathroom was huge, it was compartmentalized and had shower and tub.
For those who do not know Las Vegas, everything happens through the Casino and shopping, even to make use of the buffet.
The rest of the services were ten.

A resort with casino and shopping mall, although I did not stayed here, if I had a chance to visit it, it is quite large and your casino has current machines. During the night the casino is very lively and the hostesses are beautiful, quite advisable to take a walk around the game tables as it is the only casino where if I got out winning.

I stayed at Planet Hollywood while attending a conference at another location in Vegas in December 2017. The rooms were up to date and spacious. The bathroom in the room was also was very nice with modern fixtures and both a shower and large soaking tub. The only real downside was there seemed to be very little to no sound insulation between the rooms. This didn't bother me too much but if you're easily bothered by noise, you might have trouble sleeping. Otherwise I thought for the price, the hotel was a good value.

The Passion Pit is my favorite place to play. They have beautiful dealers who are fun to gamble with and It's an all around great playing experience for casual gamers who play $10-20 a hand. This casino also has a whole wide selection of places to eat and drink due to being connected to the miracle mile. The rooms here are super fun as well if you are a movie buff or a fan of America cinema. The location of this casino is prime as well; it is essential on the center of the Las Vegas strip. If you stay here I highly recommend eating at Chef Gordan Ramsey's restaurant Burgr.

I have had only good experiences at Planet Hollywood. Their location is fabulous! Right in the middle of everything. The beds are so amazingly comfortable! I love the go-go girls and the Heart Bar. My last stay, I won three $40.00 jackpots on their $0.25 slots. I love Planet Hollywood, won't stay anywhere else.

It was a great experience. The amount of stores and restaurants was very convenient. There was a taste for all kinds of people. I loved it!

Rooms are renovated. As often happens in Las Vegas: Big Casino, lots of Verpflegungsmöglickeiten, usually not cheap. Shops nearby: From well-known luxury labels to the drugstore there is everything.

Very eclectic and high-end shopping mall. The Spice Market Buffet downstairs was very good. Neat experience. The Table server at the buffet, I believe her name was Nina, she was absolutely wonderful. She made the entire trip worth it. It was not the largest Buffet selection I have ever seen, but everything I tried was very good.

Beautiful room with beautiful view. Clean and spacious. The bathroom has all the comforts. The usual hotel has everything with casino, restaurants, shop.

Hotel in great location. Comfortable rooms, spacious, and bathroom nice big and clean. Several restaurants on the casino floor and direct entrance to the mall without having to get out of the property.

Even at this Hotel & Casino, among the many shops and restaurants that populate its shopping center, we found on the south side the Bubba Gump shop/Restaurant… to report a very special "Pear and Berries" salad.

The Planet Hollywood Hotel is located at 3667 S Las Vegas Boulevard. His position at the heart of the Strip makes him not to be unfilled. There are also a lot of people at the reception, you will wait to the sound of a rock music whose volume has been pushed to the maximum. In short, this hotel is not a Zen place, only to see the amount of young people queuing in front of their nightclub to understand it.

Worse experience ever at this hotel. A bad water break happened when we arrived water was pouring out the front door. It took us over 2 hrs to get checked in and get our room. The elevators to our floor was down, we are asking security for directions and he ends up threatening us because he's frazzled. We finally get to our room, the toilet stopped up, they come fix it. We lay down for a nap, the sheets were never changed because blood was on them. We had to wait for an the for the head of housekeeping to come verify it was blood before they could be changed. Afterwards We left out for a few hrs came back and the toilet was flooded again. We called for maintenance it is now 4-4:30am and we are tired it took them a half hr to unclog the toilet, I slept on the couch because I am not sleeping on the bed regardless if the sheets were changed. We told the front desk all of this and the manager, no discounts were given so we left and canceled the remaining nights we were supposed to stay!

We found Gordon Ramsey and ate there, however the resort was multilevel and we could choose quite another.

