I am always happy with my visits to Extended Stay America. They always have friendly workers from the front desk to the custodial staff. Their rooms are always nice with full kitchens, comfortable beds and chairs, tables and islands for eating. They have free Wi-Fi. And most importantly for me — they allow pets. The next time I need a hotel, I'll be looking at Extended Stay first.

Disgusting nightmare all the way around. Worst company ever. Horror story. Bloody tampons, nasty rags, roaches, hard to get help. NEVER GOING BACK! Couldn't pay us to go back. Didn't have our room. Had to sleep on the floor. Disgrace. The one in Tiffany Springs was the nightmare, but still couldn't get resolution from the airport location.

I arrived at 12:30am after traveling from Cambodia to Tokyo to San Francisco to Kansas City… Exhausted… The night manager answered the phone in the lobby and was so nice and friendly. He checked me in and I was so happy to step into a clean spacious room. I was concerned about my late check in and am so relieved. .

We had a quick, but excellent stay on our way out of town. Hunter was very helpful and not only called to make sure the room was clean and to our liking, but also supplied us with muffins in the evening since we had to leave before breakfast would be served the next morning. Excellent service! My only critique was that the sheets and blanket were rather thin. The room was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of towels and soap. There is a kitchenette and you can obtain dishes from the front desk if desired. If you are heading to the airport, there is a complimentary shuttle and you can pay $5 per day for parking. Priceline lists that there is a pool at this location, but this is erroneous. The other campus has an outdoor pool that is open during warm weather. Once again, the service was excellent! I would stay there again. Thanks Hunter and the rest of the staff!

One thing I have noticed you keep your rooms spotless. You never have to wait when ask for something you come fast. Another thing I really like is the employees have respect for each other. Prices are very fair.

This hotel is okay but has the worst staff I have ever seen none of them know what they are doing it took over 45 mins for me to just check into a room and the lady still wasn't sure if it was right. Then the charged me 3 different transactions and every time I call apparently no one has access to send me a receipt for the charges and want me to call back the next day. So if your looking for a good stay I'd look elsewhere and btw the Wi-Fi also blows so good luck if you do stay.

It was a good stay. First hotel I stayed in with a kitchen. It was cool. Made me think about traveling more. The employees were really nice. The only complaint would b that the bed was hard.

Hotel is a good value for the money. Staff is friendly and helpful and shuttle was to airport very quick.

I needed a place to sleep overnight while visiting an online date. The price was very reasonable and it had nice facilities. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to use them because I had other plans. This is intended to be a long term stay hotel. I could see that it was setup nicely for that purpose. Since I have stayed in places like this several times before I can say that it has everything you would need to live for a week to a month should you have the need. It just happened to be a good deal for a single night and close to where I needed to be.

This review is solely due to the fact I am here for business and the Internet is horrible. They make you pay for "hi speed Wi-Fi" which I did because it was a must and it topped out at 2 mbps with an upload speed of. 78 mbps. That's garbage!

We got in late and had an early morning flight so we were not able to experience many of the amenities. The receptionist was okay but not very warm and welcoming. The hotel room had a solid, non-carpeted floor which I thought was nice. The cleanliness of the room was slightly lacking in a few ways. The base of the toilet looked like it hadn't seen a good cleaning in a while, there were some hairs in the tub, you could see that there were some spots dried on the floor that hadn't been thoroughly mopped. But overall it was likely still cleaner than your average apartment. The bed was a little softer than being on the floor. The best part is that they have quick checkout and its only about a mile from the airport so it takes no time to get there. For the price it was sufficient and I would probably stay here again to save some money if I had an early flight again.

Great place, clean rooms. Good rooms with mini kitchen, fridge and microwave. I did not like the breakfast counter, it had only nutri bars and cup cakes. Coffee was good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Reading reviews online ahead made me worry that it wouldn't be as good as my previous experienced with this chain, but it was great! Check in was quick and easy, the room was spacious and clean, the shower was relaxing and the bed was comfortable.

No frills hotel. Clean, kitchenettes, close to expo center. Great value for the money.

Maintenance and housekeeping of common areas is very hit-or-miss. Staff has a degree of engagement that varies from satisfactory to lackadaisical. I'm not entirely thrilled to get a sight-unseen hotel booking here, but the rooms are generally passable.

