Do you enjoy being charged and accused for damage you didn't make? Well, if you do, this is the hotel for you! They will take your money without an issue and no manager can speak to you since the people at the desk aren't authorized to do much but overcharge your card for crap you sure has hell didn't not break. So if you're feeling like you have too much money and want to donate to this run down place so they can maybe one day fix there dirty broken down pool (or so they can continue to grow green mold/algae) in it. Book your room now!

They denied our stay, and refused to return our $100 deposit! Do not stay on this hotel.

Stayed over 4th of July holiday. Lackluster housekeeping throughout stay but more towels needed & non-working hairdryer replacements were done asap. Enjoyed the pool. Fine for a budget. Booking again.

Very poorly managed. Unprofessional, rude, inept employees. (Don't gamble on getting a room here. Just skip it. ) Arrived at about 11:30 P. M. With reservation, confirmation number, etc. The young man at check in nervously told me that they were overbooked — — no room for me — — & disappeared. A combative, unhelpful woman by the name of Michelle, took over & had a stack of room door key cards for a hotel 20 miles outside of the city. She said I could stay there. Upon asking for the manager, she pointed to a name on the wall, said that the manager would be in the next morning at "about 10:00", & simply turned her back & walked away. I remained polite & eventually got her to reengage. She blamed the problem on Travelocity. When I told her that I used Hotels "dot" com she then blamed them. It is not a credible explanation (they blamed the hotel, explaining that the hotel must keep them informed of availability). I took the refund she offered, but she would not give me a receipt for it.

Dr. A’s Magic Medicine Show was a lot of fun! There are other fun shows to see here too.

Absolutely not! They do not care about their loyal customers. We stay every year, family of 5 and I messed up our arrival date and they wouldn't find us a room and refused even a partially refund. We will never stay here again!

Good location with friendly staff. Rooms a bit dated but huge, they are in the process of updating rooms. We had the executive suite. Had fridge and microwave and coffee maker with some coffee and whitener provided. Pool small but very good. Free coffee in lobby in the morning. Overall very happy and would use again.

The room is big and clean, pool is amazing, workers are wonderful! I’m looking forward to seeing the spiritual medium free show tonight!

Stayed there from sept 23 until sept 29/2018. Loved the place! its not the newest or most up to date, but definitely worth the money! it doesnt have resort fees (which is awesome! ), and is conveniently located just off the strip. Across the street is a 7-11 and a walgreens, which is great when you want to just buy some snacks. There's a denny's close by too (and you get a 20% discount for denny's if you stay at the royal resort), and the peppermill is close by too for good meals. Bus stops going north or south on the strip are only a few minutes' walk away. The best parts about this hotel is the fact that its quiet! there's no casino in this hotel, which means that the traffic in it is low. The pool is awesome, and was always quiet, no matter what time of day I used it (and it was open until midnight! ). Its off the stip, but just barely — dont think that its way off in the middle of nowhere! be prepared to have to give a $100 damage deposit upon check-in (they take either cash or credit), and check out ten minutes sooner than planned, since the front desk sends someone up to check on your room's condition before giving your cash back. Overall, best bang for your buck! will definitely stay here again, and encourage anyone coming to Vegas to stay there too!

The information on the website regarding this hotel is very misleading. The pics and the actual room are completely different. I considered false advertising! The entrance in the back is a walk in freely without security code. Therefore, anyone can enter the property. Secondly, the front desk staff are VERY rude, AC doesn't blow cold air, and the room is hot! The carpet is filthy, TV and phone are dated like the 90s. The tub was also filthy. The bed didnt have any cushion and pillows were worn out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

I've stayed here on two separate occasions when I had meetings at the Encore. The property sits behind the Encore/Wynn properties and is conveniently located to the strip. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained, although you will notice things like frayed carpet. This property is a good choice for the budget minded traveler or those wanting a non-casino location.

Fire the staff, and hire people that actually care and try to help their customers.

Room was executive was missing covers, pillows, ice bucket and ac leaking all over the floor soon as I walked in. They handled it ASAP but it was during my relaxing early check in for $30 time, loud vacuum couldn’t relax or hear anything. Woulda been nice to get that charge reversed. I never received pillows because they were booked; I booked in June so I should’ve had everything. The staff is nice, they do help when asked and the hotel is in a good location behind Encore. I would recommend this place other than a few things missing the rooms are good and love the pool jacuzzi area and FREE Wi-Fi!

