Several rooms in our block were told we had early check in, but when we got there we were told our rooms wouldn't be ready for over an hour. Our pillows and bathroom were covered in long black hair, and we were told we couldn't get an extra key for the 3rd person staying in our room. The night staff after shift change was awesome and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome.

Was a horrible experience. Breakfast was fantastic though. The staff were rude including the manager. At first they were very nice. But then it changed. There was blood on a comforter in one bed. We had ordered pizza and went to the front desk to ask if they could send the pizza guy to the pool where we would be. She agreed but said no food or drink in the pool. I had stated that was not the intention we just wanted to take the kids swimming. We waited and waited. Turns out he was there and left already. We had cold food when returning to our room. I then told the manager the next morning who said their staff should not say they can wait for something because they can't. I said ok well maybe she could have said no I'm sorry I can't wait for him instead of assuring she could. The manager was also outside complaining about his small pay check while smoking with a different staff member in front of the entry doors. The room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is ideal. Great spot for shopping and convenience.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, slept so good in those great comfortable beds. Had a great breakfast with that nice spread of food. We especially liked the chocolate chip waffles. They also have a great pool and hot tub. Best hotel we ever stayed at. 5 stars!

Stayed at this hotel as an overnight guest for a wedding for two consecutive nights. The bed and pillows are amazing. There are two different types of pillows, which is great because I feel most hotels have one type of pillow — extra firm and extra thick. I like something a little more thin. The breakfast here is good — but was exactly the same booth mornings. It would be nice if they had a little variety between mornings.

Large rooms and great pool and game room. The staff was extremely friendly.

This is a nice motel in its price range. There are two pools — 1 for kids and a deeper one for adults/older kids. Even has a basketball hoop in the deep pool. There's also a hot tub. I stayed in a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub, which was fun. The shower head is great — nice and strong flow. The breakfast has a lot of choice — waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juice… overall I'm a happy customer!

5 stars because the gentlemen working the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay great. I really wish I remembered his name.

Hotel was nice, clean, cheap and friendly staff. Can ask for more when traveling for work. Also they have a hospitality time 5-7:30 pm on the second floor. It included free peanuts, chips, salsa and free beer on tap. Yes, free beer.

My family and I came here just for a little get away. I was very happy with the price, size of the rooms and comfortable beds, loved the breakfast bar and the pool area. We will be back.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and we'll kept. Folks that work there, couldn't have been nicer.

Their rooms were bigger than expected, and there was nice counter space in the bath. Their morning breakfast was very good, maybe a couple more options would be nice, but other then that, it was good. Their beds were very comfortable, and you can't hear every foot step that someone takes on the floor above you. It's just an overall nice place!

This Hotel is always clean and well cared for. We always stay here when we visit our family in Ripon because the kids love the pool.

Nice place but getting a little old. The rooms this time were dirty and found some weird stuff in the pullout bed pool was really cold. Breakfast was great and the exercise room is nice machines getting a little outdated.

Ver nice rooms, beds were comfy only thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi sucks.

This is our go to accommodation in Ripon. The kids like the pool. I like that I can count on a clan room, a hot breakfast and curtious staff. Give them a try, I am certain you would agree.

The suite was top notch as were all employees, especially management. Wellbran establishment. Will stay here again. All amenities worked flawlessly. Highly recommended.

The rooms are average quality. Breakfast is standard. The place where this hotel stands out is the pool. They have a separate kids pool, great for young children. I have not seen this in a hotel before. A great hotel for young kids.

I've been here three nights. Door key had to be replaced five times so far. I mentioned the person at front desk that maybe they should check the door to make sure things are working right. I was told that 90% of the time it's user error and they're not going to check the door. Coffee is only serve during their hours at breakfast time. We asked if we could have coffee made an hour early as we had to work early and where told no. No TV in lobby.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet even though the hotel was very busy. Nice amenities: splash pad, pool, hot tub, game room, exercise room. Continental breakfast is basic but good.

Could use some updates and deep cleaning. I don't think our carpet had been vacuumed from the last couple people in our room. Pool was nice for the kids.

Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Good pool area with a toddler pool fun area as well. The young lady at the front desk in the morning was wonderful and fun to talk to. Recommended a wonderful restaurant for brunch. Would definitely return. One recommendation for children in the pool — bring eye goggles as the pool is heavily chlorinated.

Our basketball team stayed here and we were treated very well. Very friendly staff and allowed us to use breakfast area to gather and watch bball on tv. Good bfast and rooms were nice and spacious. Would highly recommend!

The beds could be update pretty hard. Our tub drained slow so you where standing in 3 inches of water when you showered told the front desk that and the bottom of tub was black looked like it hadn't been cleaned for along time Doubt I would use the motel again.

This is our go-to place to stay in town. Still relatively new, nice staff (Brady is great! ) and huge rooms! Breakfast is good, and there is a pool (haven't gone in lately, but it's nice to have the option. )

We were passing through Ripon, and needed a place to crash for the night. We arrived at 3:30am, and there was a room readily available. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was well kept.

The hotel was easily accessible, check in was efficient, and the room was very spacious. The fridge was great to have! The hot tub was rather small and busy. The small splash pad in the pool area would be great for toddlers. The hot breakfast had a wide variety and was typical continental breakfast fare.

The rooms are comfortable. Had to switch rooms the sheets in the first room had a little dirt on them.

Bed was comfortable and the room was affordable. The location was super convenient for the wedding, which was held directly across the parking lot.

The total cost of the room for 2 nights was double the amount that I was quoted over the phone. The bed was too hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed comforter was a weird plastic like material. Our room was on the second floor and the hallway noise and the noise from people above us was really loud and incredibly annoying until late in the night. Was difficult to fall sleep and stay asleep with all the noise. We weren't happy with our stay and will not be back. We always spread the word about the places we stay, this one will get a bad review from us.

The pool area was very nice and clean.

We were so impressed with the Comfort Suites in Ripon! The hotel was quiet, it was clean, and the rooms were large and very comfortable. We are from California and were in town visiting family. The hotel allowed us to have a small party in one of their meeting rooms for our 2 year old. They told us we could even invite our family, which was very special, as we only see them every few years. Each and every employee of the hotel was kind and accommodating! My husband and I have stayed in very nice hotels prior to having a child and we have never been treated so well! We will continue to stay at the comfort suites every time we return and we will most definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious and amazingly clean. We had great beds and the staff was great.

Checked in, room was filthy, pool was nasty, hot tub not running, I live in the area, so I asked about prices for swimming per Dr's orders, daily rate for pool usage is $25.00, for 30 minutes! Total hotel is Highly Overpriced. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very clean and friendly. Only thing is the bed was very firm.

I reserved a room a month ago. Called today to ask if I could check in early. The guy who was supposed to have reserved my room apparently did not. Luckily, they had a room available. Unluckily, the room available was at a price $40 higher than what was promised to me when I originally reserved the room. If you ever make reservations here, don't do it at night — they have some incompetent guy working at the guest services.