My stay at Planet Hollywood was an awesome event. When checking into the hotel the representative was very polite very nice and even gave me an upgrade on my room. When I got to my room my room was cleaned it was fresh it was as if they were waiting on me and everything was clean and nice. I had dinner at the buffet and the buffet also was pretty good. Planet Hollywood has a hole a mall and it has great stores on the Inside Planet Hollywood is a pretty great hotel and a wonderful pool area for everybody. My stay was definitely worth the money.

Planet Hollywood has a young crowd no matter what time of day it is. In the evenings, it's loud music and girls dancing in front of the table you're playing at. It's dazzling neon with lots of activities on the floor. Never seen any problems here since 1998 when I became TR member. There's one thing that do bother me though. In front of miracle miles, there are non-stop street performers trying to make a buck. However, there trouble makers loitering around not doing anything productive. In my book, it looks like security let them behave that way. Whatever the case is, I still like planet hollywood.

One of my top 3 hotel casinos in Vegas. It's not the fanciest or the nicest, but it's fancy enough and nice enough, plus the casino is great and with the attached miracle Mile shops (shopping you can actually afford) and tons of restaurants both in the hotel and in the miracle Mile (lots of good deals to be had on food). The sports book is one of the best in Vegas and the heart bar is the best "lobby bar" in the city. This is the only Vegas hotel that I truly think is fully self contained (you could just stay on property the entire visit and have access to both low end and high end food, shopping and entertainment).

They just did a renovation which definitely improves the rooms but it's still a bit seedy. Offset by affordability and location in the strip. Miracle mile shops are super convenient to grab any last minute going out attire. Not a bad place to stay if you're on a budget and don't need the awesome pools, "it" factor. And other amenities of some of the newer, trendier hotels.

I would like to say we were impressed but sadly not. The rooms were very very small although the view was fantastic. Literally no service once booked in. On check out was slugged additional 39.00 per night per room x 2 equaling 320.00 for 4 days for resort fee. Lastly the holding or pending fee on our credit card is still there a week later and the international fee remains. Had a better stay at MGM signature. Top service and no fees.

Hotel comfortable but more conventional than the others. I believe that in all the rooms there is a particular and unique object related to the world of cinema.

Super! A lot of shops and the hotel is just terrible. The casino also had fun and left with winnings.

Nice room with a nice view however too much high expenses thereafter and every day the same lunch and dinner (for the buffet). Cheap Hotel for little, I strongly advise against.

Wonderful experience. Quiet place with all the comforts. Qualified personnel. Shops. Restaurants everything at your fingertips is like staying in a city. Great.

Clean, well maintained despite the number of visitors everyday. Rooms are nice and the location obviosly adds up to why I chose to stay there. The best part is the express check out. However, service can be a little slow sometimes.

It was a nice calm place to stay. It was cool. It had a nice view and a cool casino. Overall, it was fantastic and fun. The whole family loved it.

This might be the worst hotel in Vegas. The room is clean and nice but that is the only positive. The room doesn't even have a coffee maker, 10 minute wait on hold to talk to anyone, the casino floor is confusing and trashy, the restaurants are mediocre, no late checkout on Sunday morning, Ph is the worst.

Planet Hollywood was a great place to have my first Vegas overnight stay. The hotel registration lady let us check in early and we were able to get the room we wanted… the very top floor with a view of the strip! Check out was as simple with just a click on my phone. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. Next time, I'm staying for a week!

This hotel needs better housekeeping. I was diamond status and my room was never cleaned properly. The bathroom had glass rings all around the tub that were still there when I left. Needless to say I never used the tub. I was there 4 days and the room was never vacuumed. I think the only thing housekeeping did was make the bed and leave towels. The hotel seems to cater to a younger crowd who probably really don't care about the rooms! Oh and upon check out not one person asked how was my stay! JUST SAYING.

The quarters can be modarnisados a bit but the service is excellent. The food is very good in the restaurant and drinks are well served.

