I was there for a business meeting and two other employees and myself were charged three different rates for the same style of rooms. Also, there was a strange odor in the hallways and the walls were too thin and her every door closures!

I love Best Western Hotels… This one used to be a Holiday Inn so the decor is kind of 70s but they are working to renovate… My room was awesome and clean but the only thing I can say bad about the room was that I had a very Noisy Neighbor that kept me awake around 2 a. M. And it was so noisy and I had to literally go down to the front desk to find someone to tell them about it I was really going to call the cops because the noise was so loud… Another thing about Best Western in Tomah Wisconsin I said they share a parking lot with Perkins Restaurant and all the patrons that are going to Perkins Park in the Best Western parking lot that's really only for the guests of the hotel… Not to mention being a truck driver they don't have adequate truck parking and by truck I mean tractor trailers /semis /big rigs/is very difficult to maneuver a tractor trailer around all the cars that are in the parking lot with all the patrons going to the Perkins Restaurant… But overall it's a wonderful Hotel and the little girl name Dani she was so professional and so friendly and she answered all my questions and she was very polite thumbs up Dani… I will definitely be back and stay at that hotel.

Very rude when checking out, understandable that we checked out a bit late but that doesn’t justify their actions by charging my friend an extra 250$ for “bad” attitude. Definitely will not be doing business with them in the future.

Part of this hotel is old & part is newly remodeled. Our room was big and really nice. Wasn’t one of the remodeled rooms. Their breakfast was the best. They give you a coupon for the attached restaurant which gives you the breakfast of your choice at about 25% off. Try strawberries muffins.

This was a FANTASTIC pet friendly hotel. It had a GREAT indoor area for my dog to run safely and get some exercise after a long day of travel. The attached Perkins restaurant offered GREAT food at a discount. I will stay again.

Family friendly. Clean rooms. Good service. Helpful staff. Perkins restaurant is right next door. What's not to like!

Hotel was a bit old. Rooms were clean and pool was nice. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar, Mr P's, was a nice surprise. The food from attached restaurant was quick and fresh. Staff was very friendly. Excellent wings and reasonable prices.

Other than the AC not working really great in that room it took half the night to cool it down to 75. The place so that was great staff was friendly I kind a wish the bar head bar food instead of Perkins but it was still OK. Beds were really comfortable staff was really nice I would definitely stay here again.

EDIT: UPDATED REVIEW! WAS A 1 STAR REVIEW The breakfast isn't free but with the $4 off voucher provided, I ate great at the connected Perkins restaurant. Pool still cold but the hot tub and sauna feel great. Wifi could be better but Netflix works. Beds and pillows are comfy. The best part… THEY ARE FIXING THE OUTSIDE DOORS! They used to be extremely heavy! Kudos to the owner for listening to her customers. 2nd best hotel in Tomah! I WILL RETURN. Thank you! :)

No free breakfast, indoor pool too cold, no rewards points if you use corporate lodging (I'm a Diamond Select member! ), doors very heavy. You feel like you're in a jailhouse. Room had a stench. Dogs barking. I wasted my time. Also they're doing construction RIGHT outside my window. Will not return.

Nice rooms pretty updated. Beds are comfy friendly staff and can get a semi in parking lot.

I’m sure they’re fine, but they’re listed as ‘pet friendly’, yet they don’t take cats. Wish I knew that before I reserved the room, showed up fairly late, and then had to scramble for a different hotel… though they did help with that. I’m happy to change my review when the listing changes.

This was a nice motel and very affordable. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly.

Some people whine like Kendall nigon who if you look at his reviews complains about everything, entitled little spoiled brat. Great place, clean and courteous staff, if you want to be pampered like mommy taking care of you call her or pay 500.00 a night some where else. I have stayed her several times no complaints.

We stayed here for our powerlifting meet. The halls were very unwelcoming as they had a strong odor of cigarettes, I could hardly breathe. The bathroom floor in our room was sharp on the feet. The window did not have a screen. I would not recommend bringing young children here as they could easily fall to their death. Also, our room was very poorly lit as it had no ceiling lights. Instead we had three lamps. The sauna's seat structure was obviously not built well. When I sat on one end, the board lifted up on the other. The door on the sauna appeared that it was off its hinges or something or the wrong size for the doorway. The pool cut up our feet but it's okay if you just don't touch the bottom. The only good part of the pool area was the hot tub even though it was a little small.

This is an awesome hotel! Staff is accommodating and friendly. We could bring food into the pool room. The pool room was gigantic/spacious. We played in the championship game on Sunday and they honored our late check-out. The provided an ice cream bar for the kids on Saturday evening-which was above our expectations. Rooms were clean and everything was working properly. They offer a grab-n-go breakfast or a coupon to the adjacent Perkins. There is a bar on site-which is great for the parents. Good appetizers/drinks. Awesome experience! Will definitely be back! A+++

Stayed for a hockey tournament, very nice staff, extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend!

The room smelled bad and the heat didn’t work. It was in the 20’s over night outside. The room was 60°. The beds were comfortable and they had enough bedding to keep me warm. I told them in the morning that the heat didn’t work. They didn’t offer to reduce the rate they had charged me.

On our way to Wisconsin we decided to stay since we had been on the road all night and early morning. Upon arriving the outside of the hotel looked very nice as well as the front desk. After being checked in we had to walk down a hall to a different door in order to access the hall way to our room. The halls felt very unwelcoming as if I was walking down the hall in a jail or in a detention center. The room was quiet small but the bathroom was very updated and beautiful. There was no breakfast offered to us in the am, but was told that we could have 2 ($8) off discount cards for a restaurant in a different location. The ladies who checked me and my family in were very nice.

