Had a great time. The staff was really nice. I will be back. They except dogs. Cool.

The hotel is pleasant peaceful clean quiet area, its very spacious rooms, convenient for extended stays stove available pots pans cups utensils available around the clock, only bad thing about hotel is staff members can't talk much because their to busy working. Staff member Chanelle is very easy to talk to she very helpful sometimes she knows what we want without us asking, towels always available, soap always available, smiles from her seem to be unlimited, everyone says she make the hotel seem like home more than a hotel, and I think she should work more days so she can bring good energy to the hotel, and the hotel staff as a whole is very nice and communicate with residents very openly and politely.

Very nice amenities. Not the prettiest showers ive ever seen in a hotel but certainly functional. Pleasant and polite staff. The knobs on stove come off so it makes it difficult to turn it off. Beds are very comfortable and come with three different pillows of various soft/ firmness. Would be nicer if a full breakfast and weight room were available.

My stay here has been delightful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and ready to help and anticipated and met my every need. The staff members Shelly and Chanelle have gone above and beyond service and have made my stay extremely comfortable. I will most definitely return.

Chanelle and Shelly they are fantastic both should be employee of the month it has been a pleasure staying at Cassie’s hotel. I will be back in future. Excellent training provided by Cassie.

I enjoyed my 5 week stay here at this location. Their staff is excellent, patient and knowledgeable. I felt home away from home. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning rooms. The front desk clerks was always welcoming and the managers the same. I shall return.

Other than having to go to the front desk to ask for everything that should be in the room (ie… silverware, blow dryer, toaster, pots, plates, etc…) the rooms are great, it is quiet, shuttle service is good, but breakfast sucks. There are mini muffins sometimes, nutty bars, oatmeal & weak coffee. Staff is very nice. Also there NOTHING in walking distance to the hotel. Issues with the boiler… Hit and miss hot water… day 8 the boiler is out… had better NOT be another day without hot water!

They were awesome friendly. And the place is very clean. It was a pleasure staying here convenient location.

I loved the room. I also loved the fact that their kitchen actually had oven and not just the stove top. One of the receptionist was very nice.

It was a nice clean room. Not expensive. No frills for sure, but it got me through the night without issue. The location seems to be in a commercial zone that doesn't have much going on during the weekend, kind of boring but I felt very safe and that is a positive thing in my opinion. I was in St. Louis just for sight seeing and I do admit that this is quite a drive away from all the action.

Nice place if you are going to stay awhile. Kitchen is decent size and comes equipped with a dishwasher. Staff is friendly. Location is safe though right next to the highway. There is plenty to do nearby including several casinos, the amphitheater, restaurants, and st charles main street is just across the river.

Staff are real nice and accommodating. The beds have stains and overall cleanliness is subpar.

It was a truly a pleasure staying here at Extended Stay in Earth City. I appreciate all the help from Cassie and Rodrick did a great job on the building everything is beautiful. And the ladies Nicole and Tanya Channell, the guys Darrius, Charles and Orlandas were the BEST! They all deserve raises. Happy Holidays & God Bless.

Well it's a great place to sleep foreal not even lying.

This place is a complete joke. I arrived here on the 24th of September and the room was dirty with old water bottles under the bed and behind the night stand. Housekeeping never comes to clean the room at all. One worker at the front desk has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in my life. This place is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very unprofessional and nasty.

Awesome place comfortable rooms comes with stuff to cook with and excellent customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS A HEALTH HAZZARD! This place is infested with bed bugs, the rooms smell like rotten eggs and spoiled milk, the hallways smell like piss, pickle juice and paint. The washers fill with water that smells like rotten eggs and the dryers smell also. The peroxide blonde manager, "S", — aka Backpage Barbie is loud mouthed and rude, she looks like she just creeped in from being out in the bars all night and is more interested in flirting with male truck driving students than she is in cleaning that dump up — it's more akin to a Trap house than a place you would choose to stay. Oh yea, and the breakfast sucks too, Granola Bars, Oatmeal and if you're lucky there may be coffee. This place is pathetic.

Keisha at the front desk was wonderful. The room was really clean, nice kitchen and the bathroom was really nice.

AMAZING, this place is so nice and spacious and some of the most friendly awesome staff I have ever seen. The rooms are bigger than the lumiere in downtown st Louis. Wish I could give them more stars.

The service is very regular, the breakfast service is lousy.

