I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Front desk was courteous. Checked in our room, and it was clean. Queen size bed was really a full size (to me… guess I'm used to my sleep number bed). Quiet and the rooms have a mini kitchen (sink, dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, mini stove made for top cooking only). There's a Bass Pro Shop, Outlet Mall, baseball stadium (Mississippi Braves) and restaurants about 10 minutes away. Awesome time here! Who knew?!

This place was terrible! First hand, I was told that I was staying in a King suite. When I got there, they put me in a smoking double. They were rude and lack customer service! I wish I could give them a negative star. Horrible. Plus I got a receipt upon checkout that wasn’t even my card.

Great place the staff is easy going and very polite ide recommend this inn to anyone wanting a quite safe CLEAN place to stay this is it.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The full suite allows you to cook food and save some money while you are there. They are also pet friendly.

Clean rooms, nice staff and decent prices. Stayed with wife, two kids and the dog. Probably won't find a bigger room for the money.

It was just okay. Obviously older, with some signs of wear and tear. Pet friendly is a plus. The bathtub floor was warped, which was a little unnerving during my shower… Wish they offered a continental breakfast.

No swimming pool, they're remodeling, but they've got Comcast, or Xfinity, they're ING so I can earn points through Holiday Inn.

My room and the building were nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard, not to soft. In general this was a quiet restful night. The room and hallways stayed comfortably warm even with it being so cold outside. Could hear a little noise of any loud talking from other rooms at times, but not much. I plan to stay here again on my next trip this way.

Evacuated here from Florida during Hurricane Irma. The staff was unbelievably helpful and nice. The room was large and clean. Would stay here again.

I stayed here for 8 nights after my truck broke down. First off, they have a good “pet policy”, charging $25 for the entire stay. The room was very clean, and the amenities good. They have a well stocked cooking area with stainless cookware, dishes, glasses, electric burners, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator. There is a Dollar General (beer) and Family Dollar close by, with the nearest restaurants about 3/4 mile down the road. Big grassy areas nearby to walk your dog. Free coffee machine 24/7. Very nice staff, couldn’t be more pleased.

The room was clean. Bed slept very good. No noise quiet for good peaceful sleep.

Always Clean! Always have availability and quick service. Great and safe place to stay if working in Jackson area. Perfectly located, right next to a family dollar and dollar general you can walk too. Also anytime fitness. Great parking it seems very close to the Entrance. Always a wonderful stay here, I’ve been staying here for work for many years now.

Not a bad hotel and location isn't bad. But it wouldn't be my first choice. Unfortunately I booked the rate which was paid in advance. If I could have received a cancellation I would have cancelled. This hotel is on the side of the expressway opposite from all the restaurants, outlet mall, movies etc. But it's not far from these amenities. The rooms were smaller than what we are accustomed to. We loved the kitchenette which is what we typically look for in a hotel. The TV is small and it looks like it maybe going out soon. White line flicks across the top. I was also disappointed they did not have FREE continental breakfast. We normally find a nice hotel, in the mist of all the happenings, with kitchen, separate bedroom with TV and living space with a TV. This time everything was booked. I thought since it was a suite it would be that kind of set up. The pictures are deceiving. Staff was nice.

Solid no frills accommodations. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable with everything you need to live like you're at home. If you're staying in the area for more than a few days and need an extended stay this place should be high on your short list of places to stay. Only gripe I have is that the Wi-Fi is a bit spotty and drops out at times. Speeds are definitely meh… But it'll get most of what you need to do done.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Only thing I have to complain about is no breakfast. You have to pay for it. What kind of hotel makes you pay for their "continental breakfast "?

Pros: cheap rate, and clean room. Cons: bed was super old, and uncomfortable. The shower head shoots razor blade pressure water with no adjustment. The TV is tiny, and had a fuzz stripe across the top. I've stayed at a lot of IHG and Hilton properties and this is top ten worst. I left a day early and moved to the Candlewood in Flowood. Drive the extra 7 miles to Flowood, they have a much nicer facility, and king beds for a couple dollars more a night.

