Review of Malibu Inn 2*

Horrible horrible horrible! do not stay here, theres cockroaches and awful and rude managers. When we first got there, there was no one in the front office. We had to wait 20 mins. Because the managers went out for dinner. Then right off the bat, the manager told us. "Here are the keys to the rooms, so you guys can go check them and see if you like the rooms because after payment there is no refunds" so we had 3 booked rooms, one for my parent's, one for my sister and her hubby and one for my hubby and I. And all of the rooms were disgusting! U could tell that the bed sheets were not changed because there was hair on the sheets and pillows, we saw a cockroach run up the wall and also cockroaches behind the TV and along the carpet seam. Then the AC blew air but with a bad odor, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the carpets were stained and had burns. There were holes in the walls. And beds were NOT QUEENS as advertised. My family and I then went to the front desk to cancel and the manager was really rude and yelling at us why we were all cancelling. And we told him why and just said ok whatever and said give me the keys! And we asked to cancel and he told us to cancel through booking. Com since that's where we booked the rooms… thankfully booking. Com called the Malibu Inn and got my family and I's rooms all cancelled with no cancelation fee. This Inn needs to be shut down. It's disgusting and the manager never once apologized. Wish I could give a negative rating, instead of being forced to give even a 1 star review!
