The hotel room was nice enough. I stayed for 2 nights and no one brought new towels for the second day. The front desk people were nice as well! My problem comes in at the “breakfast”. That mess wasn’t no damn breakfast. I walked down there thinking I was gonna get a waffle or something!? I got off the elevator and I see a group of staff talking so I just started walking to look for the breakfast room. I couldn’t find it so I broke down and asked. When I asked they started laughing and this one woman says, “ those two baskets of muffins and granola bars is the breakfast”…? … I was so mad like I coulda stayed sleep for this.

They had to change me to several other time because none where clean! I had reservations, but they don't keep up with what rooms are ready to rent out.

Very nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. Staff was very pleasant would recommend this place to anyone a good night's rest. Comfortable and amenities of home.

Kind staff but really gross. Dirty, rooms smelled of smoke and body odor. While we were waiting to request a different room someone came down with a bloody bedspread and asked for new bedding. Not a place we could stay with kids.

The floors were filthy, there was chewing gum chewed and dried on our bedding. The toilet seat was very broken. Nothing was clean smelled horrible. People were fighting and playing loud music most of the night. Never would I ever stay at this place again!

Spacious room with kitchenette (full size freezer/fridge, microwave. NO stove top or oven). Great deal through priceline app.

This was the worst hotel my Fiancé and I have ever stayed at. First they put us into a room that already had someone occupied in it. We didn’t find this out until we walked out of the room and ran into the person who checked into the room an hour before. After this my fiancé and I switched rooms, and after being there for awhile we realize, the toilet doesn’t flush. So again we go to the front desk, where the lady working is too busy talking to help us. She ends up “helping” us, by rolling her eyes and saying she doesn’t know what to do. She was high and couldn’t keep her eyes open to even hold a conversation. Frustrated, my fiancé and I go to bed wake up the next working for breakfast. And their “free breakfast” is the coffee bar. This hotel was terrible and unprofessional, do not stay at this hotel.

The pros: spacious room more than a motel with full sized fridge, sink, counter space and 2 burner but no oven. Good location. Close to highway, good neighborhood. The walls are thick! I don't hear my neighbors! The cops: poorly maintained rooms, stained bedding & carpet, funky smell through out facility. Counters, drawers, microwave & fridge needed cleaning. Staff is not very accomadating. I've been here 10 days and asked for dishes on day 1. Trey said he had to wash some & he would bring them to me. He never did. Again I asked for dishes & the lady gave me a dish drainer 2 butter knives, 1 plate & 4 disposable cups. She said she would look for more & bring them to me but never did. Crappy breakfast! Coffee & a bowl of various breakfast bars & maybe some fruit & packets of oatmeal.

Terrible, horrible, disastrous. I had clothes, electronics, and personal belongings STOLEN from my room while I was at work. When I first checked in, I was scammed into paying more than I originally planned and schemed into paying for a king bed under the impression it was the only room available. When I had originally paid for a queen for $16 less every night of my 3 night stay. Only good thing I have to say is Ali and Kayleen who were working at the front desk at the time I came back were an amazing help to try and fix things for me. They were very personable and empathetic to my needs. Other than that my stay was complete bull****. 2 out of 3 lamps did not work. TV did not work. Light above stove did not work. Was stuck just with my laptop which then in turn my headphones were stolen by housekeeping. They kept comping a night here a night there and I had to haggle them to not charge me anything. Worst experience of my life. I will never stay at an extended stay again.

Of course I had to make up for a late Valentine's Day but this hotel always gets a 5-star review from me there is always a rewarding stay when I stay at Extended Stay America what else could I say the place is great the service is prompt and I get in and get out as fast as I want.

I stayed here for 8 weeks on a business trip. Compact but the studio apartment has all the required utilities. Ample parking space is available. In winters this area can get low temperature as — 10°C. Bus stop is nearby at walking distance. A church is also nearby. For food joint you can go to nearby Burger King.

Wasn't ran well. Management has some issues. Our room had no dishes or utensils. When we asked for it over the phone they said they would bring it up. Never heard anything that next morning. I went to the front desk they said they didn't have anything. Then I said I had my baby who I needed to take care of while staying there. Finally the receptionist came back with dishes. Two plates, two spoons, a butter knife, and a dish towel. Nothing else. I received a broken coffee maker as well but I'm not counting that since it didn't work. Something is very wrong with this hotel. Two stars for the people who were helpful. P. S. There is NO hot breakfast, expect a few bars, an apple of you can get there in time and coffee/tea. Your room may not have a TV remote so ask at the front desk.