Adequate hotel. Room was on small side but had kitchette with full-size fridge. I would have liked more water pressure for the shower.

It was fine. Didn't smell good in lobby and halls, and fragrance in room was really strong. But it did for the night.

This place wreaks. The hotel staff was rude and did not speak English very clearly. I have no qualms about an accent but we could barely understand each other. The room wreaked of alcohol and cigarettes. Unfortunately I booked a smoking room but the serious odor of booze was almost unbearable. The so called "suite" I booked was an over glorified motel room. The bed was supposed to be a queen and was barely a double. And the a/c unit has some sort of funk growing in it. I was actually scared to sleep in the bed. As gross as the hotel is there's no telling what's in the beds.

I received Excellent Customer Service upon arrival. Speedy check in, agent was friendly and informative and I was greeted with my first name. I felt very important. The Hotel is very clean and quiet… Nice pool even though not season for it… enjoyed the very accessible work out room. The open cabinet idea is nifty…

Very friendly staff with great prices for clean large rooms with full kitchenette including work desk, recliner, flat screen tv, comfy beds, full size refrigerators, stove top, and microwave. Very clean hotel would highly recommend. Management Raj was very friendly and accommodating. Hand down best place to stay with best price. Thanks again for a great stay.

Location was great for my needs. Full kitchen was awesome. Very nice and clean!

The hotel is nice and in a good location, the service was good and the beds are comfortable. But the first room they gave us had an overwhelming pet urine odor, but the did promptly issue a new one and were easy to work with.

Very bad customer experience. Hotel staff is incompetent, but will smile at you. If I may give a piece of advice avoid this hotel — I had to stay here due to work and did for 10 days. Internet connection does not work or is unstable at best, house keeping (even though only once per week) misses out on cleaning and restocking and furniture squirks. You'd be better off at another hotel…

Absolutely terrible customer service from the moment we began to check in. Nikita was not a good listener, among other things such as, charging two of our cards double while talking circles around her mistake, never admitting she had made one. Kenneth, the new manager, was very rude to all of us and then did not assist Nikita in handling the problem. Cory and Katrina were the best staff members in the entire building. The others should follow their lead. Absolutely horrible. I will not return.

My family was traveling across the country in our car and our car broke down. We had already made a reservation at this hotel. The person we spoke with on the phone was completely unwilling to be flexible or understanding and refused to cancel the reservation and charged the full amount. I realize this was against their policy but, in certain circumstances, there must be exceptions. Especially for IHG platinum members. I would not recommend this hotel even though I never stayed there. Mgmt/owners do NOT care about anything but money.

Horrible! This hotel repeatedly swiped my debit card when they were told not to do so as we would be paying in cash. According to my bank this constitutes fraud and ended in overdraft charges for me. Raj refuses to refund me the money. It is also very dirty. The cleaning staff does not do a good job in removing debris from the last tenant. The customer service line does not help you either. Do not stay here if you can stay somewhere else. We woke one morning to a woman beating on a neighboring room door — cursing and screaming-at two in the morning. The night shift person was asleep in a back room and refused to answer the phone. This disturbance went on for approximately thirty minutes — everyone in my room was awake at this point. This hotel operates like a flop house. People in and out-.

Very clean friendly and fast. Marriott is a no go compared to this property.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. We didn't even stay one night, we got to the room and it stunk like cat and dog urine, the chair looked like it had been used as a scratching post, the carpet was nasty. Do not ever stay at this place.

Horrible management! I have attempted to contact Raj (manager and owner) since Thursday concerning a $238 refund that should have not been charged plus a second charge for $118. I caught him finally on Saturday. Rushed me off the phone and never called back. I called back and of course he is gone for the day! I'm contacting the BBB and police because this is theft! I refuse to let you take $350! This is a ridiculous establishment.

Nice place to stay long term. Clean rooms, full size frig, stove, dishwasher. Highly recommended. Some problems with computer system checking in, but fixed promptly.
