Terrible customer service, falsely charges your card, terrible upper management — never staying IHG AGAIN.

Here for my second night and I can handle a few loose hairs in the bathroom or even in the sink. BUT when I pull the bed sheets back on the bed to get in for the night and find 2X black, foot long hairs it makes me wonder if they're even trying to clean the rooms!

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. I brought a dog and they were very good about accommodating pets.

Clean updated room, comfy beds. Great hot breakfast that included omelets, sausage, pancakes and big cup of fresh coffee. Recommend!

Clean room. Modern layout and features. USB chargers, electronically controlled lights, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. I may have caught staff on an off day, but front desk reception was poor. Seemed short staffed. High stress. Became curt with customers. Breakfast was simple, but what is expected for a Holiday Inn Express. Good selection and enough for all guests.

Nice basic hotel. A little stinky at first, but I think that was housekeeping's vacuum cleaner, because the smell went away. The only ice machine I could find was on the 1st floor. Parking was easy and it was easy access to everything in the area. My room was very large, and remodeled. I was able to get a little bit a fresh air in the room through the windows. The carpet was a bit dirty, but the bed was clean. All in all, an ok stay if you're in town for one night.

My mother and I were headed to Stevens Point to attend a wedding. We decided to go ahead and book a room at the Holiday Inn Express which was blocked for the wedding guests. A few days before going to the wedding we confirmed our room with an employee, which was when we received a confirmation number. After the ceremony we headed to Holiday Inn Express to check in. To our surprise, our confirmation number was invalid after giving our credit card number to the Holiday Inn Express employee, which was when we received our confirmation number. Despite being incredibly embarrassed, with a long line of wedding guests behind us, it was entirely frustrating that we had a confirmation number that meant nothing. After about 15 minutes at the front desk trying to figure out why this confirmation number wasn't valid, we were granted a room. We decided to stay because the reception was occurring at that moment. We ended up getting to the reception later than we would have liked due to the confusion. After staying the night, we headed home the next day and I decided that it was entirely wrong that this occurred. Now days, making a reservation at a hotel, receiving a confirmation number, showing up and staying is not a hard process. No one was really able to give us a good explanation only that the systems weren't matching up as they are in transition.

Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend again. Pool was a little cold but hot tub was perfect temperature. I would recommend to everyone and stay again.

Brand new everything! Very clean. Very quiet. We were there for four nights. The room layout was good with a place to put the suitcase. It has coat hangers on the wall. New beds were comfortable. The fridge is the larger style college fridge. Breakfast had good choices. The TV was an LG so we could hook up the PlayStation and Apple TV. We would absolutely stay their again.

Greeted promptly and checkin was easy. Room was very clean and spacious! Will stay again if needed.

This place was pleasant and quaint. It has a pool and hot tub area that stays open until 10pm, which is god sent in both summer and winter. They offer a pretty decent breakfast with fresh fruit and the staff was very great to us our entire stay. The only recommendation would be to extend the pool hours. Lots of people bring their little ones in the water (which is nice) but the adults like some quiet time, sometimes.

Great hotel. Complimentary breakfast was good. Love a free newspaper. Pool was nice. Clean and comfy.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good free breakfast. Super comfy bed and pillows! The downside was noise from the hall and upstairs. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and up to date hotel! We stay here frequently. Only compaint is that it took forever to check in as there was a line about 12 deep and only one CSR to check people in. Should have two reps there for busy check-in times. Also, there was a hockey team there on our most recent stay. They were super loud for most of the afternoon and night. The only thing the front desk did when we complained about the noise was say "sorry, there is a hockey team staying here and they're loud. " No effort to address the noise. Other than these two complaints, it's a five star stay.

I like the Express better than the convention center as the rooms are nicer, and it is more affordable. Plus, breakfast as promised. Friendly staff, and updated rooms.

Rooms were great nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Best of all the rooms were super quiet and the beds very comfortable. So glad we stayed there on our trip.

Beautiful rooms done in a modern style. Slept like a puppy. Breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, pancakes and much more. Highly recommended.

Had a great time and from the slide at the pool, the food, the restaurant and bar service. All around I would recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at and have a blast along with great service. I hope to stay there on my next visit.

Hotel is very nice. Recently renovated it looks like. Everything feels new and fresh. Unique lighting as well which is always a refresh.

Freshly remodeled and nice. Has a pool and hot tub, guest laundry, good location. Guests who stay at this hotel can also go across the street and also use the Pool and waterslide facilities and the sister property the Holiday Inn and Convention Center. Dont forget to check out their eatery the Amber Grill. Happy hour 4-6 pm with the best cheese curds ever and All day Happy Hour on Sunday!

I stayed here 2 nights while visiting family, and this hotel was nice! It's newly remodeled, the pool and rooms are nice and they have a hot tub. The staff here was amazing. They let us put our bags in the back while we waited for our room, and they offered us extra goodies while we waited.

I was very happy with my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms and hotel in general were spotlessly clean. The mattress was the most comfortable hotel mattress I can remember — it was even better than my bed at home. The front desk person was polite although not enthusiastic when I check in, but checkout was super easy with an invoice slipped under my door at night. I was also given a late checkout upon request and my door key continued to work past the standard checkout time (I've had problems with this at other hotel chains in the past).

The Wi-Fi doesn't work… Small pool and hot tub isn't warm. Sucks.

Hotel is under construction which is great except I work nights and was unable to sleep during the day. Staff were great and once the hotel is updated will be even better.

The room was clean and spacious, location was convenient but easily confused with Holiday Inn/Convention Center. Did not have room serviced while there. Continental breakfast would have been great except 2 percent milk carton was curdled. Pool area was nice, though too small for amount of guests using it.

The hotel was very easy to find as it was right off the highway as you come in to town. The room size was decent, clean, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was fantastic: biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, bagels and pancakes. All the attendendents were very helpful and nice.

After calling to confirm a reservation from a reserved block of rooms for an event, we realized our reservation was not in the system. The manager of this location nor the manager of the convention center could not help me confirm the rest of our groups' reservations. Even after sending them a list of persons who would have rooms reserved. This is very inconvenient. The staff was not friendly nor were they helpful. I was able to rebook our room using the 800 number, but was not at all happy with the customer service for this location or the location next door. When dealing with blocked rooms it is important that all rooms blocked are showing available. We are also short rooms from our initial reservation. I have not dealt with a manager of a hotel as rude and unwilling to help in a long time. I hope this is not indicative of the service we will receive when staying at the hotel.

Hotel was great. Stayed on a work trip. Currently remodeling to a nice modern look. Pleasant staff. Restaurants and bars near by. Nice pool.

Hotel is in the middle of a remodel, so it's difficult to say how things will be. But overall the areas remodeled are nice and clean. Room paint is updated, but some of the furnishings need updating as well. Had an issue with getting my room, but it was handled with excellent customer service, which to me is huge. It'd be great to come back I've the remodel is done.

Good rooms, friendly staff, still under renovation so no pool. Billing issue but they arking to resolve. Friendly and helpful it was a good stay.

I was in town on business. Room was very nice and clean. The front lobby was still being redone but check in was just as easy as usual. I will stay again.
