Snitches brought in by the police the owner thinks I'm an idiot this room sucks and Terrys starting to look cute.

Arrowhead Inn was absolutely disgusting and it's not worth it for the price at all. Waste of time and money, stains on the bed, bugs everywhere, unsanitary bathroom, burn holes in everything, even gum stuck to the wall. Horrible experience.

Horrible place. Nasty. Old. Run down.

The staff was very nice, and helped me out. Otherwise… no, no, nopity nope. I would like to add the following… I have changed my mind about this motel. I stayed there 3 weeks or so. When I arrived, I was exhausted. I said I would be there for that day. However I was too tired to move. I asked for a room with a fridge and that's what I got. There was no coffee pot. Or microwave. Took a while before I realized… Hey, ask for what you need. That's all I had to do. Remember they are upgrading.

Way over priced. Roaches crawling on the walls! No toilet paper! Really! And charged us 80! We was too tired to find another. Don't make same mistake we did!

The lady at the front desk sucks. I was there with friends, left without a charger, so I say in the front trying to get an Uber, told her I needed my phone charged, the maintenance guy talked her into taking MY cell with her behind the counter to charge it, but still wouldn't let me inside to wait even though she had my phone, and still called security to come question me. Thank God the guard wasn't as ignorant as her.

Has a crack head element to it. Could be great if you don't mind the monsters in the hallways or the sleeze in the stairwells. Hold your purse close but your boyfriend even closer.

My get away This place have came a long way. I like the fact that thier doing remodelling. And the rates are still reasonable. Not to mention the staff is helpful and friendly.

Nice and reasonable! definitely cleaned up a lot! nice rooms! reasonable prices, and good customer service! it's on the bus line, right off the freeway, and is conveniently located near gas stations, a few fast food and qsr restaurants, retail & grocery stores. It's also near the stadium; which is a plus! it's definitely worth the money…!

Was threatened by an aggressive dog and then rebukes by the phone desk for complaining about it after I overheard the front desk angrily telling some larger sweet tiny little dog can't be there.

No elevators, swimming pool & vending machine items are scarce. Appears to have previously been painted over several times in attempt to improve quality, but in fact, it made the appearance worse. Much more housekeeping issues would be the best quick fix. Overall, it needs a major makeover and get a lot of TLC. Positive things about Arrowhead Inn is the quality of customer service at the front desk. Everyone seemed happy to answer any of my question without hesitation and a smile. Believe it or not, common courtesy is still revered and appreciated on many levels. One question… How can and how do the Arrowhead Inn justify their way "overpriced" rates?

This was a slum motel for quite a few years. Over the past few years though the owners and maintenance crew have put alot of hard work into this building and it is really starting to show.

Creepy old expensive hotel. My room leaked water! Told the office and their like yea its an on going thing! Worst 80.00 ive ever spent! There is no free anything but trouble going there!

Don't go, it was disgusting! Not clean, burn holes in comforter, dirty carpet, what looked like blood on the wall & an oily tub. Do not waste your money!

Stayed here for one night for the Chiefs/Broncos game and it was a complete disaster. First when I got to the room I noticed a lot of outdated furniture and everything was in terrible condition except for the tv. I am not picky at all however for paying a little over $80.00 for the room I was extreamly dissappointed. Other hotels nearby are cheaper and offer a lot more and they did not even have a coffee machine here. I looked out the window to find that the screen was hanging off as if someone jumped out of it previously. While looking out the window I noticed a sign for rooms for $40.00 and I got the room at $80.00 which makes no sense at all because the room could not have been any smaller. When I woke up the next Morning there was the biggest cockroach I have ever seen crawling across the floor. I got out of there as quickly as I could. I highly recommend staying at any hotel except this one.

Do not stay here. Unless you are a pimp, prostitute or need a place to shoot up. It is extremely dirty. Dirt covered hallway carpet, two dead roaches in the bathtub, bathroom trash can had used toilet paper in it. I was there 22 minutes and asked for a refund because you have to pay up front. Their policy gives you 20 minutes to ask for a refund so I lost my money. Oh and the pool hasn't been usable in what looked like a decade.

