The lights go out NO BACK UP GENERATOR then they charge You $2 to washe and dry your clothes and then they electricity goes out well the $2 that you put it for the dryer that just went out the window because they are not gonna reimbursed you.
Very nice, modern, clean, plenty places to park, friendly staff.

We stay here for New Roads Mardi Gras Parade on February 24-26, 2020 at 4pm and when we checked in it was beautiful and the front seat workers were very kind and friendly. The perfect hotel I give best western all the thumbs up possible and I will be back the weekend.