It’s a total dissatisfaction, I booked online and drove 20 min to get there, and I was informed that they DO NOT HAVE A ROOM AVAILABLE! The front desk representatives was extremely rude and answered the phone while I was talking to her. The very worst experience I ever had with a hotel. No apologies no nothing, also the hotel smells weed.

0 Stars. Was someone murdered in the bathtub? The front desk assistant was nice, but the place was terrible and dirty. You can barely get a clear breath of air. The floor was sticky. There was only 2 towels. The bathroom vent comes on with the light and sounds like a jet engine. The toilet was dirty and bathtub was dirty also, and had red smudges of I don't know what (possibly blood? ). I checked out within 6 hours and found another hotel. This hotel of course attracts some peculiar people and the hallways smelled like marijuana. Just don't do this to yourself. This is my first negative review I've ever written in my life, and it just had to be written. Extended Stay should shut this place down for the sake of its brand.

Although the room was clean enough had to ask for bath towels, there was no coffee pot or cooking supplies. When coffee maker was provided there had to be a search for the pot, then no coffee pads so had to tear down large filters and use regular grounds. The staff on the other hand were quite friendly and have done the best they could to provide. However the price is right.

The rooms were very clean the only problem is they did not have ice in the whole place there was no ice machine anywhere.

I made a reservation for a room and when I showed up. My room wasnt ready so the lady told me to come back in an hour… so I called to see if my room was ready and they didnt even have my room reserved anymore. She said its pretty much first come first serve. Im not happy with your service at this hotel. So reservation are not real… they dont care.

Great staff the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was kind of clean overall. Except for the hair in the shower.

They wouldn't let me check in early after my girlfriend ran the KC Marathon so we literally say in the parking lot for 2 hours. The staff was rude and plain out lame. Never saw a smile. Asked if they had a pain killer for a headache and without even looking up at me they cut me off by saying "no. " Wi-Fi sucked. The was a drunk cripple laying in the rain outside of the front entrance around 10 pm. I have no idea what that's about. The hallways smelled like marijuana in the morning as we were leaving. I really want to stress just how lame and unfriendly the staff was; cold glances and shoulder shrugs. You can find better customer service in Europe for goodness sake. Never staying here again.

Had a room reserved over a week ago. Said we had group discount. Double was quoted 99.99 for friday night. Looked on website and rooms are rated at 79.99 for tonight. Couldnt get in until 3pm. Jose the clerk said they were over booked and rooms werent done. Needless to say we finally got in room and shower wasmt clean. Had a wedding to attend amd didnt notice until late. Aunt booked several rooms. 1 had to be split into 2. Night shift was on phone and not much help. Would not recommend again. There are better motels. Cheaper and cleaner. Also price wasnt worth the 1 night stay. If you are desperate. Do what you gotta do. Otherwise I will go elsewhere.

Made reservations for a double room 2 weeks in advance paid for and everything and front desk clerk Jose informed us that they did not have a double available that they were overbooked! Room was trashy and very unclean when we did finally get one. Never again! Don't waste your time or money at this hotel.

Lady down the hall had a dog in her room that had the most annoying bark/howl I've ever heard, the room had a strong smell of weed upon entering. Cheech and Chong would pass out it was so strong, room itself was not too bad.

All kinds of weird smells. Our room (327) reeked of feet and dog AND HAS FLEAS. I was bitten within 3 minutes of us walking in. The bed had two pillows. One down pillow and one foam and NO BLANKET. I called front desk and the woman who sounded as though she was an 80 year old heavy smoker with her raspy deep voice gave me attitude about asking for more pillows. She said there were no more pillows and I could call back in 30 mins for a blanket and they MAY have one. I did not call again. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Really, the worst hotel I have EVER been to. We will not be back. Waste of my money. If all the rooms are this bad I don't know how this place stays in business. Go somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

Rooms were gross. Shannon at the front desk was amazing at helping to resolve the issues. They hotel doesn't have coffee pots or hair dryers in the rooms. The breakfast consists of coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bars and small muffin.

