Did not have any ground floors available for handicapped and elevator was broken. Would not offer any kind of discounted rate for broken elevator.

Friendly staff, although sometimes not easy to understand. Room was adequately clean. The fitness room was small but functional. The family enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok, nothing exceptional. Great location to stay when working out of town at a nearby plant.

Toilet was not working properly and there was no hot water in the shower. Not everyone wants really hot showers. The breakfast is meh.

Breakfast sucked and waited an extra hour to get into my room.

It's a decent place to stay, beds are good, but not my favorite for breakfast.

Stayed here on visit during time of the flood backlash. We had no idea the hotels were so occupied. After calling corporate and working things with Wyndham diamond rewards and such, we enjoyed a night of rest. The next morning we were awakened to calls and more. We’d opted for late check out and it wasn’t honored nor were they willing to give us time to physically check out. They put up much commotion and even charged us for another night, which was fine under the conditions of a refund. We paid the room online and security deposit in cash, as we were packing to leave we requested the standard security deposit to be refunded. The staff and management both refused and bantered back and forth threatening to call the police, we, in agreement wanted the police also. Order and law needed to be enforced. As the officer got to the scene, upon learning the situation he told us and managers both in laymen’s terms, “it is time to leave, and they need their security deposit back”. I’ve never experienced such rudeness from the hospitality industry. Also considering the climate of the area I would hate to think that they’ve possibly treated another individual in need this way. I’m very happy to know that unless a tragedy similar to Hurricane Harvey occurs again while we’re visiting friends, we will never be subjected to a stay in this establishment.

For 90$ a room I would say its just ok. Our room heater didn’t work and it became very cold at night. Also bathroom didn’t seem clean and mold around the bathtub. Bathtub curtain was dirty. Breakfast was a joke but I don’t really care so much about breakfast in those hotels.

We own a nuisance wildlife company and the staff called us to remove a Ball Python from room 119 that was draped across the toilet. We came from Lafayette to remove the snake. Once the snake was captured they refused to pay for our services stating that we should have told them there would be a removal charge. The manager even went so far as to request that the snake be placed back into the room so that they could call someone who would not charge them. The snake was not returned to them. We will not do business with them again and the gap under the back door should be fixed to prevent rats, mice, snakes or other vermin from entering the building.

It was a great experience. Staff was great rooms were nice.

Comfortable bed, room wasn't very nice, not well kept.

My husband and I came in with our 2 service animals and was rudely greeted by the front desk associate with dark hair, an eye brow piercing and a pikachu tattoo on his forearm (couldn't catch his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag) at around 12am this morning. When we told him about our 2 service animals he then proceeded to tell us that there was a no pet policy. My husband then showed documentation for both dogs and he proceeded to tell us no dogs allowed. My husband had to then educate him about it being a federal law under the ADA that service animals were allowed anywhere and he was still rude and told us that he didn't care and that if our dogs did any damages that we would be responsible and he wasn't going to let them in. My husband then made him read for himself in our letters from doctors that specifically stated he law and he regretfully said okay. The room was over priced, we paid over $100 for 5 hours of sleep. My husband is a disabled veteran and I am active duty. There was mold on our shower curtain, they had a new car air freshener in our room hanging from a light, and the door knob on the bathroom door was broken. The breakfast in the morning had eggs that were hard and my animals wouldn't even eat them. That aside, the service animal issue is what really bugged me. All businesses should know of these laws and should educate their workers and especially if the people are providing documentation.

For almost $200.00 a night I would have thought that we would have had a nice clean room. Front desk people were very dry and rude. Got to our suite only to find it hadn't been cleaned, the beds not made and garbage over flowing. Called the front desk immediately and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Maid service finally showed up and cleaned the room. Definitely not what we expected but we did enjoy the jacuzzi. Then got up and there was no breakfast. We weren't even offered a discount for all the trouble. Two thumbs down.

Ok so I am a driver I've stayed in some places but this hotel the service was garbage I get to the room it stinks like mold and mildew the bedding had stains I found blood in the wall and I found blood on the shower curtain like I said I've stayed in many places and been back to some this place will be one of few I will not be returning too.

