I was only there helping a friend move some things but what I saw appeared nice. The bed looked comfortable. There was a vending and ice machine not too far from the room so I thought that was nice.

The overall impression of my stay at Motel 6 was not good. The bottom line is — the room was very poor quality. Here are the pros and cons of my stay. Pros:-Mostly friendly front-end staff-Cheap priceCons:-Room smelled like smoke-Bathroom light didn't work — even after I reported it and they said they'd fix it. — Dirty sheets — Toilet barely flushedI won't be coming back again. I'd rather just pay twice as much and stay in a halfway decent place.

We lost power due to storms and called motel 6 to see if they had a handicap accessible room and would take our dogs. They were very accommodating so we could get out of the heat and the price was great for last minute. My only complaint is the beds were very soft and there weren't any drawers or place to hang things.

The room I had was so nice! The bed was made so nice, the receptionist was so nice. It was very clean. I would definitely stay again. I slept so peacefully there were more than enough towels for us. The only con I had which it still looked clean was the tub a little rusted but that takes remodeling other thank that loved my stay.

The 1st Non-smoking room we stayed in smelled like a smoking room then we moved to the room next door and it was so much better and cleaner. I had an okay stay. The front desk ladies were very friendly.

If I could give — 5 stars I would. My bed had hairs all over it. The bed frame had hair stuck to it and their were long hairs all over the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned. The tub was rusted all around the drain. The telephone in the room had no phone cord attached to it. My TV remote control was completely broken. It was ridiculous! I have made a complaint with Guest Relations after leaving a message for Emery Bryant the General manager at this location to call me back. It has been approximately 3 weeks. I have been lied to time and time again. It was noted in there system that I was offered compensation for my trouble and I denied it. If I was offered compensation, I would have no reason to keep following up with this company. This company is a fraud. I recorded how nasty my room was and I emailed it to guest relations. I got a call from Vanessa in Oh and her return phone number was disconnected when I called it back. This company has apologized to all bad reviews around my review as if they really cared. This is motel is a complete fraud, the pictures on their website look nothing like the rooms they rent out to their customers. Horrible, Horrible and shame on you Mr Bryant and the corporation of Motel 6. I expect a call from you by the end of this week Mr. Bryant.

During my stay the room was cold to begin with. A maintenance man make an adjustment on the heating unit it never work properly after he left and it never work properly before it was always a bit cold in the room. To be truthful the unit is possibly expired and needs to be replaced I mentioned it to the manager doing my check out even though he apologized I felt it wasn't enough. Sleepless night.

I enjoyed my stay, it was peaceful and clean. The staff was respectful as well as friendly. I'll see you guys again real soon to be exact. Thank you for excellent services.

The front desk staff and cleaning crew was polite, courteous and attentive to my needs during my 5 days stay at room 150. For the price and amenities of the unit it was fair and adequate. My only complaints are that the AC/Heat unit in the room was loud or noisy when in operation mode (makes it hard to sleep with the intermittent noise), the bathroom shower water control device (why can't I use the work knob? ) would not shut all the way causing water to drip even when in close position (fix that drip! ) and the towel rack in the bathroom is not fully secured to the wall where it is attached. As I've mentioned, it was a good stay for the price and maybe in the future, FREE Wifi connection ought to be included in the price and not having to pay for it. Other Motel 6 branches have that amenity included why not Motel 6 — Florissant?

I would have given 5 stars but I was kind of bothered that the room did not have an iron microwave of fridge. Also maintenance wanted to come and fix the fan in my room during my stay which I found to be rather rude. Maintenance should have waited until I checked out instead of coming during my stay. Also when I reserved online they could not confirm my reservation. And when I got there after reserving my room 2 days in advance they said I had to wait until 3 pm to check in. But I called the day before and the person on the phone said I can check in as early as 5 a. M.