We attempted to first get food at the restaurant Ketchup but their staff were too busy to take our order. We went to the PBR rock bar next but their hostess refused to put our name down for a seat in a Monday night and insisted that we sit at the bar instead. We stopiped at the cabaret lounge afterwards but we we waited forever with no cabaret show and the drinks were overpriced at $18 for one beer.

Had a great experience with the Planet Hollywood staff. From the moment I stepped foot off my car and was warmly greeted by the valet and bell hop personnel, to the time that I checked out and was given a friendly goodbye from the customer service representative at the front desk, I can say that every interaction I had with a PH employee was very pleasant and professional. The rooms are large and very clean and there is a young, hip crowd that frequents Planet Hollywood. They have a great selection of restaurants that range from something as quick and easy as the World Famous Pink's hotdogs, to the more upscale such as PF Changs or The Spice Market Buffet. Had a great time and won't hesitate to recommend PH to a friend.

We came in to the hotel at 10:00 am and asked for an early check in but, we were asked to come back in a couple of hours. We came back at 2:00 pm which is after a regular check in time and one of the fron desk employees said "i told to come back in a couple of hours, not several hours! " Who says that? Im shocked! Eventually we came back at 4:30 pm and he said your room is not ready but will put you in a different room. Room was spacious, until I took my shoes off and realized that the floors were wet and smelled like cheap alcohol has been spilled everywhere. I called the front Desk to mention the situation and while talking on the phone she had told me that im inturupting her?! And she said im gonna hung up right now? I have never seen this at any hotel in Vegas before. I stayed at the Bellagio a couple of nights a go, paid 3x as much but was worth every penny. Do not ever come here! Manager and all hotel front desk are extremely RUDE! I will work my best with my evidence to take this further!

The location is great as it is on the strip, I'm staying on the 38th floor and it is wonderful, the service could use some help at the front desk they are very helpful but every where else in the casino is wonderful. But bc of the front desk I do not know if I would stay again. Bc u have to get pass the front desk 1st.

Excellent!, in the middle of the strip and next to shops of Miracle thousand Shops, close to all. Attention is the best and very friendly staff, room is recommended with a view to the supply of the Bellagio…

I stayed for 4 nights for HIMSS 2016. The staff was courteous and responsive. The room was clean but very dark. The bathroom was spacious but also very dark. I took the LED lamp from the desk in there to do my makeup. We gambled one evening and had a great time. James at the blackjack table was personable and friendly and funny! He really added to our experience in a positive way! Planet also has a real gem in Ray. He directed traffic and travelers quickly. He was nice, always helpful, provided great recommendations, and kept a sense of humor and order at all times.

We got an amazing last minute upgrade. The view was amazing, which included the Belagio fountain. Room service was expensive but very yummy. Room service also incuded PF Changs food!

Great service and very good quality of the food in the pampas.

Cheap and great customer service, especially in the casino. Our room was big, and the beds were so comfy and offered a lot of channels on the tv. Maids thoroughly cleaned too! Middle of the strip just don't forget to go out the casino exit to go on the strip, we wasted a whole night because we kept coming out the underground exit to the back of the strip.

5 stars for the value because every part of Planet Hollywood is affordable compared to the upscale resorts. They have interesting, movie themed rooms. The buffet is above average for the price. The Miracle Mile mall is filled with affordable shops. Nice variety of entertainment venues.

Cool, hip casino. Every room has some cool nostalgia in them. I had a great view of the strip. Got to love the scantily clad ladies that dance atop the table gaming areas. Plenty to do, plenty to see. Miracle Mile shops wrap around it.

Planet Hollywood is a modern casino and hotel with many amenities and attractions of other top dollar hotels in the area. Location-wise, it is in the middle of the strip where most of the touristy things to do in Vegas are located. Rooms are furnished well with nice, new looking cabinets and dressers and decently sized televisions. The service of the front desk is quick and efficient when you inevitably forget some toiletry or lose your room key. The casino area is vibrant and not obscenely loud like some other older casinos. While there are people smoking in casino area, it seems that the ventilation system is adequate for the area and the smell of stale cigarettes is kept to a minimum. Overall, a great place to stay while you explore sin city.

