Dont ever stay there its very nasty the housekeepers are nasty I back saw the back kitchen its nasty bugs flying had a bug in my coke the rooms are not clean they use the same blanket never change them the sheets was not changed I heard housekeepers talking one was in green cussing saying the f word Its a nasty place to stay.

Everything here seemed freshly renovated, modern, and clean. Featuring a huge gym right off of the lobby area, this hotel made us feel right at home. Make sure to hit the attached sports grill if you're looking for a quick bite without having to leave the hotel. Just off the highway and very convenient for travelers. Dog-friendly for your 4-legged family. Fastest elevators ever! We'll be staying here again next time.

Very disappointing. There were large stains on the carpet and walls around the bed and closets. The room itself would not cool lower than 78 degrees. Apparently they have issues because they include a “user guide” for the thermostat in each room which I followed but it didn’t work. It was super late and since I was already dressed for bed I figured I would just tough it out with the fan. The bathroom didn’t have good vents so after a shower in the morning, the mirror stayed steamed up despite the door being open for like 30 minutes so I had to apply makeup in the dimly light room. I went downstairs for breakfast where the tables were sticky and there were fruit flies around the buffet. I fully planned on mentioning all of this to the desk clerk when I checked out because normally when I am checking out at a hotel I’m asked how my stay was, but nope. Didn’t even ask.

I stay at this particular Hampton Inn once per year. I have always had a good experience. This time was not as nice. The showerhead didn't work well, so there was no relaxing shower after a long drive. The TV kept dropping signal, so I couldn't watch a movie to unwind. So, it was just the ever-present drone of the Interstate traffic to lull me to sleep. Still, the room was clean, the AC cold, and breakfast was great. I will try them again next year.

The hotel was nice and situated around many places to eat, however, the traffic from highway could be heard from the rooms. I want to make some travelers aware of an alarming situation I experienced during my stay. So I’m a young attractive male and I was passing through alone. I checked in then first stopped by chili’s before heading up to my room. When I got back, I rode up the elevator with a young friendly black male. He asked me what I’m doing staying here then said he lives on the other side of the tracks here in Baton Rogue. We got to the top floor where we were both staying. He said we should hangout and grab drinks somewhere tonight. He asked for my Facebook but I was hesitant to give it to him. He kept talking and I eventually gave him my number so I could head to my room and relax. I told him my first name when he was saving my number then he asked for my last name which I realized was wrong for me to tell him. Before heading to my room he told me he had a bottle of vodka and asked if I wanted to take a shot before he headed out to get a massage. I declined. In my room I started to think the conversation was unusual and worried that he could get a card key to my room because he knew my last name and room number. Before falling asleep, I deadbolted the door but it didn’t bolt all the way to where it latched and used the metal latch above the door handle for an extra lock.

Older Hampton Inn that's been remodeled. Clean room with updated amenities. It does sit next to the highway which you can hear, I have no problem sleeping through that so not a problem for me.

Enjoyed my stay, very nice atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. My children and I enjoyed the free breakfast also it was good.

The facility is mostly cleaned and upkeep is good. The service and staff is good. I booked a 7 day stay but could only bare 1 night. The king with a study is much smaller than expected, the A/C did not keep a steady temperature, a lot of road noise from the highway it's located by. I would recommend it for no more than a night!

The hotel is a nice hotel with a good staff. However the hotel is starting to come apart a bit. Wallpaper in the halls and rooms are falling down, the ceiling in the rooms are coming down, the air works okay in the rooms but is quiet hot in the halls and lobby, and the beds are not the most comfortable.

The Hampton Inn on College Drive was great. The rooms are beautiful, they've just been updated. The pool is so pretty with all the lights at night. I definitely rate it a five-star hotel by far!

Convenient location, very close to the highway and good restaurants. If you are a light sleeper request to stay on the side away from the highway! The road noise gets loud!

Friendly service. Rooms are standard. Hotel looks a bit run down. Breakfast has cereal, boiled eggs, cheese omelettes, donuts, fruits, juices, and a couple of other items. Parking structure in both sides of the hotel. Conveniently located next to the I-10 highway with several restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store near by.

Nice place. Everything was neat and clean. I wish our stay was longer so we could have enjoyed more of what the hotel had to offer. The room was on the smaller side. It and the bathroom were a bit cramped. Still it was nice and we would stay again.

I live locally, but reserved a room to study for a major test I had to take. I think there was a sports tournament going on because there were many families with children at the hotel. I requested a room in a quiet spot and got exactly that. The grounds, the lobby and my room were very clean. The staff was great and I appreciated how they maintained order in the lobby area with so many guests there. My hat goes off to Ms. Dionne, Ms. Puanani, housekeeping and the breakfast staff for jobs well done! I will be returning for a few days of rest and relaxation! Great place to stay!

The room was what I expected for the price. Very clean and comfortable. I was alone, and I felt safe. This was a high priority for me. The outside noise because of the interstate was why I gave a 4 score, but that could not be help because of location. The front desk staff were very friendly. There was a new guy training. He was very attentive to my needs. I will recommend anyone to stay here especially if you are a female, and you want to feel safe in your environment.

