Very nice reception! Jess was very helpful! Clean room and great rate.

Though this building was remodeled in recent years, the craftsmanship was terrible. The bed I slept in had a slight odors of b. O. And tobacco smoke.

Yuck! I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. My bed was clean, clean towels upon arrival. The two chairs in the room had thick dust all over them — didn't touch them the whole visit. I stayed for 9 nights and my bed was never cleaned, nor was the bathroom/sink floor — I used a washcloth and cleaned it finally one morning. My towels were changed daily, but twice I was given a dirty washcloth. I didn't bother with the breakfast, but a friend who was also staying there told me the morning she tried it she found mold on the sausage and eggs! Some days my coffee pods were not replenished. If I didn't take out the pod from the coffee maker, it didn't get thrown out. Overall, poor cleanliness… gross! Don't do it!

We have stayed at this hotel three times. Each time we have had a clean room, friendly service, and great breakfast. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. There is a nice patio with a grill out back and a playground for the kids. We even watched a deer walk around the woods. Great Experience!

Rooms were pretty nice, except there's no elevator, and the breakfast was cold. I mean, there's waffle makers, but still. Didn't hate it, didn't love it; three stars.

The TV's in the rooms are by far the best feature. They're huuuuuge! The morning breakfast is by far the worst thing. The hot plate/ warmer for the eggs and sausage wasn't even on, so all the hot food was cold. I didn't eat it. Seems like a food service violation in the making. I went to the Starbucks down the street for breakfast.

I called the hotel before booking a room through a 3rd party vendor (Priceline) to make sure they could accommodate my disabled child — they said they could and would be able to provide us with an adjoining room — when I called back after I made the reservation they at that time said they could NOT accommodate my child and their hotel did not have adjoining rooms and they couldn't even guarantee my second room to be anywhere near my first room (two rooms were purchased for the reason of NEEDING adjoining rooms. When asked for a refund for the reservation for them lying to me they said NO they would not refund my reservation. I am not sure what kind of Hotel this is. I am not sure what kind of hotel does this to a disabled child/family but I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who needs or requires special accommodations as they cannot follow through. I have tried calling several times to speak with management regarding my reservation and my phone calls go unanswered. So basically I am stuck paying a pretty penny for a hotel that I cannot use because they lied about their hotel accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Awful Staff!

Theres no elevator so had to carry everything to the 2nd floor, the hotel is very hot and humid until you get to your room. First room we had smelled terrible, asked to be switched and second room was better. Rooms are old and seem dirty. Breakfast is pretty much non existant, we went to starbucks down the street. Only reason we booked this is because we went through priceline and they called this a 3 star hotel, the 2.5 star hotel in the area I'm sure was much better, I would say this is more of a 1 star.

Room was clean, smelled nice, they had mints on the pillows, working mini fridge, good water pressure, and fresh towels. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It was a surprise! I've stayed at Baymont in the past and this was a whole new experience… a great one! The staff was wonderful and the room was full of upgrades from the giant flat screen to the over abundance of storage to the awesome availability of places to plug in chargers. Plus… there was Zz-quil in the room!

Very clean and modern room with a large TV, medium refrigerator and a small microwave. I have zero complaints. Especially for the price.

Great place to stay for the night. Staff was very professional and accomodating.

The manager came banging on the door while I was unloading my things and said I needed to move my vehicle or she was going to have it towed. Proceeded to act very hostile and when I asked for the corporate phone number she was very condescending and irate, when I commented on her lack of professionalism she told the front desk to cancel my reservation. Just goes to show they will higher anyone these days.

Great place, would be 5 stars if it had a pool and hot tub.

We are almost exclusively Hampton inn people… but the Hampton is on the other side of town from our family… we tried Baymont, the very reasonable rate scared us. But the whole place wowed us. Especially the 55 inch Tv's. Very clean, quite, they have a nice discount for extended stay. And the beds and pillows that we are used to with Hampton… the great rates my guess is no pool or elevator… but we don't care about that. Sorry pet lovers and smokers none of that at this hotel either. Just like Hampton Inn.

Helpful staff. Clean room. Super comfortable bed and giant tv. Over all I would say the room was a good value. The interior could be modernized.

Staff is ignorant and rude, the manager lives there and smells up the place with his cooking! All around terrible places to stay, three thumbs down! Negative 5 stars.

I recently forgot my camera in my room. Baymont Steven's Point WI staff was able to locate my camera & ship it to me. Staff integrity & top notch customer service are yet more reasons why we will continue to use Baymont!

Nice room, but they shouldn't leave chocolate on the bed and should do something about the central air/air conditioner.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast with cereal, donuts, breads and bagels, oatmeal, microwaveable breakfast sandwiches and waffle makers. There was even an outside area with a children's playset and a separate area with chairs and a fire pit.

Room was damp even with AC on high. Breakfast was better than most though.

The place was nice and comfortable. The beds were good and the room was clean and maintained. The area itself is pretty close to the university in the town, there is a mcdonalds really close but they seem to close early so there is a convenience store caked kwik trip across the road that is open late and had a good selection of actually decent food and groceries (I think college kids come there for groceries because it's so close), all in all the price was pretty decent and I would definitely recommend staying here. There was a big storm there just hours before I arrived that left a lot of the town without power for the night, but the baymont inn and suites didn't have that problem.

The only complaint I have was that the hotel lobby was being renovated so there was supplies and equipment and missing tiles we had to walk around. Also we were put on the first floor and had to listen to the loud tools in the afternoon while we tried to rest. Otherwise tho, the hotel room was nice, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! My husband did say the shower pressure was terrible so I didn't bother taking one before we left. For the price we paid, I was not dissatisfied. I would stay there again if/when we visit the area. I figure the construction should be complete and there wouldn't be that extra bit to deal with.

Clean, very nice rooms. Breakfast was ok, simple and basic. Beds and pilows were comfortable.

Simply put, I wasn't expecting much, but it's actually a lovely little hotel. Rooms were nice (even had a ceiling fan with remote), and clean. Breakfast actually had a lot of options. Staff was friendly. No complaints! If I had to come up with an improvement, I'd suggest some non stick surfaces on the tub floors. Maybe it's the soap they provide, but when you use that soap, the tub floor turns into Teflon, lol. If I ever have to stay in the area again, I will stay there again :)

The rooms were nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good. However they were small and once pd the roll away bed was unavailable, so our son had to sleep on the floor.

Decent hotel, located near the campus and nature center in Stevens Point. It is also fairly easy to find form the Interstate. The staff is quite helpful, the rooms are newly renovated. The breakfast was adequate. Nice place to stop if you're just going through town.

I stayed at here about a week ago and I was impressed. The staff was nice enough to help me with my bags and the breakfast was pretty good, they had a lot of options. The beds were comfy and it looks like the rooms were newly renovated. They are also located right by the University, which was a plus for me. I will definitely be staying again!

Great place to stay for the monies paid. Above average clean, no pool but I did not want to utilize it nor pay for it. Staff was knowledgeable and professional.

Wonderful place to stay! Had a huge variety of free breakfast items, cleanliest motel I have stayed in under $100. Well maintained for sure. Good job Baymont Stevens Point!

Stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. You can tell they put a lot of work into it recently because the entire hotel looks and feels really clean and fresh. The free breakfast was outstanding that came with our hotel stay. Everything was very good including the entire staff, both the receptionists and the cleaners. Even the beds were pretty comfortable as well too. Would stay again if we come back to the area.

Awesome new property! Everything inside and out the motel is brand new! Cant beat it for the price. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be coming back.
