The frist room was nasty tub was not clean half used shampoo in bathroom holes in towels and this was in the somking room! Could look outside our window and watch drug deals go down, Not kid-friendly woke up the next morning to use needles by our vehicle… it was not a pleasant stay couldn't get out of there fast enough! The one star is being nice… No joke WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN!

Late night stop on a cross country road trip, looking for a inexpensive place to stay. Yet I thought I could at least expect health code standards to be met. After it took us a half hour to check in for some reason and we get up to our room the stench of urine was unbearable our phone rings letting me know I will be charged my pet fee now. AC uniit worked just enough to not be sweating while sleeping on top of the covers. Humid and smelling urine each breathe I took I was woke up every hour from doors slamming I should have left when I had the chance but was so tired. I could go on and on but bottom line is a super 8 I figured would hold higher standards. Sad you have to pay over 100 to get a half decent hotel room now a days. This was just terrible a WASTE of $70 I would of rather slept in my car.

This place is a rat hole my church paid for it and I regret it you stay a week they said no breakfast you pay extra the vending machine took a dollar and the owner didn't want to give it back even after he saw it wasn't working right racist indians and for a week they only clean your room twice they only cleaned my room once the 2 american girls are nice and do what they can I feel sorry for them. I rather pay a few dollars more for better service please do not spend hard earned money here! All they will say is sorry not how a hotel should work bed bugs too so serious.

For ther money this place is just fine. Room is clean older furniture not contemporary. But shouldn't be expected either. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Place is nice and very laid back. But if you do the weekly rate you can't exchange your dirty towels except on Mondays and Thursday no exceptions. I wasn't told that at time of purchase. I get very dirty at my job and my rag and towel are very dirty and I'm not using same rag to wash my face with that used the night before and the lady that works night is very Rudd and hangs out in the back with her boyfriend or outside. Also we came in for lunch and the owner informed us that he was charging us an extra 100 dollars cause the towels rags wouldn't come clean and they couldn't be reused. Well if they had exchanged towels and rags daily they wouldn't have that problem. I build indoor playgrounds for a living and stayed at a lot of motels in the five years I've been doing this and this is the first motel to charge for a towel that wouldn't come clean. If they would have used bleach the dirt would have come out. Purty sorry I think-! —

A nice little hotel. Good value for the price. But it is the first Super 8 I've encountered with no breakfast. A bit disappointing.

Dingy rooms for the rates, clerk / phone operator barely spoke or understood English and Im assuming the free board with employment has its fair share of hiccups and was told wrong place / info (for those that are in need of a safe place to stay temp) the church vouchers arent always available and the I was then redirected to yet another wrong place for a secondary option all this when the fee could have been waived or postponed until such items that were promised and planned for were properly put in order and it's gonna be written off anywsysoa why the circus and false hope to go get required documentation when there's obviously only you to help yourself up after being dropped off by those that once cared or had use of you and are now painfully unimportant now and ALONE?!

Nice, nothing spectacular. Going through remodel, need to finish then all good. Location is the key to this place.

Rooms are very dated and ugly, with holes in the walls. Our TV wouldn't work and we had to call someone to fix it. Then the next morning TV wouldn't work again. The toilet would not flush and kept clogging. When we brought this to their attention they just brought us a plunger and left. Even after multiple tries, the toilet never flushed properly. I feel this place was very understaffed to run properly. Save your money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places in this town.

This hotel was a disappointment to say the least. It was suppose to be non-smoking, however all I smelled was smoke and incense. Beds super uncomfortable with stains on the sheets and towels. The doors of the dresser were falling off and the microwave sounded like it was going to explode. When I told the front desk about the microwave they acted like "oh well". I won't stay there again.

My step son came home from visiting his mother with bed bug bites on his leg! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very poor quality, Mr B the owner charged my card 100, said I was smoking in the room. I don't smoke and if I did wouldn't be in a room with my daughter. Have tried to talk to him several times and he refuses to hear my side. Keeps putting me off. Wonder how many other cards he charged and they did not know it.

Staff was great First room was not up to par Second room was fine Needs some updates but worth the cost.

Took a while to get checked in. Didn't have a working key so the lady at the front desk let us in our room with her key. And had one ready for us about an hour later. The lady at the front desk had to check first to make sure our room was clean. Next day after taking a shower, grabbed a towel and it had a yellowish/brown tint splotches on it. When checking out, no one was at the front desk so we had to wait about 5 minutes until someone showed up.

Our truck got broken into. Bagpack was stolen with Macbook, Ipad and External Hard drive stolen along with all of our wrapped Christmas presents. The hotel said they don't have security cameras and didn't see to care or offer to help. We will never stay there again, not saying it was the hotels fault but stay at your own risk.

In my honest opinion we had a phenomenal stay and the staff was SUPER friendly 100% would recommend them!

The room was very nice & clean. The bed was also comfortable & the room itself smelled fresh when I walked thru the door.

Service was great. Everyone very friendly. Maybe update rooms but I was happy.

I spent the evening and morning of 9-13-17, at the super 8 motel and had a pleasant stay, the room all in all was reasonable priced. I would definitely recommend staying at the super 8 again.

This would be a wonderful place to stay if you want hair on your sheets, pillow case AND the toilet! That is correct the toliet, long hair at that. The room smelled musty, dirty. The bathroom has black mold. The air conditioner are in terrible condition. The breakfast in the morning, fruit flies flying around it. So NO I would NOT recommend this Super 8 motel.

Thankfully they had availability during the eclipse day last minute. It's pretty much what you expect to get for what you pay for. The beds were fine but a bit scratchy. Didn't really get their full experience due to the power going out in the building due to a massive thunderstorm. AC fried due to the brownout it caused.

