Hotel was awesome. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The gentleman working the front desk when we checked in was kind enough to let us borrow a box fan when we were having trouble sleeping. The breakfast was good and the whole area is really nice.

Love this place. Saw 7 dear grazing the first morning, just yards away. Simply beautiful and the energy of the land is palpable! This is my second stay with the youth from all around the US (and S Africa) for the iYOU conference. What a wonderful place to be!

This is a great place to stay with very friendly staff willing to help with anything you need. The wedding we attended here was a wonderful occasion, and it was so nice to be able to walk back to a lovely hotel room from the reception. The banquet facilities are great. We enjoyed walking on the nature trail. The continental breakfast was more than we expected and I loved the pancakes that came automatically from a machine.

Stayed 3 nights here and it was a good experience. The place is very clean and most staff are very friendly and helpful, housekeeping are amazing! Breakfast in the morning is good. However the overnight staff are not very helpful and not friendly, in particular the lady. Interacted with her twice the first day and chose to stay out of her way during the remainder of our stay due to her assertiveness. Fyi, air conditioning has a lowest setting of 65 degrees and at night we did feel warm which made it slightly uncomfortable.

This focuses only on restaurant. It's open to the public. Great value $7 for roll, salad main dish and dessert. Great tasting food, when I ate there they had a meatless option as well. Just behind main building. I suggested a add on to Google map when they add I will replace review.

A great place to stay. Quiet, clean rooms. Good breakfast and trails to walk.

Pathetic at best. I had a bit of a situation during my Stay here. The overnight lady was atrocious and rude. She treated me like I was some criminal and they make no exceptions on their Midnight check in Cutoff. They never told me. I had to be there by midnight to CHeck in (even though I called at 1045 to let them know I would be there asap to check in). Once I got to the hotel at 1am finally after a very stressful day I am told they have no availability and am escorted to my room by security to get my belongings and leave after a cab dropped me off. And I was told I could not be in the lobby very long to wait for whatever cab I could actually find at that hour to come pick me back up. Why is this? Meanwhile the night lady and the security guard stood at the other end of the room talking about me and my significant other. I could not believe it. Classless at best. You would think people in a hotel on a Christian temple grounds would not be such judgemental jerks. I am a child Of God and deserve the same amount of respect, compassion, empathy and understanding the Lord himself gives us all. Well I think the hotel is pleasant, as for the staff very mediocre at best. They need to take a look in the mirror and think about their own issues before judging others and lacking compassion that I would expect a holy type of community to have. They should examine themselves bc had this been their ultimate test they would've failed miserably.

This hotel was exceptional! I cannot say enough good about it to be honest. The staff is thoughtful, and the facility is well taken care of. I went there because of its proximity and affiliation with Unity Village, which is the headquarters of the Unity School of Christianity. Where many hotels provide a USA Today newspaper, Unity Hotel provided a copy of The Daily Word and the Unity Magazine-both Unity publications-in the room. How nice. The hotel is located at Unity Village. There is so much to explore and see there. There is a bookstore that is amazing. There is a cafeteria in the Unity School building, not a part of the hotel, that is for employees of Unity School. I was able to eat there because I was staying in the hotel. The Hotel is right down the street from Lee's Summit shopping and restaurants. Enjoyable stay.