We stayed at the hotel the night of the 15th for a company Christmas party. The service was fantastic, starting with booking the room until check out time. We received a free upgrade which included a room with a view of the strip, which was phenomenal. The room was very clean and nicely decorated, we had everything we could have asked for. Over all, this has been a very good stay and will definitely stay with them the next time an opportunity arises.

Our stay was absolutely awful. On our first night at the hotel our room was broken into. Cash credit cards and jewerly were taken. We called security and they took a statement and said they would call us the next day with information. Never got a call. We have went to the front desk several times a day complaining and they show NO concern towards what happen to us. They offered us a $100 comp and it's been 4 days and we never received anything. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They're very rude and unprofessional workers and they do not know how to run a business.

This is one of those Casino's that magically popped up. Vegas is such a crowded strip that when casino's get built they are usually large, gaudy and everyone knows it's coming. Now granted I used to come to Vegas 10 times a year for years. I also took quite a bit of time from vacationing here and so by the time I got to stay here it's was established. Caesars has historically been known for shopping in Vegas, but the Miracle Mile of shops gives them a run for their money because of the variety and that all the shopping isn't just for women or fashionistas. I actually found some cool shops and not just a bunch of brand name designer shops predominantly patroned by women. Over the years my love for poker has died and I no longer play, except for ideal situations and Vegas isn't one of them. My love for craps has also waned, but my blackjack is in my blood and I still enjoy playing it, especially here. For me it's not the amount it's the vibe. Yea I usually stick to smaller amounts, but I don't mind the min amounts because I like the ambiance. The waitress' aren't any nicer, faster or better, but the feeling I get when playing here is something special and I make a point to play here when I'm in town. The rooms are a little too themed for me. They are large and comfortable the 2 top priorities, but aside from sleeping and getting ready I spend very little time here. It could be cleaner, but it was acceptable.

Good Hotel, is in the same strip, if you can take a room with a view to better than Bellagio sources better.

A casino that my in particular I love for its facilities and above all the dealers (girls) and if this agree you that I always win! uuuf! I recommend enjoying at least once eating at the law firm, riqicimo!

Understandably older hotel so a few things are a bit worn out. There is also a slight smell in the corridors and rooms, bearable for some, not so for others. Miracle mile mall is cool though and you can certainly spend the whole day in there and the casino. Rooms themselves are quite big and relatively clean despite the smell. Bathrooms are so-so. Location on the strip is a big plus obviously, but hope they will do something about the rooms soon.

Can't say much about the hotel. We just walked through. It's cool that the have go go dancers on the black jack tables. We went to the V theater to see the zombie burlesque show. The show was awesome and they give you jello shots. Very entertaining.

It was ok. Nothing that set it far apart from the average vegas resort. First room smelled heavily of weed. Bathrooms in the rooms were ok.

I will never stay here again. From a hotel standpoint, I only got three hours of sleep per night because it's literally impossible to sleep with all the noise coming from the pool. From a casino standpoint, their dealers are not qualified to deal these games. I understand that dealers are human too and mistakes happen. But they're not making mistakes, they just don't know the rules. On a hand of Pai Gow Poker, I had AQJ9xxx and I tried to set Q9 on top with AJxxx to protect my ace in the back. The dealer told me I had fouled my hand because I didn't follow the house way. The pit boss was called and actually backed the dealer's claim. The dealer also told me that the house wins all copies, even if I'm banking. 15 minutes later, the casino supervisor came down and confirmed I was right and told the dealer and pit boss that they didn't know the rules. Then, in private, the casino supervisor flat out admitted to me that this casino deliberately caters to a specific clientele (the type that doesn't know the rules of the game). I'm considering reporting them to the Nevada Gaming Commission.

