This hotel is a disgrace to the Caesars line of hotels. They should rename it Harrahs MOTEL and shitty casino! I am here for a business trip and had not yet stayed here before but I have stayed at the Atlantic city Harrahs so many times I can't count so I thought it might be similar. Boy was I wrong! I checked in today, I am now on my third room change! My first room was filthy… yellow walls, huge black stains all over the carpet, hair in the corners of the bathroom, mold all over the shower, and some black stuff all over the closet (that was wet! ). I changed rooms and the second room was ok but after about 30 minutes my eyes started watering and getting really red and my throat was scratchy. Something that only happens to me when I am around cats. Well sure enough, a cat was in the room with the guest before me! So now on to my third room, still kind of dirty but barable (Yes I am actually writing this while at the motel because it's been that bad). On top of all of that there is nothing in the room. No fridge, no coffee maker, no ice bucket, nothing. Room service is ONLY offered till 11AM, yes I said AM. The food options downstairs are limited so it's probably best to go out to a restaurant but I am not here in leisure and did not want to spend a lot of my own money but I guess that won't happen. The casino is gross, super tight slot machines, and trash all over the floor. For me the worst thing has been customer service. The front desk girls are extremely rude and are more concerned with texting their friends then helping guests. The first time I called I was told I couldn't change rooms because they didn't have any of my level rooms left and to try in the morning. Well, my boss called and spoke to a manager and got me changed. I am assuming the girl was lazy and didn't feel like actually helping me so she just told me she couldn't. I called for a wine opener and they told me there was none and had to walk downstairs, bottle in hand to a bar to get it opened. Needless to say, I will NEVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. As a consistent visitor of the Caesars hotels over the past 8 years I can honestly say my view of their hotels have changed and I won't be staying at any going forward. If you are in Vegas for business, do not stay here. If you are 21 and don't care if your room is clean or comes with any amenities and want to party all day and night and never sleep, stay here.