They stole my money! They hit me with a $100 deposit Fee which I was not told about when I first booked with them months before. No Motel charges a $100 deposit fee. I booked months in advanced and already paid them so there really is no need for a deposit fee, they already had my money months ago what do you need a $100 deposit fee for? Since I didn't have $100 on me I was not able to stay and they wouldn't refund my room which again I paid for months ago! so they stole my money. Worst Motel in Vegas. The lady at the counter also did not seem to trust me probably because I am Hispanic, but that's besides the point.

About what you expect for the price. Good location near the strip and monorail station. Nice pool, nice staff. A/C could be improved. More pillows would be nice as well.

Perfect for a family or just a budjet trip to Las Vegas! They have a gym, pool and a piano your kids might want to touch. Although they didn't clean the rooms we stayed at ("because we were still inside when they went to") for 1 day… I would go again. Near downtown And everything is "walkable"

Everything has been good, except that the pull out sofa had nearly no mattress on it, which is extremely uncomfortable. However the kind size bed was amazingly comfortable. And it wasn't the most thorough clean before we checked in, it wasn't messy but there was just an inattention to detail (used soap in shower, plastic glass under dresser). The staff has been lovely, polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great old fasion hotel with free shows with room key. Brulesque & Magic good vibes. If I had to say anything negative it would be the restaurant Barrymores down in the lobby. Service well there is not much service at all. Pool is very clean and peaceful never real busy with cabanas to hide from 108 degree weather. Just know that now they charge 25.00 for early check — in they didn't always do that. Stayed there a few times that was a first for me oh and 100.00 deposit you get it back when you check out but plan on being down that from the start.

Checking in… system down almost two hours now. The front desk is blaming IT and they have no solution. They said could be minutes to hours! Poor way to run a business… no alternate plan in case of power outage, IT issues or anything else for that matter. After check-in we went to our room. We paid for two queen beds… got a queen and a Murphy bed. Room was acceptable but the Murphy bed was not clean enough to sleep in. Two of the pillows smelled bad and were not usable. The night shift personnel (after midnight) were even worse than the afternoon shift. Less helpful and rude! Overall… not going to stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend and is in a pretty sketch neighborhood. It is true… you get what you pay for!

Was great for the price. The rooms were clean, it's just an older building. It was incredibly quiet. Conveniently located right off the strip. All sorts of basic amenities within walking distance.

Certainly its grandeur does not go unnoticed. You can see it from the luxurious cars parked in the fattening, its rooms are very luxurious well cared for and clean, the rooms are equipped with all the comforts…

Good location, a little balcony, and pretty good price but that's about it. Drawers were broken in TV stand, no dresser, towels were dirty, rust in the sink, tiny TV, no blankets unless you ask for them, not enough outlets, lamps have a short (yes both), itty-bitty closet that doesn't close all the way, stained fabric chairs, and ALL the wood furniture is banged up. I've been here about an hour and already noticed all of this. Update: Rochelle made this stay worth it! She got us a good upgrade and it was a much better room. She was so friendly and helpful!

Stayed here last year for EDC because it’s quiet and just off the strip and our whole group is staying here again. Had a little bit of confusion with booking an extra room over the last couple days and a couple people at night gave me the run around, but I spoke with Rochelle this morning and she was incredibly helpful and very kind and now our whole crew is set up for a wonderful time next month! Can’t wait! Thank you so much Royal Resort/ Rochelle! :)

That’s the one and only place I would always stay at in Vegas. I usually go to attend the ASD show and they are literally 5 minuets walk from the Las Vegas convention center where the show is. What I like the most about this hotel is that it doesn’t have a casino inside so it doesn’t smell or sound like the other hotels that do. Also the rooms are so roomy and well decorated as an apartment style. So you feel more like at home rather than in a hotel. Customer service is nice too.

Good hotel to be close to Las Vegas Convention Center. The rooms have low light, the bathroom has the shower with little water pressure and one day there was no hot water.

We usually stay here when we come to Vegas. The location on the strip is great, near most of the casinos we like (Paris, Wynn, Bellagio, Venetian). We usually walk out and get a ride back. It's like a big hotel, but without all the drama. It's still friendly without being fake. Prices are good, too.