Hockey weekend. Hotel was very hockey family orientated. There were 5 different teams there the same time and you would not have known. Most of the teams were put into conference rooms for the weekend, but we didnt have a room, so we were in the pool area. Worked out well for us, and kept the kids out of the way. Very impressed. A couple complained about our kids in the hallway and staff found them an area to play… nice work! I was not overly impressed with the beds, but I am very picky/hard to please when it comes to beds and pillows. I slept enough to survive. Hotel is a bit outdated, but the pool area was exceptional! Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would come again!

This is the Best hotel we have ever stayed at. We were here for a weekend hockey tournament and the staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They went our of their way to make everything perfect for our tournament experience. This is our teams third time staying at your hotel and we book tournaments in the local area year after year just so we can stay at your hotel. Thank you BestWestern Tomah, you are the best!

Nice people at the front desk and clean rooms. Definitely would stay here again if I was passing through.

Pros: -Enclosed dog run -Delightful pool/hot tub and fitness center -Bar was accommodating -Bed was extremely comfortable Cons: -The rooms need a complete overhaul, structurally and cosmetically -Needs to winterize the windows and ventilation system (although we do recognize it was like — 5 degrees, and it's hard to make anything happen in that situation)

Rooms are very nice and the staff is great. They don't have a breakfast in the morning, although there is a Perkins attached or they will give you a breakfast to go, I got a muffin, granola bar, orange and a bottle of water which I thought was nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. A Perkins Restaurant adjoins the hotel.

Very hockey team friendly! Awesome ice cream bar for the hockey teams, use of a conference room was much appreciated, and the pool area was spacious and perfect for our older kids. I would recommend any hockey team to stay with you. Thank you~

Found bed bugs in my room. Front desk worker gave me a new room. Should of just got my money back and left but under circumstances couldn't do so. Second room was better besides the left over hair in the bathroom and I would Never recommend this hotel in tomah to anyone. I really enjoy staying at best western but this one was a big disappointment wish I could give no stars.

Expensive for what the room was, couldn't check in until 3 and the local fest closed at 5 it would have been nice if we could have checked at 1:30 when we arrived, breakfast was a bagged banana, cereal bar, small muffin would think for over 200. Night it could have been alittle bit better. I heard there was a discount at Perkins but not sure how much.

I came to this hotel as a vendor for Warrens Cranberry Festival. I have a had a terrible experience so far. The bath tub doesn't drain, there's hardly any soap in the bathroom and we are paying 200 dollars a night. The beds are uncomfortable. One good thing was the hotel was quiet and they offer a 'grab bag for early mornings.

This hotel is not bad, but during the Warrens Cranfest the rates go up to $199.99 per night. I'm willing to put up with it if the service goes up with the price. After a long day working at the festival I get back to my room and they didn't give me any more soap. I'm in the room with two other people and we get a tiny bar of soap that would not be adequate for one person for more than a day. I know it's a dumb little detail, but it's important to me and I'm going to look for other accommodations for next year.

Stayed here for a hockey tournament the staff was polite very nice rooms pool was 9 feet deep which was nice because most hotels I've been to the pools aren't that deep. The pool area was big had a nice hot tub and sauna. One of the main things I liked was in the lobby they had this awesome hot chocolate bar thing with whipped cream and a bunch of other a toppings (I put as much of it on as I could LOL). Just the hot chocolate as name says was a little too hot and I burnt my tongue trying to take drink of it. The burn on my tongue wasn't that bad but it did hurt the rest of the night but it didn't spoil anything so I just got an ice cube from one of the machines to cool it down and after it was just fine. I guess since there we're banquet rooms someone got us one and it gave us a space to monkey around in without disturbing anyone which was nice. Having a Perkins attached was nice and we are breakfast and had lunch there (first time going to a Perkins and it was great). What was also nice was that they knew there were hockey teams coming and they were aware they had a thing on the sign that said welcome hockey teams so it was good to know that they knew hockey teams were coming so we felt more welcome. One other thing worth mentioning was that they had 2 little hockey player rubber ducks in the bathroom which was quite funny and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the Wi-Fi was slow but it still worked I guess. Overall very nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Great staff. Easy to get in and out and located right off the interstate. There is a Perkins restaurant that adjoins the hotel which is convenient. The parking lot is very large and nice. The rooms are clean and great Tv selections and the area is very serene.

Hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was available at the attached Perkins. The hotel gave each of us $4 off coupons to use. It was nice that they had complimentary toothbrushes at the front desk. Only issue was the internet. Once it was working it worked pretty well, but seemed to have issues if you went away for a bit and came back. We would definitely stay again.

Tyler at the front desk is the greatest! He is genuinely nice and made great food suggestions. The hotel is nice enough and is attached to a Perkins, like an IHOP or Dennys. The hotel gives drink coupons for the bar and $3 off breakfast coupons at Perkins. Stephanie was the bartender the night we stayed, she was very nice and helped me make some crucial pie decisions. We only stayed 1 night and it did it's job.

Rooms are clean and have a very active staff, hot water somtimes isn't steady during a shower, minor complaint for and overall good expexperience.

Smelly hallways. Loud AC that's not very cold in room. Dirty carpet. Not a very nice hotel.

Clean, comfortable room. Liked the Perkins Restaurant attached. Had no problems with Wi-Fi.

This is one of the best values I've ever had in a hotel and I travel often. Room was immaculately clean; not even a water spot in the bathroom. I left a tip for the cleaning staff which I have never done before! Plus, no crappy hotel breakfast. They give you a voucher for the attached Perkins! This place can't be beat.

Very clean, nicely updated, good fitness/pool area. Breakfast is at an adjoining Perkins. Dog friendly — — they even have a small enclosed dog park w/some cute "doggie" landscaping. This is definitely a place I'll keep on my list for my Ohio-Minnesota trips!