Wouldn't recommend this place! Checked in got our first room, turned on the air and notices black stuff coming out of the air conditioner and blowing all the way across the bed. The bed was covered with this black stuff. Called the front desk (they never came to look) and she gave us another room. We moved all of our stuff to the second room turned the air on and the same black stuff came out of the air conditioner. I then took my phones flash light and looked in the air conditioner. It was caked with black mold! I'm allergic to mold. Two rooms and both had moldy ac's. So how many of the others has the same? Will never stay in another Baymont Inn!

On the nicer end of the budget hotel category. It was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. This was a quick, last minute overnight stay, so we weren't expecting much. The clerk was extremely nice and very helpful. It was a LITTLE overpriced in my opinion, but was worth the extra money for a clean, well-kept room.

Noisy air conditioning, poor Internet (works for 10 min at a time), and the lobby smells like an atomic vanilla bean went off. Had to lift the door for it to shut properly. Would not recommend unless nothing else was available.

First of all I reserved a room over the phone in the total amount of $81.81 for one room with two queens. When I arrived they lost the reservation. Then I was told they had a room available but not cleaned yet. Bare in mind this is at 2:00pm at check in time. All rooms are suppose to be ready. I was asked to wait about 15 minutes for cleaning to be done, so I left for 30 minutes and came back and room was still not ready so they gave me one that was. Oh what a mistake this was for me. Same size room I had reserved but was charged $87.55 and that was not a change due to taxes. Before taxes was $74.99. How can you give me two different prices on the same room. In this room (202) the floors were damp and the hall way on the second floor was hot. No air. The gym gives illusion of large size but is extremely small, mirrors on walls gives larger illusion. Four people fill the gym room and the air did not work. One workout station was even broke. Do not get room 202 if you want sleep, it should not exist. It is at the staircase where people constantly slammed the door all hours of the night due to the door closing so easily (cylinder on staircase door poor). And the weight room and laundry is also at this room. Do not sleep in 202. Last of all when I went to the pool I observed children swimming un supervised and they were complaining of the water bugs and afraid of trying to get out due to the bugs being gathered all on the steps to exit the pool.

I stayed at this hotel 3 weeks and everything was fine. The only thing I didn't like was the price but almost all similar hotels to this one were about the same price or more. That was the only con for me. The good things were: the room was big and clean. The shower pressure was strong. The a/c was cold. The TV was a flat screen and had good channels. The Internet was really fast the first week then the second week I had a lot of trouble connecting and by the third week it was good again. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was pretty good. It included items such as scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, coffee, juices, fruits, etc… The hallways were quiet during the day which is good if you work the night shift.

The room was great, the TV was frustrating. Breakfast wasn't too bad, the food was hot.

Clean rooms, nice employees. Spacious rooms. Great stay!

This hotel is awful. I arrived late and left as it smelled so badly. I had to drive another 2 hours for a hotel and it was better than staying here.

Room is very nice and clean. All utilities worked as they should especially the air conditioner. Bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was in my top 3 of hotel breakfasts. Halways were no da noisy and could hear voices in the halls but I'm a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me too much.

OK place to stay the night.

Stayed here on 4/22/2013 Better than days inn at same price Room was clean, didn't smell, and not dated looking. Bed was comfortable and sheets were average. Front desk customer service was great, friendly and very accommodating.

Checked into room, as we were going up the elevator the manager said "Your room isn't ready, the bed isn't made. We must move you. " Ok, these things happen. So waited for a bit while they changed the room. Got into the room, unpacked. Got ready to hit the bed, found the bed to be very dirty. Pillows actually have black prints from what looked like a HEAD print. All pillows were dirty. After getting the manager, he wanted to move us to yet ANOTHER room. After telling him how unhappy I was, he decided to change the bedding. My wife actually had to help change the bedding. This place is HORRIBLE. Stay in the back of your car, before checking into the nasty hotel.

Very nice place. Clean, modern room. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates.