Room was barely cleaned. The bed was made and that is it. I found chicken mcnuggets behind the TV one of the chairs was grossly stained. The bedside table had grime on it. The shower had hairs in it and both the sink and toilet were left unscrubbed. I would not recommend staying here at all and regret giving this company money.

Room was large and it was perfect for working. Coffee bar and grab & go breakfast left something to be desired.

We stayed here for about a month because her house burned down and they took real good care of us.

The location is about 20 minutes from downtown. The rooms are comfortable. The service is fantastic.

Employer's are rude, not at all friendly. It's mentioned free breakfast, but only provided one cookie and coffee. Room was not clean. Rate is comparablly high when compared to the facility provided.

Good customer service. Not an amazing hotel, but affordable. Kitchen is stocked very well if you want to cook in your room.

At the beginning of the stay it seemed relatively nice given the price of the hotel. Several hours later I visited a colony of ants in the cupboards and leaking pipes. I ignored the quality of the hotel until the night after where I found a bedbug in the bed I was staying in. Not to mention I was already disappointed from the misleading "free breakfast" advertising, if you want to consider a granola bar and a muffin anymore than a snack. I attempted to make my stay better by getting hot chocolate from their "free breakfast" but what I found was an empty promise. I politely asked the staff to refill it, and to no avail they did nothing. After bringing up the concern of the bedbug to the staff they hardly acknowledged the problem.

It’ll do if you’re either totally broke, or having a fairly rowdy party and don’t want the staff warning you to keep the noise down and/or guests to a minimum. It’s clean when you first arrive, but housekeeping is your own responsibility after that. It’s practically on the Country Club Plaza, which is necessary because it keeps you distracted from the fact that you’re not at the Embassy or Marriott instead. Will I come back? Yes, when I’m desperate… Oh! One more thing: breakfast sucks (if you even want to call it that). Actually, the only reason I gave the place two stars is because I’m 20-years-old; parties still matter.

My room was never cleaned from the last person staying there. The bed was a mess, dirty, wet towels and trash strewn around the room. I had no time to deal with this as I was late for a wedding so when I got back later that night I told the attendant and she rolled her eyes and said "Please do not tell me I have to clean another room. " I was so tired and had to get up in 5 hours I just asked her for sheets and told her I would even make the bed. Awful, disgusting and the worst customer service in my life! DO NOT STAY HERE! The Extended Stay just to the west is so much better or the hotel next door.

I went to stay one night here, walked in the hotel and it seemed ok for a cheaper hotel and figured it would work for one night. Went up to the room, elevator smelled of B. O, the floor that my room was located smelt like people had been smoking in the building and the second I went into my room, it smelled terrible. I sat on the bed thinking, if the bed is decent I can overlook the other items, NOPE… hard as a rock, very cheap old mattress. For paying $80 dollars for the night, I expected at least a decent bed. I went immediately down to the front desk and asked for a refund. Went right around the corner to a different hotel that was ten times nice for maybe 40 bucks more. Totally worth it. Do not stay here!

My parents ended up here due to a house fire that both of them could have easily been seriously injured or worse in. Management was well aware of my parents situation. Unfortunately, they had to stay for slightly over a month. When fraudulent charges were brought to managements attention, the GM was confrontational Instead of trying to satisfy the guest, She did this in a "Im louder so im right", very childish way. I was NOT going to let her take advantage of my parents. Today I moved my parents outta there after realizing this hotel charged them the greater part of $3000, for 1 month stay. I confronted the gm on her wrong doing and she tried to argue with me with no substance to her logic. As I recorded this incident on video with my phone for everybody's protection, she tried to tell me I was breaking the law and when I got through to her that I was right, she murmured and mumbled her way into a different subject. Professionalism at its finest, right? Local calls were only FREE if we notice and dispute the charges that are wrongfully charged. Otherwise, you get fraudulently charged in hopes that these people that are going through a rough time, dont notice. This has to be illegal at some level but at the very least, its morally wrong. (I got the GM to admit it was wrong and she murmured something about "thats how our system works") Not only did my mother tell them they are bringing a dog with them, she had the dog with her at the front desk upon arrival.