Would like a better breakfast. Bed felt odd, like not as much padding. Lobby clerk pestered me for my age when I fully fit the criteria to check in.

Needed a place over night and ended up here. Shuttle service to and from airport was convenient and on time. The hotel itself could have been cleaner. Front desk had some issues and accidentally gave someone else our room. Everyone was surprised when they opened the door to an occupied room. Not sure how that happens.

Clean, simple, well run. The light roast drip coffee in the lobby was actually drinkable. I paid less than $60 after taxes for one night. The stay was well worth that price.

Room was very dirty. Bathtub had hair in it sink and mirror had toothpaste on them. Bathroom floor had dirt and hair on it. They attempted to move us rooms however the new room was fully used therefor we stayed in first room had it not been 1am and a non refundable reservation we would have gone elsewhere. I do not recommend this place.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, due to their lack of customer service and cleanliness, I got there the first night, the first room they assigned to me was horrible the floor was wet and smelt like mildew the toilet seat had urine on it, the guy at the front desk moved me to another room the tub was dirty, I went down to the tell someone in the morning the woman that was working at the front desk on July 16th was standing behind her desk texting when I told her about the dirty tub, she said she'd tell the maid when she seen her, she didn't seem to care, I asked her how long it would be she said she didn't know as she hunched her shoulders, nobody ever came and I just checked out today the 17th, I told the workers twice I needed extra towels, they never bought them to my too, when my friend went down to get towel they said they exchange your old towels with new towels, I travel a lot and stay in hotels/motels a lot, this has been by far the worst one.

Pleasant stay but the room was very dusty. I found miscellaneous clothing behind the dresser the TV sits on. I figured, who knows how long the clothes were there, they cut corners on cleaning rooms. Yuck.

Very friendly, but elevator and first floor lobby have no ac. That's horrible for employees and guests.

Very nice & homey feel. Comfortable bed, wasn't very quite bit I think there were some noisy guests, good that doesn't happen all the time, but other than that, the staff was courteous, very helpful & perky. I'd definitely stay again soon.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room itself. Bed set was comfortable, decent TV, and large desk area. Bathroom felt economical, but not aweful. "Grab and Go" breakfast was slighlty lacking in food, but better than most.

Overall I was pleased with the layout and feel of the room. The housecleaning staff did a good job preparing the room, although I wish they would have turned heater down to 68 or 70. I got a great deal on the room and will certainly consider staying here again.

Even thinking about this place makes me sick! the only good point about this hotel is the location! It is just like a " Trash can in a beautiful garden". Everything was too old! The toilet does not flush! It took forevee. The terrible part is : the towels were wet! We were out of toilet papers! trash can was full! But they said! Sorry! We do NOT provide housekeeping if you stay less than one week!. No wonder the hotel was empty! You can not see any one in the hotel! To go Breakfast! It was just a jok! Even don't about it! just stay away from this place! It is an expensive hotel and its quality is just Awful! I mean that! Awful.

Won't stay again, room was not clean, there was hair in the tub. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, I will do my best to find somewhere else to stay next time.

For the price that I paid for I couldn't ask for a better accommodation. Clean, spacious, microwave and fridge, and stove, plus free Wi-Fi and the staff is super friendly… The breakfast was disappointing but hey for what I paid for u can't get everything right? Ps. I was driving from NYC to Denver, and I used hotwire to get this hotel.

I thought econo lodge was good as it get, but here is just like home. Glad I came here for a better price and way better stay.

The receptionists are very friendly. They provide transportation to and from the airport which I think is great. The hotel is also very nice and clean. They don't provide room service everyday which is a good thing for me since I don't like being bothered in the morning when I'm sleeping! If you want something like towels and toiletries you can just go to the front desk and ask for them. They also provide grab n go breakfast. Things like coffee, hot chocolate, muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, and some fruits. My room was nice and spacey with a kitchen, counter to eat, flatscreen, and good bed. Overall it is a nice and simple hotel, my kind of place.

Terrible motel this is the worst place. I've ever stayed in my life! I was forced into either staying here or driving a long way every day because of a convention goin on but the beds were like concrete, the TV was an old style TV it was a 19 in. That weight lime 65 lbs that got 20 channels literally house keeping once a week only no exceptions no ice machine they reused ice trays it stunk to like a nursing home there wasn't one thing about this place.