I especially appreciated Shallette and Danielle's help when I checked in (during the pouring rain! ). They were so helpful, even letting me use their desk phone to cancel my reservation with the stop I was planning to go to if the rain had not stopped my travels. On the other hand, there was the main desk clerk on duty when I left on Sunday morning 2-25-18. I don't know his name but he was really not ever going to go out of his way to help guests… whether he was asked on the phone or in person. His excuse? It was just SO SO busy on Sunday morning. Maybe, but I didn't really see it. On the phone when I asked what was wrong with the heat, he replied he didn't know anything about it. When I ended that useless call I said thank you and he replied "you're welcome". Really, for what? Correct response would have been "Sorry I wasn't able to help you with that. "

Well I'm in the room now and the only reason we're staying tonight is because we've been driving all day. Upon entry the stench of urine was horrible. The beds aren't clean and the towels smell as well. This is the exact opposite of what was told to me when we made the reservation! They said clean large comfortable rooms. Complete turn off the toilet and tub aren't clean either! Terrible room on my first night of vacation! So I asked for some clean bedding they just sent sheets. I had to call back and tell them bedding is everything on the bed. Was getting ready to go get some ice the Ice Bucket is filthy as well! This is ridiculous! So I went to wash my face there's no hot water in the sink even after running it 10 minutes do a while later I took a shower the plumbing is so bad the water wasn't even going out it was half way up the tub so I had to get out. I can't believe this what could possibly be next! A total rip off!

I purchased the premium Wi-Fi. It didn't work. There was no hot water in my building. There was stains all over both comforters. I was overcharged for my room. I booked for 2 nights. I left after the first night. I'm still waiting on the credit. Even though, the front desk representative was nice, it didn't help and he was not very knowledgeable. If I was told there was no hot water, I would have never checked in.

My guy and I stay at this motel five times a year while vacationing to see friends and family. This location has to be the best as far a budget goes. We've stayed at other places around the world and the service here is the best. Ms Shale ta, Danielle, and my housekeeper Pat make our stays worth it every time. I rarely post reviews but Great service should never go unnoticed. These ladies go above and beyond. Looking forward to my next trip and my stay at this Motel 6.

Been here several times before but this stay was sub par. First opened the door to the room and there were no pillow cases on the pillows. Had to flag down a housekeeper to get some. Then once in the room realized that the fire alarm battery was low because it was chirping incessantly. Called the front desk and asked for it to be replaced or i. Needed another room. Was told they would send someone up. Called BACK an. Hour later and. Was. Told. He couldn't get in touch with a service guy so I asked for a different room because I could not deal with the beeping. They were booked up. I asked what our options were because I wasn't gonna deal with this all night. The manager said he'd be up to replace the battery. About an hour later I use the restroom and there is NO tissue. Not even a partial roll, it was literally cardboard in the holder. So I'm looking for a towel, there are literally 3 hand towels and not a single. Face or bath towel in the room! Seriously? There were no. Cups or ice bucket either! Come on! These things are BASIC. Not pleased at all.

Mr. Kyle Horton works front desk and is truly a dedicated person to the expedited perfection of custumer service. He really is. GREAT (Greater, Respectful, Engaging, Approachable, Trustworthy) and very accommodating to the customer needs. I don't really write reviews but I do believe in giving credit where its due. He definitely deserves one because he presents a positive image to the Motel 6 Franchise.

It was a wonderful experience. Room was clean and organized very well. Staff were very helpful and polite. My family & I were very comfortable. Very quiet and comfortable environment.

Housekeeping knock on the door before I could answer she opened the door. That is very inappropriate. I do believe that she was out of line. I had already talked to the house keeping staff and told them I did not need anything earlier today. About 4:30p house keeping come back again to supposedly checking the room again. Asked for trash bags and towels. She did not bring the correct towels back. She did not bring no body towels or no wash clothes at all. I have stayed here before and never had this bad of services before. I personally feel violated by the unprofessional people. The house keeping staff needs to be retrained.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was perfectly fine. The only real complaint I have is the bathtub/shower, which looked horrid due to A LOT of staining and what appeared to be some sort of lime or calcium buildup. It was so bad I decided to not even use it.

Everything was perfect I had called the front desk to get directions and the young lady who answered was professional and nice and gave very good directions. We arrived and the young lady honored my request for a room on 1st. Floor. Rom. Was clean.