If I could I would put a zero for this place. Housekeeping will let themselves in rooms at any time they want to clean. My wife and I was sleeping when they came in around 9pm. We went out to eat and came back to find we had money missing. Our key card wouldn't work when we leave. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone.

Won't stay there every again! I love super 8 since its very affordable but this one was really dirty and nasty. When we asked for a different room, ofcourse they were sold out. So we then asked for a refund & were told we couldnt get refund for both rooms that we did not stay in. They finally refunded us 1 room but then other they said no since we stayed. But when my sister asked 2 stay in her room since I was the only one that didnt want it he said no since they gave up the room. Worst ever & I wont go there again. We had to spend our $ at another hotel because of that & to get only 1 refund. They general manager was really rude & didnt even want to really hear what happened & made his finally decision. Its been over a month! & they just told us we will get one refund. Definantly dont recommend if you have small children.

The rooms are filthy. There is mold and mildew on several of the rooms tubs and showers. Exposed wires from a lamp in the room 208 that I asked to move from. And more. I feel they don't care as long as they are making money. The room doors keep resetting where you have to go to front desk to get them reset. Mine did it 3 times in 1 night.

It's run down and the staff are not really friendly. The continental breakfast was stale donuts. The whole top floor smelled like wet dog as well as the stench of marijuana. Not a good place to stay with kids at all.

I had family stay here the last time they visited, and I'm sure that some day this will be a nicer motel when they renovate the rooms and finish the renovation on the lobby area. But for now, I wouldn't recommend staying there. If the price seems too good to be true for this area… it's because it is. If you have to stay at a Super 8, and you are traveling on I-35, drive the extra 5-10 minutes to Kearney. Their Super 8 is much nicer.

The place is in need of a makeover. It's surrounded by new shops and restaurants so seems more rundown by comparison. The lobby, hallway and room were musty smelling. It's okay for a night but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place but not handicapped accessible. All rooms either up or down stairs. Our two rooms had only showers. No baths. I was fine with that.

The whole place needs an update. TV was an old tube tv, blankets had stains, and the door to the outside wasn't locked. Bathroom was updated though. Near a lot of restaurant also.

This place was disgusting. We got in at 12 and there were people going up and down the halls. It says no smoking but that's obviously not enforced, even with illicit substances.

Rooms were ok but beds messy. Breakfast was actually really good too.

My daughter and I stayed overnight here over Memorial weekend. We have stayed here over the last 15 years several times. The area has grown a lot but the Super 8 is the same building. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The check in area could stand an update with new carpet throughout. Will stay again. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by.

Very, very disappointed! I called the 800 reservations number for Super 8, and I extensively discussed my requests with them. The room was for my son and his girlfriend for his birthday. It HAD to have a working and open indoor pool. And be on their way to W. O. F. Well; at least it was near World's of Fun. NO POOL! Not a very clean hotel. Room smelled like pee. Front desk was nice, and the bed was ok. BUT don't spend your time or money at this hotel.

I was expecting a poorly run motel after reading the reviews. I was pleased to discover the rooms were very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Absolutely terrible service. Workers are inconsiderate and don't mind blackmailing you to get what they want. The rooms are gross, run down and smell bad. Room key hardly ever worked, breakfast doesn't have a good selection. All over all don't come here. Ever.

Terrible place ran by ARABS. They post themselves as pet friendly but don't accept pets. Ignorant.

I had a very good experience at this Super 8 on 20 SEP 2015. Room and bed was clean, comfortable, and remodeled with surprisingly nice amenities, including a very large flat screen TV and fast internet. Polite counter staff and clean rooms and lowest rate I found in the area. Two thumbs up!

My daughter stayed there with her father and forgot her penguin that she had just got from her sister and brother for her birthday and now they cant find it. I am really pissed that they would keep it, sure return a nasty pillow or keep it in lost and found for years but not this beautiful stuffed penguin. How not to run a business.

I'm actually surprised these reviews are so bad, they almost prevented me from staying here. Now you can't expect the Ritz Carlton when you check in, but you get about $60 worth of fancy, which is good enough for a one or two night stay. Didn't smell, clean bathroom, microwave, and mini fridge. The guy working the front desk was super nice even though their system was down and it was his first night on the job. Like I said, it's good enough for a night or two and you get what you pay for. I'd stay here again.

Worst check out possible, they had to inspect the room before getting our "damage deposit" back when paying for cash. When they went up the key didnt work they had to use our room key to enter, I would think their master key would work in the door. The room was clean but that was about it, we checked in at about 1:30am and checked out before 9am, you would think the rate would be cheaper than $80.

Avoid this place. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, there was a long hair on the pillow. The electrical outlet was falling out of the wall. Gross gross gross.

Avoid this place bed bugs. I paid for 4 nights, after one night I was bitten all over my body asked the woman behind front desk for refund since I was checking out early. Was not given a refund and instead told that its not their problem, and since I booked through orbitz call them. Long story short I left with out getting money back went down the block to Days Inn which has been completely remodeled and enjoyed my stay there.

Gross dirty rooms. Front office is filthy. If I pay to stay somewhere it should be spotless.

I was honered to stay at super 8 in kansas city. First off you get a matress how cool is that and sometimes theyll let you HAVE A TV IN YOUR ROOM and when you come to the front desk and see the manager he says "wait here and ill come back from my lunch break in a few minutes" *he only had a six hour lunch break and came back so I said to him go have a proper lunch break so left another 3 hours. I recomend it to anyone who wants to be a king and live in a palace. The motel was so much fun that I never left my room for 5 days. Stay at this motel and youll want to come back every year.