Good price/conditions rate. Interior is a bit out of date and looks old and needs refreshing but everything is clean and accurate. Suits for one-two night stand. Free parking. Wi-Fi is announced as extra 10$ per day but we connected easily to hotel network. Located on North Strip and takes 10-15 walk to get to Centre Strip.

Very old outdated room with super thin blanket and the bed was hard as a rock. When I was looking at their website after I had checked into this mediocre room I saw that a lot of the hotel was remodeled so I called the front desk to ask him to switch me to a remodeled room they then and for me that was a $25 a night charge for the exact same room just remodeled total BS! only plus I can say to this hotel is at the location to the Las Vegas strip was a few minute walk so that was a good thing … otherwise not a good place to stay … not to mention that the air conditioning did not work in the room the room will not get below 72° and the AC ran the entire time. The only way we could cool the room down wants to open the slider at night. The carpet in the room was disgusting and crunchy not to mention the bathroom is severely outdated and the toilet was dirty.

Good hotel within walking distance of the Strip, clean and comfortable rooms. And there is no resort fees which is already a plus.

Great place! Breakfast till 2, even has crepes on the menu, also buckwheat for a small addl cost. Amazing menu, something for everyone. Must check it out. Usually busy but worth the wait! Luv it!

On the cheap if you don't want to spend a lot on accommodations. I guess some rooms are newer or renovated, maybe some are not and need upgrading. Wifi is extra charge. Convenient walking to Convention Center (about 10 minutes depending on how fast you walk), and about the same amount of time to the Strip. Front desk clerk was friendly.

Heating didn't work so it was really cold in the room with thin blankets. Thin walls so I could hear the people next door's music amongst other things… Having said that it's significantly cheaper than most places in Vegas, good location and rooms were clean and nicely decorated.

After cancellation of the booking, the full amount was still charged, although cancellation was guaranteed free of charge.
They charged credit card after cancellation even though a free cancelation was advertised. Rip-off!

Very honest stay for the price. Close to the strip, free parking. Some of the carpet and furniture/appliances could use some upgrading but nothing that bad. Would recommend for a night or two if you need a budget place by the strip.

We booked the presidental? Suite for a family of five for a little under a hundred a night. It SAS on the far north end of the strip and a short walk to treasure island. Our suite was basically a double suite combined one big one complete with both doors and two bathrooms. The plus side was it was very cheap and large and spacious enough for family of five. One decent size bed and two sofa beds. Negatives are the area looks a bit shoddy and sketchy, room smelled like sewege when we walked in but it was cleared with the windows open and blasting the fans. One of the lights were flickering and it didn't feel bright enough for a room. Overall I would stay again if the price is right, but this is no upclass hotel room.

Booked a room here because I attended a concert on a Saturday, and this was the cheapest available hotel that didn't have sketchy reviews. Upon arrival, I informed the manager on duty that we had a reservation. She proceeded to ignore what I said, asked us to sit down and that she would be with us shortly. We did as she asked, and then watched her type into her computer for 15 minutes. I can only imagine that it was important, but it still made us feel awkward and uncomfortable to wait. We had just spent 6 hours in a car, and were ready for a bathroom and a place to change our clothes. At that point she called us up, and for a second time I voiced that we had a reservation and would like to check in. Her response was: "Let me see if I have anything available for you. " To which I again commented that we had a reservation. I gave her my credentials and she pulled up my reservation, then commenting "It's a good thing we have a room for you. " At that point I felt so awkward, I didn't know how to respond to her contradicting words. After more back and forth, we received our keys and were able to go up to our room. It was very clean and well suited for our one night stay. We were given a room with a full balcony, facing part of the strip which we enjoyed immensely. Due to the hotel being slightly off the strip, it was quiet and pleasant. After we returned from the concert, we were again able to enjoy the balcony and get a good nights sleep in the bed.

Check in staff were rude and slow. Carpet in room was disgusting, was more full of dirt and oil than the mats in our mechanics garage. Sixth floor smelt of mold/mildew. Hotel refused to let us cancel and get money back which is a sure sign even they know it's bad. A decent place has no problem reselling a room during a busy Vegas week, but even they know they can only dupe people into booking over web no-one in their right mind would book this hotel if they saw it in person. Complete scam.