@PHVegas had a really bad experience is a shame that the management team the don't now how to handle things… I went this Saturday to your casino to eat with my family like we always do to pf changs… so after that we decided to go for a walk inside of your casino… and somehow we were push by your security I don't know what was happening at the moment but there was a lot of people… We were just trying to pass by but one of your security guy push my wife… did I mention she is pregnant and we were with 2 seniors and 1 kid… well I got mad and I saw one of your managers there or at least they look like… well I told her what happened and she didn't care instead she screamed at me told me to shut up and move… I love some stores at the casino and every year we go there to shop… well not anymore…

Very bad experience. Hotel was overbooked, I got a room on last floor and I was hearing the cables from elevators in my room. It was very noisy and I had the feeling the room was like 20 years old. Cracked sink. Cracked paint. Cracked tiles. I went down to lobby and requested a change and they sad they cant do it. I've requested an upgrade to pay more for a better room, they said they cant do it. Requested to speak to a manager, he came out, his name was Bryan. Without even looking at me said he "cant do anything about it. If you dont like you can leave". I was very surprised, without even apologising. How did he even get a job there, what an idiot! Since I was very short on time and had to attend a meeting I had no choice than to stay. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone and definitely will never stay there again.

Never again will we stay here. The hotel has become very run down, the clientele trashy, and not to mention couldn't sleep an ounce with the base vibrating in our room from the club next door at the Cosmopoliton, as well as being woken up at 3 a. M. By drunk people pounding on the doors, and a guy who tried to break into our room. The cabinets in the bedroom and bathroom are chipped, we found a blob of hair in our bed, and the carpet is pretty shabby. When we complained to the manager she said there was nothing she could do except bring us ear plugs and give us a food/beverage comp, or give us a smoking room, except that I'm highly sensitive to smoke. We're on a conference here and this is a total nightmare. Most hotels would upgrade you, but this hotel's service proved to be just as good of quality as the rooms. The horrible experience didn't end there. The next day we were awoken at 5 a. M. By a drunken party next door, and banging on our wall. At 10 a. M. We were woken up by pounding on our door. When I opened the door, a drunk guy was claiming we were in his room, and proceeded to push his way in. My husband and I had to hold the door with all of our strength to keep him from coming in. I was shaking and distraught from having to fight a break-in first thing in the morning. We called security and they never followed-up with us.

You'd be surprised at how many cool spots this hotel has. I think everyone forgets about it cuz it's fairly new and I wouldn't say it's a name that sticks out. But, Gordon Ramsey Burgr is here and this spot has lots of cute little shops and places to eat. It's light up nicely and have very lively decor. I always enjoy my time at PH hotel and think it's one of the more under rated places on the strip.

Warning worst hotel I've stayed at in Vegas to date! Customer service staff needs more training in dealing with guests. This hotel charges $120.00 to have adjoining rooms! $60.00 bucks each room! The latest check in time on the strip at 4pm. Rooms booked 3 months in advance still not ready by 5:30pm! Staff did nothing to accommodate their mistakes, and laughed at you when you ask for compensation. Dirty rooms with nasty carpet. Room service trays left in hallways for over 12 hours! I recommended this hotel to my friends for my bday and was so embarrassed that we booked 4 rooms there given the horrible experience we had w them! Never again! Don't do it guys! Their main focus is the casino and mall, hotel rooms and guests are long forgotten about. Couldn't even talk to a Manager when I called to complain, they could care less.

They lost 2stars from me for unfriendly check in receptionist, far parking lot, and a mannequin dressed in pyjamas inside the room looking over our twin beds (truly creepy, ph). If price, excellent location and clean comfortable bed is your priority then go for it (got 80per night from travelpony).

The fact everything was within reach, the mall, the food, and my new hot spot Pin up pizza. My room was comfortable and well stocked with everything. It made my MMC winners getaway Grrreat. Looking forward to my next visit, and stay at the PLANET.

