My stay was good. The only thing that bothered me was how old the building looked. Needs some updating. Other than that, all was well.

Awesome place. Pet friendly. And a healthy breakfast every morning, served by friendly staff. Love this place.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms were really clean, comfortable beds, and a lot of amenities. The staff here were really nice as well. My only gripe; the breakfast. The usual continental, but they had these weird things that you had to microwave yourself. (Prepackaged meals). Ended up forgoing breakfast and just picking up McD's, sorry! (Not sorry). The location could be a bit better too. Kinda off the unbeaten path so to speak. Not really anything within walking distance.

Comfy, clean, spacious room. Breakfast was great, but a little crowded due to the odd layout. Digital key worked just fine and made check in efficient.

Pool is warm which is a plus for kids. The rooms are new and clean. Continental breakfast offers many options and the staff is exceptional!

Was greeted by 2 really nice guys at the front desk who explained everything that I needed to know very well. My room was nice which was expected from a fairly new hotel. Even being close to the interstate couldn't hear the traffic which was nice. Perfect location for us to stay when we go to Brewers games as it is only about a 15 minute drive from Miller Park. Only complaint and it wasn't anybodies fault really is the alarm clock was on in our room so got woke up at 6:45 on a Sunday morning but I probably should have looked at that before I went to sleep. All in all, it was a good stay and will more than likely stay again.

I originally rated Home2 Suites by Hilton 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I was contacted by the team to ask if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. In fact there wasn't! The staff is kind and attentive. The hotel is clean and I haven't had one complaint. As I am staying in the 40 day mark, this has been remarkable. Really a fantastic stay. Thank you team!

We where there for a soccer tournament had A LOT of kids, but they were fantastic, so polite, nice, PATIENT, especially our front desk guy 'Mitch'… thank you so much for everything Mitch. Definitely be back!

Gteat place, stay there or at the soon to be built TRU by HILTON next door. It's where all the cool people stay!

This place is simple but clean and convenient. The oversize fridge/freeze, multipurpose microwave, computer desk and ample closet space give alot comfort when away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Keep at the good work H2S and especially the cleaning staff!

I was at Home2Home Suited for a business conference. It was very comfortable and the room was well-lit. There was plenty of seating and refreshments provided. The staff was professional and courteous.

The hotel in general looked untidy and a bit dirty, especially the common areas (lobby, pool and fitness center). Our room had traces of food and beverages that appeared to not have been properly cleaned from the guests before. My husband reported an issue with the lights in the room that took several unanswered phone calls to the front desk. He finally ended up having to go downstairs in person to get some assistance. The staff was Ok but the manager had a nasty attitude. During the brief interaction we had with her, she was rude and completely unfriendly to us (we didn't even know she was the manager, until we complained about her attitude with someone there). Later we tried to speak to her and she was nowhere to be found ever again during the rest of our stay. Messiness and lack of responsiveness can be dealt with, but rudeness (especially coming from the manager herself! ) definitely not. Completely unacceptable.

Service was fine. The room I was checked into actually seemed like it was cleaned very quickly. The TV and mirrors were very smeary. The toilet had a stain in it and the was glass in the garbage disposal. Breakfast was okay. Nothing all that exceptional about my stay.

The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is nice. The mid tier rooms are nice little studio apartment with microwave and dish washer. The location is a bit spooky at night and is not easily accessable from the main road.

Pretty bad experience. The cleanness of both the rooms and most common areas left much to be desired. There was only one person at the front desk when plenty of guests were waiting (some for checking-in, others asking for towels and there was even one gentleman who had to come down because the issue he had reported with his bathroom had not been taken care of). It gave the impression of being in one of those overcrowded, ill-attended, dirty second-class hotels. Besides, the person at the front desk told us that the manager herself was present at that time, but she was hiding in the back and would not come out to help. Pretty disappointing for the Hilton brand.

Clean and quiet rooms. Other hotel guests were very professional and kept to themselves. Gym was small and pool area was acceptable.

Very nice hotel! Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the look of hotel is clean and modern. We enjoyed the gym and the pool area. Breakfast was also very good with good options.

The room was filthy with soda spills and hair stuck on top on night stand, head board and table. There was only 1 staff member in the entire hotel during Friday early evening rush, so check-in although very friendly and professional took 20 mins. While waiting we noticed 2 rooms that were being occupied by 7-10 people. The pool had no clean towels since the only staff was too busy checking people in. The one staff member was dressed in such ill fitting, oversized clothes he looked like a mechanic. The building was not well maintained with many dents, scratches, scuff marks on the doors and walls. And lastly, since the ashtrays, of this 100% smoke free hotel, are directly in front of entrance to the hotel, we were met with clouds of smoke every time we entered and exited. We are Diamond members (frequent stayers) so stay at Hilton's through out the country and beyond, but are native to Milwaukee. We are sad that this is such a poor reflection on Milwaukee since it is so sub standard to other Hilton properties. Even though we received points and a discounted rate, we will not be returning.

Nice facilities, very comfy beds. Staff very accomodating. Lock malfunctioned on the bathroom door requiring the staff to rescue my wife but things happen. Have been here a few times and will continue to stay when in the area.

Never stayed at a Home2 Suites before. I am very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Room was very nice (and very large), breakfast was very good, and being able to bring our dog was a plus. Having a full size refrigerator, dishes, and a dishwasher was awesome! Will definitely stay here or at another Home2 Suites again!

Very good breakfast sandwiches. Room was thoroughly cleaned between nights, and pool was quite inviting. Wonderful patio area for cooking/relaxing.

This chain has quickly become a favorite. They are always clean, friendly staff, full mini kitchen, pool, exercise room, laundry service (self or full). Everything you need to feel comfortable away from home.

It's not family friendly even though the name sounds like it. I thought it was to modern that gave a cold feeling instead of a welcoming one. I love the other Hilton Hotel's. The Double Tree is great!

Comfortable rooms with kitchen although no stove. Nice lobby with an outdoor firepit. The pool is saltwater. The pool area is small but nice. It's off the beaten path and more secluded which is the best selling feature. There are two outdoor grills and a sitting area. It looks onto the parking area, another drawback and there are smokers that use his area quite a lot. I'm not a smoker so this is a negative for me. Overall this place is nice for extended stays. Great workout area. Nice hotel.

Very pleasant place to stay. This is newer hotel in the area and really has a small apartment feel to it without it being cramped. This place is for more of a longer staying customer and has all the amenities that you need available.

VERY clean, sleek, up-to-date with so many amenities. I love the walk-in shower, the living area can be separated from the sleeping area. All the comforts of home. I definitely want to stay here again. I couldn't ask the staff to be​ any better. They are raising the bar on hotels.

Staff was extremely friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast was good. We had no problems at all during our stay. The rooms were equipped with everything we could ever need, and the connecting rooms were great for our group to interact without going through the hallway. I wouldn't hesitate booking a room here in the future if I were visiting the area again.

The hotel was awesome! Would recommend to anyone. It has easy access to the highway. 20 mins away from downtown without all the hassle. Public transportation down the street. The breakfast was good and the employees were awesome.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Our bathroom door wouldn't close completely or lock. The fan was very low functioning. Shower door stopper broke off. Breakfast was a little disappointing considering how much it is promoted around the hotel. Hotel is near the highway, so you hear the traffic at all hours.

We had 2 queen beds and a pull out queen couch. It slept everyone just great. The sheets were amazing. The breakfast was great as it had a ton of healthy options and stuff for the kids too. Staff was great. My only complaint is that they didn't enforce the rules for children in the hot tub. (The pool and hot tub are saltwater)
