All employees except for Maggie were rude. Booked for our wedding and things were miscommunicated from the start. Guest were overcharged for rooms they told me would be a fixed fee. Rooms were unbearably hot in temperature and dirty. Bride and groom got charged an extra fee for something (absolutely ridiculous) that we did not do. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Have the rooms heated before ppl come in. Make sure TV works that the hot tub is working. I am very upset to be at this hotel on Valentine's day even makes it WORSE.

Got room for $140… pool was closed, not told that until after paid and checked in… I had to play with electric to get TV working… DUMP… I want my money back especially since I got a letter today from Lincoln county Health Department… SHITHOLE

Awesome hall for my nephew's wedding reception, but I found the queen size bed to be too firm and didn't get as good of a night's sleep.

Classic motel with a Northwood touch. Clean, quiet. Lots of motorcycles because it is near 2 Harley Davidson plants.

Staff was very friendly and helpful would stay there again if in the area.

Wonderful place we stayed during the Peewee State Hockey Tournament staff was very friendly and accommodating let the kids run around and have fun with out having any big issues.

Very clean hotel and room was recently renovated. Enjoyed our stay this last winter while hitting the snowmobile trails.

Very clean… Great breakfast… great staff! My husband and I were waiting to close on our new home and we had to stay here for 7 days. Wonderful experience. Would recommend Rodeway Inn and Suites to everyone!

We held a party here in the ballroom and it was great. We got to use items in the kitchen for our our food prep that we had forgotten. The room was already set perfectly for our party to begin setup when we arrived.

The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The TV was a nice flat-screen. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and the heat worked great. The pool was small but nice. The hot tub was great and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. All in all, it was a great experience.

Very nice staff. Carpet in need of serious help. Maybe it was because of the snowmobile event. However there were insect baits in the bathroom. I never saw any pests.

Our regular hotel on way to visit grandma & grandpa in the UP. Reasonably priced, comfortable & clean, nice "pine log" atmosphere in the lobby.

Attended wedding and reception, all at hotel. Very convenient.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were average and clean, although one light was burnt out and the air conditioning did not function to our liking, but it did function somewhat. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I would stay here again should the opportunity arise again.

I stay at hotels every week in different cities around the country and the Rodeway Inn in Tomahawk, WI has hands down the best customer service I have encountered. Jessica was super friendly, welcoming, and conversational. She went above and beyond to help me with a computer question, and has an exceptional work ethic juggling the front desk, the hotel bar, and preparing for a wedding at the convention center. The breakfast is solid too. Jessica was very impressive, and I would not consider staying anywhere else in Tomahawk.

The staff at the front dest was very nice and welcoming and helpful. BUT I'm highly allergic to mold and mildew and the bathroom was full of mold on the ceiling and walls by the shower the fan did not work there for when I woke up in the morning I had a very difficult time breathing and swollen face. Luckily I had medication with me and did not have to go to the ER. I did tell them at the front desk and she said that she would let the maintenance man know the fan wasn't working. I felt as though we should have been reimburse for the room or a discount of some sort. That would have been cheaper to do that than have to pay for a trip to the ER if I would not of had my medicine with me. I don't think we will be staying with them again.

Staff was great. They have a bar and we were able to sit in a lovely area and have a couple beverages while watching the fire and TV. Felt like home. Rooms were clean and, even though we were right next to the laundry and the pool, all was quiet. Hot Tub temp was perfect. Breakfast was the typical Choice Hotel offerings and was tasty.

Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean, pool and Hottub were awesome. The bar was fully stocked and fireplace area was warm and cozy. Im a big news person, especially during this week. I really noticed that your cable TV lineup only had all Liberal Nation News Stations and FoxNews was NOT even listed. Just makes me go HMMMM? At breakfast, other guests were looking for FoxNews also.

Desk people were awesome! But the hotel sheets dirty! Wall paper peeling off everywhere! Hallway of vending machines and pool STINKS! Pool water foggy and cottage cheese looking floating on top (I had a 2nd floor room looking into pool) No fans in bathroom so rust and mold growing! Dust, dirt on edges of carpet in hallways! Breakfast biscuits were hard, had to ask front desk if there was more eggs took 5 min to replenish and I said thank you there was no reply from her.

We stayed at Rodeway on Aug 16th 2016. No one at front desk. Had to use a phone and wait for a person to check us in. Wallpaper is falling down and stapled. Carpet was dirty and some areas rips were taped down with white tape. Morning again no one at front desk. People in line waiting for someone to show up. Overpriced for what the hotel was.

Hotel was clean. Work staff was friendly. Pillows were lumpy and to thick. Pool was nice but had to keep ask for towels.

Location was great. Used the conference room but it was very accommodating to our large group. The staff were friendly and the establishment itself was very clean.

Rodeway to the rescue! On our wedding night we had a reservation at the super 8 in Tomahawk we told them that we wouldn't be there till our reception was over at 12:30 or 1 o'clock in the morning when we got there at 12:30 no one was at the front desk we waited 25 minutes pressed the call button and even tried calling them from her cell phone. We picked up on things hit the road and think God roadway helped us out! They may check in quick and easy in the room was wonderful and we enjoyed the hot tub the next morning. Thank you roadway!
