Staff are outstanding and very kind. Rooms are ok, with small bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Would have expected a bit more for the price but would stay again. Staff make the difference.

Rooms are nice and clean, staff is really friendly! Kelvin at the front desk is really funny and super nice! Pool is clean and fun! I would recommend to others!

Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. The whole place appears to have been updated within the last 5 years I'm guessing.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. Nice pool. The the halls going to the room was always warm though. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.

The hotel was nice. Getting through the mini maze to get to the elevators was a bit weird, but overall it was an ok stay. I would make the doors to the room better. They allow too much light from the hallway in. And the curtains do not take the light out if the room from the outside.

Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms clean. Pool small but adequate. Breakfast was great!

Room not updated, but very clean. Staff was friendly and FUN! Pool area was clean. Breakfast is amazing! Not that bagel and fruit some places give. Eggs, waffles, eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juice, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, etc. Fantastic.

The manager Kelvin did a wonderful job helping our family who came from all over for a family celebration ensuring we had the proper accommodations for our various times of arrivals. We were always greeted with smiles by all the staff at all times of day and night. The rooms were clean and cozy. Definitely will make this our go to place whenever we come back to town.

Dim hallways, but the room was clean and well lit, and I got a great night's sleep. The free breakfast buffet wasn't fancy, but it was adequate, quick, and uncrowded.

I am a Choice Hotel employee and booked this room at the beginning of the month. We were to stay here on the 25th. We booked online and since I am a employee I get a discount. I received a call on the 21st saying that there was a glitch in the system and I was going to be down graded from the suite that I originally booked. Please tell me how that is my fault? Please explain to me how I am still a paying guest how you feel the need to down grade me because there was a glitch in your system? We have never been to MO. And now plan on driving straight through to Tennessee as our very first encounter was rude. If your a employee with choice hotels I do not recommend this property.

Over the last two years I have consistently stayed at this Comfort Inn. I absolutely love the rooms, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, and the nice little snack bag I get when I check in. You will not be disappointed. They greet me by name now.

All the staff has been amazing. They handed us a goodie bag with some cookies, fruit & water upon arrival. My husband and I went downstairs around 4am and the man setting up breakfast for 7am was very friendly, offered us fruit & yogurt for snacks before breakfast. The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable and the heater works great! We also both took long hot showers without running out of hot water! Hot breakfast this morning included make your own blueberry waffles, they also had fun toppings like blueberry, strawberry and apple compote, chocolate chips, raisins and granola. Yum! Sausage and eggs were available as well as many cereals and bagels/donuts. Best free hot breakfast I've had at a hotel of this price! Room service requested our wishes to not be disturbed but I was able to find them in the hallway and swap out clean towels. They offered everything we could possibly need as well. I definately recommend! Thank you to the staff for the great experience!

Calvin, Ty and Sheila made us feel welcome and extremely polite. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. If we are ever in St Louis again, this is where we will be.

Room was clean and the lobby had a nice breakfast bar, the beds weren't great but the furniture was of high quality. Overall a comfortable stay.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Or rooms on the 2nd floor were clean and comfortable. We received unexpected and incredibly appreciated gift bags in check-in. The free breakfast was also nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Out of date. With tech. No hd tv. If you use 2 ply toilet paper. Bring your own to this hotel! They only have tissue like paper. Like the bear commercial. The bear said. I will never get clean! Charmin! They brought their own.

The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities we're all great. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was accommodating and nice. I would definitely stay at that hotel again.

This was the most horrific chocie hotel stay I have ever encountered, and I am diamond member so I travel 90% of the year for work and have previously only stayed with choice hotels… until my stay at this particular comfort inn. Our room was so filthy and disgusting. There was leftover garbage from a previous guest and garbage underneath the couch as if it had never been vacuumed before. The room was hot and the AC wasn't working in the living room. There was hair in the tub from a previous guest. We also found two roaches the first night! Disgusting! So we decided that this hotel was not suitable for all of our lodging needs and decided that we will be checking out the following day (I had made a reservation for two nights using reward points). The following morning we found another roach! Gross! Taking a shower there was as disgusting as sleeping at this roach infested hotel. When we were packing our luggage, the cleaning staff came into our room without knocking. She just came in, while we were in our room packing, and just started to poorly clean (all she did was empty out trash cans and give new towels). We asked her if she can come back because we were still getting packed and getting ready for the day, and she just simply said no and refused to leave the damn room. When we checked out I ask the front desk that I wanted my points back, at the very minimum the points for the second night since we were checking out a day early.

Bathroom is tiny. Place feels dingy. Breakfast is sub par. I asked for a late check out. As a platinum member, I should be able to get until 2 pm. The front desk person would not even let me go past 12. What's the point of being a reward member if I am unable to get any of my perks?

Friendly, attentive and hospitable staff made for a pleasant stay for Eclipse 2017. Breakfast was as expected but for the busy time, ie full house, I didn't see any extras. Rooms were clean with the trim a little worn but fixtures were updated with the obligatory granite at this price point. This place had the smaller pillows but there were about 5 on the bed which was nice. Bedding was above par. Very cozy and fluffy comforter. The bedding is what I would expect in a Doubletree/Westin. Choice Hotels is the most consistent midpoint brand in the industry and this place holds up that reputation. I would visit this location again, quite pleased. Although I didn't use the exercise room it is quite small but the treadmill is sturdy for you bigger folks, I'm 6'5" and would have been fine.

It was clean, and the breakfast was good. The classroom door did not lock, apart from that we liked.

I feel a 5 is perfect to describe my experience. My boyfriend and I visited from chicago and overall our stay was pleasant. As soon as I reached home in chicago we realized he left his shoes in the hotel. We called and luckily they found the shoes. Management gladly offered to send the brand new pair of 200 dollar shoes back to our home (we paid a low cost shipping fee of course). I really appreciate their cleanliness of the room, great customer service and willingness to help us get his shoes back. I would recommend them to anyone and also will be using this establishment in the near future and many times ahead!

Comfy bed and OK breakfast. A. C. Needs a serious upgrade and the internet is anything but. If you need a clean place to stay, then this is a good place. But don't expect much more than that! Oh, and the staff is outstanding!

Clean rooms, friendly accommodating staff, and awesome living space! The shower and bath are like new with user-friendly fixtures. It will be my new home for travel assignments! Best value I have found while travel nuursing.

We had a great stay at the Comfort Inns & Suites. They were very Accomodating and the kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The breakfast had a mix of hot and cold options and the beds slept comfortably. We were just a short drive away from the sites of downtown St. Louis. The price of this hotel beat paying extra $$ for staying downtown St. Louis. We would definitely stay here again!

The indoor pool was still to cold to swim in. The shower in the room was either freezing cold or scalding hot nothing in between. You had to use a washcloth to turn the handle because you couldn't get a grip on it otherwise. The phone in the room did not work. The toilet paper and Kleenex was the cheapest you can get. Very thin. Pillows were tiny squares not normal size. They did However have a good breakfast set up.

Hotel is cleaned and the employees very friendly.