The pool and hot tub earned this hotel an extra star. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels.
Checking in after a 4.5 hr flight at 11:30 pm should have been smooth so when I gave my name to the receptionist, she responded "could it be under another name? " wasn't what I needed to hear although she resolved it pretty quick.
The next issue was that I found a couple hairs on my bed. Too tired to make it an issue right then, I slept on top of of the top sheet and asked for clean sheets in the morning, which they did and the new ones were fine.
$10 fee per day for Wi-Fi. Really?! No USB ports in the room either.
In general, this is a budget friendly place that needs a serious makeover.

Very poor attention at the front desk. People little oriented to a friendly hotel service. The cleanliness and lighting is better. Good Parking. A little bit away from the center…

Located off the strip. Very quiet and clean. Staff was pleasant and the check in and out process was quick. Rooms are spacious and had good views. Pool was clean and big. Strip was pretty much around the corner so we walked. Love that there is no casino. Very quiet and great location. Prices were half of what they were on the strip. Second stay here, won't be our last.

I only give 3 stars because we had to pay the Internet per day with $10 in addition. Room OK with tube TV, pool was clean and nice warm, nice large bath towels were available. 20% was in nearby Denny's with the door card. No food at the hotel. Bus rides nearby. Free parking.

Wi-Fi and breakfast fee and noisy refrigerator in the room. For the rest the hotel has a good location (one side of the strip so it's not a noisy area) a nice pool and the rooms are big and well equipped.

Great location right next to the Strip, affordable prices and staff is friendly. For breakfast they provide you with a Dennis discount card and the restaurant is located just across the street.

I like this place. It's just off the strip so it's a bit quieter, but still easily within reach of everything. Rooms seem clean and all have a nice balcony you can hang out on which I think is a huge bonus.

I stayed here with two of my girlfriends a few weeks ago and I was so glad we only booked one night! The night manager was extremely RUDE. We booked a room with two beds, non-smoking, and got a smoking room with a bed and a pull out couch. We went back downstairs and tried to get it corrected and the night manager was again rude, and told us it "wasn't his problem" and argued that a couch is a bed (It's not). There were cigarette burns all over everything and it reeked. Luckily we only stayed one night. We couldn't wait to get out of there! We would have just left but our flight didn't get into Las Vegas until around midnight so we didn't really have a lot of options and we had already paid for this hotel. tldr; the place is gross and the staff is rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

Stayed here for a few nights and it was clean, comfortable, and for the most part quiet. It was nice being a short walking distance to the Convention Center (maybe 2/3 mile). Nothing fancy, though, and the walls and carpeting in the hallways were especially worn and in need of replacement. And even the sign outside of the hotel was broken. But the lobby and the rooms were nice. My room had a small refrigerator and coffee maker, but no microwave (which would have been nice). Also I'm not sure if was able to have any control over the thermostat in the room. The air conditioning was constantly on, and I couldn't seem to adjust it or turn it off. There were moments where I was too cold wanted to turn it down. Also I was told the Wi-Fi was $10 per day per device, which I wasn't willing to pay, so I didn't bother using it.

Attended the unseen forces magic show here. Awesome illusionist/magician. Performed tricks that are above the regular common tricks and had great presentation. The hotel itself is off to the side of the strip and not as busy which is nice for a quiet evening. The location is great and walking distance from many restaurants.

Have stayed here several times when attending events at LV Convention Center. No complaints. Fronts right on street so easy access from street. Ample free parking. Friendly staff. Quickly greeted at from desk check in. Has concierge service in large lobby, and has Barrymore's Dinner Restaurant at one end. Pool with jacuzzi. Short walk to Las Vegas Blvd and only 3-4 blocks to Convention center. Walking to center sometimes faster then traffic going to center. Rooms are nice with views.

This "Resort" is ok at best. Out dated appliances, furniture, decor, ceilings. Next, there's a bar downstairs with pool table of which not in use. Maid service staff can't put together simple math… 2 guests 1 room equals 2 coffees, 2 coffee accessories packages, 2 cups! Mentioned to front desk over and over but didn't go far. Joined rooms are like sleeping in the same room. The obnoxious couple who were in the joined room next to use fought and whined as early as 5am! 3 nights in a row, complained but didn't go far. When you pay for Superior rooms make sure you provide superior everything and soundproof rooms!

Hotel really very well placed friendly welcome. Comfort nothing to say sheet change every day and very nice hotel really Las Vegas a magical city.

Came here for a a weekend Vegas trip. Lady at the front desk checked me in quickly without any problems. My double bedroom came with two beds, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, and a balcony where you can step out on. Pool is decent size for a hotel pool. Location to the Vegas Strip (with Circus Circus being a 5 minute walk away) makes this a great place to stay if you don't want to spend $100+ a night in the big casino hotels.

