Sheets had not been changed. Felt like I was in a sandbox with someone else’s dirty DNA and hair. The front desk handled it nicely and changed the bedding right away but why does this happen? The amount of dirt in the sheets was horrifying. GROSS! I will never stay at this property again.

Beautiful property, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds… great experience.

We lived here for a couple months when we first moved to town. We loved the friendly, helpful staff & our family of 5 didn't feel cramped in our 2 bedroom suite. Our favorite person is the breakfast lady, Lisa. She is so sweet & fun! She has become our Elko Gma. It's nice to have a close connection when you move to a new town away from all you know. The new renovation is so nice!

Super friendly staff, good breakfast, nicely appointed room (we were in a handicap room but not handicapped). We got in super late but the check-in was quick and smooth, as was the check out. There was a bit of an issue with the sink making a sound like a dentist's suction that was not addressed before we left, but it was just white noise and didn't bother us enough to do more than bring it to their attention. Would definitely stay here again, and it would probably have been even better if our travel wasn't delayed so much!

Samson the 150 pound German Shepherd give them a 10 paws this has been his favorite place to stay and also he been to many hotel. The staff is very pet friendly we been to pet friendly places they allow pets it was not as pet friendly as this place is and this has been our favorite place to stay too. All the workers here are the best.

Great place. In for 5/6 days and all was good. Staff was cool. Very laid back. Was able to eat conrinatial breakfast every morning. My room came with a kitchen. If the room doesn't come with something, just ask. Board games on loan. Neat tidy and cool!

By far the best place to stay in Elko, I have stayed at most of the hotels and they are great but not this great. If you're a worker using CLC, they take it which is rare with Marriott. Staff is efficient and friendly, rooms are top notch with a kitchenette and modern furnishing. Plenty of room inside, really no complaints at all and I usually have something to gripe on but not this one. I've stayed here 10+ times and never had even the slightest of issues.

Nice clean place. Cozy room, just little on the small size. Good working desk and two good size closets.

The hotel is relatively nice for the cost. The rooms are clean, and they have a lot of kitchen items available to borrow if you wanted to utilize the in room “kitchen”. They have a 2 burner stove, fridge and freezer, coffee pot and microwave. In the lobby, they not only have snack foods to purchase, but they also have frozen meals and food items available. Their complementary breakfast has variety. From oatmeal, cereal, waffles, eggs, ham, sausage, fruits, yogurt, etc. Plenty of things to pick from. These were all really good things about this hotel. However, there are a few items that are important to me that this hotel lacked, which would have me thinking twice about coming back. The beds are not very comfortable. I have back problems and a good bed is a necessity for me. The shower head was terrible. I felt like the water just dribbled on me. The heads are quite large, but adjusting it only resulted in an even poorer distribution of water. The biggest issue I had was the noise. The walls seemed paper thin, as all night and early morning, I could hear kids running around in the halls and in the room above us. Our room was also next to the prep room for the breakfast. I could hear pots banging all morning. All of the noise was so loud, it really ruined it for me, to the point I wanted to open my door and yell at the noisy kids and kitchen staff. I would probably give another hotel a try before coming back to this one. Aside from my issues, it was a nice hotel.

Ahhh the pitter patter of little feet running back and forth above me. Nothing gets me to sleep quicker. Seriously though it's a decent hotel and the service was really good. Would definitely come back and get a room on the top floor.

We enjoy our stay there. The pros : the room is clean and nice. They have pretty good fitness center and swimming pool. Pet friendly. The staffs are nice, they gave our kids some games to play at the lobby. And the kitchen lady, I forgot her name, is really nice. The cons : some of the dressers drawer wont close because it is broken at the bottom. And the cleaning lady did not give us more dishwasher soap and clean kitchen towels. I should’ve ask though.

I had absolutely no issues at all everyobe was friendly and attentive if they font get paid enough to make them want to stay they should because they made ME want to.

This was a decent marriott to stay in. Includes breakfast and the staff were really nice. It's reasonably close to some restaurants and they are within walking distance.

The place is awesome. I. Give it a 5 star the rooms have full kitchenettes a couch a nice dest to do biz Wi-Fi, and comfy beds. Breakfast in the morning. AND they are pet friendly and do not charge for service pets. The prices are so very reasonable too.

Passing through to California. We had a wonderful experience! Ariel was extremely helpful, accommodating and thankful for our business. By far the best front desk person we've ever encountered. Room was clean and very spacious. Pet friendly, no casino (great if you have kiddos along) and a decent breakfast in the morning. If we are ever in the area again we are staying here.

I enjoyed my stay at Townplace suites. The staff were friendly and professional. They accommodated our needs and loud kids. The atmosphere was quiet and serene and even though they allowed pets you will never know. The only thing I would change was the repetitive breakfast. After a week, you get tired of having the same choices daily.

Seems to be brand new. Pet friendly which is huge plus. Everything so clean. Blast starts at 0430 which is awesome! We were able to get back on road as t a good time.

I stayed about two years ago, and it was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful, the BBQ area immaculately maintained, the carpets weren’t always the cleanest in the lobby and breakfast area but breakfast was great and kids spill. I absolutely loved that the staff made an effort to keep families in a different area than those of us there working longer term.

The staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were Awesome. I would definitely go back.

Friendly staff, hotel feels/looks a bit dated but rooms are clean. Would be nice if they added USB chargers in the rooms. During check in it's common to have a wait, especially late in the evening or after flights come in, as many on the plane tend to stay here.

The room looked great. Plenty of closet space. The bed was a little hard. When we checked in the front desk lady was great. Breakfast was okay.

Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was great, and started at 4:30 am, a real plus. This hotel was everything I've come to expect when I stay at a Marriott property.

Staff is super nice! Rooms are nice but chairs & material is definitely worn. There are holes in all of our dining table chairs. Super comfortable beds & kitchenettes have all we need.

The guest service was amazing after a 9 hour car ride. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and there was something for everyone in my family to choose. Thank you for making our stay in Elko very lovely everyone whom we encountered.

Clean and accommodating. Hotel staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were both comfortable temperatures for recreation. The studio suite was a little tight, but comfortable as well, with possibly the exception of the mattress. It was somehow soft and hard at the same time, but didn't keep me from sleeping. Breakfast had a good variety, and it was set up so that you could easily assemble breakfast sandwiches. I saw a number of children at 6:30 am breakfast, so it seems to be family friendly, and the hotel staff went out of their way to look for a missing baby blanket for us when we checked out.

Quality stay, lots of nearby restaurants and parks. Our room wasn't the cleanest but front desk was very helpful.

Very nice staff and rooms-pet friendly, which was awesome as our youngest son is 4 legged and quite a big boy. Pet fees were higher than anywhere else we stayed on this cross country trip-but we were treated very well and the rooms were awesome. I'm pretty picky about the cleanliness of where I stay, actually very anal about it and both times we stayed-rooms were quite clean. Staff was great too. The high pet fees were the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star.

It was good. Nothing particularly special, but it worked for an overnight stay while traveling I-80.

While staying in Elko over Christmas on transit to Utah, we picked TownePlace Suites. We could not have been happier with this place. It was freezing outside and we sat in a car all day to get there, so it was awesome to settle in and walk right over to the indorr pool and hot tub. Staff was amazing and super friendly even though it was Xmas eve and then Christmas morning. Would totally recommend this place if you find yourself in Elko!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was great. Clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the indoor pool/spa. Overall a great experience.