Less then one star. The only good thing is the price. Bath room dirty, carpet sticky, musty smell, holes in ceiling, all vending machines had signs that said use at your own risk. Fridge filthy I was to scared to look at the microwave. People yelling all night. The room you can tell someone tried to break on the scream bent and torn the window locks broken. The staff was friendly. That place needs to be inspected by the city but that have to pay them off because it would be shut down. PLEASE DON'T STAY THERE I would not even let my worst enemy stay there. They should give people there money back. It's that bad.

It was absolutely disgusting. And dirty, headboard fell off wall when we sat on bed, mold in shower, had not been cleaned, cracked ceiling falling in in the bathroom, trash under beds, rented two non smoking rooms and got two smoking rooms… would not let us have our money back and find another hotel made us downsize to one room due to awful smoke smell … but wouldn't just let us leave … worst experience ever.

I'm not sure if this place is just being remodelled, or was recently reopened after a period of inactivity. Mostly vacant, pool drained, "restaurant" area was completely stripped, stairwells filled with building supplies. However! The staff was friendly, the room was clean (though could definitely use some improvements), and the rate was reasonable. If you just need a place to sleep without all the bells and whistles, you could do worse.

If you don't like lights that work, toilets that flush or the feeling of being clean then this place is awesome! I was afraid to take a shower in fear of getting a staff infection. The pillows were stained and there were hole in the curtains. If all you need to do is sleep then it's good. 2 stars cause I've only stayed in one place worse than this. It was in Vegas. The staff was nice too.

My friend stayed there when she came in town. I visited her and my overall impression was decent. Not only were the rooms nice and clean but the staff was friendly, and they had a good size indoor pool. Downside is location. Not the best area, but by far not even close to worst. A night stay is pretty cheap, good deal for your money.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST, RUN! despite the HUGE list of reasons I could give and have only been here 20 min, this place is so. Fucking. Gross. There is not even toilet paper $80?! Fuck that.

•filthy, moldy, sticky surfaces in bathroom …

•broken smoke alarm.
•broken A/C.
•fake phone (absolutely no dial tone or working buttons.
•no towels, wash clothes.
•the smell of marijuana was so bad we could have gotten high off of the odor!
•fire escape door was padlocked shut.
•no deadbolt on the door to our room Do you think they refunded our money? Heck no! We were there all of 10 minutes and barely touched anything for fear of bedbugs and/or other unmentionable gross reasons.
We genuinely were afraid for our safety. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY they are up to code or pass a health inspection. Please advise everyone to AVOID The Arrowhead Inn in Kansas City at all costs! Reminded us of a third world country and still cost $80/night!

Never been more concerned for safety, drunk guests barging up while I was checking in, some man chasing me down the hall trying to give me a hug until I dart down the hall into my room. When I alert the front desk worker he just states in a monotone voice, "would you like to cancel? " after ignoring me for a few minutes while he does whatever he wants with no acknowledgment. Wish there was a way to give a zero star review. Unfortunately, already paid online after booking. Don't stay here unless you're armed with a gun, patience and low expectations.

Don't go dirty run down and the worker last night was rude prejudice.

This place needs alot of work! It's rundown, they need to put money back into it. It's almost as old as I am.

Cool I guess I have a piece of mind but alot of the rooms are broken n the great rooms have to b reserved with a credit card n they have flat screens in them smoking rooms look like … well ull c.

WARNING… WARNING… If I could give this Nasty ass hotel negative stars I would… first the stool was black and had pads stuck in it… second my daughter couldn't even sleep I the beds because of bed bugs… the MANAGER came with an attitude from the start of the conversation… DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE.

Walking had a horrible smell… which was something me personally I could deal with… then there wasn't no toilet paper… But most importantly I woke with BED BEDS BITS on my hand and legs… me and my boyfriend moved the sheets and there they was full of my blood… just a dirty uncomfortable place to be of you're trying to relax.

It's in a really bad neighborhood with cars on jacks and missing tires in the parking lot. I had to beg for the free Wi-Fi password. The first room they gave me didn't have sheets on the bed or towels and was in the middle of being renovated. The second room was just disgusting and completely run down. The service wasn't any better. Every picture I saw online is a complete lie, I wouldn't doubt if there are bed bugs.

Workers are very rude, hotel is very dirty all over, great rooms are offered to employees while you get trash. Room service only twice weekly, no new towels or anything. Nasty hotel DON'T STAY HERE.