Was a nice room but lots of highway noise and my room was the closest to the elevator so I got alot of hall traffic noise too. Other than that all was good.

Did not have the room that I reserved during online check in. Attempted to put me in either a smoking king room or non-smoking 2 double beds and then attempted to spin it that it was my fault for their error. Not the greatest treatment to anyone, let alone a diamond rewards member. Bathrooms are absurdly small, beds were average comfort and pillows were awful. 2 different homeless men were wandering in the parking lot as I was checking in and going to dinner, carrying on full conversations with themselves. When leaving for the airport at 4:30am, I requested to have an employee walk me to my vehicle for safety and I was refused assistance. I will never stay at this location again.

Good solid place to stay. Very consistent. Only complaint — turkey sausage. Really not a good thing and should be outlawed.

Best place to stay close to the interstate, Gino’s, Time out Lounge, The Station, and your right in the best location for shopping!

Another home run for Hampton Inn. The Night Manager was awesome, kind, and funny to boot. The room was great, as was the breakfast (though I wish they'd offer bacon more often). The breakfast staff overheard me talking about our long drive ahead of us and offered snack bags (apple, muffin, water) to help make the trip better. Thank you for the great service!

Room seemed clean and location was convenient. I would have to try 6 or 7 times to open my door with my key everytime I came back to my room and the cable would dip out about once every 30 mins.

What a great experience. The front desk was very pleasant to speak with. My room was ready early. It was large comfortable and quiet. The shower was fantastic. This would be a great place for anyone to stay.

I stayed in this hotel for two separate weeks for a business related trip. While my first week in this hotel was fine, my second week started off terribly with Melody Ledet. I have never met someone in customer service who was so rude and snotty, and she is supposed to be the Guest Service Manager. Upon arriving to the hotel, my coworker and I attempted to check in as soon as possible. I was being assisted by Ms. Melody Ledet. I handed her my driver's license and my tax exemption form. Ms. Melody Ledet could not fine a "credit card approval form" for my coworker and I and refused to check us in. I explained that the previous week we were not asked for that and that our job had not mentioned we needed one. Ms. Melody Ledet claimed we had one the previous week. I asked if the one she had on file for the previous week included the dates for the current week we were staying. Ms. Melody Ledet refused to check and stopped assisting me to help another customer. Rude, right? It was after 5 and our office was closed, I decided to call my supervisor who informed me that that none of her employees in the past have needed to physically bring a credit card authorization form. My supervisor requested to speak with Ms. Melody Ledet who still seemed reluctant about providing us with any kind of customer service. My supervisor had requested Ms. Melody Ledet get her manager to help us. Ms. Monee' Bellard was very kind and very helpful with getting us what we needed and clearing up the mix up.

Amazing service and rooms and meeting rooms. Perfect for business trips. If they upgrade pool and gym it could be a four star hotel.

This place doesn't look like much from the outside but the inside is actually pretty nice. Affordable and good location.

My wife and I had a very good comfortable stay. Clean, no odd smells, enjoyed it. Oh, the Breakfast was exceptional. Ms. Nekita did a great job in providing a good variety. Thanks again.

Highway is loud when staying in room facing it. Request other side of hotel if possible. Other than that, it's a nice hotel.

I enjoyed the secluded pool and the location near the interstate. The breakfast has lots of variety. But I found the hallways to be a little hot and stuffy and the bed is a bit too firm for me.

Regularly stay for work. Breakfast is sometimes okay, but usually really bad. Beds are not comfortable; you're likely to get one with a broken box spring. Right by the interstate so pretty loud at night and there is no room away from the interstate. Very clean, great friendly staff, very centrally located. I would stay here by choice if I had to based on the service and location alone.

Located on the I-10 access road, getting in is easy, out is a little difficult of you want to go south on college dr. Very clean property, front desk employees were very courteous and friendly. We got to our first room, and there was a screaming child next door for well over an hour, we contacted the front desk and they put us in a different room with no questions asked. They were very helpful. The breakfast downstairs was pretty decent, clean, and a good variety. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but still clean and useful. The rooms were very clean, and useful.

I always stay at this hotel. I wish they would stop changing the rate. It's clean and is in a great location.

Location is convenient — right off of I-10. This isn't the nicest Hampton Inn in the area as the one a few exits away is newer.

The room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Room was $119 per night, and I expected it to be fairly nice at that price. However, all of that doesn't matter if you can't sleep. The beds are terrible. Both beds in our room were "springy" and uncomfortable. My wife and I both woke up with neck and back pain. The traffic from the interstate is fairly noisy too, which also interferes with sleep. I wouldn't stay here again for those reasons.

My fiancee and have traveled quite frequently and I must say this was our best hotel experience, and it was right here in Baton Rouge. The room was fresh and clean, the help desk was very helpful. This is a very well-operated hotel and I would most definitely come back again.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The staff talked about their personal lives so loud that I knew everyone's business. They were eating at the front desk and rude to everyone. I even heard them talking about other guests as they checked in…
