If I could write a review without hitting one star I would. I came to Prentice for work and was sent to the Countryside Motel. I have travelled on several occasions for work and some for leasure. I usually stay in cheaper hotels and motels but this one was the worst I have ever seen. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom smelled like acid, the hot water didn’t work, the lamp was a naked light bulb, the “continental breakfast” consisted of coffee that you have to make yourself because the hostess couldn’t be bothered to wake up. We booked an extra night and could not get a refund from the owner. We stayed here with several other companies to work on HWY 13 for several weeks and none of us will ever be back here.
