The visit last year was much better. This year, the bath water was yellow (the lady mentioned it was well water) & they charged me $20 for a roll-away-bed (I had to send my some back for the receipt after giving him cash for the bed), no meats at all for breakfast the day we checked in nor the day we checked out.

Very friendly and accommodating. This is the second time we have stayed there. Rooms are clean and motel is not very old.

Great hotel, stayed in Florence, MS. Showers lack a little, soft water and need more anti slip tape. But overall a great experience.

The staff is awesome! So helpful and friendly. We were traveling to Florida from Texas and we were in a wreck and the police officer brought us here until the rental place opened in the morning. They super helpful from the moment we walked in the door until we checked out. The rooms are clean and comfortable we would definitely stay here again.

The accountant at the front desk was really nice and he never did seem like he didn't care about us being there or not. He kept a steady conversation with me. The place itself is really nice, the room is nice too. It has a view which is a plus.

New Built Hotel, Clean, Quiet, relaxing Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Sitting in most accesible location, I like the seafood Buffet named Berry's beside it. Super Dollar store next to Berry's. More restauarant, entertainment and shopping 2 — miles away. My husband and I tried the China Buffet about 2 — 3miles away too. Its a clean and good place to it like 9$ each when we had our dinner. Try and Judge!

Very nice place. The staff was very welcoming and even had fresh coffee made for me at 3am when I told them I was getting an early start. I definitely recommend this place.