Ignore all previous reviews. Hotel has new owner, new management, and has been renovated. Rooms look great now. Only thing outdated is the heat/ac units, however they work fine so I understand not replacing them. Hotel is cheap, we stayed a week. Cause of the low cost there are some pretty shady looking people that stay there. The hotel really deserves a 4, but I'm trying to help them out. Breakfast sucks. Just on the go stuff like muffins, bars, things of that nature. Main reason the hotel is getting a great rating is mainly due to the very accommodating staff. If you need something, just ask. They will try to help you how they can.

The room was great for the price, I liked the kitchenette and the layout of the room felt spacious yet cozy. The staff was nice, some of the other guests were a bit sketchy, but I suppose that can't be avoided. I've stayed at a lot of budget hotels and I have to say, this is one of the nicer ones. I would stay here again.

Stayed there in October 2013;never again. Dirty, decrepit, dated. Returned late one night after a meeting and was locked out; key card would not work inner vestibule doors. No one at front desk. Used house phone in vestibule but it only connected with automated line that no one answered. Finally went next building over which is Marriott Courtyard and told them of the problem. They had experienced that many times before from other guests of ESA. Clerk made several calls before finally able to talk with someone. Relayed to me that someone would be in front when I returned. Service worker let me in saying that she was doing laundry in the back. Like others reported, carpets stained, mildew in bathroom, mold in refrigerator; pathetic "free breakfast " consisted of a basket of granola bars. Yes, lots of younger construction workers staying there but they were quiet. It's a dump. Go elsewhere.

Wow, what a mess. I'm a business travel vet of 25+ years and thought I would stay here so I could cook for my special diet. I'm very easy going, but this place is just run down and dirty. I refuse to sit on anything without placing a towel on it first. Although the staff is trying to please, they just have no options. This place is in need of a complete overhaul. There are a lot of construction workers staying here, so I guess it is okay if you are just looking for a place to shower and sleep. I'm outta here.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in and the most rude staff we've ever encountered. The dirty/smelly room was enough to turn us off but without a single person that works at the hotel available to talk to, we were just left miserable. Never again will we stay at this hotel and sure hope our review prevents anyone else from making the same mistake we did!

Reserved a room over the phone. Arrived to find that room was not available. Promised two rooms for the price of the one we reserved. Went to the first room to find an unmade bed and towels all over. Went to the second room to find it occupied by someone already. The staff did not seem to take pride in their hotel.

I am so unhappy here. They don't even have ice. Basically this is a place for people to live. They did offer to bring up icecubes. And how long before I have ice. I want to leave this was for. My anniversary. Don't stay here please.

I stayed here for three days lets just say I didn't enjoy my stay what so ever. First I had to pay $100 cash deposit to stay in my room. Second there are stains everywhere and the Carpet looks as if no one has cleaned it in weeks. Third they don't offer house keeping and I had to walk down stairs to get clean towels and fresh trash bags. Fourth I had a kitchenette in my room and if I wanted to use any dishes in my room I again had to go downstairs and ask for what I needed. Now the last thing I will complain about the breakfast is all apples, oranges, and bar form. I was not impressed and will never be back. Please take my advice and go to motel 6 at least they clean there rooms and are cheaper.

I checked in on Friday, October 17th 2014 around 6:30 pm. The girl at the front next was very nice. I headed to my room on the 3rd floor and as I was walking I noticed stains EVERYWHERE and the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months! I went in my room and (THANKFULLY) put my bags on the bed. The phone was very dirty and the end tables looked like they had fingernail polish on them. After about 5 minutes of inspecting I decided to sit on the bed and call my husband who was a few hours away. That's when I felt something crawling on my leg and arms! FLEAS! They were all over me! They had to have been in the carpet since I jumped up and pulled the blanket and sheet back to inspect the bed. However, a few did end up on the bed I assume from jumping off of me! I went to the front desk and the girl offered to move my room 3 doors down on the SAME FLOOR! No thank you! I was literally picking fleas off of me in front of her and showing them to her. I got a refund and refused to get in my car for nearly an hour because after I got outside I kept finding more fleas! Apparently it was a "pet" room. Thank goodness I did not bring my dog on this trip! They need a bug man and new carpet ASAP! That is just unacceptable! I have pictures of the fleas posted as well.

Cheap rate but the $100.00 deposit is alittle over the top.

I stayed in this hotel for a week and loved it. I recommend this place for extended stays to everyone.

If you aren't used to upscale hotels you will be good. I checked out within the hour.