Only one Wi-Fi code for one device which is a bit weak… but very spacious rooms. Friendly staff. And it has a good gym and a nice pool. Location is also good with some shops and restuants with in walking distance. The strip is also on tge next road which is cool.

Very disappointed with Royal Resorts. I have been trying to plan a get away weekend with my husband and a few friends. I was excited to see Royal Resorts was in my budget. It was not till later I made the discovery of what a mistake I made. Unfortunately due to work circumstances I had to cancel my reservation and book for a different date. I called the reservations office and talked to Randy. He ensured me that I would get a full refund for both rooms and both cancellation fees. I thought it was going to be an easy refund, it ended up being the exact opposite. After 5 business days I had only received a refund for 1 room. So I called back and talked to Randy again. He informed me I was not going to get my full refund. I asked to talk to a manager but conveniently they were all in a meeting. So I called back another day and talked to April. She informed me that I got my refund for both rooms just got processed at a different time, which was very inconvenient for me. After 2 weeks of waiting for all of my refunds, I still was short $28 that they ensured me I would get. So I called again and asked for a manager and they said they were all in a meeting. So I left a message for Daniel Ford (the owner? ) for the second time and still have not received a call back. Needless to say I will NEVER book with Royal Resort and NEVER recommend it to a friend. It was unfortunately the worst customer service I have ever received and I have a degree in hospitality/customer service.

It was outdated and the toilet kept flushing. But the pool was heated and open when all the fancy hotels pools were closed. The staff was great and very helpful! Please redo the rooms and fix that flushing toilet lol.

Royal Vacation Resort was our home resort, that we have with ClubWyndham. They decided to leave the vacation owners high and dry and a loss of our vacation ownership without so much as a "how about that"'. They took our maintenance dues and we get nothing. Then they decide that just want to be a hotel. Really? Don't stay here. Don't give them your money for a vacation, as they may decide to bulldoze the hotel and build something else. Ripoff!

Four of us went for drinks at the bar, across the street from the Peppermill Lounge, and it was nice. We sat in the patio. A fire behind glass flickered sweetly. It took a while before a server brought us menus, and it wasn't busy. Three cocktails cost roughly $40. It wasn't fancy like Cosmopolitan chandelier bar, or iconic like the Peppermill. But the staff was friendly, the drinks were tasty, the patio was quaint. I'd go back if I could have a private party for 15 in the quiet location.

If I could rate zero stars I would. First night I walk in, the hallway smells of WEED. Key cards do not work. Bathrooms are small and dirty. Stains all over the walls. Minimal channels on tv. Have to pay $10 per day for Wi-Fi. Bums walking everywhere near hotel. No free shuttle service to airport. The only positive to this old, stinky, dirty MOTEL, is the pool area. Stay away…

The lobby looks nice, the property overall very quiet not near strip properties. Not a wise choice if you are not a convention goer.

Very outdated. No convince whatsoever. You basically have to ask for everything. No room service. Very far from the strip. Nothing fun to do that is walking distance.

I thank my friends for inviting me to stay here for a week while in Vegas — but the staff is lacking — the place is falling apart — broken fixtures in main bathrooms — nice shuffle board and pool table — but not in use — no shuffle board discs or balls or cues available — electronics on outside sign are out — inside electronics on doors are shot — key cards for room entry barely work — no help at all when I had a key-card with my name attached to it sitting at the front desk witch I had to show my id to receive — did not work — they refused to let me in my own room — or replace key-card with one that worked — very upsetting when your a valid guest 4000 miles from home and all your stuff in locked in there rooms and they refuse to help you — while having valid id on me — — horrible smell in rooms when you first enter like some one just destroyed the bathrooms — and no one used the bathrooms — middle of the night overpowering smell of sulfur thru vents — barely able to breathe at times in room — found previous occupants underwear/nighty under bed — pool was nice.

Great hotel for the price. Pool was very nice. Walking distance to Caesars and Bellagio. Rooms are a little dated but fine. Definitely staying here next time in Vegas.

Staff SUCKS! Terrible the pool is closed. NO PRIOR Warning when we booked the room. Bathtub clogged up, DIRTY WATER. In tub. Room stinks. Never again.

