Roomy accommodations and friendly staff. We only used it as an overnight stay and it worked great as such.

Very nice, quiet, great pillows and friendly staff. A great value.

Staff was super nice. The beds we're comfortable and clean and the pillows were soft. There's a Raley's right across the parking lot and one of the better burger bars in town as well. There are a ton of newer hotels going in the area, but this is a great option when those book up. The hot tub was warm and fun and the pool was the perfect temp and large. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the "handicapped" accessible room had a step to get in the room and no walk im shower. Also, no breakfast included which is not what I expect from Shilo.

Very clean, luxurious, and comfy. Also got a discount for breakfast at Dennys so even better. I would definitely recommend it. Love it! They are dog friendly as well.

Everything was perfect! My overnight stay was great. I loved the room, the laminate floor, rather than carpet made me feel right at home. The amenities were clean and welcome after a day of driving and a stressful week. I especially want to shout out to the personal service and wonderful conversation I I experienced during my stay. Nancy Wallner has found her calling in this business. Keep up the wonderful vibes girl!

Nice place. If you are physically disabled this place is very well equiped for your needs. Average priced. Great breakfast for the guests 1st thing in the morning.

Very large and clean rooms, my room was all newly remodeled. Reasonable price also.

The person at the front desk kept adding extra charges and making mistakes. The rooms themselves are nice.

For a very reasonable price, the accommodations included many things common to more expensive hotels: a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a nice showerhead, organic bath soaps, and a 24 hour hot tub/ sauna. The room was modern and the staff professional. (Also pet friendly and right next to a Tesla Supercharger. )

Great amenities and location! Rates have gone up due to remodeling, but still a great value for what you get.

Room is updated to seventies decor. USB lamp, at least. 20" TV. Overall, slightly shabby. NO FREE BREAKFAST as advertised, instead you get a $4 voucher to Denny's. Good luck getting a $4 breakfast. Lights flickering annoyingly in pool/hot tub area. Very noisy pipes, you will get woken up at 5am by the racket. Use an actual steel key to unlock doors. Paid 120/night, on a Monday. Not worth it, but there is definitely worse options in this city.

It's not a bad little hotel. The rooms have TV'S, mini fridges, and microwaves. Some have flat screen TV while others have larger old school TV'S. The bathroom in one room didn't actually latch closed so you can't lock it. It has old school lock and key doors with a physical metal key instead of a card. They have a 24 hour pool, and offer breakfast coupons for a free breakfast at Mattie's Bar and Grill across the street. Overall it's not a bad place to stay for the price.

I enjoy the cleanliness, plus a nice breakfast at a restraint. Great swimming pool. And theater and good shopping within walking distance.

For two adults for one night a room is $95 with tax. The room was clean and much more spacious than we expected. I don't know if all rooms are the same but ours had a kitchen area with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. Everything seemed a little bit old, but definitely well kept. The bed wasn't the best but for a hotel bed it was comfortable enough. The "free" breakfast is down the street at a sit down restaurant so if you're trying to hurry out, not the best deal. But, the food was good and the service was great. We would stay here again.

Mixed feelings about this place. The lady at the front desk was very nice, polite and helpful, but the hotel itself was really old. And I do mean old. They still use keys, real metal keys that you turn. Roof was leaking, thankfully it wasn't on the bed I was sleeping. Wi Fi was very weak, and not available throughout the whole room, just parts of it. Shower only had lukewarm water. Basically, this would have been a decent place 30 years ago, but compared to todays standards, this place is past its best days.

Clean room, nice pool for kids, great breakfast at close restaurant, Matties. We have stayed here before and will again. Nice noon check out for our late night arrival.

This place has horrible customer service! The manager and the district manager treated me so horrible. I had the meeting room booked for 3 months for my baby shower with my credit card on file they called me 3 weeks before my event to cancel on me due to "remodeling" which all they were doing was putting new furniture in the rooms. Why is this my problem and why wasn't I informed earlier? I am 7.5 months pregnant, spent hundreds of dollars on my invitations already sent out and now they want to cancel my event?! The managers had no remorse and no sympathy for me. And had attitude the whole entire time. Now last minute I have to find a place to have my baby shower.

All the workers are extremely rude with terrible attitudes. I'm still not sure what the rules are of the hotel because all the workers say something completely different. They deffinately don't know how to do their job. The TV was very fuzzy but other than that the rooms were big and comfy.

Clean! Great place to stay. People were friendly, microwave/fridge, nice size room, also included a free breakfast. Shopping was across the street. Used free internet in lobby. What's not to like? My husband and I travel quite a bit. This is the first time we stayed at a Shilo. I will sign up for any rewards program they have and we will stay at Shilo's more often.

The place is nice and friendly. The rooms were very large and clean. But they like to hit you with hidden fees which leave me furious! When I checked in with my dog for the night they told me it would be $69. When I go to leave the next morning they added a $28 dog fee that they never told me about. So I guess other reports about hidden fees is true! Stay away.

Hotel is quiet, clean, with spacious rooms. I chose it because of the "Dogs welcome with nominal fee" listing but our welcome was icy because there are a limited number of "dog rooms". I was put in a smoking room and the fee was $28. Not exactly what I had expected from a dog friendly hotel. Still. Thanks for accommodating dog owners.

If you are looking for a clean comfortable room, then this is it. -No smoking hotel -Cable TV -Clean room (great towels) -Refrigiator/Microwave -Free Breakfast at nearby coffe shop All of this for very reasonable price. We got the internet rate.