Very nice hotel, valet parking was quick, front desk was helpful and fast at check in and out. Room was clean and housekeeping helpful. The best thing was the elevators, they are fast and love the decoration.

It ws just ok. I love the britney experience thou. Love her soo much.

Locataion was fabulous, in the middle of all the action. Didnt appreciate that youll be turned away for vallet on a busy night even for guest. Then forced to take a 20 minute walk across the mall. Didnt get 1 free drink while gambling, order but never saw the server again. 2 out of 6 elevators worked so your forced to wait 20 mins to get to your room. The rooms are dated even though they appear to look lovely online. I wasnt impressed everything was enitirely overpriced and had hidden fees. Ill be staying somewhere else next for my las vegas trip.

We stayed at the planet hollywood on the last 4 nights of our honeymoon. We told them when we checked in it was our honeymoon and were given vouchers for 25% off the buffet (in previous hotels we had been given an upgrade, nice view or a glass of champagne! ). We got to our room which looked out over the back of the miracle mile shopping centre and were somewhat underwhelmed — it was on par with a British premier inn with a bigger bed — the desk and furniture were chipped, 2 lamps didn't work and the bathroom was showing its age — our room still had the Aladdin lamp taps from the hotels previous incarnation. The carpets in the halls and corridors are also tatty. Where Planet Hollywood wins is that it is in a great location at the centre of the strip and also has a good pool area. It's a really long walk from the parking to the hotel with all your luggage. Not wowed but for the price and location it was ok.

Hidden prices, aging furnishings and bedding, overpriced compared to other hotels closeby. I was charged almost DOUBLE of what I was told upon initislly booking. Unavoidable DAILY fees of more than $32 a day were hidden and nowhere to be found previously were charged to me. When I asked I was given no information. Bathroom was also dirty, taps had buildup all over them and chemical stains on the bathroom flooring. Do yourself a favour stay elsewhere.

In the buffet beverage service is slow, not you them you can serve yourself and the waiters are very busy. It is very uncomfortable to eat without something to take.

Planet Hollywood hotel really ruined, what suppose to be a wonderful early V-day celebration to one of the worse nights in Vegas ever! We arrived on Monday evening and after a long 3 1/2 hour drive we were ready to rest in our rooms before dinner. Right when we opened the door a gust of hot air blew right at me and I immediately dashed for the air vents. After 10 minutes the air was still hot, so we called front desk and they said they would send a guy up. I laid down and rest my eyes and after another 10 minutes. It was STILL hot and no maintenance guy to be seen!? We called AGAIN and they said someone will be up soon. So by this point my patience were running low and it was now 7:30 pm and I was starving! Soooooo after laying down and waking back up again due to the ridiculous heat, there was still no magical knock on the door! Being in such a hot room for over 30 minutes can really dampened anyones mood! I complained to my guy and he finally just asked the front desk for a room change! This obviously led to a terrible fight between the two of us, cause he's super patient and he didn't want to keep calling to ask for where the maintenance guy! I was so annoyed that the front desk didn't just offer that to begin with and stop sending us false hope that someone will be saving us from that devil of a room! When we were changed into a different room, I saw a piece of pubic hair sitting on the bathtub!?!?!? GROSSSSSS.

First of all when we checked in the gentlemen at the desk really was super nice and helpful! The room he set us up with was somewhat overlooking the strip which was great. Thanks! The restaurants and casino there were pretty good as it was my first time in Vegas. Being all new to me, I was recommended to become a Total rewards member so I did that. My biggest complaint is the INTERNET FEEs. As a new platinum member I was waived and didn't have to pay the resort fee. I got my bill and was charged $98.00 (10 different charges. 2 Wi-Fi devices per day). Website said each charge would cover 2 devices or at least that's what it appeared online. The hotel registration desk should advise the guests that would be staying longer than a day or 2 to pay the resort fee of $28 vice be subjected to daily fees PER EACH DEVICE! Just crazy, for my first time visiting Vegas, I learned that I won't be staying here again.

I really liked this Hotel.
