Sure to my enemies, cause once BLM is done staying there this week, it'll be a craphole… from their destruction… how the hell can they afford the prices anyways.

Fire alarms going off at check in,, should have warned us
Signed up for 3 days,, planning on getting some rest during the day, after just getting my Nephew cremated,, we are going thru his estate,, very worn out. But construction noise so loud, forget that…
So we dropped a day,, told the front desk, I was not very happy with the noise,, just says, it happen!, I paid full pop for this? No discounts…
So that nite, 1am had a loud party above us,, so I guess no sleep tonite. Great way to start a 2446 mile trek across the country… t hankyou so much
will be hard pressed to stay with Holiday In I travel cross country 3 or4 times a year… for this price mark,, I can do better,, and expect better.

My first impression of this hotel was not bad! However, for the past 2 days, I've been trying to solve their issue of overcharging me. 1. I spent time calling the hotel back. Whoever answered the call told me that she will fix it but then the bill on IHG website and credit card still there. 2. I spent time emailing the customer services with evidence and details. Guess what? I got a reply back saying that they need my name and ihg membership number — where as my name is just in the email … and I already provide them the screenshot of the reservation. 3. I have to dispute using my credit card company. It will still go on and on. It's pretty bad.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay here.

Friendly staff. Very nice hotel. It has an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room and business center. Rooms are nice with great amenities.

You should expect spacey and clean rooms with comfortable beds but what tops offs our stay was the excellent service. Shout out to Betsy and the rest of the front desk staff for their great attitudes and willingness to got out of their way to make sure our short stay was excellent.

Our stay was fantastic. Front desk staff was really friendly! Room and bathroom were clean. The area where the hotel was felt really safe. Highly recommend!

Very rude front desk. I stay at holiday inns all the time. My family are ihg members. I stopped by here to use the bathroom and the front desk said nothing on the way in, didn’t even look up to say hi and on the way out proceeds ask if I need help and rudely lets me know these bathrooms are only for guests. I understand that rule but I have been a guest at holiday inn more times than I can count and there was no reason for her to be so rude about it. As a heads up, if you want to stop someone from using the restroom you should probably do it as they walk in and not as they leave …

The manager, upon check in, was not the most helpful or nicest of people. As a matter of fact, non of the desk people were very friendly. No one ever greeted us when we came in. The floors could use a good cleaning, and the rooms need updating. It served its purpose.

The stay as wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient.

Nice Quality Hotel! I am an IHG member and this is one of the best hotels available from the IHG network!

Clean, quiet, nice breakfast. Centrally located to what we were doing on this trip… Cowboy towns, hot springs, Reno.

Newly renovated, clean, spacious rooms. Small indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Free breakfast.

Easy access to everything! Clean. Healthy breakfast options as you are headed out the door to explore! Couldn't ask for anything else!

Good rooms and facility. The breakfast could have been a bit better but yet best amongst the ones nearby!

Very good service. The workers were incredibly kind and cooperative. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the pool was absolutely incredible. 10/10

We love this hotel. The staff is always nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and big enough for our family of 5. Lobby area is very pleasant. Breakfast is included and makes a great start to the day. We always stay here when visiting family and will continue to do so.

Good standard of hotel, staff working hard to help customers. Nice touches like cookies with coffee at 5pm. Very clean and has a new feel to place, but it us surprisingly 8 years old. Pool and gym area worth a visit.

Every time I'm in Minden I stay hear. Friendly staff good breakfast. Quite.

Room was pretty great. I hoped for better breakfast but it was ok too.

Dogs welcomed in the 1st floor rooms for an extra $20, so my total bill came to $177 including all taxes and other fees. Bed was really, really firm which made my side sore, but that's my only complaint. The room was pleasant and comfortable, linens were perfect even the towels.

Had a very nice stay and only $20 more so my dog could be in the room with me. Bed was very, very firm is my only complaint. But the rest of the room was wonderful. $139, plus fees came to $177 for a one night stay on a Sunday into Monday.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and affordable. The only minor negative was that the room was quite small.

Mr Front Desk is as unfriendly as they come. The housekeepers are super nice and will greet me. Ask if they can assist in any way. Mr Evening Front Desk… nope! The four stars is for the the housekeepers and the nice facilities.

Front desk personal was very unfriendly, I felt unwelcome. I Reserved two suite and 2 regular rooms for four days, totalling over $2000.00. Unfortunately it felt that my money spent here was not worth it. I wonder how other people felt on their visit. Leave your comments.

This place is gorgeous. Room is fantastic. Great breakfast. Looking forward to staying here for a month.

Great service and excellent breakfast. Comfy beds with soft or firm pillows. The shower pressure could be a little stronger and I wish they had a tub. However the jacuzzi does make up for it.

Great if you have pets 3 floors all rooms on 1st floor are for pets and their masters. Haha we didn't bring our dogs but I am disabled and wished I could have room closer. Oh well happy that they are pet friendly. Seems Nevada is way more pet friendly than California.

Most everything was fine. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Practically instant hot water. Lots of choices for the complimentary breakfast. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and lemon-infused ice water available 24 hrs. Freshly-made cookies in the evening. Indoor pool and small 24 hr. Fitness center. Property is set far enough away from the highway so no road noise is heard from inside the room. From the rear of the hotel one has a view of the magnificent eastern Sierra escarpment. The only negative during our visit was that our nextdoor neighbor had two dogs that, at times, would bark quite loudly.

Room was clean, breakfast was better than most. The location is conveniently right off the main drag. The front desk clerks were helpful and quickly cleared up any issues we encountered. The hotel itself had paper thin walls and absolutely garbage pet area with explicit signs indicating not to bring pets on any grass. Overall, I would not say this hotel provided bang for the buck.

Nothing wrong with this place. Great front desk help, easy check in. Breakfast was top notch with attentive help and a pancake machine that worked!

We were booked to stay through a third party. In our room we were able to hear televisions all throughout the night. There are no tubs in the double queen rooms?! The manager is rude and unhelpful! Because we were booked through a third party the 800 number wouldn't help! You have many choices in minden! Don't stay here!

The establishment is brand new and facilities were clean. Breakfast is provided which is always a plus and pet fees were very reasonable; only twenty bucks for the entire stay.

The hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable, and many amenities, such as a workout room, business center, indoor pool, and commentary breakfast. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the room which was convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

This place is an excellent value. It's very clean and functional with an excellent pool and hot tub. Very convenient to Kirkwood and heavenly. Would be five stars, but… The full breakfast is a crazy feeding frenzy of five year olds, without enough of anything and no order. Pure chaos.