I should have figured the way my stay was going to go from the 1st time I walked up and received cat calls while I was in the parking lot and in the lobby. The staff did nothing to stop the group of men that were being vulgar. I stayed there for the week I have to admit I did not feel safe. If I did not work such long hours I would have switched my hotel. They ran out of pans during my visit. I finally was able to get a pan the last night of my stay. What is the point having a kitchen if you don't have a pan to cook in? Calling the place clean is an over statement. My room had dead "beatles" in it. At least I keep telling myself they are beatles to make myself feel better. The hotel just has an odd smell and is not very clean from the elevator to the rooms. The only reason that I am giving the place two stars is the staff was friendly, and polite. I do wish they would speak up when other guests are being harassed. I am a women that travels half the year for business. I would not recommend this hotel any other women that travel alone, or anyone that likes a clean hotel room.

Its my first we here and ima be here a while but I looked up the price and I like it for what it is. And it has a kitchen in your room. That is way better then most places. Some days the employees seem to look upset but over all it is a great place to say and you will be able to save more cause you can cook your own food instead of ordering. Been to high price ones but this place makes it worth sending the money to stay to help you save.

Stayed here while attending class at MTC there are a few at the front desk who are completely indifferent to everything a few others who are awesome. The rooms are hit or miss some have carpet some have laminate flooring. The air conditioning system is different in each room mine was way older some of the others are new but sound like a jet engine.

I had to stay here because it was the only place convenient to the airport that had vacancy. Price didn't seem too bad relative to nearby hotels. Room was not very clean. Desks, fixtures, TV remote, etc. Needed to be dusted. There seemed to be excessive hair on the floor, like the carpet hadn't been well vacuumed. The computer chair looked like it had never been cleaned and had hair all over the seat. I also dug a big clump of hair out from between my pillow case and pillow. I definitely recommend staying someplace nicer, if you've got the budge for it. I would not stay here again.

If I could give a zero I would. I stay in hotels about 15 times a year for my daughters' competitive sports. It is always just me and an 11 or 12 year old GIRL. I have never felt so unsafe EVER! The lobby was tiny and 4-5 black men heckled my daughter and I as we checked in. The front desk rep was rude and offered no explanation while her 3ish year old son ran wildly behind the front desk. The men in the lobby used extremely inappropriate language and continued to make comments through out the check in process. The room is stinky and musty and the floor is sticky. Like I said, I stay in hotels about 15 times a year. I admit I don't leave reviews when I have a good experience. Please know how upset I had to be to write this review. Unless you are a grown man that wants a dirty stinky room, do not stay here!

Room seems clean enough. I have one on the third floor smoking room. DoesNot have burn holes all over. So cleanliness is fine. What I'm upset about is that you can't enter the building after 11 even with your key. Also there isn't a coffee maker or coffee in the rooms. Though the front desk said I could come pick one up. I got a smoking room but no ash tray. And with no coffee I had to use the vending machine which was hidden in the laundry room and a small oj costs $2. So not great for a one night stay when u are used to having these things. But for the long haul yes. Much better than the super 8 I stayed at last time. Much much better. So I'd come back. Just be aware of what ur walking into if ypu are used to normal hotels.

Stayed here for couple of weeks, they had the bathroom door not fixed even after reporting. Always felt a stingy smell in the non smoking room One of the dryer in the facility will eat your money and will not do the job While checking out I told above ones, the person there didn't care about anything They gave the code for paid faster internet close to end of my stay Few people in front office are really good, few have a attitude.

Do not stay here. We travel A LOT and this is the WORST hotel I have ever attempted to stay at. I say "attempted" because 5 minutes after checking in, we left. To start, the entrance to the hotel from the back parking lot was propped open, allowing anyone without a key access to the hotel. At the top of the stairwell, there were several large bags of trash left, stinking up the hallway right next to our room and other guest rooms. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but we were put on a smoking floor and told "no other rooms are available. " There was no pull-out sofa like the hotel room description listed. When we asked for a roll-a-way, we were told they do not have them. What hotel doesn't have a roll-a-way bed? The rooms were supposedly furnished with all the amenities one would need. After all, it's an extended stay. Nope. There was one towel hanging in the bathroom, nothing else. Not even a wash cloth. The floors had blood stains. The windows were broken/cracked. The kitchen stove had dirty dishes still in them. There were no plates/pots/pans/silverware. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room. Disgusting.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are really nice, and clean. The price was reasonable for how great the rooms are.