The room was clean, and I slept well. However, there was a non-smoking sign and the room smelled strong of smoke. The odor hit me when I first walked in, and I could smell it through my CPAP machine. This was a first for me, for Motel 6 has always been a nice motel. I will still recommend your motel, but I was not as satisfied as I would usually be.

Poor service at check-in. At first said I did not have a reservation then, I showed him the email and he suddenly found it yet, still was rude about it. We only had 1 towel. There was two of us. We asked, never showed up. We had to share a towel. We asked again the next door, never showed up. The room was not cleaned and when we asked about he did not know why they skipped our room but was going to send someone. Nothing. 2 days in we got a second towel. The room was made the 3rd day but you can tell it was rushed. Three pillows stacked in a pile, she was crumbled under blanket. No soap was left. Oh and we were missing a nightstand, we used a chair. It was the worst experience ever. I was shocked, I didn't expect much for the price but, seriously… provide a towel.

Man working the front desk was nice but hotel is in need of updating. The room had a very strange smell like some type of chemical and the shower looked dingy. The beds were not comfortable. Would not stay here again.

Upon first entering the room, it appeared clean yet the air was 'stuffy'. I eventually noticed the bath tub mat was in terrible condition and falling apart. There were stains on the bathroom door which appeared to be a really dark red color resembling blood, crumbs stuck to a wall and curtains. My safety lock for the door was broken which left me feeling unsafe. I was only staying for one night and had been driving for hours so I slept and left. I didn't find anything wrong with the bedding and it felt clean. Overall, this was probably my worse experience at a Motel 6, and I'm a frequent customer of this chain when traveling because of its affordability and pet policy. I would not recommend this location to others.

Reserved a room online. Called the day of to confirm my reservation. Then after a five hour drive, I was told there were no rooms available. Might have been a blessing in disguise, we found a much better room for only a few bucks more down the road. The night manager was friendly and as helpful as one can be in that situation, for what that's worth.

I have traveled a lot and this has to be by far the worst hotel I have ever been too! Non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray, was given another only to have the same smell and one of the beds was still messed up from previous guest. Thought I was getting a good deal booking in advance only to have to pay a higher price elsewhere due to last minute booking. You stay here and are disappointed, your own fault because you have been warned!

The rooms are updated. Accent wall is nice, new laminate wood floors are a plus. It took 3 trys to get a room with a bathroom that was decent enough to use for 6 days. They could use better linens on the beds and the bathroom need some serious updating. Better house keeping is needed as well. We stayed 6 nights and house keeping called twice and came only once. Only to bring towels and tissue. No one cleaned the bathroom, swept the floor or changed the bed linen.

Housekeeping is horrible! They claimed my room was cleaned, I came back after being gone all day and nothing was done. Oh but they did leave fresh towels on the TV! And this happened on more than one occasion. If I could give — 0 stars I would!

Smelled like cigarettes even though we got a nonsmoking room. Other than that it was fine.

Worst place I've ever stayed. Our room had huge bugs, the shower didn't work and was extremely dirty, and the beds only had thin sheets for blankets. Not to mention that even though a police officer sits in the parking lot all night, every night, somebody still stole the hitch off the back of my truck. Don't stay here.

They lost our reservation after they said that they had the room waiting for us and when we pulled up to the hotel the place is filled with nothing but drug addicts just starring you down and it made me feel uncomfortable … If I could I would give this place zero stars.

The rooms were beautifully remodeled upon entry to my room. The pleasantries soon came to an end when I reached the restroom however. There was mold under the sink and around the tub. The floor of the tub was filthy and the walls were cracked. It was highly disappointing and easily preventable with proper DAILY cleaning. The poor quality linens and scratchy towels were things I expected to find in a $50 motel room, but I also 100% expect that it should be clean. Not worth any amount of money honestly. Avoid.

Really sketchy place. I actually didn't even get into my room because my room key didn't work. At 1 am in morning there were people crawling out of the rooms (not sure what they were doing) with very poor lighting. I didn't even bother getting a new room key or getting a refund. I just got out of there before I got robbed. As it turned out, there was a very good reason this was the only hotel in St. Louis with vacancy. I ended up sleeping in my truck which was better than staying here.
