Love this place. They call you by your name and remember the next time you are there. We stay there 2 to 3 times a year. Great breakfasts, and accepts pets.

Worst IHG room I have ever stayed in! One thing after another went bad from AC not working to pitiful breakfast. Stay somewhere else! This place is run down but the worst is the banging, jerking, scary elevator. Even an employee said she was afraid of it! Never again!

We've been staying her for a while and it's just okay. For the price though not worth it. Parking is great but the continental breakfast is the worst I've had in the 6 hotels I've stayed at in the past month or so. No one is friendly and it's just been an awkward stay. Definitely won't be back.

Let me start out. Wonderful night staff made every attempt to make my stay a pleasant one. But their poorly designed air conditioning system caused my stay to be an overheated mess. Coming from Phoenix we are used to the heat. We are also used to hotels having adequate cooling. Our AC in our initial room would come on, blow cool (ish) air for 2 minutes. Then kick in cold air for 2 then shut off for 10min.

Some pretty cool service here. Not the fanciest hotel but it's more for comfort than luxury. The cleaning service was kind and mindful. As well, they provide plenty of towels and soaps.

Big, beautiful suite! Nice and clean, stocked with everything I need. I appreciate the office chair and desk with the heavy duty multi charger on top. I'm here for work so it's nice to be able to charge all my devices super quickly. The free breakfast and happy hour is a plus!

Another excellent Holiday Inn Express! Comfortable king size bed, very clean room, typical good HIE hot breakfast. Nice pool area.

The manager's reception, advertised as food and wine and beer, had no beer, a small bottle of wine, and a bowl of limp and out of date salad greens, some cheese, bacon and croutons. A packet of salad dressing on a side table was the dressing choice. For breakfast, no working pancake maker, a small assortment of breakfast carbs, and no cranberry juice, but 2 spigots for orange juice. We skipped breakfast and headed over to Denny's. We pass thru this area several times a year, and are pretty loyal to the IHG brand, but we will use up our points and choose another brand. This was by far the lousiest property of IHG we have stayed in.

Clean rooms and staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included and adequate. It's definitely quieter than staying right on the Strip.

Super place. Staff extremely helpful, clean rooms and warm cookies for guests on arrival. Not a lot of city noise (in the room). I would definitely stay here again.

Good for just 1 night. People upstairs were having a jumping jack contest though. Not the hotels part. But just a run of the mill Holiday inn.

The hotel was very friendly and we enjoyed that they were pet friendly as well since we we're staying with our 3 pugs for a pug event in Vegas. We also liked the complimentary cookies and popcorn. The room was clean as expected and we had 0 issues.

Price was decent. Wi-Fi was not so great. Staff are wonderful. Parking is plentiful. Breakfast acceptable.

Perfect location away from the busy city but close enough to get anywhere you are going. Close to sunset station and easy access to the airport.

The one weekend I stayed there, they put me on a floor of all teenagers soccer players. All night long, kids would knock on my door asking for one of their friends. And I mean all night! Lol the next weekend was very quiet however, the ice machine was broke on my floor… and both times… the keys needed to be Re-keyed everytime we left our rooms. That was very inconvenient… it seemed to happen to more than just us also. But friendly staff… decent rooms… good breakfast.

Visit regularly. Great hotel but room AC units often have issues and closet doors off in many rooms Cookies are great. Managers reception is nice but food/appitizers usually is not good, needs fresh food. Pancake maker broken last 2 or 3 times I visited.

This Holiday Inn Express was in rougher shape than the average IHG property. My husband and I stayed here less than 5 years ago and we're shocked at how run down its become. The elevator makes horrible clunking and banging noises, so we just took the stairs. The 3rd floor (where our room was) was falling apart. Missing wallpaper, loose molding, and stained carpet. The desk clerk assured me that they weren't under improvement's when I asked him about the mess, so I'm not sure what was happening. Stained furniture in the lobby too. Just kind of sad, honestly. I still gave 3 stars because the room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and refilled quickly. For the price though ($140/night after taxes & fees), we will definitely stay elsewhere next time in Henderson.

Rooms were pretty nice I got upgraded to a suite so I had a couch area but I had a fri3nf who didn't and it was a pretty basic hotel room. We stayed for 14 days and in that time it felt clean but air was dry thanks to the desert. We went to their happy hour once but I wish they had done it all week instead of just Monday Tuesday Wednesday. The breakfast was ok normal food and cinnamon rolls like you would expect. Staff was nice and I enjoyed them overall it was a pretty decent stay.

Perfect get away from the fast pace on the strip. Why is this Holiday Inn a 5 star in my book? Location, style, comfort, quality and price. Looking to stay away from the strip but still have the Vegas experience, then check out this Holiday Inn. You are within walking distance to the Sunset Casino, great restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, or IHOP, and a movie theater! No need to spend money on gas or Uber. Which means extra cash for gambling…

Clean and efficient but nothing fancy. The breakfast would be great if they would splurge for real eggs, or at least a better mix. The one they use is terrible. Update: the nightclub directly adjacent to the property has become popular and plays very loud, thumping music in their parking lot. If you want a drunken frat party experience, this is the place for you. If you would like a little peace and quiet for your money you need to keep driving far from HI Express Henderson.

It's a place I would definitely book again. The beds were comfy. The bed headboard (s) have electrical sockets on the side. Breakfast options was awesome! They had the following when I stayed: pancakes, sweet bread, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, turkey and pork sausages, juice, milk, yogurt, bananas, oranges, coffee… The only drawback was that we were able to hear the people's footsteps upstairs.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed in. From Parking to Rooms to Check Out everything went smooth. Rooms were nice and clean. Swimming pool is indoor and small. Breakfast was amazing and the service was fast. Front desk receptionists we're great. Would definitely stay here if I visit the west again.

All in all a great place to stay. Service was great, room was clean and nice, and standard room had a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was the only thing not perfect, but only because it was standard hotel complimentary breakfast fare. We stayed at a big casino on the strip for a couple days before going here. We will skip the casino next time and just stay here. It was a better experience in every way.

Comfortable. Small ' snack ' at the end of the day. Quiet at 10 ' from the center of Las Vegas.

Always stay there when I can, the staff knows my 2 shih tzus, Bailey and Bindey know it as there second home. Best place for a mini vacation. The staff is great.

Experience was nice and good at first when I got up to use the restroom at night a damn roach ran across the bathroom. That's why my 5 star review went straight to 1 star. My wife reported it but nothing happened it's cool just won't be coming back and don't recommend this hotel anymore.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast had great food options. Friendly service made for an even more enjoyable stay. I had a wonderful time with Holiday Inn!

This hotel provided a home away from home ambience. 20 minutes away from the strip but location is very convient for shopping and food. The staff Sherry excellent hospitality, Miguel, Luis, Robert and Tera outstanding personalities…

This is by far the best Holiday Inn we're staying in during our trip through California and Nevada. Louis is caring perfect about his guests and couldn't do any better. The best thing: Free cookies from 7:00 to 9:00 pm! :-)

Didn't bother staying. They refused to match priceline rates at the desk. Said I had to go book through the website. I had the rate on my phone and showed the front desk. What a waste of my time…

Really nice rooms, I stayed in a king suite with my son and had plenty of room. However the pool is outside, not inside like most holiday inn express hotels. Great breakfast, and great staff. Quiet with no casino.