I had no complaints when I stayed here, except the Wi-Fi why isn't it free? other than that I loved it, good deal I'll be back.

Thanks for a great stay, the bed was big and nice slept great the pool was warm and fun the staff was great just a great place to stay.

Last year we were told we had booked a time share through a third party (odd since it was their website) and would not clean the room (make bed, etc. ), yet we were paying full price for the room (About $140 + taxes and fees). I think they changed ownership in 2011 or 2012. It's gone up every year since I started staying there in 2007. No more, will stay someplace else — the room décor and wear and tear on the furnishings isn't worth the price. Oh, parking is the only "free" thing you get. They charge for Wi-Fi and their restaurant isn't open for breakfast. Denny's on the corner gets all the action.

Very quite hotel and good big and clean rooms but they are old with old furniture and old bedding. Staff was unhelpful and there was hidden cost such as Internet as I paid for it more than $40 just for 2 nights which equals a room rate.

So far, so good. I'm in a very nice room — spacious, clean, well-equipped. The staff I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly. Pool and fitness room are 24/7. I'm sure it survives on convention business, so right now it's rather dead, but I got a fair deal on price. You see casino in the name, but if that's what you are here for, you'll be totally disappointed.

The location is great if you’re mostly going to Encore or Wynn because its walking distance, far from everything else. Good thing is you can still travel by taxi because the encore is nearby. It’s also right behind tacos el gordo. Let’s start with the Boot Leg stuff. Our valet guy was also part of our housekeeping as well as the technician that was suppose to fix the T. V. But did not. Parking was easy and nearby +1 instead of the countless stairs and elevators you have to take at other hotels. Since it is a smaller hotel less people smoking cause there’s no casino floor. Our booking was messed up, we were suppose to have a suite but instead it was just a regular room. The room was decent, two beds, fits 4-5 people. Pretty cheap.

Comparison of old and looks like a 90s renovations, Parking garage, patio, providing Breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Average. 40$ for 1 night, I wasn't expecting anything. You will find a huge swimming-pool with a jaccuzi. Do not expect a breakfast, but there is a Denny's just in front of the hotel. The room's view are parking and desert.

I reserved 2 rooms on Saturday for the following Saturday. Cancelled on Wednesday. I was charged on Thursday for the rooms and told I had to wait until Tuesday to get my money back. Not Good! I have banned this hotel from our corporate list. No one in my corporation will be using them again. You don't take money AFTER they have cancelled. You take the money when they arrive. Bad practice that questions there ethics. To top it, I couldn't reserve online because there new website kept failing on me. Then I get on the phone just to get a run around about my discount just to find 30 minutes later that I do get the discount and the newbie didn't know what he was doing. Oh by the way your discount keeps you from getting any points. Don't recall that in the sales pitch for the corporate discount card. Bad practice all the way around showing that customer service is not a priority in this company.

Room was very comfortable. Had a queen suite. Had more to. Didn't hear neighbors, it was very quiet. This hotel doesn't have bells n whistles n off main strip. It was worth taking a chance but it did have the clarion name. Bed was comfy n clean. Wallpaper n carpet could use a fresh up. The tub was brand New n great water pressure. I got a great price n not disappointed with my choice. Will defiantly stay there at s in. Staff was great as well.

Cmon guys, this place is insanely cheap. If you want to be treated like a king go spend more than 20 bucks for a room. That being said, we had a great experience. Front desk service was very helpful and friendly. Had good parking options, felt safe leaving the van outside. The rooms were very well furnished, with nice lamps and wallpaper. Free Wi-Fi was great, we got two free show tickets with each room, the pool/hot-tub were super nice, and there was a room where you could print for free. Water pressure was good in the shower. Gym was good. Location was convieniant. The A/C didn't work especially well in our room, and the TV turned on by itself once. So that was eerie.

We stayed over for the convention this weekend and had to say it was really bad. I was robbed. My money went missing at the last minute. They cleaned our room and it clearly says if you put your towels in the floor you will get clean ones, never did. I actually took a video of a roach crawling near the restaurant area, ewww. Not to mention their restaurant had a C rating. One of our co-workers didn't even get under sheets on her bed. We were looking forward to swim or hand out at the pool and even that was broke and had caution tape (hello it was 90 + degrees, they should that get that fixed. We rented Six Rooms you'd figure they would accommodated us a little better. We only went there because it was close to the convention, walking distance.
